The fundamental differences between the predominate races in the United States (white and Black people) is a question that has been debated since Black people first arrived in America in the early parts of the 17th century.

Hundreds of thousands of studies have been conducted about the problem one Swedish sociologist called An American Dilemma, and they fail to express the gravity of the differences that exist like the video below.

Lloyd Marcus: The Tea Party’s Version of Buddy Holly at the Apollo

Who is Lloyd Marcus, that absolutely brilliant Black singer serenading all-white crowd at Tea Party events across the nation?:

The singer left no doubt about his politics. Striking up a tune in front of a Republican party meeting in Daytona Beach, Florida, he belted out “New York, New York”, but changed the lyrics to an anti-Barack Obama diatribe.

“This socialist nightmare/Must come to an end!” sang Lloyd Marcus, decked out in a cowboy hat, pointed cowboy boots and a leather vest. Six elderly white Republicans were hauled to the front of the room and were soon dancing and kicking their legs in the air.
My Obama blues/Are melting away!” he continued, as the rest of the room cheered wildly. Other songs followed. The Temptations’ hit “My Girl” became “Our Girl”, about Sarah Palin. Louis Armstrong’s hit “What a Wonderful World” was rendered into a patriotic “What a Wonderful Country”. Everyone in the room lapped it up, swaying to the words like teenagers at a rock concert, not ­retirees having lunch in a yacht club.But Marcus has that effect on Republicans. He is the music performer most worshipped by America’s right wing; a hero of the conservative Tea Party movement. He plays at Tea Party rallies around the country. And next week, when the movement holds its first national convention in Nashville, Tennessee, Marcus will be there playing to a crowd of thousands.

Stuff Black People Don’t Like can only laugh at the sight of hundreds, thousands and tens of thousands of white people clapping for the melody and pitch challenged Lloyd Marcus as he croons poorly written diatribes against Mein Obama.

We recall the infamous Buddy Holly show at the Apollo Theater and can only laugh at the similarities:

A humorous episode results from a misunderstanding in one of their early bookings. Sol Gittler (Dick O’Neill) signs them up sight-unseen for the famous Apollo Theater in Harlem, assuming from their music that they’re a black band. When three white Texans show up instead, he is stunned, but unwilling to pay them for doing nothing, he nervously lets them perform and prays fervently that the all-black audience doesn’t riot at the sight of the first all-white band to play there. (In real life, that distinction belongs to Jimmy Cavallo and The House Rockers, who played at that venue in 1956.) After an uncomfortable start and an initially hostile crowd, Buddy’s songs soon win them over and the Crickets are a tremendous hit. Gitler books them to come back several times.

Indeed, Madonna might be right: Music makes the people come together. Any organization that flaunts Lloyd Marcus as an example of why one should fight the current government system is obviously high on the drug that Lloyd Bridges’ character in Airplane! repeatedly tried to quit, to no avail.

The people behind the Tea Party movement and the white people who attend rallies have probably had less contact than Lloyd Christmas did in Dumb and Dumber with Black people, which explains Lloyd Marcus and his role with the group.

Black people don’t like taxes. Then again, no one does. The birth of the United States has its origins in the remonstration against a minor tax on tea imports imposed by England.

Now, without massive taxation, most of the entitlement programs that have been constructed since the New Deal, continued through The Great Society and enlarged by subsequent presidential administrations would be unfunded.

The Federal Government of the United States is quite powerful, relying on taxes to employ millions of people who control the lives of hundreds of millions.

However, a substantial debt – greater than Norm Peterson’s bar tab on Cheers – has been accrued by those in charge who deemed nation-building; foreign aid; the bailing out of banks, car companies, insurance companies and mortgage and investment firms a sound financial direction for the dwindling capital left in the Federal coffers.

Enter the Tea Party movement, a coalition of MARs strongly opposed to people acknowledging the overwhelming whiteness of the assembly of people who gather in staunch resistance to taxation:

“The tea party movement is disturbingly racist and reactionary, from its roots to its highest branches. On Saturday, as a small group of protesters jammed the Capitol and the streets around it, the movement’s origins in white resistance to the Civil Rights Movement was impossible to ignore.”

Keith Olbermann went on a spirited rant against the implicit and overt racism of the white people gathering to protest, ah, well, we at SBPDL aren’t sure what they are protesting. Is it taxes? If so, they’ve been bad for a while, and the Federal deficit grew by leaps and bounds under that white guy, George W. Bush.

Is it health care? Republicans seem pretty excited about the prospects of Mitt Romney as the candidate for president in 2012. Didn’t he pass comprehensive health care in his Massachusetts when he was governor there?

No one talks about the Iraq or Afghanistan wars anymore, so it can’t be about that.

The Tea Party protesters are a group of malcontents, elderly white individuals that have decided (conveniently at the same time Mein Obama became president) to voice opposition to the leviathan in Washington DC:

CNN has released the first poll which looks at the demographic aspects of the people who support the Tea Party movement. At times some liberals have accused Tea Party members of being dumb, older white people who are caught up in the anti-government fury. The poll reveals that some of these assumptions are true while others are not.

First let us look at the positive aspects of the Tea Party supporters. They are actually more highly educated that the rest of the population. 40% of Tea Party supporters said they had a college degree while only 28% of the rest of the population could boast of such an accomplishment. In addition the Tea Party is actually not dominated by older people anymore than the rest of the population. The age demographic of the movement actually matches up almost exactly with the rest of the nation. 20% of Tea Party supporters are under the age of 20 and 60% of Tea Party members are under the age of 50. So when we talk about the educated elite in America that description actually fits Tea Party members more than Democrats.

The bad news for the Tea Party is that Keith Olbermann appears to have been correct when he accused them of lacking diversity. Only 2% of Tea Party supporters were African-American compared to 10% for the rest of respondents. 80% of Tea Party members identified themselves as “white.”

Why is that bad news, you might wonder, that the Tea Party lacks diversity? Is it bad news that Black people supported Obama in the 2008 election with nearly 97 percent of their votes?

Black people don’t support the Tea Party protests because they don’t agree with any of the underlining principles that guide these white protesters into standing in front a buildings, listening to horrible songs and waving flags, clinging to a dead nations memory.

Imagine – put on your Ayn Rand cap for a second – if the wishes of the Tea Party movement were magically made possible (no, you can’t have a Coke yet) and implemented in Congress tomorrow.

