Mo. town outraged over jilted lover killings, police say illegal immigrant confessed
 HANNIBAL, Mo. — A Hannibal police officer was finishing up mundane paperwork on a quiet Saturday morning when Manuel Cazares walked into the station, blood splattered on his hands and shoes. Cazares put his hands out, crossed them, and told the officer to arrest him. “I killed two people,” he allegedly said. Cazares admitted after his arrest that he is an illegal immigrant from the Mexican state of Michoacan. The 32-year-old had several run-ins with law enforcement before the homicides, but officials had never questioned his legal status. Now he is charged with two counts of second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the Feb. 28 deaths of his ex-girlfriend, 27-year-old Amanda Thomas, and 25-year-old Carl Patrick Epley. – (Newsroom) – (Invasion!) |

 The death of convicted killer and child rapist Simon Rios Thursday was welcomed by Delaware County Sheriff George Sheridan as “good news.” Sheridan, along with Blackford County police Sgt. Jeff Sones, discovered the body of Rios’ last victim, 10-year-old Alejandra Gutierrez, in a northern Delaware County gravel pit three years ago. Another illegal Mexican faces deportation after juvenile rape conviction
 A Mexican national faces deportation following his conviction last week for raping a juvenile under the age of 16, authorities said. Agents with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Victor Gonzales-Ferreira, 23, on Tuesday when he was released from the Sussex Correctional Institution and placed him into removal proceedings. Gonzales-Ferreira, a citizen of Mexico, was in the country illegally. He was arrested by state police on July 30 on seven counts of rape, sexual intercourse with a juvenile. Gonzales-Ferreira was convicted Sept. 4 of rape in Kent County Superior Court. Under federal law, Gonzales-Ferreira is considered an aggravated felon because the crime he was convicted of involves the rape and sexual abuse of a minor, Gilhooly said. “Identifying and removing criminal aliens is one of the keys to protecting national security and promoting public safety in Delaware and throughout the country,” said Thomas Decker, field office direction for the agency’s Office of Detention and Removal in Philadelphia. “Over the last few years, we have intensified our efforts and made great progress in identifying aliens being held in U.S. correctional facilities to ensure they are not released back into our communities,” Decker said. Gonzales-Ferreira was issued a Final Administrative Removal Order on Tuesday and will be detained at the York County Prison in York, Pa., pending his deportation to Mexico. So far this year, the Philadelphia field office, which includes Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, has deported 4,538 illegal aliens, 2,210 of whom were convicted criminals. – (Newsroom) – (Invasion!) |

Illegal alien rapes 99-year-old woman, 81-year-old woman
 An illegal alien been denied bond for a horrific and heinous crime against two elderly women, ages 99- and 81-years old. Jose Corrales, 33, is charged with two counts of sexual battery, two counts of kidnapping and two counts of occupied burglary with battery. The first incident occurred on June 22nd, when Corrales, an illegal alien working as a roofer, spotted the 99-year old woman while she was taking out her trash. Police say he had a brief conversation with her then followed her back to the front door and forced his way in. The frail 99-year old woman attempted to fight back but was simply overpowered. Police say he pushed her to the ground with such force, that her dentures flew across the room. She pleaded for her life as she was slapped and punched in the stomach, face, legs, arms and back. . Eventually, she was grabbed by the neck and dragged into her bedroom where, police say, Corrales forced her to perform oral sex. The second incident took place two months later on August 24th. The victim in this case was an 81-year old handicapped woman with limited mobility. She was sitting inside her home when Corrales stood at her doorway, commented how hot it was outside and removed his shirt. Speaking in Spanish, the 81-year-old woman said how she did not lock her door in time, and he made his way inside and forced her to perform oral sex. – (Newsroom) – (Invasion!) |

Illegal Guatemalan migrant Rape suspect held without bail
 The Guatemalan man accused of kidnapping, robbing and raping a woman in June is continuing to be held without bail following his arraignment yesterday. Marco Riz, 26, stood in a white T-shirt and baggy blue jeans before Kent County Superior Court Judge Francis Darigan yesterday and answered questions through a Spanish interpreter. His lawyer entered a not-guilty plea for Riz on two counts of first-degree sexual assault and one count each of first-degree robbery, kidnapping, assault with a dangerous weapon and second-degree carjacking. – (Newsroom) – (Invasion!) |

Ghana migrant accused of raping a woman in Fargo
 Twenty-seven-year-old Emmanuel Addai (AW’-day) was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Grand Forks, after a warrant was issued for him. The agency says there is no indication that Addai tried to leave the country. Addai and another man are accused of taking turns raping a 32-year-old woman in Fargo in late January. Rwandan national convicted of raping woman at library and buggering impaired teenage boy
 A Rwandan national convicted of assaulting a woman at the University of Toledo library and a mentally impaired teenage boy at the Anne Grady Center was sentenced yesterday to seven years and 10 months in prison. Valentin Havugiyaremye, 38, of 1931 Scottwood Ave., Apt. E-508, was found guilty June 12 by a Lucas County Common Pleas Court jury on two counts of gross sexual imposition and one of rape. Illegal migrant Guadelupe Gutierrez-Juarez raped 10-year-old girl – she gives birth to bastard ‘anchor baby’
 a 10-year-old St. Anthony girl has given birth to a baby. Court documents confirm that a St. Anthony man is in jail for raping the 10-year-old girl. According to Idaho’s Bureau of Vital Statistics, this is the first 10-year-old to give birth in Idaho for at least 20 years. Guadelupe Gutierrez-Juarez has been charged with raping the young girl. Gutierrez-Juarez has been in the Fremont County Jail since April 29. St. Anthony Police said they were notified of the young girl’s pregnancy by medical personnel after she went in for treatment at a doctor’s office. – (Newsroom) – (Invasion!)

