G. Mexico. Force Mexico to pay one barrel of oil for every illegal alien in the United States of America per month.

Blacks see hope, but want more than an Obama victory

(11-02) 21:15 PST — The prospect that in a matter of hours an African American could be elected president of the United States has triggered a complex set of emotions for many black people.

For a people first brought here centuries ago in chains, thrown together by the imprecise lens of skin color and systematically subjugated long after slavery was abolished, the election presents the possibility of a monumental marker, a mountaintop reached.

“It’s been a long struggle,” said Gracie Nash, 45, who grew up in West Oakland eating the free lunches provided by the Black Panther Party and is now a nurse in her hometown. She beamed as she talked. “It’s about keeping the faith.”

But the possibility of a black president is happening in a nation where being black is closely linked to lesser schools, low-skilled jobs, poor life expectancy and greater chances of landing in prison. So Sen. Barack Obama’s candidacy also prompts apprehension.

“A black president is not magic,” said Ebhodaghe Esoimeme, 23, who graduated from Oakland Tech and is currently looking for a job as a Web designer or club promoter. “He’s not going to make inequality change overnight, and he’s sure not going to change it in four years.”

Excitement versus reality

One man moving forward only means so much to the movement of a people.

“There is an uneasy juxtaposition of excitement, presented by Obama, and the realities on the ground of so many black folk catching hell,” said Professor Eddie S. Glaude, 40, who grew up as the child of farmers in Mississippi and now holds an endowed chair in religion and African American studies at Princeton University.

The mere possibility of black people being freely able to vote is recent history.

It was only on Aug. 6, 1965 – a century after the abolition of slavery and two days after Obama turned 4 – that the Voting Rights Act was signed. The act outlawed the literacy tests, poll taxes and quizzes – like how many jelly beans fit in a jar – that had been used to prevent black people from voting.

It was only 1980 when former California Gov. Ronald Reagan gave his first speech as the Republican presidential nominee in Philadelphia, Miss., the place where three civil rights workers had been killed as they tried to register black people to vote in the Freedom Summer of 1964. Reagan offended many people when he used the setting to praise the theory of “states’ rights,” the argument Southern states had used to justify slavery, segregation and discriminatory voting rights.

‘Not in my lifetime’

So it is no wonder that many black people these days talk about how they used to think about the idea of a black president: “not in my lifetime.” Now, telling a child “you can be anything you want if you work hard enough” seems to be true. For some, the fact that Obama’s support has come from people of many colors, particularly white people, has already made them question long-held assumptions about race.

There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of white people who publicly declare on a daily basis with signs, stickers and buttons that they want a black man to lead them. Many, many people of many races have put signs in their yards, often in neighborhoods where black people were once discouraged from living – including Palo Alto and North Berkeley. Others wear T-shirts emblazoned with his face.

It bewilders Henry Scott.

“They’re riding around in cars with a bumper sticker with a black man’s name on it,” said Scott, 43, a barbershop owner who lives in San Francisco. “It makes me trust people more.”

If polls prove correct, more white men will support this black Democrat than will have supported any of the white men who’ve been the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee in three decades – even more than Bill Clinton, whom Nobel laureate Toni Morrison called the “first black president.”

Scott was among several people who actually pointed to or touched their skin. He said, “It just feels so good to see this complexion on television running for president.”

Mark Lane is 53 years old. He runs Natural Health Center, a store selling vitamins and healthy herbs in North Oakland that his mother started 23 years ago. Being black has meant closed doors and explicit slights. But the reality that a black man has a viable candidacy for president has changed Lane’s very conception of what it means to be an American.

‘Outside looking in’

“For so long, African Americans, we haven’t felt like we were part of this country,” he said. “We were on the outside looking in.”

Lane and others said they realized that Obama, if elected, would be under a microscope, just as he’s been during the election. A black president’s every gesture or policy would be scrutinized for racial undertones. They know that a black president will be working within a power structure dominated by white people, including the overwhelmingly white White House press corps.

And views on the street might not change at all.

“I don’t think a black man as president is going to change a damn thing as far as changing the views of those who don’t like that he’s black – and now he has power,” said Greg Gregory, 32, of Antioch.

The real estate and insurance broker talks to people all over the country for his job. Many people, particularly in Middle America, use epithets and disparage black people without realizing who they’re talking to.

“Ultimately, their views are not going to change in a day because they were not made in a day.”

PRUDEN: Taking everything on blind faith

(Contact)
Tuesday, November 4, 2008

washington_ti859:http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2008/nov/04/taking-everything-on-blind-faith/

Rev. Jeremiah Wright speaks with PBS anchor Bill Moyers during his first television interview with a journalist since he became embroiled in a controversy for his remarks and his relationship with Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama, Wednesday, April 23, 2008.

ANALYSIS/OPINION:

This election will be remembered as the campaign that ignited a religious revival. Never have so many atheists, skeptics, agnostics, secularists, heretics, freethinkers and rationalists hit the sawdust trail to imbibe so much on blind faith, and to make it their religion. Eat your heart out, Billy Graham.

The Hyde Park messiah’s flock makes up a weird and unlikely congregation, ranging from the true believers on the left yearning for the Kool-Aid moment to mainstream white voters eager to shut their eyes, spin around twice, cross their hearts and hope to die, squeeze a rabbit’s hind foot, throw the ivories over a shoulder, and audaciously hope for the best.

The most disappointed may be the Kool-Aid fans, who expect to be out of Iraq by Friday noon. Or the most disappointed may be the voters seduced from the mainstream, including the recovering conservatives who have persuaded themselves that the senator from Nairobi (or Jakarta or Honolulu or Chicago) doesn’t really believe all that stuff he says about raising taxes, redistributing the wealth, apologizing to Europe and becoming good buddies with the radical Muslims eager to kill us and decapitate the culture and values of the West. They’re convinced that once in the White House the messiah will cut loose the friends, mentors and allies he has collected over his 46 years and govern like the closet Ronald Reagan they know he really is. Such is true faith in the supernatural.

Nobody will be more disappointed than those who follow Mr. Obama because he’s of a darker (barely) hue than the presidents on the paper money. The whites in the coalition of the credulous are counting on President Obama to put the politics of racial resentment behind us for good, to bring in the era of mellow feelings. He wants to give the world a Coke.

Blacks in the coalition expect to wake up Wednesday morning to find the sticky residue of slavery, segregation and discrimination to have been magically washed into the sea of forgetfulness. When it doesn’t quite happen, the disappointment will become despair; Barack Obama as winner will be more disappointing than Barack Obama as loser.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson, stopped by a reporter last week in Evian, where he was taking the French waters, was asked whether an Obama victory would “close the chapter of black grievances linked to memories of slavery,” and the Rev paused for a long time, no doubt seeing a vision of the lucrative race-hustling industry slipping away, and finally replied: “No, that chapter won’t be closed.”

The Rev does not speak for Mr. Obama, but the record is clear that he accurately reflects the hopes, fears and expectations of millions of black voters who tell the pollsters they’re faithful to the messiah of Hyde Park. Their anger will be total when white voters who fully expect an Obama presidency to “close the chapter on black grievances” tell the still-aggrieved blacks to “sit down and shut up, what else could you want?” (This is how the elites think of the rest of us.)

Bitterness will be the portion of everyone, with the election results making a toxic sour mash of the politics of resentment. Mr. Obama can write about this in his third memoir, entitled “The Audacity of Hype.”

Jewish voters, who polls show are breaking for Mr. Obama with only slightly less enthusiasm than black voters, are likely to take the hardest fall.

Jonathan Rosenblum, an Israeli author and columnist, asks in the Jerusalem Post, “Who says Jews are smart?” Arab-Americans, he notes, support Barack Obama in overwhelming numbers, and so do American Jews.

“One of these two groups,” he says, “either does not care much about the Arab-Israeli conflict and/or is stupid. My money is on the Jews.”

This is harsh, but the Israelis are entitled to their frustration. Some American Jews even argue that Israel’s survival depends on retreating to its 1967 borders, lost to the Arabs when Israel didn’t have the grace to lose a war imposed on them. (They couldn’t have found anyone to surrender to, anyway.)

Now, Israel faces the nuclear threat in Iran. Mr. Obama thinks he can tame Mahmoud Ahmadinejad by making him a buddy, and would sanction Iran only if a couple of other buddies, China and Russia, join him. He’s counting on these buddies to renounce who they are, just as millions of American voters expect him once in office to renounce who he is.

His old buddies in Hyde Park – the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, William Ayers, Louis Farrakhan, Rashid Khalidi and others – are sure he’s one of them. But not to worry. Laissez les bons temps rouler! (We must be ready with our French.) Let the good times roll.

Burning the Furniture

by Dymphna

Here are a few pieces of the larger puzzle of our global climate and how the individual decisions we make tip events into unexpected places.

Hint: Buy stock in companies that make thermal underwear, with a secondary choice in firearms ammunition. As you will see further down in the comments on a blog called Hill Buzz, gun owners are increasing and ammunition is becoming scarce.

But let’s follow things in the order I found them.

The first piece arrived in a link DJ sent. It was a feature on the thinning of the Heliosphere. Did anyone (besides Zenster) even know the Heliosphere existed? Well, it does, and its future looks as gloomy as those Brits deprived of their pubs:

Global warming alarmists face yet another challenge to their predictions of an inferno of doom. The solar wind is losing power, and is at a fifty year low, according to NASA.

The Ulysses solar probe reports a 13% drop in temperature, a 20% drop in density, and a 30% drop-off in the sun’s magnetic field, marking this as the weakest period of solar wind on record (records go back to the 1960’s).

What does this mean? The Heliosphere is thinning, and thus will block fewer cosmic rays. Heinrick Svensmark theorizes that an increase in cosmic rays reaching the Earth will drive cloud formation, increase the planet’s albedo (reflectivity), thus cooling it.

Is this the cause of the Earth’s unusually cool year? According to Anthony Watts, the Earth’s albedo reached a nadir in 1997, and has risen sharply since. Is this related to the weakening of solar activity? We’ve seen few sunspots in Solar Cycle 24, the solar conveyor belt has slowed to a crawl, and now the solar wind is bottoming out.

This information was the first alarm – alarming because scientists can observe the information, but they’re not sure of its implications.

And here is a handy graph, showing the temperature slide:

Global temperature change
The graph is followed by Alarm #2.

Yesterday, I went over to Archonix’ blog and there he was, dysphorically contemplating why nothing matters, not even the Ummah. I’ve never described anyone as glumly triumphant, but I think Archonix has a touch of the exultant in his conclusion. See what you think.

It is an alluring writer indeed who can start with “why we don’t matter” and by some traipsing through a maze of contemplation bring one to the gate that says “the light of truth shines brightest in the dark”. Sometimes I think Archonix has escaped from a Bernard Cornwell novel. You need to read the whole thing, and I didn’t want to spoil the suspense by cutting-and-pasting his entire post. Click on it and see what you think:

The anti-jihad doesn’t matter.

It’s a pretty controversial statement, I agree, but it’s true. We cannot change the world.

We fight, but our governments and their useful idiots ignore us. We protest and they call us “racist” and “haters”. We ask only that we be allowed to share our views and they call us “intolerant”. The way things stand we are not able, and will not be able, to make an effective change. We will be condemned to forever flit around the edges of society, holding aloft the guttering torch of truth as the crowd turns its back on us, preferring the self-inflicted twilight of its own company. In that situation we cannot effect any change because to do so would require overwhelming power, and overwhelming power – the power to force people to take our views – would destroy us utterly.

But that isn’t why we don’t matter.

Islam has that power. Islam has the power to overthrow governments at a snails pace. It has the power to discredit dissent, emotionally and reputationally destroy its opposition. It has the power of government and keeps the people in darkness, by telling them that the light of truth is a lie. It hides behind tolerance and screams “racist” at the people who oppose it, and uses that same government and those same useful idiots to do the hard work so it doesn’t get its lily-white hands dirty. It enslaves and ensnares and is at the point, now, where overthrow by the means we employ is virtually impossible, or would take so long that it cannot hope to succeed in time.

But that isn’t why we don’t matter.

Several events happened this year, largely unremarked, that dictate how the world will be shaped for the next 20 or 30 years…

- – - - – - – - -

First, we reached a new record of “spotless days” for the sun. The sun is at a solar minima not seen since modern records began, and estimated as similar to that preceding the Maunder Minimum, which coincided with the little ice-age. Though the mechanism is not fully understood there is a definite causal link between sun-spot activity, cloud-cover and temperature.

Second, the Pacific Decadal Oscillation, or PDO, did what in the parlance would be called a “flip”. It reversed. The PDO is a well-known cycle of currents and temperatures in the pacific ocean that periodically moves through warm and cold phases. The most recent flip has brought it into a cold phase.

Third, the push for “green energy” has finally resulted in the application of CO2 emission controls being implemented in EU member states. The significant part of this is that many power stations are now no longer operating at anywhere near their peak capacity. In order to comply with the new regulations many large coal-fired energy producers are required to effectively switch off for up to half the year.

The result is…

The consequences Archonix describes are dark and dangerous and explore new territories. Go read it if you are the stalwart type. Or just resume reading Obama’s oraculations. I am positive he has the whole simple solution for this problem right up his sleeve, just waiting for the right moment. In the meantime, there are his plans to bankrupt clean up the coal industry, a plan that’s been public since last January.