Pretty much every Federal agency would be unfunded, along with the destruction of Section 8 housing, food stamp programs, all welfare payments gone. Free health care to eliminate the racial disparities that exist, well this idea is gone too. Affirmative action policies in higher education and corporations that help Black people acquire positions would be a thing of the past since they run counter to ideals of freedom and justice. The Federal Government, the largest employer of Black people in America, would suddenly be trimmed down significantly if the Tea Party people had their way. And yes, Black people – who have no fear of losing their jobs due to EEOC laws – would be the first employees fired:

“Statistics on this “blackening” of the government workforce confirm what many know from their humdrum encounters with the government. EEOC figures show that between 1980 and 2005, the number of blacks in city and state government rose from 619,000 to 1.1 million, an increase of 481,000 (U.S. Statistical Abstract 2009, Table 446). A recent detailed study of black employment at federal agencies found almost universal massive over-representation. This is especially true where job requirements are modest. So, for example, in the U.S. Court Services and Offender Services, blacks compared to their general population numbers were over-represented by 808 percent. Remarkably, over-representation also existed in more “technical” agencies: NASA (49.4 percent), National Science Foundation (318.2 percent), Security and Exchange Commission (112.6 percent) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (68.3 percent).”

Black Run America (BRA) is in no threat of being defeated by Tea Party protesters who lack the bravery to weather insignificant and unwarranted racism charges. Waving flags, witless posters and singing “God Bless America” doesn’t have the unifying ability of a Jeremiah Wright sermon where he loudly proclaims “God Damn America”.

No, Black people have nothing to worry about though. SBPDL decided to attend a Tea Party rally on the 15^th of April (after paying taxes), and was overwhelmed by the extreme fatuousness of the participants. Anger and resentment were palpable, but the direction at whom or what wasn’t easily discernible.

Signs ranging the whole political gamut were evident, with many bemoaning the Federal Reserve, others attacking Barack Obama and countless others sporting “Don’t Tread on me” flags, all the while refusing to acknowledge the reason they all gathered in the first place: to bemoan the racial transformation of the country.

Engorged with a desire for a return to Pre-Obama America, these white people gathering to protest a nebulous enemy- deathly afraid to admit the common denominator that unites all Tea Party protesters is their racial ancestry – sprint away from accusations of racism, shoving any Token Black to the front of their patchwork movement.

Compare this derision at the Tea Party protest crowd with the desires of Black people who engage in ‘Flash Mobs’ without a moment’s hesitation (in Philly, Atlanta and Kansas City) and target people who do not reflect the racial makeup of their homogeneous mob.

Yes, Mein Obama has been a disaster as president. Black people still support him with an approval rating of over 90 percent, but every other racial group is bailing on him without reservation.

Time magazine recently asked if the Tea Party white people and their philosophy are correct about taxation. Could these white people who believe taxes are onerous and the nation is bankrupt and incapable of paying down the debt be correct?

They answer in the affirmative, but with a caveat: Get over it! You have to pay for the existence of Black Run America (BRA) and the greatest transfer of wealth since Karl Marx first dreamed up Communism in the mid-1800s.

The New York Times – long afraid to publish the race of the criminal in any story dealing with murder or petty offense – exhorted the continued lambasting of Tea Party participants with a piece published yesterday:

The 18 percent of Americans who identify themselves as Tea Party supporters tend to be Republican, white, male, married and older than 45.

The Tea Party movement burst onto the scene a year ago in protest of the economic stimulus package, and its supporters have vowed to purge the Republican Party of officials they consider not sufficiently conservative and to block the Democratic agenda on the economy, the environment and health care. But the demographics and attitudes of those in the movement have been known largely anecdotally…

The overwhelming majority of supporters say Mr. Obama does not share the values most Americans live by and that he does not understand the problems of people like themselves. More than half say the policies of the administration favor the poor, and 25 percent think that the administration favors blacks over whites — compared with 11 percent of the general public.

They are more likely than the general public, and Republicans, to say that too much has been made of the problems facing black people.

Asked what they are angry about, Tea Party supporters offered three main concerns: the recent health care overhaul, government spending and a feeling that their opinions are not represented in Washington.

Stuff Black People Don’t Like can safely state that Black people have nothing to fear from the Tea Party movement. No member of any Tea Party would dare call a Black person a nigger or use a racial epithet, for the mere mention of race might cause them to spontaneously combust in a fit of righteous indignation as they struggle to locate the Black person in the crowd they proudly call ‘friend’.

That’s how you know the whole story with Congressmen John Lewis and other Black politicians claiming incendiary words were callously hurled at them by angry Tea Party protesters is a lie. Subconsciously, Lewis might have heard these crowds of white people say such a vitriolic term, but in reality, they were frightened and awed by a leading member of the Black Run America’s (BRA) elite.

Look, the Federal Government is in no danger of decreasing in size. In 1994, the Republicans had a ‘Contract with America’ where they promised to bring responsibility back to government. 16 years after this promise (and 8 years of a wild kegger with the Bush Administration that we will continually pay for) the government has shrunk in the least.

White people are worried about life in Mein Obama’s America. But they won’t do anything about it except stand around and hold signs sporting quips and witticisms of questionable merit. Though they are patriotic, God-fearing people, they still fear being called a racist.

Thus the pen is mightier than the sword. The media has ingrained in the ‘silent majorities’ minds that they are wrong to gather together in opposition to a Black leader and his policies.

Unlike Damocles Sword, the threat of being called a racist keeps these Tea Party protesters from having an impact.No weapon, just a word.

The Tea Party isn’t prejudiced… no, it is just that their ideas of freedom and liberty run counter to Black peoples notions of hope and change. Someone has to fit the bill for all these programs, and white people are beginning to realize that even as the server, they are expected to pay for the bill fully.

And don’t expect a tip.

So the question is simply this: what will the Tea Party people eventually do? If the Republicans regain power, will they go back to life as usual? The Federal government won’t stop growing, and yet, neither will the Tea Party.

Ask former NBA All-Star Derrick Coleman.

According to the Wall Street Journal’s Bankruptcy Beat, Coleman has filed for bankruptcy and owes creditors $4.7 million, most of which he lost in failed attempts to stimulate Detroit’s struggling local economy. His lawyer Mark B. Berke explained the reasons for Coleman’s financial struggles.

“Mr. Coleman was focused on investing in various communities throughout the city of Detroit by developing real estate, creating jobs and revitalizing business opportunities,” Berke said. “Due to the state of the economy, including the decline in the real estate market, Mr. Coleman’s investments could not be sustained.”

According to Basketball Reference, Coleman made more than $87 million during his 15 year career with the Nets, 76ers, Hornets, and Pistons. But now he has only about $1 million in assets, including a 1997 Bentley convertible, five fur coats, and $3,000 in jewelry. Not exactly appreciating assets.

Sorry, Derrick, you should have called me. I could have told you that dumping all of the money in the world wouldn’t solve the problem that’s ailing Detroit.

It seems unreal that anyone could earn $87 million in 15 years and have nothing to show for it but a car and some fur coats. But, as we’ve seen time and time again, this is fairly typical behavior of black athletes.