Liberian migrant arrested for rape of his 9-year-old daughters
 PHOENIX — A man on Minnesota’s most-wanted list has been arrested here in Arizona. Robert Gaye made his initial appearance before a judge overnight. He has waived extradition and will be taken back to Minnesota. The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office said Gaye is accused sexually assaulting his 9-year-old daughters in 2006. According to the FBI, which made the arrest, Gaye was born in the West African nation of Liberia, and came to the U.S. in 2005. Illegal Immigrant Charged In Rape Of Girl, 15
 Ariz. — An illegal immigrant has been arrested on suspicion of raping and kidnapping a 15-year-old girl at her Guadalupe home, Maricopa County sheriff’s deputies said. The MCSO Special Victims Unit arrested Jose Dolores Montoya Sanchez, 24. Sanchez was booked into the Maricopa County jail late Wednesday on one count of sexual assault, one count of kidnapping and two counts sexual abuse. Sheriff’s deputies said they began investigating the case when the victim disclosed that Sanchez sexually assaulted her at a Guadalupe home. – (Newsroom) – (Invasion!) |

 Santana Batiz Aceves was booked into a Maricopa County jail on 25 counts of kidnapping, sexual assault and trespassing in connection with the assaults. Police said that DNA positively links the man to the case. Somali Poet Accused of Rape 10-year-old girl Fled to Africa
 MINNEAPOLIS — Investigators in Minneapolis have accused Somali writer and wanted fugitive Mahamud Abdullahi Isse of fleeing to Africa to avoid prosecution on rape charges in Minnesota. A criminal complaint filed in federal court on Tuesday claims Isse, 72, has fled to the Republic of Djibouti where he “has been seen and interviewed by local reporters.” Isse is charged with the sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl in December 2006. Accroding to the criminal complaint, Isse crawled in bed with the girl and raped her while visiting her family. Somali national charged with raping three women
 NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Somali national charged with raping three women is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday. Metro sex abuse detectives are urging any other women who may have been victimized by Farhan Ibrahim Mahamed, 30, to come forward, according to a Metro police news release. Illegal Mexican Migrant Responsible For Death Of Police Officer
  Authorities say the man who shot Phoenix police officer Nick Erfle yesterday was an illegal immigrant. Erfle was a North Dakota native and has family in the Bismarck and Harvey areas. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency says the man who shot Erfle, 22-year-old Erik Jovani Martinez, was in the country illegally last year when he was arrested and convicted on theft charges. Martinez was then deported, and at some point re-entered the country illegally. Martinez was killed yesterday after police shot him as he pointed a gun at the head of a carjacking victim. Erfle had stopped him shortly before that for jaywalking. Authorities say Martinez gave police one of his aliases, Anthony Sanchez, knowing he had a felony warrant out for his arrest. But the alias he gave also turned up a warrant. When Erfle tried to arrest Martinez, it led to a fight..and Martinez shot and killed the officer. Phoenix officials say Erfle was an eight-year police veteran, was married and the father of two children, and had survived a bout with cancer. – (Newsroom) – (crime) – (Invasion!)

HUNTSVILLE — The state of Texas defied an international court and executed Jose Ernesto Medellin late Tuesday after the U.S. Supreme Court denied a stay of execution for the Houston killer in the 1993 gang rape-murders of two teenage girls. Medellin, 33, was pronounced dead by lethal injection at 9:57 p.m., nine minutes after receiving the fatal cocktail and nearly four hours after his scheduled 6 p.m. execution. – (Newsroom) – (Invasion!) 
Alburn Edward Blake, a 60-year-old Jamaican immigrant, went into a Wendy’s Restaurant in West Palm Beach this week and began firing shots indiscriminately around the dining area. He then shot himself. Four were wounded, and two – including Blake – were dead. The other person who died was Lt. Rafael “Ray” Vazquez, 42, of the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Department. The investigation continues, but authorities say they have turned up no motive for the deadly rampage. – (Newsroom) – (Invasion!) 
Black Jamaican migrant sentenced to life in prison this morning for the murder of Anna Fowler. Patrick McCarthy was found guilty last year of first degree murder for stabbing the 19-year-old to death inside a motel room in King of Prussia in October 2004. The crocodile tears of a serial rapist failed to dissuade a Suffolk Superior Court judge from sentencing him this morning to two consecutive life sentences for the 2002 kidnappings and rapes of two children and a woman stricken with cerebral palsy. Moonie Moses, 35, will be eligible for parole in 30 years, but told Judge Margaret Hinkle he does not expect to survive that long behind bars. “May those who put me here feel the brunt of my pain,” said Moses, a Dorchester dad who was deported to his homeland of Guyana in 2005 after he was convicted of beating his wife. – (Newsroom) – (crime) – (Invasion!)
A drunk driver with a history of offenses received the maximum sentence Saturday for killing a couple from Cincinnati. The crash occurred in Florida last June. Illegal immigrant Jesus Bernal admitted he was drunk when he crashed his pickup into 
Eleazar Renteria, the second of two men charged in the 2006 rape of a 14-year-old girl pleaded guilty to a lesser charge Friday. Renteria was arrested in July 2006 after the victim identified him as one of two men who raped her at a party in a home in the 10700 block of East 166th Street in Noblesville. Miguel Gutierrez is already serving a 10-year sentence for the crime. An illegal alien from Mexico, Gutierrez will be deported after his release.