That anti-coal stance is a real no-brainer for raking in the votes in San Francisco and Berkeley, me boy. But back in the real world, let’s hope your bright ideas are enough to keep the rest of us warm. Meanwhile, Pennsylvania and West Virginia will have you for breakfast should its citizens get wind of this ecological stupidity. No wonder the MSM tip-toed right on by this piece of sludge way back in January. Had they been honest brokers, they’d have publicized your strange ideas. But they knew you’d be toast or is “toast’ a racist smear? Whatever.

Hillary would now be the nominee and people would not be out buying guns in order to feel safe from your strange economic philosophy.

Here’s some of the Newsbusters’ transcript of the words dropping from the lips of the One back in January:

Let me sort of describe my overall policy.

What I’ve said is that we would put a cap and trade system in place that is as aggressive, if not more aggressive, than anybody else’s out there.

I was the first to call for a 100% auction on the cap and trade system, which means that every unit of carbon or greenhouse gases emitted would be charged to the polluter. That will create a market in which whatever technologies are out there that are being presented, whatever power plants that are being built, that they would have to meet the rigors of that market and the ratcheted down caps that are being placed, imposed every year.

So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it’s just that it will bankrupt them because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted.

That will also generate billions of dollars that we can invest in solar, wind, biodiesel and other alternative energy approaches.

The only thing I’ve said with respect to coal, I haven’t been some coal booster. What I have said is that for us to take coal off the table as a (sic) ideological matter as opposed to saying if technology allows us to use coal in a clean way, we should pursue it. [emphasis from Newsbusters]

Great idea, Obie. And so what are your suggestions as to what we might do to keep warm while these “alternate energy approaches” become a reality in the next two decades or so? After we finish burning our furniture to keep warm, may we have some of yours?

Alarm #3:

Insubria sent a tip about Italy’s message to the EU regarding the “unsustainable costs” for climate control rules as they apply to Italy in particular. In a search for fuller information, I came across a blog I’ll have to investigate more closely later. Right now, though, The New American reports:

Because of economic difficulties emanating from the worldwide banking crisis, some EU members such as Poland and Italy have stated that they cannot afford to enforce the stringent emissions targets on their industrial sector.

But the global economic difficulties have not caused EU leaders to abandon their advocacy of carbon controls. BBC reported President Sarkozy’s statement: “The climate package is so important that we cannot simply drop it, under the pretext of a financial crisis.” And European Commission chief Jose Manuel Barroso said at the close of the summit: “We are not going to let up on the battle against climate change.”

Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi was less enthusiastic and reportedly threatened to exercise a veto to demand less of a burden on Italian industry.

The EU’s proposed actions still did not satisfy environmental extremists, however, and they accused Sarkosy and his associates at the EU with creating loopholes in the legislation to protect Europe’s domestic industries.

As Reuters quoted Greenpeace spokesman Mark Breddy: “Mr. Sarkozy and others are showing that they are unwilling to walk the walk when it comes to decisive action.”

Ironically, Greenpeace has long been a leading opponent of clean, environmentally friendly nuclear power, with which France generates 80 percent of its electricity.

A statement on the EU’s website summed up this summit’s work as follows:

The European Council reaffirmed the objective of reaching an overall agreement on the energy-climate change package for the December European Council and agreed on the Presidency and the Commission intensifying work towards this end.

Many leading scientists have disagreed publicly with the more widely publicized position that made-made emissions have had a warming effect on the Earth’s climate. These include John Coleman, the founder of the Weather Channel; S. Fred Singer, a top environmental scientist and former director of the U.S. Weather Satellite Service; Dr. Patrick Michaels, a research professor of environmental sciences at the University of Virginia; and Professor Benny Peiser of Liverpool’s John Moores University.

[Note to readers: please don’t deluge me with leftist sites declaring anathema on Patrick Michaels. It’s been long shown that the charges are scurrilous and I’m not going to waste bandwidth on that one.]

DinnerAlarm #4

Gun sales are waaay up. Hill Buzz blog (devoted to Hillary fans planning to bury O with votes for McCain) has a post entitled, “This is FASCINATING – gun sales increase could predict Obama defeat”. The long string of thoughtful commenters describe their decision to buy firearms and their unhappiness with having to do so. One commenter left a link to this story (it doesn’t appear to have a permanent separate link so scroll down the page to a piece entitled “Moving Toward the Elections):

For the past few days we’ve been receiving questions from our readers asking a single question: “what about the election?” It’s a question that’s not easy to answer, because there is simply so much at stake a week from tomorrow. And it’s not all the obvious “stuff” that should worry each of us. There are issues to be decided that have the potential to impact every aspect of our lives, not just our wallets.

When James Carville wrote: “It’s the economy, stupid” on a blackboard several years ago, he solidified a focus on the single issue that assured Bill Clinton a place in the White House. Today, Carville would need considerably more words – and chalk – to cover the topics of concern we are all facing.

From the economy to the subjects we’re permitted to teach in schools next week’s ballots are filled with important issues. And not all of us face the same issues – that’s one reason I’ve not bored anyone with my personal political positions.

On the issue of firearms and rights, telling anyone who believes neither party has any interest in dialing-down gun rights at this point is not only a waste of time, it’s a hopeless cause. Despite the nastiness of the campaign, there are some elemental truths that cannot be argued.

One is that the Democratic Party, the party of my family for generations before me, has no intention of leaving that subject alone.

The Outdoor Wire has confirmed from confidential sources that the “transition team” for the Democratic candidate has already begun looking into the current approval system for firearms transactions. It seems the digital recordkeeping approval recently granted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) has piqued their curiosity. With a virtual Form 4473 in existence, we should be on the lookout for a new record-keeping initiative that will “simplify” the hassles of off-site digital record storage by allowing FFLs to, say, store the information on secure governmental servers. Of course, the government will never access the information.

Of course it won’t. Government holds your personal information with the utmost of respectful privacy. If this record-keeping bumf about gun owners is true, I expect a booming (so to speak) business in black market guns. It’s the same phenomenon that happens when states raise their cigarette taxes: the big semis move up the interstates from the less-heavily taxed southern states toward those big Yankee cities. The trailers attached to them are stuffed with contraband tobacco. The business is too huge, too lucrative, and too covert for Law enforcement to make even the smallest dent in the traffic.

A few predictions, based on the information in these articles:

1. Lots of frenzied emergency preparations by otherwise placid citizens.
2. A run on the market for Boy Scouts, military veterans, and other outdoor-types who can start fires by rubbing two sticks together, can box the compass, and can dig a trench latrine.
3. The capture and plucking of those nasty Canada geese which infest artificial suburban ponds. Those feathers will make lovely warm protective garments for the children.
4. In desperation, the greasy carcasses of those naked geese will be source of protein, however repugnant.
5. Barter will return as the primary form of economic transaction. A good reason to stock up on tobacco products, even if you don’t smoke or chew. Also incandescent light bulbs. And whiskey.
6. Which reminds me: learn how to make hooch in the bathtub.

Further suggestions from any passing outlaws will be welcome.

I’m counting on your creative criminality.

A Letter from Denmark

by Baron Bodissey

The Donklephant
Henrik of Europe News weighs in with a guest-essay from a transatlantic perspective on the upcoming presidential election.

A letter to my American friends
by Henrik Ræder Clausen

At my blog EuropeNews, we have largely stayed away from the American election, for even though the election has worldwide impact, it tends to be off-topic for EuropeNews. But since the leading Islamist in Europe, Tariq Ramadan, has voiced his support for Barack Hussein Obama, it’s time to voice an opinion: Please, put John McCain in office. Obama will lead to disaster.

Are Democratic presidents good for the world?

Traditionally, Europeans tend to prefer Democratic presidents. That has not always been fortunate:

Franklin D. Roosevelt, following in the footsteps of Herbert Hoover, created the Great Depression, which caused extreme unemployment in the United States, and possibly increased the popularity of non-democratic systems, since democracy and capitalism obviously weren’t doing so well.

Lyndon B. Johnson, who took over after the Kennedy assassination, brought the United States deeper into the Vietnam War, whereas Kennedy had announced that he wanted to disengage from that conflict. This war, hugely unpopular, threatened to make NATO fall apart in 1968, when France withdrew her practical participation in the alliance and remained a member only in name. It is all but forgotten now, but the situation of NATO was so dire that only the Soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia saved the alliance, by demonstrating that the Communist challenge was still very much real.

Internally, Johnson botched another war, that on ‘poverty’. It had been clear for a while that the great cities of the United States weren’t doing so well, with people moving to the suburbs when they could afford it, leaving the city centres up for decay. The Johnson administration, apparently oblivious of the fact that poverty was dropping roughly 1% each year, opened the “War on Poverty” in order to fix the problems, once and for all, by central planning rather than local initiatives. As anyone who has studied the Soviet Union knows, central planning of cities often leads to rather dubious results, and this was no exception, for in spite of the huge (and costly) initiatives, poverty stalled at late-60’s levels. Not good for America, nor for the world.

Jimmy Carter, the peanut farmer, laid down the seeds for much future trouble when he pressed the Shah of Iran to release, ‘for humanitarian reasons’, those who sought to bring down his regime. The Shah was not perfect, but he was infinitely better than the theocratic regime that followed him. I lived in Iran during the last years of the Shah, saw the opportunities, the progress and the corruption, but also heard the silent propaganda drive against him. Carter simply didn’t have the skill to cut through and do what was needed to maintain that “island of stability” that imploded in 1978.

Also on his watch, to the detriment of us all, Carter initiated Operation Cyclone, where funding of Islamic resistance movements in Afghanistan sought to provoke a Soviet invasion of that dusty country, to provide the Soviet Union with a nightmare equivalent to Vietnam. That was initially successful, in that Soviet did indeed move in, and Carter was able to call a boycott of the Olympic Games due to the ‘unprovoked’ invasion of Afghanistan. These Islamic ‘resistance movements’, after bringing down the Soviet Union, went on to destabilize the Balkans, perform various high-profile terrorist attacks, and eventually, on September 11th, took the ultimate prize of bombing New York, something that Hitler could only dream of.

The latest anti-Israeli diatribes from Carter earns him no further honour. Except perhaps amongst rich Arabs.
- – - - – - – - -
Finally, Bill Clinton, in his eagerness to demonstrate the benefit of American interventions world wide (he intervened a whopping 44 times during his eight years), took an unhealthy share in destabilizing the Balkans, under the pretence of bringing peace. That has brought Europe a lot of challenges, both by way of Islamist presence there, and by way of simple mafia business reaching into Europe through smuggling. The ‘open borders’ policy of the European Union has led to free movement of goods and persons, including drugs and weapons. We need to deal with this in a robust manner, for as the latest street shootings in Denmark demonstrate, the fruits of the destruction of Yugoslavia are reaching us all.

As is the case with Carter, Clinton in his post-presidency is also dependent on Arab money.

I believe these examples demonstrate that having Democratic presidents does not default into better results for the friends and allies of America around the world.

What we do need

One president who eventually got the respect he deserved is Ronald Reagan. In Europe, he was widely dismissed as a ‘Hollywood president’, thus dismissing both his successful eight years as a governor of California, as well as his diligence and skill in diving into complex political matters and holding his own opinion among an army of advisers. The famous iconic statement “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall” was, for instance, reinserted into his speech after his speech writers had removed it.

The decision on the part of Reagan to deploy new nuclear missiles in Europe was vastly unpopular amongst the (partly Soviet-sponsored) peace movement, but the decision was right. The Kremlin was under no illusion about what fate it would suffer in case it attempted to stoke conflict in Europe, and made no such attempts. On the contrary, Gorbachev gave concessions that led to the INF Treaty in 1987, eliminating a significant amount of nuclear weapons. When Reagan left office in 1989, Communism had ceased to be a threat to Europe, and the East Bloc disintegrated peacefully shortly thereafter.

After that, the world has become increasingly complex. The most acute danger is that of Islam subverting our democratic institutions and eliminating our civil liberties, but also the challenges of a resurgent Russia, self-confident China and that of securing future energy supplies are urgent.

We need another Reagan

What we need is a president who will staunchly stand for his own country, who will know and respect friends and allies around the world, and who will stand so firm against the challengers that they are dissuaded from even trying. We need the good feeling of being protected so we can get on with our lives and solve the challenges that future generations depend on us to get right.

And this is where Obama just doesn’t match up. He is friendly with everyone, for sure, and the kind of person that one feels good about supporting, for he seems a little fragile, someone who could take a bit of protection. Which is fair enough, but hardly reason to elect him for president.

I am concerned that, after so many people have supported him to the White House, he would feel indebted left and right, and reward various groups with undue lenience. The ‘support’ he gets from Tariq Ramadan is a case in point, for Ramadan actually starts his article with making a demand on the would-be president: “The new president must …” This is the kind of ‘support’ one would better do without.

The background of Obama is, as has been rehashed over and over, another cause for concern. His childhood has been gone through in many places, and hardly needs more scrutiny. What is more worrisome is his adult life, his connections to the radical left, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, ACORN and the like.

What concerns Wright, he is free to hold anti-American and racist views, no problem. But the fact that Obama didn’t feel revulsion against such points of view. I would expect a president of America to instinctively love his country so much that being in company like this would be out of the question.