Ex-NBA Player David Vaughn’s Fall After NBA Riches

NASHVILLE, Tenn.

David Vaughn knows the adulation of NBA crowds. He also knows the humbling task of maneuvering his 6-foot-9 frame into his Chevy Impala to sleep.

Less than a decade after the end of a four-season NBA career, the former power forward spent six months on the streets of Orlando, Fla., having run through the $2.2 million he earned in the league. These days, the 36-year-old Vaughn is looking for a job in Orlando, where he spent two seasons playing for the Magic.

His story, he says, is one of a young man with sudden riches, manic spending habits and little advice from those who should have given him direction. It’s also one of a man whose friends are coming to his aid this weekend.

Drafted by the Magic in 1995 as the 25th pick out of Memphis, he bought a Yukon, a Corvette, a Mercedes Benz, a Range Rover, a Lexus and another Yukon.

The Corvette, especially, was ridiculed by his teammates.

“They said, “Hey rook(ie), get rid of it, it’s too small,” Vaughn recalled in an interview, calling toll-free from Orlando.

“I should’ve just bought a Buick.”

He purchased a $250,000 house in Orlando, which he had two loans on; paid a note on his grandfather’s house near Nashville; bought a $212,000 home in Nashville; and invested in a construction deal that went sour.

“The money just exhausted itself,” Vaughn said.

His financial advisers, he said, “never stepped in and never made anything last a lifetime; I was left to make my own decisions.”

These days, there’s a mandatory NBA rookie transition program designed to head off such problems.

His NBA pension, he said, won’t kick in until he’s 48. He also played for the New Jersey Nets, Golden State Warriors and Chicago Bulls, averaging just under 10 minutes and 2.9 points a game.

“I wouldn’t trade my NBA experience for anything in the world,” Vaughn said.

After his release from the NBA in 1999, he played briefly in Europe, then ended up back in Orlando with little money and working a series of blue-collar jobs: a FedEx package handler, and warehouse work at a supermarket and then a furniture store.

Before long, his marriage deteriorated and last year he was living out of his 2000 Impala on the streets of Orlando. He took showers at the Salvation Army where he got free meals. He’d go to a fitness center to get a shower and do stretching exercises so he wouldn’t feel so cramped in his car.

“It was a very lonely situation,” he recalled.

Vaughn recently reconciled with his wife and rejoined her and their two sons, aged 11 and 8.

“Basically I knelt down and said a long prayer,” he recalled. “Later I read all of the New Testament, and it gave me strength.”

Said wife Brandie: “Even though we may not have material things, we have the love of God which is more priceless than that.”

But he’s still “looking for work,” just like millions of Americans. He was laid off over the summer by a furniture store that employed him as a warehouse worker and delivery man.

Friends and family in Nashville, where he grew up, will have a fundraiser for Vaughn on Saturday.

“He’s made mistakes that we all do as human beings,” said Earl Jordan, a community activist who arranged the event after being touched by Vaughn’s plight. Jordan is president of Partners in the Struggle, a nonprofit that advocates against gun violence and helps families of murder victims.

Vaughn’s life has revived memories of another Nashville pro athlete, Joe Gilliam Jr., who won two Super Bowl rings as quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers but ended up drug addicted and living in a cardboard box under a bridge for two years. He died in 2000.

Vaughn, grateful for the help, blames most of his woes on himself.

“I bought houses that were too big and too many luxurious cars,” he said. “I wish I’d have lived more simply because I’d be better off. I lived like there was no tomorrow.

“I appreciate people stepping forward. It’ll help me put some of my life back together.”

Homos and others are outraged that people were selling “Straight Pride” T-shirts at a Michigan Tea Party rally this past weekend. Being a sodomite is something that should be celebrated; not being a sodomite is something people should be ashamed of, and never dare mention in public. Being proud of being straight is just sick, and it’s right up there with being in the KKK:

State and national organizations who represent the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community are expressing outrage over t-shirts bearing the slogan “Straight Pride” offered for sale at a Saturday rally of the Tea Party Express.

Gay advocacy groups say the shirts are reminiscent of the “white pride” slogan adopted by racist groups who oppose equality.

“It’s like white supremacy,” says Penny Gardner, president of the Lansing Association for Human Rights, a Lansing area lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights group. “It’s as if they are saying the idea of supremacy is some how the American way. The American way is about equality, and equality is all we’re looking for.”

“It sends a message that this is a cause for a certain group of people,” says David Holtz, executive director of Progress Michigan. “That group is older white people, straight apparently. It sends the message that if you are not in the group, you really aren’t welcome.”

“‘LGBT Pride’ has long been an inspiring, powerful and celebratory rallying call, and its appeal is obvious. But this doesn’t appear to be a case of imitation is the highest form of flattery. Instead, it’s veiled homophobia in action, and peddling homophobia and profiting from it are both immoral and unacceptable,” said Rea Carey, executive director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force.

Daryl Presgaves, spokesperson for the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network GLSEN), said the fundraising connection was “a cause for concern.” GLSEN is a national organization working on creating safe school environments for the LGBT students and staff across the country. He said the group was particularly troubled that parents allowed a young man to purchase the t-shirt.

“It’s sad and troubling that some parents instill values of exclusion and teach their children to disrespect and bully those who are different from them. These shirts promote harassment and bullying of actual or perceived LGBT youth, plain and simple,” he said in a statement. “We hope the parents at the very least have the common sense and decency to not let their children wear such shirts to school, where they would contribute to what is already an incredibly hostile environment for LGBT youth, especially in middle school, where 39 percent of LGBT middle school students experience physical assault in school because of their sexual orientation. Seeing young people where these shirts is yet another reminder of why Friday’s National Day of Silence is as important today as it was when students created it in 1996.”

And forget about all the free speech and 1st Amendment crap – that’s for perverts, not for normal people. Being proud of being normal is hate speech:

“It’s shameful,” says Michael Cole, spokesperson for the Human Rights Campaign, a Washington D.C. based LGBT rights group. “Homophobia has no place in our country, let alone as a tool for groups to profit from.”

“It is clear from events at the April 10 Tea Party Express rally on our capitol steps in Lansing that homophobia and racism are alive and well in Michigan,” said Marilyn Vogler, spokesperson for the Democratic Party’s LGBTA Caucus. “The day was hi-lighted by stark black and white ’straight pride’ shirts, calls to impeach Obama, a poster with a black hand holding a knife stabbing the Statue of Liberty. Certainly, Tea Party folk have a right to express their opinions, but homophobia and racism should not be tolerated, least of all by our elected officials.”

As Obama and his small Jewish clique plot to bring in “amnesty,” there are some things that you should be aware of.