Another issue recently raised is that of Obama advocating ‘redistributing wealth’. One can’t really do that. You can take wealth from the rich, but it is really hard to impart on the poor with lasting results. Transfer of money does not teach the virtues of natural discipline, hard work and supporting your fellow man, for free or for money. As with Johnson’s “War on Poverty”, this idea easily lends itself to maintaining the problem by devising the wrong solution. I have no reason to trust Obama on this.

But what worries me most is that electing Obama might lead to reinventing fascism. Yes, that. I’m not of the opinion that Obama is a fascist. Far from it. But he is stepping into territory where he could easily become one. His rhetoric leans in that direction (‘Change’ was central to the program of Mussolini and the related Progressive ideas), and the cult of personality that has grown up around him (see City Journal, for example) makes it a temptation to step in that direction in order to stay on that feeling of high that rallies (like Obama in Berlin) creates. To the best of my knowledge, that feeling is similar to that derived from cocaine, and equally addictive.

Obama is, in a way, sort of a blank person. His experience in politics is limited, as is his record for standing up in tough situations, identifying and doing the Right Thing. I would expect, as in the example of Tariq Ramadan, that people will have a hundred different ideas of what he should do, and that Obama himself will find it impossible to identify that Reagan-style place to stand firm, without overstepping borders and falling into the trap of aggression.

It’s not that I’m crazy about getting McCain into office. I believe he will make mistakes, not least in the Balkans, where he tends to team up with the wrong people, like the Kosovo pseudo-state. But McCain has, in my judgement, the stamina to admit mistakes and learn from them, where I would expect Obama to be haunted by them instead of getting the lesson.

But I do want an American president who is willing to identify and deter our enemies. McCain does this: “I think the transcendent challenge of the 21st century is radical Islamic extremists.” Obama doesn’t, he’s presumably afraid of ‘offending’ friends, or enemies. As a ‘thank you’ for this, both friends and enemies will see Obama as a great opportunity, and move in to exploit his presidency any way they seem fit. This will, in one way or another, lead to disaster.

So, my dear American friends, I hope you will get a president able and willing to make a stand for America, who will be a firm and reliable ally, who will make it clear that we all need to contribute to our future safety, and, for the best of everyone, utterly frustrate our enemies.

I hope you will, after all, vote McCain into office.

If Iraqis could vote it would be for McCain

The average Iraqi is more pro-American than the Democrats.

What’s their primary reason for fearing an Obama presidency? They know it would empower Ahmadinejad’s Iran. If the free American electorate can conjure up half the critical-thinking power that these former totalitarian subjects have accumulated in their 5 years of dictator-free politics, they will vote against Obama.

The personal qualities and political platforms of McCain and his Democrat rival Barack Obama are of little import to Ali, however. His focus is on Iraq and its neighbours such as Iran.

“The Iranians believe that if Obama is elected he will not take action against them despite their nuclear ambitions. That worries me,” said Ali, sitting on an old bench in Al-Zahawi coffee shop.

“If the Iranians get the bomb they will become the Tarzan of the region,” said the former teacher and lecturer at the University of Baghdad, referring to the vine-swinging strongman of the jungle in old Hollywood movies.

Mohammed, also a professor at the university, said he too preferred McCain “because Obama supports a rapid withdrawal of US troops.”

“Our army is still too weak and Turkey and Iran are threats. Iran’s President (Mahmoud) Ahmadinejad has warned Iran would fill the void left when US troops depart,” he said.

What is Diversity Snobbery?

By Ian Jobling • 11/3/08

snob obama

Conservative pundits are justifiably indignant about media bias in the current election. Victor Davis Hanson catalogs the numerous failures to take Obama to task over his questionable associations, his inconsistent positions on the issues, and his unwise redistributionist fiscal proposals. Meanwhile, the media have cast McCain and Palin as racist, authoritarian demagogues, despite the fact that they have shunned controversial positions on race, suppressed valid criticisms of non-whites among their followers, and betrayed the Republican base by supporting a “path to citizenship” for illegal aliens. As Hanson says, Sarah Palin “in the space of two months, has been reduced from a popular successful governor to a backwoods creationist, who will ban books and champion white secessionist causes.”

The bias Hanson complains of is a product of the fundamental misconception of American society that I discussed in The Myth of the Fascist Establishment. We are a society that is not only tolerant of minorities, but recklessly indulgent. America lets millions of immigrants into the country every year and allows them to change the complexion and culture of our nation. Once they are here, we give them affirmative action and put criticism of them, no matter how justified, under a severe taboo. However, mainstream political commentators do not deplore our nation’s indulgences towards non-whites and its disregard for the interests of American natives, but rather its xenophobia and racism. Even as white Americans allow themselves to be dispossessed with nary a grumble, they find themselves pilloried as intolerant, bigoted, and even proto-fascist.

What is the source of this grotesque scapegoating? Why does the media and academic establishment insist on blaming the victim? Many writings on The Inverted World clarify the question. The myth of the fascist establishment is clearly a manifestation of leukophobia, or fear and loathing of white people, which casts whites as uniquely racist and authoritarian. Moreover, the myth is rooted in the hostility towards white ethnocentrism and infatuation with diversity that characterizes American elite ideology, particularly that of the so-called “creative class.”

Though social attitudes always have many causes, I think the major reason for the myth of the fascist establishment is simple snobbery. For the elite, friendliness to diversity is the hallmark of tolerance, open-mindedness, courage, and intelligence. Consequently, not only do the elites boast of their own courageous embrace of diversity, but fabricate a fictional fascist white majority as a foil for their own superior tolerance. To this combination of boastfulness and scapegoating, I give the name “diversity snobbery.”

One sees diversity snobbery at work everywhere in the coverage of this election. Certainly, boastfulness is not hard to find among Obama’s supporters. Bob Herbert of the New York Times, for example, smugly asserts that the Obama campaign appeals “to a new generation of voters—younger, smarter, more diverse, more open-minded.”

Meanwhile, the press has made McCain and Palin out to be stoking a “lynch-mob mentality” in their supporters, in the words of left-wing smear artist Keith Olbermann of MSNBC. For example, the press was remarkably eager to believe an unsubstantiated allegation that someone at a Palin rally yelled “Kill him!” when Barack Obama was mentioned. Olbermann dwelt on the incident for a week, ranting at one point:

on this you’re not only a fraud, Senator [McCain], but you are tacitly inciting lunatics to violence… Suspend your campaign now, until you, or somebody else, gets some control over it and it ceases to be a clear and present danger to the peace of this nation.

Frank Rich of the New York Times accused McCain and Palin of stirring up a “Weimar-like rage” in their supporters, alluding to the period of German history that saw the rise of Nazism. A secret service investigation, however, found no evidence that the phrase had been uttered. Neither Olbermann nor Rich has apologized for the smear.

As has happened so many times before, journalists’ eagerness to believe that violent racism is rampant among whites made them fall for an unsupported accusation. That the elites prove so consistently gullible to this type of claim indicates that some powerful motive is at work here. Snobbery, I think, is a good explanation: by casting the white majority as bigoted rednecks, Olbermann, Rich, and their fans reaffirm their own sense of superior open-mindedness and tolerance.

The press has made many similar gaffes in its coverage of Sarah Palin, which have tended to exaggerate her authoritarianism and ignorance. ABC News reported—the words were subsequently removed from the story—that Sarah Palin had fired a Wasilla librarian for refusing to ban books when she was mayor of the Alaska town in 1996. However, this rumor turned out to be without substance.

Olbermann comes right out and calls Palin “stupid,” but usually the press is a bit more subtle. When Palin asked for clarification of the term “Bush doctrine” in an interview, many commentators accused her of ignorance on foreign policy. However, given that there have been many versions of the Bush Doctrine, the question was a reasonable one.

These exaggerations clearly fit into the logic of diversity snobbery. The fictional narrow-mindedness, ignorance, and authoritarianism of the Republicans throws into relief the elites’ intelligent and broad-minded openness.

Barack Obama himself has artfully appealed to diversity snobbery. In his notorious “Bittergate” comments, the candidate maintained that small-town Americans “cling to” guns, religion, and immigration restrictionism out of bitterness and frustration. Similarly, Obama contrasts the Republican “politics of fear” with his own message of “change” and “hope.” The moral is clear: only bitter, frustrated, fearful losers stuck in the past oppose white dispossession and the eradication of traditional American culture. Successful, savvy people like Obama and his supporters are open to diversity.

Diversity snobbery substitutes insult for argumentation and persuades by appealing to people’s vanity rather than their reason. This elite arrogance is responsible for the distinctive nastiness and shallowness that characterizes today’s political debate. Republicans, after all, are so terrified of being smeared by diversity snobs that they refuse to address the legitimate concerns of white Americans. Consequently, their anger over affirmative action, welfare policies that “spread the wealth” from whites to minorities, and mass immigration continues to fester in silence.

New Panthers’ War on Whites

Dana DiFilippo, Philadelphia Daily News, Oct. 29, 2008

More news stories on Racial Conflict

Some people wear their heart on their sleeve.

Minister King Samir Shabazz wears his on his forehead. Right between the eyes.

“If you want to stop the revolution, that’s what you got to hit,” Shabazz said, pointing to the target tattooed onto his forehead. “I fight my oppressor, and I give him the target.”

Shabazz is chairman of the New Black Panther Party’s Philadelphia chapter. In black beret atop dreadlocks and a black military uniform, he spends most weekdays near City Hall condemning “crackers” and exhorting black passers-by to rise up against their “slavemasters”—and to give him $2 for the party’s semi-annual newspaper.

He is one of the most recognizable black militants in a city known, since the days of MOVE, for its vocal black-extremism community.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which monitors hate activity globally, listed the New Black Panther Party as among the most active and tough-talking of black-separatist groups.

{snip}

But Shabazz is more blunt in his views:

* On whites: “I’m about the total destruction of white people. I’m about the total liberation of black people. I hate white people. I hate my enemy… .”

{snip}

He’s 38 and has children, but he won’t say how many or provide any more details about his personal life, partly for security reasons but also because this reporter is a “cracker.”

He listens to “revolutionary, cracker-killing hip-hop” on his headphones and says things like: “I’ll get black to you on that.”

And he says that he never worries what response his violent rhetoric might provoke in listeners.

“The only thing the cracker understands is violence,” said Shabazz, whose face also bears the tattoos “Freedom,” “BPG” (Black Power Gang) and “NBPP” (New Black Panther Party). “The only thing the cracker understands is gunpowder.

“You got to take violence to violence.”

New movement for American secessionist is Growing!!!

Filed under: Death of the Nation — whitelocust @ 8:36 am

Untied States

John Swenkler, American Conservative, Nov. 3, 2008

More news stories on Balkanization

Whoever wins on Nov. 4, few Americans will harbor any illusions about their national unity. No matter which pairing one chooses—red and blue, Right and Left, coastal elites and flyover salt-of-the-earthers—there is no getting around our status as a country divided, a people set apart from one another as much by regional culture as by religion or political ideology.

A perfect time, in other words, to talk about secession—which is what will happen when the Middlebury Institute’s Third North American Secessionist Conference convenes in Manchester, New Hampshire a week and a half after the election. Thomas Naylor, whose Second Vermont Republic is one of the country’s most active secessionist organizations, is candid about the motive for the scheduling: “The date was set,” he tells me, “on the assumption that Hillary Clinton would be elected—and of course that’s not going to happen.” Nevertheless, the post-election timeframe is “looking more and more important every day” as popular outrage against the Wall Street bailout and anxiety over impending recession continue to build.

The Manchester conference brings together secessionists of all types. Writing in Orion, Bill Kauffman described the crowd from 2006 as “ponytails and suits, turtlenecks and sneakers, an Alaskan gold miner and one delegate from the neo-Confederate League of the South who wore a grey greatcoat, as if sitting for a daguerreotype just before the battle.” Despite—or perhaps because of—their ideological differences, they all share a common cause: to regionalize, to decentralize, to debunk the myth of a nation indivisible and replace it with a story that gives difference its due.

That story is by no means a new one. The idea of political separatism is, as Middlebury Institute founder Kirkpatrick Sale puts it, “as American as America.” From the 13 colonies declaring their independence from the British Crown in 1776, to the rash of state-splittings that took place during the early years of the Republic, to Norman Mailer’s secessionist 1969 campaign for mayor of New York City, the aura of divisibility has long been a part of the American tradition.

Throughout the years, the causes of such division have been as varied as the makeup of the American tapestry itself. Consider the movement that sprang up on the border of California and Oregon in 1941, when a group of disgruntled miners and loggers stormed the courthouse in Curry County, Oregon, brought several counties from Northern California on board to form a provisional government, and established the mining town of Yreka—pronounced “why-REE-kuh”—as the unlikely capital of the even more unlikely State of Jefferson. (The state’s name, which recalled the independent streak of the most rebellious of the American founders, was settled on only after such proposals as “Orofino” and “Mittelwestcoastia” were mercifully rejected.) The rebel flag bore a pair of X’s to indicate that the region had been doublecrossed by the governments in Sacramento and Eugene, and storekeepers put out change buckets for shoppers who wanted to redirect their sales-tax pennies from the state treasuries. Local men armed with hunting rifles set up roadblocks along the Klamath River Highway, distributing copies of a Proclamation of Independence that explained that they were in “patriotic rebellion against the States of California and Oregon” and planned to “secede each Thursday until further notice.”

The State of Jefferson turned out to be short-lived—the sudden death of its first governor was followed quickly by the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor, which sent the country into a fit of patriotic fervor that left little room for rebellion. But the spirit of ‘41 lives on in men like Leo Bergeron, a 70-year-old former rancher and 17-year resident of California’s Siskiyou County. He wears a loosely-hung bolo tie with his golf shirt and shows no signs of losing the energy that once made him president of the state Grange and led him to run for county supervisor earlier this year. He’s working to revive the State of Jefferson. “There’s becoming a state, becoming a territory, and becoming our own country,” he tells me. “The first two are the hardest because you need all sorts of approval from the legislators, but with the third option you can just tell ‘em all to go to hell. It’s really all about independence—we know this place, and we know how to govern ourselves. We don’t need some a—holes from Washington or Sacramento telling us what to do.”

You can call it ‘divided’. I consider it like the honesty and enthusiasm of rooting for one’s football team.

This is an idea more and more people are talking about in the open, which is a good thing. I don’t see this as a “radical” idea but a common sense one whose time has come.

Posted by RHG at 7:01 PM on October 31

Hmmm…notice anything interesting about this article? Not once is the word “race” mentioned anywhere in the entire piece. How likely is it that a secession based on race realism would take place when a sympathetic article like this can’t even bring itself to mention the word race? I’m sure that if the author mentioned race as a valid rationale for secession, his editors and most of his readers would have reacted toward him as if he had just advocated killing babies in their nurseries.

Another question is how secession would take place? By red and blue states? Those are scattered all across the country. The nation isn’t clearly divided by north and south as it was in the past.

The only way I can see secession as becoming feasible or even necessary is if whites indeed become outnumbered by Hispanics and become politically disenfranchised. That is indeed possible but it isn’t inevitable, despite what Hispanic activists assert. Despite the current presidential campaign, I do see a growing awakening about a Hispanic takeover by the rank and file of whites in this country.

Me thinks that there will be such a shakeup in washington very soon and it isn’t gonna be pretty. People are fed up with voter fraud, graft in high offices, cheaters liars, thieves ….ect. All of this comes from politicians out for power, they could care less about us hard working white people. Before 2009, there will be some big trouble, I can see it coming, so get ready!!

Read The Northwest Migration Handbook for ideas on how to get started. It’s best to download and print it before reading; as a couple of stories here have pointed out, there is a serious movement under way to censor the Internet.

The idea of secession is regarded by some here as foolish, but it seems to me that any solution to our current situation will enter into existence by it as necessarily as one passes through a doorway when entering a building.

Additionally, when reading articles here anymore, the notion that appealing for change through the official means will effect anything is by my mind inescapably judged to be hopeless. The only hope I find, the only avenues which seem even remotely possible, and which I thus think about, seem to be ones of secession; my overwhelming feeling is that, fine, if you won’t do whatever valuable service we depend upon you for sufficiently, we’ll not just sit around waiting for whatever doom your stupidity invites to overcome us, apparently having decided that we are completely dependent on you — we’ll do it our own f^cking selves. We’ll rebuild whatever mechanism you constituted without the critical flaw. Schools little but institutions of indoctrination? Fine, we’ll start our own school. Police incapable of protecting our neighborhoods? Fine, we’ll create our own defense force. And so it goes, eventually arriving at the realization that we need our own country, our own boat, manned and helmed by our own principals, so that when the one we’re on now crashes into the rock, or sails into the hurricane, we will not be on it to perish for foolishness that is not our own.

Posted by Sunder at 9:17 PM on October 31

Undoubtedly this country is ripe for secession. I lost interest in the article because the implication was that our problems are one of regionalism and religion, not race and ethnicity. To be sure regional differences do exist, but that’s the least of our worries.

I live in the Midwest but have more in common with a white person in Georgia than a black or mestizo in Illinois or Indiana. There are racial fault lines all over this country, but nary a word in the American “Conservative”. Their unwillingness to address racial issues is the main reason I canceled my subscription to the magazine.

The State of Jefferson, Cascadia, Northwest Republic, or any other name you wish to give it, has been around conceptually for a long time. The problem is that Oregon and Washington are blue states. As I look at the map of red and blue states, it looks as though this is where the seperations are going to be. East coast blue states will be country one, West coast blue states will be country two, and middle and Southern red states will be country three. The Book of Revelation does say that Mystery Babylon will be divided in three.

Each State should from committees to run representatives to a Secound Continental Congress whoes purpose would be to form two seperate and soverien nations. This should be something that can be done like other nations have done. The USSR split into some 8 different republics without blood shed. The Federalist System has failed and is dangerous to our people. The Federalist System will destroy or kill anyone who attempts to reform it. Besides, we have every right to break away and form a WHITE HOMELAND in North America.

Amerinds were given large reservations and many exclusive rights by our European ancestors. Now, we are the new natives being displaced and having a slower but just as sure genocide being purpetrated on us. It makes sense to have areas where we have exclusive control and special “rights” (like to remain unmolested by outsiders on our “reservations). But will we have to fight for such areas, that is the question. And will we be able to govern ourselves or will we require greater assistance from them? The answer is that we will need industry and trade just as we do now – and a banking system – and food. Some things to think about

Posted by Whiteplight at 10:10 PM on October 31

The Confederacy would have won its independence if they’d only been more patient. By firing on Fort Sumter, they gave the Tyrant Lincoln the excuse he needed to attack the South. There are places today that are effectively outside the control of the national government, namely the ghettos, barios, and sanctuary cities. All of them, of course, receive money taken from productive Whites and would collapse without that stolen wealth. Could not those parts of America that still earn their keep quietly secede as well? Not by declarations, but by non-cooperation with authority we do not recognize, just as the Blacks, Mexicans, and Reds do?
Many of us would like the invaders to attack us directly, with Banzai charges that we could mow down, but that’s not going to happen tonight. Or if we had a patriotic government, we could all enlist in an Army of Liberation. That’s not going to happen either, at least for another four years. But we can think and act subversively, try to connect with others who might share our views, and take whatever opportunity comes along to derail our Enemies ambitions. It seems that people in this country are gradually segregating themselves by belief, and we should encourage that. To live in a community where we could casually discuss the failings of Blacks along with the weather and the Super Bowl would strengthen us tremendously. As things now stand, liberals control public discourse. Note how there was no mention of immigration during the recent “debates”. Our silence is our Enemies greatest strength. We feel isolated, as if our views were not held by a large majority of Whites. But armies are made up of battalions, which are made up of companies, which are made up of squads. We can form the squads of our friends and neighbors. We can share our views, exclude the unwanted, and help one another. There will be no White Nation without White communities, and building those communities is within our reach. When we can trust our neighbor, we can begin to think about recovering our country.

Even if a state secedes, it will not make a difference. Why not? Because…

- A well-to-do White person in the newly seceded state would decide that he needs very cheap labor to work for him. He would import in his labor from some of the third-world states and give them special rights to entice them to work longer and harder.

- An altruistic White person in the newly seceded state would say, “It’s not right that those poor Blacks are suffering so much in Mississippi. We have plenty of good conditions here. Why don’t we bring some of them here and share our good conditions with them? What would that hurt? After all, it’s the Christian thing to do.”

- A loyal reader right here in Amren would say, “This really isn’t about race, and I do not mind the presence of Blacks…”

There you have it. The cycle would start all over again.

The most elite Whites want the changes that are rapidly occurring, because it is more profitable for them. They want a browner society of less intelligent people who are easily manipulated and gullible. Whites will be virtually non-existent in the not-too-distant future in America. It will be a nation of dumbed-down mongrels, which is exactly what the most elite clique of Whites want.

Whose side will you be one? I live in a sanctuary city. I do not want to live in a santuary city. I want the feds to arrest our fat mayor and put him in the pokey for a long time. I consider the santuary city policy on the same level as firing on fort sumter. I support the feds in this issue.

The Union is in trouble for sure! But few people understand the term “union” anymore. The public schools do not teach it and most of the citizens look at states as if they were just counties! Each and every state is sovereign and independant. If the state governments would stand their ground more, then the union government would act more of a union government than a dictatorship. But of course it comes full circle. The state governments do not stand their ground because they don’t know of the union concept, because they come from public schools, and the cycle repeats its self.

we dont have to wait for whites to be disenfranchised, its already here. if obama gets to be president, he will immediately legalize 20 million mexicans, adding 20 million new democratic voters. no more republican party, ball game over, america has been successfully taken over. i dont think the divisions are all race based, look at all the white people with obama signs in their yards, and all of our liberal politicians, and our east coast liberals, and universities. the liberals and us conservatives dont even agree on what the truth is, so there is no other alternative but to partition our nation, but when that happens we are going to be the bad guys.

I think the secessionist movements will entail a committee of correspondence.

“I lost interest in the article because the implication was that our problems are one of regionalism and religion, not race and ethnicity. To be sure regional differences do exist, but that’s the least of our worries.”

-SuperDave

I agree, SuperDave. The violence in the innercities, caused by Black, Hispanic, and Southeast Asian gangs will evidence the racial nature of the upcoming conflict. These gangs could care less about States’ right (or centralized government), or regional nationalism. To them, it will be about the White man, and for some, the Black or Hispanic man. Northeast Asians will also be targeted, by the Black and Hispanic gangs (i.e. attack on Korean storekeepers in LA Rodney King riot).

The future Civil War will officially start in the Southwest, and it will be very racist! Just type “Aztlan” into your search engine, and you will know what I mean.

My suggestion is to form defense militias to defend our communities against Black and Hispanic gangs. Protection will be vital. Also keep in mind that gun control is about disarming us, in our defense agaainst Black and Hispanic invaders. It’s truly nothing else. The far-leftists support it, so they can disarm “Whitey.” The Black and Hispanic gangs will get their guns anyways, whether guns and ammunition are legal or not.

I know this is going to be a touchy subject, and I am sorry to digress a little, but this will be very important for our people, with whatever happens; I think we should prepare for projects to clean up depleted uranium pollution, in case it’s still in our military’s arsenal. If we can’t ban the use of nuclear depleted uranium-based weapons, we should resort to the next best solution. Thereby, we should prevent uranium contanimation. Thereafter, we should find medical methods to treat uranium poisoning, and maybe even tactics to help us evolve, to the point where uranium will be contained and maybe even disposed of, through our kidneys.

Depleted Uranium will be a risk for our government. If it uses it, it has a key weapon, in instant victory, or the victory version of instant gratification. But, by using it, it also gives the precedent and ability for Depleted Uranium to be used against it. So, by banning it, the government doesn’t really lose anything. If it uses Depleted Uranium, it will actually quicken the spread of anti-government propaganda, rapidly.

The disarming of Whites only, the potential use of Depleted Uranium, and forced multi-racial policies could be the turning points to turning mainstream thought against the government.

Note to secessionists: Please don’t promote or actually use Depleted Uranium; it won’t benefit our people, merely to be poisoned.

The true POWER of the enemy is their control of the media. Read any book on Psychological Warfare techniques and you will read the description of what the Neo Marxist media is doing to America.
Beyond that, HOW did they get control of the media? Through control of the Universities, which are vast indoctrination camps for Marxism/Liberalism.
Liberals are NOT Americans. They have nothing in common with traditional American attitudes, beliefs or principles.
They are a cultural mutation which is leading to the utter destruction of the nation. Liberalism IS national suicide.
No nation can survive the disease of Liberalism.
Americans MUST realize the MEDIA is LYING to them, that they and their children HAVE been brainwashed.
50 million Americans still get their political information from the Marxist Media; CBS, NBC, ABC, etc.
Americans must develop their own media channels. Once the brainwashing is broken, Americans can begin to fight back.

As someone writing this from Europe it seems that this election, just like those that have been held over here in the last decade, will divide the elctorate in a way that breaks the ties of nationhood.

How can a person who holds christian values, believes in the traditional family, peaceful homogenic communities of European decent, patriotism and the rule of law live alongside people who denigrate your people and nation, its history and values and, like your Pastor Wright, Ayers and Farakhan hold you, and all you stand for, in contempt.

America is big enough to separate.

The Republican state would be happy, safe and prosperous.

The Democratic state would however become a third world hell hole in one generation with no-one to police or defend it.

No expert on this am I, but I do not see this happening for many reasons and the first and most important, unless I am mistaken, is that any new “nation” carved out of the U.S. would declare itself free of its “share” of the national debt. Would be great to start a new country without all the baggage, but the National government cannot let this happen. Even Lincoln did not prosecute the Civil War based on the debt, but a modern president would be forced to do so to get the peasants back on the reservation so they can pay past and present debts and transfer payments to the “unfortunate”.

To Posted by 8:51 AM. Lincoln did raise an Army and invade the South for just that reason. Lincoln, ” If we let the South go, what would become of our revenue?”. The Northern States were bankrupt, as was the federal government before the war began. Lincoln…” I have the Confederate Army, which I loath, to my front and to my rear the bankers, which I fear”.
As I have posted before, Secession is our only remedy for survival. We must do all we can to throw off the yokes we carry now. If your in debt, try your best to get out. Instead of wasting valuable land on perfect lawns, cultivate and plant crops to support your family. Seek out and buy natural and local products such as milk, eggs and fruit. This is something which I still have trouble doing, get to know your neighbors. We must slow down our fast paced lives. We must regain our agrarian and self sufficient ways. Secession comes in many ways. One small way to secede is to avoid companies and businesses that use their profits to subvert your way of life ie…Verizon, Mobil, Exxon, BP are just a few that give millions to the naacp. For those who have children, try to home school. These are but a few measures. Seek out Secessionist movements. League of the South, Alaska Independence Party, Vermont’s Secessionist Party. We have the blueprints for Independence. We now need the people to implement the plan. DeoVindice.