I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a large southern California high school which is designated a Title 1 school, meaning that its students average lower socioeconomic and income levels. Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell Gardens, Huntington Park, etc., where these students are protesting, are also Title 1 schools.

Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I’m not talking a glass of milk and roll — but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make a Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten.

I estimate that well over 50% of these students are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more have cell phones. The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage pregnant girls (some as young as 13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family watch their kids.

I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for anything; my budget was already substantial. I ended up buying new computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month later, have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America.

I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students, here in the country less then 3 months, who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them “putas”(whores) and throwing things, that the teachers were in tears.

Free medical, free education, free food, free day care etc., etc, etc. Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country but to demand rights, privileges and entitlements?

To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they like their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes: spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the true costs. Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs, more crime, lower standards of education in our schools, overcrowding, new diseases. For me, I’ll pay more for tomatoes.

Cheap labor? Isn’t that what the whole immigration issue is about?

Business doesn’t want to pay a decent wage. Consumers don’t want expensive produce. Government will tell you Americans don’t want the jobs. But the bottom line is cheap labor.

The phrase “cheap labor” is a myth, a farce, and a lie. There is no such thing as “cheap labor.” Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He takes a job for $5.00 or 6.00/hour. At that wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an Income Tax Return, he gets an “earned income credit” of up to $3,200 free. He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent. He qualifies for food stamps. He qualifies for free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care. His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school. He requires bilingual teachers and books. He qualifies for relief from high energy bills.

If they are, or become, aged, blind or disabled, they qualify for SSI. If qualified for SSI they can qualify for Medicaid. All of this is at (our) taxpayer’s expense.

He doesn’t worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance. Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins and printed material. He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00 to $30.00/hour in benefits. Working Americans are lucky to have $5.00 or $6..00/hour left after paying their bills, and his. Over 53% of all illegals and their families are now drawing welfare. Cheap labor? Yeah, right.

Americans need to wake up. It has everything to do with culture. It involves Latino third-world culture that does not value education, that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15 and that refuses to assimilate, and an American culture that has become so weak and worried about political correctness that we don’t have the will to do anything about it.

Obama will be bringing in “immigration reform” legislation before the spring is out. Obama and the Jews who run him, like Rahm Emanuel, David Axelrod, and Cass Sunstein, and behind the the sinister figure of Jewish international billionaire George Soros. Think about what I have said here.

A friend of mine that lives nearby, called me twice last week to get me to turn on my boob toob and watch a couple of shows. Both were season premiers, and one was a brand new cop-o-drama titled “Justified”. When I tuned in both times, I was shocked, pissed, but not a bit surprised. That’s because I’ve been expecting some kind of reaction like this from the Hollyweird Jews, ever since white America has been rising up and rattling their sabers. Both episodes on both shows were about cops versus the evil “white supremist!” (sic)

No, I’m not kidding. Both of them! And mind you, these were season premiers. Both shows depicted white activists as fat, ugly, stupid, sociopathic, uneducated, racist, bigoted, hate mongering criminals, that were out of prison only temporarily, until the heroes of the shows could nab them for being evil whites. One show had two extremely fat morons with huge black swastikas tattooed on their bellies and necks, who had the brains of a run over armadillo. The leaders were, of course, bottom feeders of the first rank. The heroes had to teach these hatemongers a lesson in the joys of diversity, and the wisdom of racial harmony and coon’s rights. Both episodes literally dripped with liberal/Jew propaganda. It was absolutely nauseating to watch. In fact I had to really apply myself to finish watching those outrages.

This sudden rush to write anti-white shows comes from fear. Most of the writers in Hollyweird are Jews. They control the industry and what’s written and produced in practically every show on TV. And this past year has scared and angered every Jew there. Whites have been forming many huge organizations and paramilitary outfits all over America. Bombings, stompings, and demonstrations have been in the news regularly. [Uh...I myself haven't seen these things "in the news regularly," or indeed at all beyond that poor shlub Stack flying his plane into the IRS building, which seems to have gone completely down the memory hole, but I'll take his word for it. - HAC]

The internet is flooded with white activist rants and websites, and uncounted millions of angry whites have been harassing the crap out of every crooked politician in the country ever since Chimpy got elected. I myself still firmly believe that election was rigged.

I’ve noticed that every single time there’s a victory for our side, [?] or an upsurge in white activist activity, the Jews come out with another load of anti-white propaganda. Wherever one goes, the other soon follows. This tells us that we’re getting to these maggots. A universal truth is that all evil people are cowards at heart. All of them fear retribution. Not out of guilt per se, but from knowing they deserve it. And if ever there was a group of bottom feeders that deserved punishment in the harshest possible way, it’s the Jews. Their evil is beyond measuring. There is no punishment that can be thought up in the mind of man that would be commensurate with their crimes.

What these morons don’t realize is that a whole lot of white people that were formerly blind to their manipulations are now wising up, and they see now, for the first time exactly what these freaks have been doing. And they’re livid. After all, being bombarded with propaganda is not only an insult to their intelligence, it’s a form of rape. They are attempting to force their will on people by pumping their lies at them 24/7.

Heck, I can’t turn on my TV for ten minutes without seeing some blatant piece of liberal propaganda. It’s even in the commercials now. Just last night a box of chocolate ice cream turned coon and started sweet talking a white women in a Barry White voice, insinuating that she should find this nigger’s voice sexy. Another series now has an ongoing flirtation between a handsome buck and a fat blonde.

There’s just no limits anymore. Anything goes, just as long as the agenda is promoted at all costs. In yet another show, the regular star of the series is being replaced this season.. With a Jew. No, I’m not joking. And on and on it goes. Every day the bombardment gets worse. And the more inroads we make, the harder the Jews and liberal bootlicks kick. Yes, it pleases me to see them panic, but it also angers me to see them fight tooth and nail to the very last. Now that’s evil for you.

These bastards desperately want to destroy us, our culture, our nation and everything about us. If they could erase our very memory from the earth, they’d jump at the chance. People must wake up and realize who our true enemy is, and has always been, even before the time of Christ.

The perennial Jew. Under and behind every other foe we have on this planet you’ll find a hook-nosed Jew. This isn’t some hate mongering rant, but a stone cold fact, pure and simple. And anyone that’s actually taken the time and effort to investigate this allegation has found it to be so. And the dissemination of this truth is what terrifies the Jews so much, and has got them foaming at the mouth with fear and rage, and is now motivating them to crank out their lies at a pace hitherto unheard of in this country.

So the next time you turn on your TV and see some anti-white, pro-mud episode on the show you’re watching, keep in mind why it’s there in the first place; we’re scaring them. I don’t know about you, but I like it. Every time some Jew turns fitfully in his sleep, dreaming of the big, bad Aryan coming to get him, I snuggle down a little deeper in my blankets…and smile…

Niggers Rioting In “Flash Mobs”

Race riots normally occur in the summer, particularly when it is really hot. The term “long, hot summer,” is a euphemism for race riots.