Long before the federal government become so intrusive in our lives, states rights protected the people of each state. The federal government was meant only to be the glue of cohesion that held the individuals states together as a union. And to raise an army in the event of war. The feds are way out of control now. They push their will onto the people of the individual states and practice a form of communism by taking from some states according to their abilities, and giving to others according to their needs. The feds themselves are controlled by a small group of individuals. If it takes a “civil war” to free the states of their slavemasters in washington d.c., then let it happen, and sooner the better. The national debt that has been ran up by the feds through uncontrolled and reckless spending is not a debt of the people. Get the money from Iraq and Afghanistan. Send a bill to all the 140 different places around the globe that we protect. I cannot find anyplace in the constitution of the united states where it states that the federal government can run up a debt in my name.

Whoever wins on Nov. 4, few Americans will harbor any illusions about their national unity.

That is a very misleading statement.

First, the “national unity” myth is to large extent an illusion that can mostly be attributed to whites.

Relatively small minority of blacks and Hispanics subscribe to it. If Obama wins, they are NOT going to preach “national unity” all of the sudden. White Obama supporters will maintain their illusion, so we are not likely to see any radical change here. The other whites are likely to get disillusioned.

If McCain wins, though, Sarah Palin may become a strong unifying factor, at least among those who are unifiable. After all, she IS authentically American.

Just to be informative, the fact is that Lincoln paid for the war on the wealth of Union controlled California and Nevada gold and silver fields. Virginia City, Nevada was the main contributor because it was the most productive at the time and it was huge. There were a few attempts at Confederate take over here and there, but all failed.

Posted by Whiteplight at 3:22 PM on November 1

“The Confederacy would have won its independence if they’d only been more patient.
When we can trust our neighbor, we can begin to think about recovering our country.”

> I hate to bring this up to one handled as Schoolteacher, but there are not records that illustrate a desire on Lincoln’s part to attack the South. And although it was the Union troops that moved to Manassas Junction to a waiting Army of Northern Virginia, they lost in a rout and the next two years saw Union defeat after Union defeat. It was only the over confidence and audacity of General Lee (a distant cousin of mine) that led the South to go too far into Union territory and loose big at Gettysburg. If Jeb Stuart had not been detained by repeated cavalry engagements, he would have been able to attack the Union forces from behind and guarantee a Confederate Victory. A good book on the subject is “Attack and Die.” It is chiefly concerned with the idea that Confederate strategy relied on attacking ferociously, which always cost more men then they had to loose. The book even compares this with the Roman Army engagements with Celts, making a comparison between the temperments and even the cultures of the two periods.

I think it is eerily reminescent of the last time to think that everyone who would want to seperate from a non-White state would share the exact same preferrences. Must everyone pass a religious test, then I am out. Will my fellow Whites turn and execute me?

I am bored with professional sports, and the Superbowl is full of Black atheletes anyway. I don’t think that Schoolteacher and a lot of posters are really thinking about a the reality of secession. This is not Mexico and they have a couple of long term shooting wars going on with seperatists in the south anyway. You won’t be able to seccede and then go down to Burger King for a Whopper and sit and watch the next game. I am afraid that most are fantacizing just like the last time and will pay for it – again.

Anyway, if there is a secession, I hope it is handled better than last time.

Whaddaya want? The Balkans? Now THAT’s a mighty fine political arrangement!

A red/blue divide. Oh yeah, just what we need: Two coastal entities with fine ports, educated people, enlightened policies, and techno savvy… With a belligerant, violence-prone, fundamentalist theocracy in the middle, vociferously jealous of the coastal areas’ affluence, brainpower, and all-around superiority.

After much talk about pointy-headed intellectual wimpiness, the theocracy would inevitably invade… and we’d end up one nation again, even more screwed up than before!

Would you support a cantonal system akin to the one in
Switzerland, but whereby a White jurisdiction could promote its own interests/keep non-whites from migrating thereto?

Do you think this would be a worthy alternative to secession and/or the status quo?

Posted by EA Steve at 5:28 PM on November 1

I do not believe that political secession is workable in any long term sense, even if the Leviathan allowed it to happen. Our enemies would only use their territory to prepare another attack on us. I am in favor of individual and community secession, a withdrawal of allegiance and cooperation with our oppressors. I think we should seek to find like-minded people and form our own communities, even if that only means the guy three houses down and the people on the next block with the Bob Barr for President sign in the front yard. Preferably, we would not be so isolated in Obamacist neighborhoods that we could find so few comrades, but we do what we can. If we cannot speak freely without losing our jobs, if we can only be truthful on the internet, we are like the Japanese troops isolated on many bypassed Pacific islands during WW2: helpless, and waiting for the inevitable. The internet is great, but it’s no substitute for personal friends with beliefs and attitudes compatible with ours. It doesn’t matter if you discuss the Super Bowl or play chess, real community comes from real friendship and a real sense of obligation toward your fellows.
We also need to look at moving to more congenial places if we no longer feel welcome in our hometowns. This too, is a form of secession. Why live in a place where your state and local taxes support everything you loathe? Why should you contribute your labor to the a society of people who detest you? Why be an outcast in your own town? I hated the idea of leaving my city, but it’s better than living amid Third World squalor and White insanity.
Some would call this a retreat, an abandonment of White territory to alien invaders and their White sponsors, but we have been losing consistently for years and years, on every front. We need to regroup, to invigorate those places we still hold. Many of us are behind enemy lines, fuming much but accomplishing little. Could we not do more good among our own people? Would the Reds behind Lutheran Social Services have been able to convince the people of Iowa to welcome Somalis if a few White refugees from Philadelphia had spoken up, warning the naive Whites of troubles to come?
I believe that we are on the verge of enormous economic and social disruption, not fixable by the usual methods of sly Federal bookkeeping. Obama can not save the liberals. The GOP will not save us. To survive, some parts of the country will need to remain American, with functioning economies and societies. We need to be part of that large remnant, so that we can recover those lands now occupied when they collapse.

Regarding Lincoln’s desire to attack the South: Most of the War was fought on Southern territory. Lincoln was constantly badgering his generals to attack. He would complain that some general had the “slows”, almost relieved General George Thomas, a skillful and successful commander, for insufficient aggressiveness, and once asked General McClellan if he might borrow the Army, since the General didn’t seem to be using it much. And he said of U.S. Grant: “I can’t spare this man. He fights.”
It’s true that the Southern armies were too eager to attack, losing too many men even when they drove the Yankees from the field, but again, they were fighting on Southern land against an invading army. Without Lincoln, all those Celtic Southerners would have been plowing and making babies, not shooting at Yankees.

General Quagmyer, ye are of little faith. Indeed, the east and left coasts may have the “fine ports, educated people (and)techno savvy,” as you claim. But when the feces hits the cooling device, which it inevitably will, the only things that will important are bread and bullets. And here in the midwest, we got an ample supply of both, and the means to make more. Regardless of the contempt you seem to have for the areas not on the coasts, we will do a lot better without the blue states than they will do without us. Furthermore, it was the “enlightened policies” of east coast elites that got us into this mess in the first place. Let the blue state liberals establish a Marxist utopia. They can do it without picking the pockets of the unwilling, limiting our libeties and imposing a hostile, foreign presence in our neighborhoods……………

The great experiment known as the United States ended in the 60s, and we have been living on borrowed time since. Gen Quag, you have said it very well. You are the only one here who has really laid it on the line and told it bluntly and plainly just like it is. A number of secessionist posters here have argued enthusiatically (and very naively) that they will have all the skills, all the productivity, all the wealth, all the intelligence, and the blue states will revert into festering ghettos. Not so! That’s too cut-and dried. The blues will still have white people. The blue states will have their problems, and plenty, but the red states will have even worse because intelligent people will be fleeing them.

The blue states, I’m afriad, will have nearly all (or most of) the scientists, the educated people, the cultured and creative people who will laugh with comtempt at the red states, while the latter ban evolution and regress into teaching creationism and the Rapture, and forbid questioning the Bible, or other such nonsense. What intelligent people would want to live there in a backward place like that? Contrary to their assumptions, the red states will become more like Africa or Albania and their people will begin migrating into the blue states to find jobs and opportunities, even if it’s in the presence of blacks and Mexicans, rather than have to endure the primitive conditions at home. I don’t see a bunch of theocratic bible freaks and hillbillies running an advanced civilization, any better than Mexicans or Haitians could. They neever have and I don’t think they ever will.. As someone else said above they are living in a fantasy world of magical thinking . And they’re going to get themselves hurt — again.

No. Invasions should/must be repelled. The Swiss contonal-an idea promoted by anti-white leftist Kirkpatrick Sales-changes nothing. Native Born White Americans would still loose trillions of dollars of educational, industrial, technological, scientific and military infrastructure to China,India,Pakistan, Iran-over one million living in California at the present time-and Mexico. All of these nations will have effectively extended their borders deep into America. Native Born White Americans will be surrounded by these nations who will inherit the most lethal military infrastrucuture ever known to man.

The non-white population in these areas will explode. The ecological catastrophe will makes its way to the new White America”. It is infantile thinking to believe that it wouldn’t. It will also feel very crowded in the reduce territory occupied by Native Born White America. There will be massive sprawl and massive ecological destruction. Life will be be very unpleasant . Everyone will be living on top of each other. All the amenties will be lost.

It is long-past time to take matters into our own hands.

In general we must form social and economically collaborating microcommunities in rural and select suburban locations (Google “Microcommunity: A Definition”), develop alternative energy and production resources to promote economic independence, and seek political legitimacy in rural locations through local office.

I encourage AmRen readers who are interested in secession to Google “Homeschooling & Adult Education” and “White Communities & Micro-economies.”

It’s been mentioned here by a number of posters that Indian, Pakistan, China, and Iran will somehow be in control of parts of the former United States due to the presence of many of their countrymen here. Do these posters seriously think that dysfunctional third-world dumps like India and already unstable countries like Pakistan have the means to militarily interfere here ? First of all, they have problems of their own, such as Pakistan being involved in a de-facto war with Afghanistan and India with Kashmir. Second, there are far too many armed Americans, not to mention the presence of nuclear weapons in North America. Third, the only country that could conceivably have the money and transportation means to ship over the great amount of troops necessary is China. I think some posters here are exaggerating the threat from these quarters.

Secession cannot be accomplished by force of arms.

Secession will occur when “they” are just as keen to be rid of “us” as we are to be gone.

Secession will happen and like most things, it will not happen soon enough but too soon for everyone to be prepared.

If our purpose is White Nationalism, then we have to start building a White nation somewhere. To think that all the intelligence in this country is on the coasts is incorrect. General you sound like the blacks I work with who refer to the Midwest as “one big trailer park”, and the South as “ignorant rednecks”. How many of the intelligent people on the coasts originated in the Midwest? You have a valid point about the port, strategically we’d need a port. I have lost all hope in fixing this country within the system. The reality is Microsoft is going to keep hiring Indians, they’re never going to build a fence on the border, and there is going to be another amnesty. Thursday they caught more Mexican military on our side of the border. Why do you think Mexico is probing our Border? Russia is holding joint military excersizes with Venezuela. Chavez is giving free oil to poor blacks. Why do you think he’s doing that? Obviously he’s trying to turn them even more against us. Schoolteacher, our enemies are already within our gates. They used immigration as their Trojan horse. We have to prepare ourselves. I’m fearful of January 20th, even more so than Tuesday. I intend to be out of Los Angeles by January 20th. If everyone on here feels seperating is wrong, what are your solutions? Vote McCain? This country, I feel, is about to take a hard turn left. Most of the brainwashed sheeple blame Bush for the economy, and are going to not only put Obama in the White house, but load congress with Democrats. All these first time voters are going to vote Democrat across the board. Soon Amren might not even be here. Paul, you are correct about the media. Everday the first thing I do is check my email on Yahoo. The articles on Yahoo are so slanted left, I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. This is where millions of Americans get their information. If they’re not trying to sway our opinion left, they’re trying to distract us with mumbo jumbo about celebrities. I also agree with your thoughts on education. Look up the Reeese Committee if you haven’t heard of it already. WildeyedCharlie, the post that I put up originally wasn’t a response to yours. I have a tremendous amount of respect for what you’re doing, and I know you guys are at least prepared for what’s going on. After you and I conversed on this subject a few months back, I started searching for jobs in the Portland and Vancouver area. I work in operations management. Every job I applied for said “biligual prefered”. That’s not a good sign. I’m branching out into Salt Lake City, Missoula, Boise, Billings, and Spokane. We, as like minded individuals, need to congregate somewhere. I realize that many of us come from different backgrounds, have different political and religous views, and have different expectations in life, but we have to figure out what we are going to do. I’m still young, have some savings, and I’m not tied down by a wife and kids or a mortgage, so I don’t have a problem picking up and moving a thousand miles. I realize many of you don’t have that option. If the economy collapses, or there is some type of social upheaval, I want to be around like minded individuals, that I can trust.

A lot depends if we can learn from experience. If we see an animal in a trap, take pity on it and free it, but the next day see it has wandered in the same trap… what can you do? Suppose we gain a homeland again, all white, will we begin to make exceptions again: non-white political refugees, workers to do labor “whites won’t do”, the demographic compromises of “free trade”. Hopefully We’d have learned from experience, developed an ingrained racial memory, never again.

People need to look at faces around them, feel trust, affirmation, confidence, and have that mirrored back at them in their faces. That’s why “good non-whites” more dangerous to Whites than “bad non-whites”. It’s natural to be polite, even kind to good people, but this prevents us from taking a stand in our interests. We could fight the Japanese in the 40’s because they were devils that hated us. But the Devil has learned you catch more flies with sugar than vinegar. Try telling a minority neighbor, co-worker, sister-in-law, someone that’s essentially a “good-non-white” what our White Nationalist philosopical position is. They’re a different universe, they just don’t get it. Easier to be Davy Crockett at the Alamo, than telling a minority (someone, as a person, you like) you don’t want them here, making a scene, they just don’t understand. It’s easier just to give up. Sometimes it easier to die then to make a scene. That’s why you have to win the game before the players even take the field.

In a seceded White Land, the seeming harmless incremental social turn would have to watched with a suspicious eye. As William Blake wrote: “The dog starved at the master’s gate fortells the ruin of the state.” Both Greed and compassion, if misused, could be the stratagem of a Trojan Horse. Miscegenation would do more harm, in the long run, than even the crime of murder. What’s the difference between North America and ‘South of the border’: One married the natives, the other didn’t.

Some on this site have blamed White altruism for our plight, that’s something we could round and round about, but altruism is as much a part of our nature as sex, aggression, love, despair, you name it; all these things have been in us from our beginning; altruism isn’t going away. That’s why we have to be by ourselves with xenophobia rules. Otherwise when “good non-whites” look at us with pleading, all too-human eyes, we’ll give in, just like we did before, the same mistake. Then we could free altruism for our own.

Posted by Patrick2 at 1:08 PM on November 2

Secession has its appeal on a visceral level, but I say why should we give up anything that our ancestors built and fought for? The harder way but the ultimately better and more secure way is to take back what we’ve lost…not retreat to a corner of the continent and have yet another hostile neighbor at our borders.

Regarding the idea that all the educated, creative people, particularly the scientific types, would live in the Blue, leftist states after any division of the U.S: Recall a few days back the story on this site about how doctors prefer not to serve Black patients. I believe that most White liberals actually agree with us on most racial issues, because they rarely allow their own precious kids to go to racially “diverse” schools, and they don’t take advantage of the real estate bargains to be found in many slums. I also agree with many posters that liberalism is a mental aberration, a condition requiring continuous propaganda to suppress the cognitive dissonance caused by saying one thing and believing another. Just as physicians who are confronted with the reality of Black inferiority prefer Whites, the technological elites, trained in logic, will also choose the evidence before their eyes over the lies in their ears. Multiculturalism is strongest among those trained in literature, the arts, and the social sciences. (BTW, much of that last category of knowledge has been corrupt from its beginnings, and intentionally so.) Note, for example, the hysteria among Erica Jong and her literary pals. But while scientists who wish to keep their jobs may refrain from publicly criticizing the 3rd World among us, I doubt that many of them are clueless about racial differences. They’ll choose Baptists over Santeria any day. And they are also among the most aware of the problems caused by the influx of Chinese and Hindu geeks. I’m certain that most White scientists and engineers know the score as well as we do.

How do you battle this form of demographic change without some form of secession? We get one vote which you can cast for better leadership, you can have children and do your best to shield them from the culture and from the non-Whites hitting on them, you can give money to certain groups.

What else?

People say “Stay and fight” but it’s not as if people are really fighting just by “living” in ghetto-like conditions. Living in a predominantly Black or Hispanic area, working a 9 to 5 job and sending your kids to an integrated school isn’t “fighting,” more like barely surviving.

If a county is 50% Black and 50% White are you going to say to the Whites “Stay and fight?”

What does “fight” mean? Which part of their daily routine constitutes fighting? Everything’s integrated by law. There’s very little way to fight within the law other than voting or having children. “Stay and fight” is a meaningless slogan because while you can stay, there’s no way lawful you can fight. It should be “Stay and try your best to live,” at worst it’s “Stay and live in a ghetto.”

The attitude seems to come from the idea that we must not surrender a single piece of land, not a single state or county, because all of America rightfully belongs to us. And if you leave a piece of land you are “surrendering” that land.

Whether that is true or not about all of America rightfully belonging to us, I’m afraid that ship has already sailed. The condition of a house is going to reflect whichever people are living in that house. The population within the borders of this country is 40% non-White. A country is it’s [i]people[/i], and 40% of the people within this country are not our people any longer.

The only relevant question right at this moment is do you want that 40% living intermixed with Whites (Which according to simple mathematics will doom us within X number of generations) or do you want them living separate from Whites (SEGREGATION….White people having their own living areas. Some degree of control over their own lives. How incredibly evil! Brrrrrr!)

We should encourage White flight because it separates Whites from Hispanics/Blacks/Hispanics. The more White flight occurs the more predominantly White areas we’ll have in America. People are still living in fantasy-land, we’re not fighting for control of every square inch of land in America anymore, we’re fighting for our very existence as a race today. White flight is our last hope to even exist in the future. If the entire country becomes integrated into areas 50% White 25% Black 25% Latino we’re completely doomed. We can’t survive in those conditions.

Obviously we’ll lose large parts of the country, due to the fact the simple fact that America is now 40% non-White. A country is it’s people, when your country is 40% foreign people you’ve officially lost 40% of your country. Again, that ship has already sailed. Blame Ted Kennedy. He stood on the Senate floor and told the biggest lie in American history “This will not change the demographics of America.” Perhaps the most substantial lie ever told in the history of our country. Benedict Arnold has nothing on Ted Kennedy.

“Secession” is the wrong word. It assumes there will still be a nation-state called “United States.” The right word is “dissolution.” What will happen is that the US government simply collapses of its own dead weight, as the USSR did in 1991. Not to mention the Roman Empire, Ottoman Empire and just about any other empire you can name. All empires eventually fall apart; we’re just witnessing this dissolution from the inside. The end result, of course, is impossible to know as there are way too many variables. However, I have made what IMHO is a logical educated guess; anyone interested in my forecast can e-mail me.

“white student” is exactly right. People like “Jupiter” are either off their good meds or on some really bad ones. No country has anywhere near the capability of transporting invaders here, either by air or sea. As for the real threat (Mexico), once the corrupt US government is abolished, the border states will be free to seal those borders and deal with their illegals in whatever manner they choose.

Now in another 200 million years or so the continents will likely merge again and form the next version of Pangaea, which would allow China, Pakistan, etc. to invade. But I’ve decided not to worry about that.

“The blue states, I’m afriad, will have nearly all (or most of) the scientists, the educated people, the cultured and creative people who will *laugh* with comtempt at the red states,”

A dollar bill isn’t redeemable for anything if the store shelves are empty. The value of a dollar from day to day is built upon a foundation of manual labor. I suppose they’re depending on their pet Hispanics to build the houses and put food on the table.

The problem with that is they would be betting their entire hypothetical future on a group of people who aren’t really crazy about Whites of any political persuasion. This is already happening with or without secession.

Hispanics are working these jobs strictly for financial reasons, hammering nails and mowing lawns and picking fruits for White people is not a union built on shared destiny or brotherly love. It’s a union built upon “Give me my paycheck Gringo” and nothing more. It’s an extremely temporary arrangement, they’re going to ask for more and more and the state of California is not going to be able to afford to give them more and more.

They’re also a net drain on the economy, California filed for bankruptcy recently and Schwarzenegger is begging Washington to lend California some money it doesn’t have.

Another reason Hispanics can’t replace Whites. Nations are built around a sense of shared destiny and unity among it’s people. Paradise comes from thousands of small actions and kindnesses and chivalry, all of which originate from the idea that by extending a courtesy to another individual you’re also contributing to your own future, because you both have one future. For a state to be successful it’s people must believe they all have a future.

That people of a Liberal persuasion believe Hispanic border-jumpers can and will replace their own people at the lower levels of society is more example of how they have become so disconnected from Human nature. They are obsessed with the notion that all things are inherently equal, and you can “Take a little from here and put a little there and transfer a little bit over there” and strike just the right balance in order to achieve a socially engineered paradise. In other words a politician can sit at a desk, take out a pen and set to work at engineering paradise.

General you sound like the blacks I work with who refer to the Midwest as “one big trailer park”, and the South as “ignorant rednecks”.
How many of the intelligent people on the coasts originated in the Midwest?
[pinchegabacho]

Lots of them! And that’s why they left it.
It doesn’t matter where they “originated”. It matters where they chose to end up.

[PS. You wrote a good post, though.]

In a seceded White Land, the seemingly harmless incremental social turn would have to watched with a suspicious eye… Both Greed and compassion, if misused, could be the stratagem of a Trojan Horse. Hopefully, we’d have learned from experience, and developed an ingrained racial memory, never again.”

Excellent points. In the course of events, as they develop, it’s inevitable that there will be enormous pressures to make compromises, allow exceptions, grant exemptions. And after those concessions are made, then just a few more will be asked. Expecially in times of war or national crises (which are inevitable), there will be even greater pressure brought to ask or demand concessions. Exactly as it already happened here before… a repeat performance of history.

And are you going to ban churches from preaching, “We are all God’s children?” Would you forbid clergymen from saying , “It’s only the Christian thing to do?” Are you going to censor sermons and newspaper editorials? Would you refuse to take in starving refugees from a hurricane or flood? When they later refuse to go home, are you going to evict them at gunpoint? What if they STILL refuse to go? Are you going to USE the guns … (with world television watching)?

These are all things to think about. As conditions eventually grow settled and comfortable again after the “realignment”, and people’s guards become relaxed and the generation that experienced the rupture grows old and passes on, public wariness about race or immigration will be softened. The young (as always) will tend to think their elders are fussy, old-fashioned fuddy-duddies. They will think they are smarter, they can do better. They will want “change”.

It’s going to be a big problem to prevent the same thing from happening all over again — in due time. And I don’t even mean in the next generation, necessarily, but in the next century or two when the conditions that caused the break-up have grown dim and other more pressing issues have come to the fore. History will have to be taught well — THIS time!

“The State of Jefferson, Cascadia, Northwest Republic, or any other name you wish to give it, has been around conceptually for a long time. The problem is that Oregon and Washington are blue states. ”

They are blue states by a slim majority. I’m sure the blues would be ok with moving to California or NY anyway, rather than staying and fighting. I’m more worried about Minnesotta which has a large port and is becoming more third world. We should try to incorporate that state. Many minessottans object strongly to the Somalis and Mexicans dumped on them by the federal government, so they may join us.

I want to say that I agree with both the conception that Schoolteacher, and the posters similar to him, have of the situation, and the actions suggested on it by mostly Schoolteacher, which to read reminded me of how once I read of an action being described as “the smallest meaningful action.”

Whatever you want to call grouping with like-minded individuals — call it secession or segregation or forming a microcommunity or what have you — we need to do it, because, as I expressed in my first post in this article, and as have others, especially well by jackolantern, I think, there does not seem to be any other course of action to take.

What generalquagmyer says, though I don’t think I have the experience to know how correct an assesment it is, and can only note that I would prefer it not to be correct and observe the debate it generates, does strike me as true in that it seems to me that many who support race realism do so because they see the civil rights movement as one of many pernicious, and, for their promotion by a single interest, interdependant departures from something of a past, optimum Christian nation, that tended maximally to the happiness of its populance, and from which the departures, all being bad, will all in whatever solution that arises need to be reversed. And the converse of why these supporters, whom I suppose I’ll call “the conservatives,” are such, is true for the opposers of race realism, whom I’ll call “the liberals:” the conservatives seem to me to reject whatever is new, and the liberals seem to accept anything that is new — both stupidly. I suppose I have wondered sometimes if there are many people at all who judge any given societal change by its merits, and not by merely whether it represents a change or not.

I, myself, for instance, think homosexuality, the acceptance of which is one of the said departures, is not objectionable at all, in itself; the only objection to homosexual conduct I will make is to that lying outside the realms of decency that any heterosexual conduct outside of will recieve objection to. Homosexuality is not a problem. Mass third-world immigration and domestic cultivation of low quality people, also one departure, now, that’s a problem. So, I, finding no causative relation between the two, think that the immigration and cultivation should be stopped, but not the tolerance for homosexuality. The conservatives, however, find that the two, because they were of the departures that were made, are interdependant, and must exist together, along with all the others; in their view, it is impossible to have a nation accepting of homosexuality that does not have massive immigration and cultivation of low quality people. Either both exist, or, because they both cause each other, they both exist. Hence, they think that both the acceptance and the immigration and cultivation should cease.

And I suppose that, with this what I call “conservative” attitude, I just do not agree. And the “liberal” one, too, obviously. What in the departures was destructive should stop, and what was truly advancement should be retained.

I’m not sure why so many posters on this topic assume that secession must only be on a state-by state, winner-take-all basis. Certainly, here in Pennsylvania, we have two densely-populated, far-left, very dark cities (Philadelphis and Pittsburgh), but in between lies a vast expanse of mostly White, rural conservatives. That doesn’t make Pennsylvania a “blue state” that should be written off, just because it has dark majorities in its two most populous excrescence cities.