Well, this year, they have come early. Starting in the winter, mobs of young black thugs began rampaging through downtown Philadelphia, hunting for white victims, smashing property, and even looting a Macy’s department store.

The press has been downplaying the riots as “flash mobs.” According to a local Philadelphia neighborhood paper, the riots have been organized in advance on black social networking sites like blackplanet.com and ourspace.com.

However, these are not the same “flash mobs” started by British college kids. Flash mobs historically have been artsy fartsy demonstrations in public areas by white college students. Often the flash mob is combined with some kind of charitable fundrasier. The new black version of a “flash mob” is when hundreds gather somewhere and go on a violent rampage, leaving victims seriously injured in their path. There is nothing “artsy” or charitable about them.

The phenomenon is spreading. A few weeks ago an all-black “flash mob” went on a violent rampage in Seattle. Two weekends ago a mob of 300 blacks went a minor rampage in Kansas City, MO. The police did nothing and the media downplayed it. So this past weekend, nearly a thousand blacks rampaged through a majority white shopping district in Kansas City leaving injured victims in their path. Still, no arrests, and the media is desperately trying to downplay the entire event.

These riots are practically a state secret. They are only being reported in the local communities and even then all mention of race is censored, and the public is not shown any photographs.

This is a horrifying developement that threatens the entire nation. Organized, premeditated, large scale violenece, aimed solely at white victims. As I write this, you can be sure that young black thugs are organizing more of these in a city near you.

“The CTC is not a self-licking ice cream cone,” opened the Director of the CTC, who then elaborated on their uniqueness as a center for the study of terrorism. Colonel Sawyer then stated that 80% of the CTC’s budget is privately funded as a “think tank” for studies on combating terrorism.

Colonel Sawyer further elaborated that the CTC also is “contracted” regularly for instruction on terrorism by other national agencies, such as the CIA, FBI, STATE, et al. The CTC provides on-site instructors to teach the culture and strategy of terrorism as well as current tactics and counters that those officers could expect to face in the field.

He somberly closed his opening remarks with the by-word of the CTC, to wit:
“We are a nation at war.”

Al-Qaeda is a species of the terrorist genus. They perpetrate terrorism on the international stage. They are most resilient, and as such are very robust in their pursuit of heinous acts. One of the more subtle purposes for the pursuit of spectacular violence is to get it aired on worldwide news agencies as sensationalism.

One might presume that al-Qaeda is akin to fire-truck chasers and disaster junkies, but their actions are much more disdainful than that. They perpetuate terrorist acts just not for extortion, but also to gain press coverage in the worldwide media. Such reporting of their acts is sensationalism at its best, and most definitely helps them milk more funding from their donors– who deceitfully wish the West, and the US in particular, no well.

As another species of the same genus, the Taliban (Arabic for “students”) in Afghanistan from Pakistan are more localized. They are dissidents who were ousted as the governing party in Afghanistan. In essence, they are a national insurgency striving to regain what they once governed.

It is estimated that active loyalists for the Taliban number about 200,000, in the sixth most populated nation in the world–Pakistan, which has a little less than 200-million people. It also is estimated by human-intelligence sources that of that number they field some 20,000 fighters of which only about 2,000 are hard-core, trained fighters.

In that the Taliban is a “party” without national backing, the “host” country does not share their culpability, per se. The perpetration of civil disorder and crimes against humanity by Taliban forces should be proscribed by lawful nations as being at best resurgent belligerents, and at worst, virulent militants.

The Taliban receive about $100-million per year in “donations” — in that alms-giving is one of the pillars of Islam. Most of the donations come from the coffers of mosques in the Persian Gulf States, as does most of the funding for al-Qaeda. In addition, the Taliban net about $400 million per year from the opium poppy crop in Afghanistan.

Al-Qaeda, however, strives to internationalize terrorism so as to solicit a larger donor-base. Terrorism, although gaining notoriety, is also gaining donors, and therefore there is a concomitant increase in capacity for violence with even more spectacular attacks that producers of the international media air as sensationalism–to attract more advertisers.

Apparently, the strategic plan of the Taliban to defeat the US (and its dwindling Western partners) is with the support of al-Qaeda. The plan is to perpetrate scattered, yet spectacular, violent acts, which can be staged covertly. When executed overtly, these acts tend to embarrass the Super Power in defiance of security and stability.

Such actions gain the attention, and the headlines, of the international media. In turn, this will help them solicit more funding from their donors to continue their pursuits, which will aid and abet them in attaining their goal of returning to governance.

Most particular to this strategy, is their assessment that USA involvement will dwindle if it doesn’t show signs of success in 12 months. Critical to this strategy is to gain regional control in the north of Afghanistan–among the warlord chiefs of the Northern Alliance. As they do, they also will pursue destabilization of US coalition partners in the south, particularly the Germans and the Brits.

When asked afterwards to opine on whether our commanders on the scene considered the current ROE, Rules Of Engagement, too restrictive and/or endangering our troops unnecessarily, he replied, “No, we can work with (around?) them.”

The implication was that our commanders in the field are well schooled on the importance of gaining the hearts and minds of the civilian populace. Moreover, it was inferred that the locals understand very well their plight in such a hostile environment. They are slowly but surely learning that US forces have their best interest in mind–and, at heart.

They accept the danger of USA doing what we have to do to rid them of evil. Therefore, one can deduce that the canceling of the call for fire mission for artillery support, when women and children were seen in the target area, was a special case with extenuating circumstances.

Never has a human population been found that has no racial stereotypes. Not in other cultures or far-flung countries. Nor among tiny tots or people with various psychological conditions.

Until now.

Children with Williams syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that makes them lack normal social anxiety, have no racial biases.

Well, a lack of social anxiety is not the only characteristic of Williams syndrome. From Wikipedia:

The most common symptoms of Williams syndrome are mental retardation, heart defects, and unusual facial features. … Individuals with Williams syndrome are highly verbal and overly sociable (having what had previously been described as a “cocktail party” type personality), but lack common sense …

“Highly Verbal But Lack Common Sense” would pretty much describe most propounders of the conventional wisdom about race.

A 2007 NYT Magazine article on Williams syndrome reported:

These deficits generally erase about 35 points from whatever I.Q. the person would have inherited without the deletion. Since the average I.Q. is 100, this leaves most people with Williams with I.Q.’s in the 60s. Though some can hold simple jobs, they require assistance managing their lives….

The low I.Q., however, ignores two traits that define Williams more distinctly than do its deficits: an exuberant gregariousness and near-normal language skills.

Political correctness, in effect, demands that our intellectual discourse aspire towards Williams syndrome.

They do, however, traffic in gender stereotypes, said study researcher Andreas Meyer-Lindenberg of the University of Heidelberg in Germany.

Normally, children show clear preferences for their own ethnic group by the age of three, if not sooner, other research has shown.

Actually, the interesting thing is that toddlers tend to develop an insight into race that is generally lost by grown-up intellectuals when writing about race: race is about who your Mommy and Daddy are, topics that are deeply interesting to children (and to all humans), but aren’t recognized in conventional discourse about race.

In Race in the Making, the liberal U. of Michigan anthropology professor Lawrence A. Hirschfeld sums up the finding of his research on children.

As comforting as this view may be, children, I will show in this book, are more than aware of diversity; they are driven by endogenous curiosity to uncover it. Children, I will also show, do not believe race to be a superficial quality of the world. Multicultural curricula aside, few people believe that race is only skin deep. Certainly few 3-year-olds do. They believe that race is an intrinsic, immutable, and essential aspect of a person’s identity. Moreover, they seem to come to this conclusion on their own. They do not need to be taught that race is a deep property, they know it themselves already.

For example, if you show preschoolers drawings of people and ask them to match the children with their mommies, on average they will correctly tell you that the skinny white child belongs to the fat white mommy, while the fat black child belongs to the skinny black mommy (or vice-versa). They consider race a better predictor of family relationship than body shape.

And, indeed, the children in this study without Williams syndrome reliably assigned good traits, such as friendliness, to pictures of people the same race as themselves. When asked something negative, such as “which is the naughty boy,” they overwhelmingly pointed to the other race.

Children with Williams syndrome, however, were equally likely to point to the white or black child as naughty or friendly.

While this study was done with white children, other research has shown that blacks and people of other races also think more highly of their own, Meyer-Lindenberg told LiveScience.

Williams syndrome is caused by a gene deletion known to affect the brain as well as other organs. As a result, people with Williams syndrome are “hypersocial,” Meyer-Lindenberg told . They do not experience the jitters and inhibitions the rest of us feel.

“The whole concept [of social anxiety] would be foreign to them,” he said.

They will put themselves at great peril to help someone and despite their skills at empathy, are unable to process social danger signals. As a result, they are at increased risk for rape and physical attack.

Indeed.

Nature or nurture?

While the first human population to demonstrate race-neutrality is missing critical genes, “we are not saying that this is all biologically-based and you can’t do anything about it,” Meyer-Lindenberg said.

“Just because there is a genetic way to knock the system out, does not mean the system itself is 100 percent genetic,” he said.

The study does show, however, that racism requires social fear. “If social fear was culturally reduced, racial stereotypes could also be reduced,” Meyer-Lindenberg said.

Despite their lack of racial bias, children with Williams syndrome hold gender stereotypes just as strongly as normal children, the study found. That is, 99 percent of the 40 children studied pointed to pictures of girls when asked who played with dolls and chose boys when asked, say, who likes toy cars.

The fact that Williams syndrome kids think of men and women differently, but not blacks and whites, shows that sex stereotypes are not caused by social anxiety, Meyer-Lindenberg said.

This may be because we learn about gender within “safe” home environments, while a different race is usually a sign of someone outside our immediate kin. (Studies to test this explanation, such as with racially-mixed families, have not yet been done.)

Racial biases are likely rooted in a general fear of others, while gender stereotypes may arise from sweeping generalizations, Meyer-Lindenberg said. “You watch mother make the meals, so you generalize this to everyone female.”

Perhaps, but another explanation for why people with Williams syndrome would be unable to notice racial patterns is because they are mentally retarded.

Sex is simply more obvious than race. Very young children typically notice differences in sex before they begin to notice differences in race. People with Williams syndrome are typically verbally facile but oblivious to the obvious.

Here’s a question I have about Williams syndrome. Say you would have had a 140 IQ without it, but you were born with genetic defect, so you have a 105 IQ and not a lick of sense. But you are really good at laying out a spiel of words. Is Williams syndrome just too all-around debilitating for you to ever amount to much in the world?

Or, could there be, say, a prominent media figure who suffers from Williams syndrome?

“This was a recognition of American terrorists.”

That is CNN’s Roland Martin’s summary judgment of the 258,000 men and boys who fell fighting for the Confederacy in a war that cost as many American lives as World Wars I and II, Korea, Vietnam and Iraq combined.

Martin reflects the hysteria that seized Obamaville on hearing that Gov. Bob McDonnell had declared Confederate History Month in the Old Dominion. Virginia leads the nation in Civil War battlefields.

So loud was the howling that in 24 hours McDonnell had backpedaled and issued an apology that he had not mentioned slavery.

Unfortunately, the governor missed a teaching moment—at the outset of the 150th anniversary of America’s bloodiest war.

Slavery was indeed evil, but it existed in the Americas a century before the oldest of our founding fathers was even born. Five of our first seven presidents were slaveholders.

But Virginia did not secede in defense of slavery. Indeed, when Abraham Lincoln was inaugurated, March 4, 1861, Virginia was still in the Union. Only South Carolina, Georgia and the five Gulf states had seceded and created the Confederate States of America.

At the firing on Fort Sumter, April 12-13, 1861, the first shots of the Civil War, Virginia was still inside the Union. Indeed, there were more slave states in the Union than in the Confederacy. But, on April 15, Lincoln issued a call for 75,000 volunteers from the state militias to march south and crush the new Confederacy.

Two days later, April 17, Virginia seceded rather than provide soldiers or militia to participate in a war on their brethren. North Carolina, Tennessee and Arkansas followed Virginia out over the same issue. They would not be a party to a war on their kinfolk.

Slavery was not the cause of this war. Secession was—that and Lincoln’s determination to drown the nation in blood if necessary to make the Union whole again.

Nor did Lincoln ever deny it.

In his first inaugural, Lincoln sought to appease the states that had seceded by endorsing a constitutional amendment to make slavery permanent in the 15 states where it then existed. He even offered to help the Southern states run down fugitive slaves.

In 1862, Lincoln wrote Horace Greeley that if he could restore the Union without freeing one slave he would do it. The Emancipation Proclamation of Jan. 1, 1863, freed only those slaves Lincoln had no power to free—those still under Confederate rule. As for slaves in the Union states of Delaware, Maryland, Kentucky and Missouri, they remained the property of their owners.

As for “terrorists,” no army fought more honorably than Robert E. Lee’s Army of Northern Virginia. Few deny that.

The great terrorist in that war was William Tecumseh Sherman, who violated all the known rules of war by looting, burning and pillaging on his infamous March to the Sea from Atlanta to Savannah. Sherman would later be given command of the war against the Plains Indians and advocate extermination of the Sioux.