States — even unfortunate kalifornia — aren’t as homogenous as many here seem to think. Dissolution, should it come to pass (and that possibility becomes less remote every day), may well have to happen on a county-by-county basis.

Strider and White student

They-Chinese,Indians, Iraniansfor example -are already arriving in large enough numbers to have established a certain level of colonization of Ameican territory. And when the level of colonization is enormous, non-white nations effectively control the resources of the colonized area. And when Whites give up huge tracts of territory to the non-whites, the Chinese,Indians and other groups will fly them in and ship them in to accelerate the process.

White Secessionist, by allowing the colonization of American territory by China and India, allow China and India to gain control of educational, scientific, technological and military infrastructure of the colonized territory. This of course will accelerate the process of colonization. The invaders will now be in a very powerfull position to call the shots in the territory they have conquered. Eventually you will start to see Chinese and Indian politicians campaigning for votes in America. This is already happenning in Vancouver. Secession tolerates and allows a conquest of White American territory through colonization.

I want a very large ocean between America and China. If Secessionist have their way, China’s borders, through colonization of US territory will potentially extend deep into US territory-right up the new White homelands. Secessionist deny that this could ever happen. The process has already started. Silicon Valley and other communities throughout America that I can mentioned are effectively colonies of China and India. The same can be said of Vancover. With dissolution will come a high degree of entrenchement in the areas already undergoing colonization by China and India.

If an invasion is not repelled in its early stages, it will much more difficult to repell in its advanced stages. The beach heads are being established amd the secessionists say “let them in deeper”.

If the country breaks up, it is likely to fall into five or six separate nations. Dixie would be one of the most prosperous because it has a large population, plenty of natural resources, great ports, mild weather and the largest concentration of whites with a similar history…in other words, the basis of political cohesion. Other areas would have various strengths and weaknesses also. The Southwest would be a problem for whites, as would the crowded cities of the Northeast. Perhaps they would not be viable economic entities as they would be heavily dependent on exports. Also, the Red States nations would end affirmative action and most welfare. That would precipitate a mass out migration of blacks and Hispanics into areas where such benefits would be more likely to persist. Concomitantly, conservative whites would move from Blue areas to Red ones, and liberals in the Red areas to Blue areas. This would ultimately strengthen the Red areas and weaken the Blue ones.

So by all means, support Secessionist movements. The cream will then rise to the top.

Jupiter,

I was not meaning by my comments to imply that we should just give up our territory to these other nations. I also would agree that certain tech industries are being overrun with Asians. This should be stopped immediately. I only meant to say that it won’t reach the tipping point where there will be so many Asians here that they will take over. Once a certain mass is reached, there would no doubt be protest on the part of many Americans in the areas being inundated with these invaders.

White secessionists aren’t the ones allowing the Chinese and Indians to establish themselves on our continent, it’s the governments of the United States and Canada. “Our” government has no intention of slowing, much less stopping the influx of Chinese, Indians, or Mexicans, for that matter, into large areas of our country.

Posted by pinchegabacho at 12:37 PM on November 3

As all this talk of secession goes on just remember, whatever areas might become all White Christian and perhaps exclusively so, the entire world will still be out there, including the new sub-nations right next door. History has shown us that international boycott works, as does UN/international pressures and sanctions. Violent revolution here would invite invasion from traditional enemies. During our last Civil War, British troops waited in Canada to invade and retake the “colonies.” I doubt the Confederacy would have survived, besides the drafting of individual poor Southerners and the ability for the rich to buy their way out of service destroyed the principal of a non-centralized Confederacy, which undermined the main argument of the South – other than its economic dependence on a slave system.

I have argued in the past that the only way to really combat what we don’t like in this country is to learn to be more united as a racial group. We must learn to teach our children to love who and what they are. They must value their history as European descended peoples and know who their 18th century great grandparents were – at least.

I saw a new study this morning that says that teens who were allowed to watch racy television programs are twice as likely to get pregnant than those who watch tamer programming. Immagine how much influence that means is possible. But things have slipped so far today, that even a Penencostal mom running for the Vice Presidency cannot prevent her teen daughter from becoming pregnant. Why is that? I think it is because she has a family that has departed from traditional roles, the very ones her Christianity supposedly demands of her. Her personal ambition and greed trumps her role as a mother. She is a prime example of what happens when we subtract the presence of a real mother and allow permissiveness to creep into our lives. Maybe the answer is to go back to the time when 16 year olds were allowed, even encouraged to marry. That was one Christian answer to the very human tendancy to answer to the call of the flesh.

But we must be realistic. The best way to preserve our race is to teach its value and the redeeming historic qualities of it in our homes, since it is not in public schools. Do you think Blacks and Hispanics get all that attitude at school? Home schooling has been one answer, but we still need youth who can cope with public education systems so that they can become scientists, doctors and engineers. That is, unless we wish to go back to the 13th century. But I think such a path as anti-intellectualism as in a government based on the “fact” of creationism would assure this and we would soon be conquered by our more advanced enemies. But even in the 13th century, the greatest repressive means could not quell the spark of rational thinking inherent in the human mind.

Secession is a thought provoking fantasy, but I don’t see many – if any posters here mulling over what the process would be like and how the world would respond. These sorts of fantascies do cause wars and their promoters always predict a short, glorious struggle that we can all celebrate in song and story. But as we all know, they all ended up in long, horrible, soul destroying bloobaths that went on for years. Our Civil War probably killed most of the best of our American White race at that time. Europe finalized its revolt against feudal monarchies with almost a complete century of struggle between the assumed replacements fascism and communism – resulting in the largest racial kill-offs of Whites that all the murdering in Africa has not yet surpassed and is unlikely to surpass.

I hope we Whites have learned something from our failures toward ourselves in our own White history.

Congratulations on an excellent post. This is exactly what will happen. Remember early 17th century America. The unlike the S. American Indians, our Indians refused to give up their warrior way of life to be perpetual peons laboring for rich white planters. The white indentured servantsimported from Europe insisted on their rights to be freed after 7 years. They went to court about it. A majority of the court cases between 1620 and 1800 were about conflicts between indentured servants and their masters. The masters tried their best to make the indenture a life long one rather than abiding by the terms of the 7 year contract.

So the rich imported blacks. The courts as always bowed to the rich and created the institution in this country by turning African indentured servants into slaves.

But I’m still all for secession. The USA hates whites. Our elites and federal government wants to do to us what Lenin did to the kulaks. We have got to realize what is happening and start to defend ourselves.

I’m not worried about the next 200 million either. But the next thirty or forty DO worry me. By then, the world will be a very different place.

Those countries don’t have the capacity to invade right NOW… no arguing that. But look at the future. A weakened, dismembered, internally anarchic, former “United” States of America would present a tasty plum to nibble at for a newly powerful, highly industrialized China, or maybe India or Brazil (also industrializing rapidly). It would also present many countries that we have bombed or invaded or occupied over the past century with a tantalizing opportunity to “get even” with a prostrate Uncle Sam.

Indeed, there are too many variables as you say, to predict so far into the future, but if the USA totally collapses, it can be expected that all the jackals, large and small, will flock in to feast on the carcass. (And satisfy their grudges.)

I have to agree with Jupiter on this (and I find nothing wrong with his “meds” either). But damn, if he would only learn to form plurals!

I stayed a hotel in Silicon Valley a few weeks ago. At dinner, I looked around the dining room and observed that probably 4/5 of the diners were Indians. They absolutely predominated! Next morning , at breakfast (very early, 6AM), I noticed that almost all the guests this time were Chinese! If not for me, and maybe another one or two whites, they would have been 100%. Apparently, the Chinese are very early risers, and the Indians drift in much later (around 10). Interesting! In either case, the number of white Americans was minuscule — definitely a minority there. This hotel was not cheap (a Hilton) — but apparently these people, from notoriously poor countries, have no difficulty affording it.

In addition, there were a number of quite large (and expensive) Indian restaurants in the neighborhood and several all-Asian shopping centers too. I went strolling through the shopping center next door and couldn’t find any [acceptable] place to eat. All Asian! Even the signs and menus were not in English. Though it was an expensive area, to find an American restaurant or grocery store was not possible around there. I’ve also stayed at hotels in Cupertino, Sunnyvale, San Jose, MountainView —- same thing! I can see what Jupiter means.

Immigrants the New Face of ‘Real America’

Filed under: Death of the Nation, Globalism, Illegal Immigration, The West — whitelocust @ 8:33 am

Gebe Martinez, Politico.com, Oct. 28, 2008

More news stories on the Demographic Transformation

In an election season filled with hyperbole and lies, the truest moments came just in time for next week’s election.

The candor came from Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin and two GOP House members from Minnesota and North Carolina, who rallied for votes by suggesting that only some parts of the United States—presumably those that support them—are the “real America.”

Their spontaneity, which they later apologized for in the face of sliding support, revealed a state of denial in the changing American electorate. The truth is, the real America—the whole America—will be seen on Election Day, when the millions of votes by “new Americans” are counted.

New Americans, the fastest-growing voting bloc, are naturalized immigrants, mostly Hispanic, and the U.S.-born children of immigrants since 1965, according to a recent report by the Immigration Policy Center.

If political pollsters, campaign strategists, and civil rights and immigrants’ advocates are correct, these newer citizens will shatter voting records next week.

Their increasing numbers were widely anticipated, but their high rate of growth “has been utterly unprecedented,” observed Rob Paral, who studied the shifting electorate for the immigration center.

While the national voter registration rate rose 11.3 percent from 1996 to 2004, the new American sign-up rate jumped almost 60 percent, according to Paral. And they vote, too. In 2006, more than 7.3 million new Americans—two-thirds of those registered—cast ballots.

{snip}

But new Americans will march to the polls in unprecedented numbers for two more reasons: They feel the intense heat generated by conservatives in the immigration debate, and they are Americans who have the right to vote.

{snip}

Though Republicans’ sharp-tongued immigration stance has turned off these voters, Democrats should not take them for granted, Kelley warned. The Electoral College battle is often won by slim margins in many states, and these new Americans could be this year’s “new and weighty” voting bloc, she said.

As new voters, they do not have long-standing party loyalties and are the “quintessential swing electorate,” added Efrain Escobedo, of the National Association of Latino Elected Officials Educational Fund.

And they will be voting everywhere.

The swelling numbers of new voters, as well as Latinos and Asian-Americans, are no longer concentrated in traditional immigrant states such as Florida, New York and those along the U.S.-Mexico border. Their populations have expanded to states like North Carolina, Virginia, Nevada and Washington.

They are expected to be a force in presidential battleground states as well as in congressional contests in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia and Washington.

In Indiana, for example, few could have imagined until a few weeks ago that a Spanish-language radio station would be handing out pan de dulce at a get-out-the-vote rally for Hispanics. Yes, in crimson-red Indiana.

{snip}

The seismic shift in the electorate will only continue, said Paral, who estimated that half of California’s teenagers who will be eligible to vote in 2012 have an immigrant parent.

The challenge for future candidates is to figure out how to incorporate this emerging voting bloc into the political mainstream, said Frank Sharry, executive director of America’s Voice, an immigrant advocacy group.

“If the parties don’t adapt to that, they are going to be on the wrong side of history,” Sharry said.

Comments

Governor Palin finally told a wee bit of the truth; I wonder if Senator McCain approved that message. As the article makes clear, though Palin did not mention it, this election is about race. It is about Hispanics (i.e., mestizos) and blacks voting against whites, and by extension, the historically white nation that is America. This already is a civil war, though it is being waged by ballot rather than bullet.

Economic collapse is our ally. BHO is in the pay of Wall Street, but his fans hate capitalists almost as much as they hate self-respecting Whites. He may have a hard time bailing out the financiers. In any event, he could only postpone the inevitable. And when the money wizards can or will no longer prop up this hollow economy, when they join their fat bank accounts overseas, the U.S. might soon resemble 1922 Germany, with a lot of racial division added. All the false compassion of liberals will disappear they find themselves competing with minorities who have no love for Whites. If you have no useful, practical skills, learn one. Most college grad liberals are helpless without someone to do the physical labor they disdain. When you’re in a lifeboat, people who won’t or can’t pull an oar go over the side. WN should all know how to row, so we don’t have to swim. There are still probably 100 million good Whites folks in this country, plenty enough to sustain a healthy, vibrant culture, once we are rid of the cancers among us.

We’ve lost our country , simple as that . What was it Ted Kennedy said in ‘65 ? “That the effect of the new immigration bill should be negligible ?” His treachery should never be forgotten , not by real Americans . By the way , I live in south Georgia , in the sixties some of our favorite night time AM stations were WOWO Fort Wayne , WYKYZ Cincinnati ,WLS Chicago . It was all so red, white and blue , mom and apple pie . Now look what we have . I am stunned . I go in the grocery store and there are almost no whites working there . They even have a Latino checkout girl , if you are white you’ll never get a thank you out of her . This is all so WRONG! So unfair to those Americans who have been here since Colonial and Frontier times . Who literally have the same DNA as the Founders .

- This is by far the most clearest evidence that Ted Kennedy who was the sponsor of the 1965 immigration act is the biggest domestic enemy that whites have ever had in the history of this country. This man is responisble for the destruction of the America that we all knew and loved. If I had my druthers I would say that I curse his soul to hell.

Yes, and by this time next year they’ll be handing out Greyhound tickets at a get out of the country rally, because there;s no jobs to be had.