“The only good Indian is a dead Indian” is attributed both to Sherman and Gen. Phil Sheridan, who burned the Shenandoah and carried out Sherman’s ruthless policy against the Indians. Both have statues and circles named for them in Washington, D.C.

If Martin thinks Sherman a hero, he might study what happened to the slave women of Columbia, S.C., when “Uncle Billy’s” boys in blue arrived to burn the city.

What of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, at whose request McDonnell issued his proclamation? What racist deeds have they perpetrated of late?

They tend the graves of Confederate dead and place flags on Memorial Day. They contributed to the restoration of the home of Jefferson Davis, damaged by Hurricane Katrina. They publish the Confederate Veteran, a magazine that relates stories of the ancestors they love to remember. They join environmentalists in fighting to preserve Civil War battlefields. They do re-enactments of Civil War battles with men and boys whose ancestors fought for the Union. And they defend the monuments to their ancestors and the flag under which they fought.

Why are they vilified?

Because they are Southern white Christian men—none of whom defends slavery, but all of whom are defiantly proud of the South, its ancient faith and their forefathers who fell in the Lost Cause.

Undeniably, the Civil War ended in the abolition of slavery and restoration of the Union. But the Southern states believed they had the same right to rid themselves of a government to which they no longer felt allegiance as did Washington, Jefferson and Madison, all slave-owners, who could no longer give loyalty to the king of England.

Consider closely this latest skirmish in a culture war that may yet make an end to any idea of nationhood, and you will see whence the real hate is coming. It is not from Gov. McDonnell or the Sons of Confederate Veterans.

A small security camera video is being shown on the Kansas City ABC 9 website. It shows a large group of black teenage girls brutally pummeling what appears to be a lone black teenage girl. Notice how the anchor men call the mob, “youngsters,” “kids,” and “teens.” All efforts to downplay the riot and conceal the fact that it was 100% black. The media also calls it a “brawl,” once again trying to downplay the attack. The victim was most definitely badly injured from the vicious assault. It was certainly not a “brawl” and the producers of ABC 9 should be ashamed of themselves for calling it that. Click Here.

The all black mob that rampaged through a mostly white shopping district this weekend was not the beginning. We have now learned that a smaller mob of 200-300 black “youngsters” rampaged through the same area last weekend. This weekend the crowd grew to nearly a thousand. Whereas the first mob mostly yelled at and attempted to intimidate white pedestrians, the larger mob attacked and robbed white pedestrians.

Across the internet, Kansas City resident are posting horror stories about the rapid deterioration of Kansas City and the exploding level of black violence.  Residents are predicting a “long, hot summer,” a code phrase for black race riots.

Indeed, April is extremely early for blacks to be rioting. Not to mention black race riots even earlier in Philadelphia,  Seattle, and probably other places we have not even heard about. In New York City, the murder rate is up 25% despite the harshest winter in 30 years. The overwhelming majority of New York City murders are committed by racial minorities, with blacks at the forefront.

This is an extremely disturbing turn of events and could foreshadow massive black race riots this summer. The time of year that riots normally occur.

The media seems to expect it it as well. The effort to suppress and censor major news stories is very telling. The media is also lying about the link between crime and the economy. We are told that increases in crime are directly related to the economy. Historically this has been false. American crime fell during the Great Depression. The big difference is that during the Great Depression, America was 90% white and law enforcement and the judicial system did not baby or coddle anyone. Today you have entire police departments afraid to arrest black people for fear of being called a “racist.”

Out of the 750-1000 thugs rampaging through Kansas City the other day, zero were arrested. This is an open invitation for the same mob to commit even worse violence next weekend!

As I’m sure you all remember, we were promised that black people would cease committing crimes and do better in school once Obama was elected. This webmaster had numerous white liberals, even some in-laws, tell me this to my face. Do you think that black people in your city are committing less crime and studying harder in school because Obama is in office?

Race riot in Kansas City, MO. Media censuring story.

The “mainstream” media is censuring a race riot in Kansas City, MO where hundreds of black thugs went on a rampage and attacked random white victims.

According to local police between 750 and 1,000 “youngsters” rioted. Imagine if the races were reversed. THIS WOULD BE THE LARGEST NEWS STORY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. Instead it is suppressed, censured, and blacklisted. Even the local media is censuring all mention of race and all photographs from the stories. Police say there were serious injuries, robberies, property damage, yet not a single arrest!

Local authorities are calling it a replication of the Philadelphia “flash mobs.” However these are far from the “artsy” flash mobs started by British college kids, which never resulted in racially motivated violence and destruction.

The Philadelphia “flash mobs” have been a series of all black race riots in which random white victims were beaten and/or robbed. The Philadelphia riots were organized in advance. People are “invited” to the mayhem on black social networking websites like blackplanet.com, ourspace.com, and cell phone chain messages.

America is experiencing a nationwide epidemic of vicious black on white racially motivated violence, that is getting worse every day.

What is a “flash mob.”

Here is an example of an actual traditional “flash mob.” Recently in Charleston, SC college students organized a Lady Gaga dance-a-thon flash mob in a public square. Attendees were asked to bring a cash donation the black victims of Haiti’s earthquake.

In Philadelphia, and apparently now Seattle and Kansas City,  the definition of a “flash mob” is when hundreds of black thugs get together to loot stores, break thinks, and commit mob assaults against white people.

The only reason that the media calls these black race riot “flash mobs” is to cover up what really happened!

As France and Britain deteriorate into welfare states with regular race riots, a movement is underway to save Hungary from the same fate. Jobbik, a Hungarian political party routed deep in family and tradition, has taken 17% of the vote in the first round of Hungarian national elections. The British and French media, co-conspirators in destroying their own nations, are going ballistic. Every single article about Jobbik is pure namecalling and slander, with out any actual facts. Jobbik are simply  called “nazis” over and over and over.

Jobbik, or “Movement for a Better Hungary,” opposes the ceding of sovereignty to the EU and wants Hungarian first economic and immigration policies. Or as the far-left media calls it “reviving the 3rd Reich.”

Jobbik scored 2% in Hungarian national elections in 2006. However the collapse of the French “rainbow nation” dream into weekly race riots has been a wake up call for those in central and eastern Europe. Then in the 2009 EU elections, Jobbik took 15% of the Hungarian vote. They have also been scoring between 12-20% in various regional and municipal elections.

The Hungarian Centrist party received 53% and the Socialist party received 19%. A rival socialist party focusing mainly on environmental issues got 7%.

The Hungarian socialist party has been crushed, and Hungary has made a huge swing to the right. In the 2006 national election, the socialists received 49% and the centrists 42%. Two other left of center parties received about 6% each. Jobbik received 2%.

Europe’s march to the right has been a trend all over Europe for the past couple years. However, the shift in Hungary is very dramatic.