Notice these rabble are always projecting higher numbers for themselves and when the are forced to leave for lack of work, they’re whining hysterically about how every place looks like a ghost town.

It;s been said often enough, but it is true nonetheless that the best thing to happen to this country is the ongoing economic meltdown, and the projected downward spiral all the way into 2009 when it’s supposed to be far waorse than now.

But if Obama gets elected, forget about a quick recovery. We’ll be struggling back from a stock market in the 5000 range, with the danger always present of a severe depression.

If I were the Mexes handing out anything, I think I’d wait awhile before I danced on the death of honky traditions and culture.

In other words, America will become the 3rd world. Does anyone honestly think Jose from Mexico, Mohammad from Pakistan and Dung Ho from Vietnam are going to care about American principles, the Founding Fathers or anything else American??? The answer is no, they come here solely for economic reasons only and they come in such large numbers, they don’t have to assimilate. They don’t see themselves as American and they will vote only according to their own racial interests.

The “real” America is an invaded nation, one being colonized by criminals who break into our country then go on to commit many other crimes. Our enviroment is suffering as well as our social services. Our schools are overflowing with non-English speaking students that our government, in its infinite wisdom, thinks we should educate. Those who produce one baby after another are reward with citizenshp for their offspring, who in turn will be able to bring in the rest of his/her enormous family. Our prisons are full, and our neighborhoods deteriorating. Our leaders also approve of another language by putting all document in Spanish and the invaders can get anything they desire without ever learning English because we provide translators. They can march, waving the flags of foreign countries and demand the rights of legal citizens. All with the blessings of our elected officials. If they had only enforced our laws and had the backbone to say, “no mas!” we would not have this tragedy. If they had to give our country away, couldn’t it have been to a worthy opponent rather than a third world vile and violent nation?

It is truly time for White America to stand up for White America!

Ever since Ted Kennedy opened up our gates to the Third World, we’ve been sinking. Diversity is not strength. Diversity is simply the celebration of all foreign cultures and the denial of our own. Diversity is death for White America.

Thanks to radio talk shows and the internet (which the Democrats can’t wait to shut down through their so-called “Fairness Doctrine”)and just simply seeing what’s around us, more and more of us, the founding peoples of this country, are realizing that we’ve been bamboozled for all of these years. We’ve been lied to – Big Time! – for over forty years! Our government, bankers, media, academia have all been working hand-in-hand to open our borders and enhance “free trade” all for the sake of big profits for the “elites” while the rest of us starve!

We are losing more and more of our freedoms each day. We are being taxed more and more in order to support all of these anti-American minorities and illegal border-crossers. We are losing our quality of life, our heritage, our culture, our religious beliefs and principles, and on and on and on…

Our ever-growing government is taking more from us each and every day and giving us nothing but grief and misery in return.

It’s time to get back to the Constitution and the rule of law, and it’s time to take our government back!

We the People must prevail or sink.

This Anchor Baby phenomena should long ago have been prevented by immigration reform legislation. Seek into this country illegally or overstay a visa long enough to have a baby and you’re nearly in, or go back home with your American anchor baby and come back later if you need to. Lots of foreign women every year come to the USA in the late months of pregnancy to establish an anchor baby. It works – democrat politicians get a lot of voters that way. Try to change this and you’re a “racist”.

The European nation — predominantly German, English, Dutch and Scandinavian — that created a great society from nothing here in the Americas has its own culture and heritage.

The rising immigrant nation has another.

Outnumbered liberals used demographics as a weapon against the rest of us.

Posted by Chris Stevens at 11:53 AM on November 1

It’s not just immigrants. Its the immigrants from the lowest strata of Third World countries (like Mexico) that upset the already ailing socio-demographic composition of the American society.

Before Johnson and the disastrous bills that he signed into the law in 1960ties, America were inching towards classless, affluent society.

Now we are moving closer and closer to the point where Bolshevik revolution may turn history back to the Malthusian era (which so many morons call “progress”).

All among us who were tolerating the influx of unassimilating immigrants that were so good at replicating their failed cultures on American land should take the blame for this set back.

This writer is a fool if he really believes that the Hispanic vote is the difference in this election. White Americans in Iowa started Obama’s roll and Whites will be the ones that elect him if it happens.
Gabe thinks that he is a member of a new and powerful group of brown people and that he is their spokeshole. What the fool doesn’t grasp is that White Americans will only be pushed so far and then there will be hell to pay.

June gave the best definition of what America is. An invaded nation, colonized by vast numbers of foreign criminals and lawless self absorbed and self interested people. Thank you June.

“America will become the 3rd world. Does anyone honestly think Jose from Mexico, Mohammad from Pakistan and Dung Ho from Vietnam are going to care about American principles, the Founding Fathers or anything else American??? “

“The answer is no, they come here solely for economic reasons only and they come in such large numbers, they don’t have to assimilate. They don’t see themselves as American and they will vote only according to their own racial interests.”

And furthermore, in this modern Tower of Babel that the utopian multicultists are constructing, how long will all these dissimilar elements continue to get along? How long before their rickety edifice comes crashing down on us all?

Yes, yes, I know. The neocons and socialists and religious diversitarians firmly believe that once these people have been indoctrinated in “American values” and democratic traditions, they will join the “Proposition Nation” and become good Americans and (just as in any fairy tale) everyone will live happily together forever after. Sure! Just as the French believe (contrary to all evidence) that Africans and Arabs can be transformed into good Frenchmen. Just as Norwegians believe that Somali tribesmen and bandits can become good Norwegians! But this utopian notion is no more than a starry-eyed belief — a mere gamble — based solely on unfounded assumptions, which socialists and their ilk accept (religion-like) as revealed “truth” and beyond questioning. (And they’ll put you in prison if you do question it.)

Most of these disparate peoples who are coming to us from around the world couldn’t even get along with their own kind and neighbors back home. That’s why they’re coming here. So how long will this racial menagerie, with all their conflicting cults and customs, get along with each other once inside our borders? For the time being, they are still new and are distracted with getting established; and for the moment their common (though undeclared) enemy is the White Man … the whites who have everything they want — wealth and power — the same whites who have bent over backwards to do them so much good. But when the whites have been dis-established and are a mere minority, who will hold the country together? How long before these sundry races and religions turn on each other? Who will keep them apart?

In the future, get ready to see all the hatred and conflicts of the Third World brought right to our doorsteps. Coming soon to a neighborhood near you!

“White Americans in Iowa started Obama’s roll and Whites will be the ones that elect him if it happens.”

Truer words were never spoken.

Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire are over 95 percent White (non-Hispanic) and hold 11 electoral votes between them. They are all pro-Obama.

Iowa is over 92 percent White with 7 electoral votes. They’re pro-Obama too.

Minnesota and Wisconsin are over 87 percent White with 20 electoral votes. Pro-Obama.

Pennsylvania is over 84 percent White. 21 electoral votes. Pro-Obama.

That’s 59 electoral votes for Obama in states with overwhelming White majorities.

Even Connecticut, Michigan, Washington, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts have White populations of 77 percent to 83 percent. They hold 58 electoral votes between them. All are pro-Obama.

It’s difficult to imagine why any rational White person would select an African to lead him/her. I can only surmise that the vast majority of people in those states have absolutely no experience with Blacks, save those who live in metropolitan areas.

McCain isn’t someone Whites can really rally around anyway, with his “maverick” stand in favor of amnesty for illegals.

As I write this, ABCNews just declared that Obama leads by 9 points, 53 to 44, and almost no one is undecided now. Of course, they’re always right, as we know.

I would like to think they only polled downtown New York City and Detroit. In reality, they could easily have polled only lily-White Vermont and Maine and achieved the same results. Disgusting.

Where do we turn when our own people are content to lie down and surrender America to undesirables?

Sarah Palin has been taken under the wing of the NeoCons.
They describe her as a “blank slate”. They got that right. As
Bill Mayer said, “she makes President Bush look like a profes-
sor”. Her statement is a little, unconscious remnant of her na-
tive honesty that her NeoCon tutors haven’t burned out of her
yet. She isn’t ready to be president or vice president. And after
they get though with her, she wont deserve to be.

I’m with ya on that. But, I also think he has had a lot of white cohorts over the past 43 years. And, they’re not all politicians or businessfolk.

Hispanics love to “spread the wealth around.” Just take a look at Chavez down in Venezuela. When the US is 70% poor brown and 30% rich white (in about 25 years at this rate), “spreading the wealth around” will just mean “taking white people’s property for the oppressed brown people” (a la Zimbabwe). This is no joke. It is the inevitable result of our immigration policies and the ever-expanding reach of the federal government.

You talk like a neo-con. And I totally disgree with your assessment of Sarah Palin; it’s not based on facts but on perception materfully doctored by the semi-treasonous mass media.

Besides, there is a serious flaw/deception in your “logic”.

We aren’t electing the president and the vp from the pool of all eligible individuals in the nation. We have been restricted in our choices to those who already are on the ballot.

What, in your concerned mind, is a better choice now?

Are you trying to help Obama and his militant anti-white neo-socialists win?

This is one place where that 600 billion in campaign money is being spent, on internet trolls to flood the web with anti-McCain posts. Don’t take it personal, I know your just doing the job your being paid to do, but in all honesty, who are you really voting for?

The real face of America is represented by those who belong to the same race as the Founding Fathers. However, if Whites are content to remain hypnotized by the mainstream media and stupefied by television the faces of our white Founding Fathers will metamorphose into the faces of Blacks, Hispanics, Muslims and Chinese and this is all future our generations will be taught by their Marxist overlords.

All that is required for this to happen is for us to do nothing. I, for one, intend to fight while others wring their hands and complain because they lack the courage of their convictions…

Many non-Whites are assimilating, which is something I don’t want. Mexicans and other non-Whites are intermarring with Whites in droves where I live.

Almost every extended White family I know has non-Whites as part of their family now. You can’t even talk about race anymore with these people.

The only thing that MIGHT save us now is a complete economic collapse.

To show you how bad the changing face of America is just take a look at Virginia. They haven’t voted democratic since 1964, but they will on Tuesday. It’s because of the changing demographics of Northern Virginia. Some of these red states will turn blue permanently because of the exploding population of minorities and immigrants. All the dems need is a couple of red states to turn blue to guarantee a democratic president for the foreseeable future. Once a state turns blue theres no going back, I believe.

I agree with the observation that it is white folks that are going to put BHO in power….These are white folks that are on the government tit….Why do I have to pay the the mailman forever, the teacher forever, and all rest that look to the government for income that they havn’t earned or contributed to….
This nation ” And The Republic For Which It Stands “has been hijacked by those who have now figured out a way to get this government to give them a check….And it all happened while whitey was siting on the coach watching the game instead of voting….

Do you really think McCain will save us from the third world colonists? He is for amnesty and has no plans on stopping third world immigration. There is really no difference between him and Obama. In short, McCain is white in appearance only.

Hilarious. California will never be a red state again. It’s gone. Write it off. And more, smaller states will follow. The republican party will be rendered impotent. The Bush administration was the last meaningful whimper of the Republican party.

To A Reader, and anonymous at 4:38 and 5:23 p.m.,

Erik the Red is right. And to A Reader; How can Erik sound like a Neocon here ???? He is condemning them, if you read his post. The fact is, while there are many trolls flooding the web with anti-Palin messages, just because someone points out her lack of experience doesn’t make him a “leftie”. The fact is, saying she would make a great VP because she has a bunch of kids, belongs to a church, or is a “hockey mom” like many on this site have done does not make her even remotely good for her post. How is this any different than the college girls and liberal lemmings who rave over Obama because he is “handsome”, or a good speaker ? Even if Obama were those things(which I think he isn’t by a long shot), they don’t make any more fit for office.

Anonymous at 4:38 asks who Erik is really voting for, implying he is an Obama supporter. Just a little reminder, not everyone here is pulling the lever for one of the two system-approved candidates this election. The lesser of two evils is still evil.

posted by Chris Stevens at 11:53 AM

Yes, it does. However, I must say there is something inherently flawed with it. As a southern European, I can see that your culture and heritage has turned against itself. Too many Anglos or Saxons are suffering from this lack of racial pride and have meekly accepted the hypocritical labels foisted upon them through academic and media propaganda. While it is repugnant, one must still blame WASPs for falling victim to this treachery-to become so unconscioulsy self-loathing of things ‘white’.
One should look at the Latin colonials who created empires in South America to see the diference. One would never see such deference to feral blacks there. Blacks to this day are little better than identured slaves, and rarely lash out at the European or Mestizo middle classes the way they do in USA. This speaks volumes of the diference in mentality and ethnic pride between Latin Europeans and Anglo-saxons. Until Anglo-saxons regain a love and pride for their own unique heritage, they will remain victims to every non-white who invades thier nations.

Yep. At about this time in another day, it looks like America is going to have its first “black” president. All thanks to our own lazy fools and sappy traitors. Whitey brought it al on himself. Well … Erica Jong, Jane Fonda, and Naomi Wolff can put aside their Valium pills. They’ll be ecstatic. And Barbra Streisand & Co. will be in Nirvana! Not only the Inner Cities will be in jubilation, so will their abettors in Hollywood and Beverly Hills. They’ve finally socked it to White America.

Then our own airbrained Soccer Moms can go back to their soccer games, and sodden Joe Sixpack can go back to his sixpack. Good riddance to them both.