As South Africa deteriorates further, the ANC is considering an extreme measure to stem the tide before the World Cup starts.

An anti-rape device that the woman wears in her vagina. The device may soon be available in South African store, but the ANC is considering a proposal by a doctor to give away 30,000 of them for free in Cape Town.

The idea is that the device attaches to the rapist’s penis and must be removed by a doctor.

Ironically, the president of South Africa is a confessed rapist. ANC member Jacob Zuma was on trial for raping an HIV+ woman shortly before becoming president. Zuma admitted the rape, but said it would have been “ungentlemanly not to rape the woman.” Zuma testified that the woman was wearing her skirt in a way that meant she wanted sex. When asked if he knew the woman was HIV+, Zuma said yes, but stated he was not worried because he took a shower after sex.

A mob led by spokesmen for the ANC youth league and the South African Communist Party Youth league formed outside the court. They threatened to publicly lynch any of the three member panel of judges who voted to convict Zuma. The judges dismissed him and a Dutch charity rushed the woman to safety in a foreign country.

I think a threshold or tipping point exists in the ratio between the political power of those who pay taxes and those who consume taxes directly. After that tipping point is reached, those who pay taxes become the economic slaves of those who consume taxes.

I think California has passed that point. [h/t Instapundit] Tax consumers now control the state government and can vote themselves almost any level of personal income and benefits they wish while taxpayers cannot muster the political capital to defend themselves.

This might seem overwrought but it has a precedent in the concept of the military-industrial complex. When that arch-leftist Eisenhower created the concept he warned that those who benefited from military spending, from stockholders and CEOs of defense companies to strippers who work the clubs outside military bases, would bring political pressure to distort defense priorities. He was right. The problem has bedeviled us ever since WWII. We keep bases we don’t need and buy new toys instead of spending money on training ammo.

Now, in addition to the existing vested interest in military spending, imagine that the 3 million active and reserve service members along with 500,000 civilian military employees all belonged to a single compulsory union. Imagine that the union endorsed candidates and policies, donated a lot of money to campaigns, assigned soldiers to go door-to-door and man phone banks. Imagine that the majority of people in Washington were in the union and had constant access to politicians. Unions provide a ready-made organizational framework that makes unions much more politically effective than a similar number of unorganized citizens of the same size would be. Their ability to buy advertising alone dwarfs that of any other group. The military union could bring enormous pressure to bear on any politician and force them to vote for more military spending. How much more distorted would military spending be than it is now? How much harder would it be to reduce military spending?

This is the condition that California and other states with powerful public-sector unions find themselves in. California has ~2.3 million unionized government workers and ~18.6 million civilians. With so many people organized with a laser-like focus on increasing taxes and spending, the private working citizens of California find it nearly impossible to prevent government workers from voting their own paychecks.

In effect, government workers have hijacked democracy. Instead of state employees working for the people, the people now work for the state employees. As far as the state government is concerned, people in the private sector work merely so that they can be taxed for the benefit of the tax consumers. They’ve entered a condition not unlike like that of pre-industrial serfs.

Of course no one is being whipped, but in effect an ordinary citizen of California cannot get their desires for reduced state spending implemented due to the disproportionate power of the State’s employees and allied interest. It appears now that the government unions will not accept any solution to California’s budget crisis except increased taxes in a declining economy. Ordinary citizens have no choice but to either emigrate or just lie there and take it.

By long custom and law, the U.S. military has remained ruthlessly apolitical. Serving members do not endorse candidates, organize politically in any fashion or make independent public statements about campaign issues. That standard evolved due to the obvious danger of having a military with a positive feedback loop into the political system that controls its budget. The same danger exists for all other state employees, albeit in a slower and less dramatic fashion.

No one should be able to vote their own paycheck. Government-employee unions should be legally restricted from engaging in any kind of political activity. If not, it is only a matter of time before civil servants become civil masters.

No, it is not 1860 again.

But with all the talk of the 10th Amendment, nullification and interposition, states rights and secession — following Gov. Rick Perry’s misstatement that Texas, on entering the Union in 1845, reserved in its constitution a right to secede — one might think so.

Chalk up another one for those Tea Party activists who exploded in cheers when Sister Sarah brought up the dread word in endorsing Rick Perry in the primary.

Looking back in American history, however, these ideas, these sentiments, decried as insane inside the Beltway, were once as American as “The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere.”

“I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical,” wrote Thomas Jefferson to James Madison from Paris in January 1787, about Revolutionary War Capt. Daniel Shay’s anti-tax rebellion in Massachusetts.

In the Virginia and Kentucky resolutions, both of these founding fathers sanctioned the idea that states could interpose their own sovereignty and nullify acts of Congress. Both were enraged by the Alien and Sedition Acts of John Adams and the Federalists, written into law to combat sedition during the undeclared naval war with France.

On taking office, President Jefferson declared the acts unconstitutional, refused to prosecute those charged and freed the imprisoned writers.

In 1814, Timothy Pickering, another veteran of the revolution and secretary of state to both George Washington and Adams, was a force behind the Hartford Convention, which argued for New England’s secession and reuniting with Great Britain. Massachusetts opposed Madison’s War of 1812 that had caused the British blockade that destroyed their trade and prosperity.

The war’s end and Jackson’s victory at New Orleans, however, aborted the Hartford movement and finished off the Federalists forever.

In 1832, it was Vice President John Calhoun who inspired South Carolina to vote to nullify the Tariff of Abomination that was killing the cotton-exporting South and enriching Northern manufacturers. To the chagrin of Madison, Calhoun invoked his and Jefferson’s Virginia and Kentucky resolutions in defense of Carolinian defiance.

In 1845, it was Massachusetts again. Ex-President John Quincy Adams declared that admission of Texas to the Union as a slave state might constitute grounds for secession and civil war.

With Abraham Lincoln’s election in 1860 and Republicans, the Northern party, assuming power, South Carolina, Georgia and the Gulf states seceded.

But not until after Fort Sumter, when Lincoln called for volunteers to march south and crush the rebellion, did Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Arkansas secede, rather than remain passive or participate in a war on their kinfolk.

Unlike the issues of yesteryear that tore the Union asunder, Tea Party issues are not sectional but national. Yet, they are rooted in a similar set of beliefs — that the federal government no longer serves their interests, but the interests of economic and political forces that sustain the party in power.

In 1860, the South saw power passing indefinitely to a new regime, a Republican Party that represented high-tariff industrialists and New England radicals and abolitionists who despised the agrarian South and celebrated the raid on Harper’s Ferry by the terrorist John Brown, who had sought to incite a slave uprising, such as had occurred in Santo Domingo.

What called the Tea Party into existence?

Some are angry over unchecked immigration and the failure to control our borders and send the illegals back. Some are angry over the loss of manufacturing jobs. Some are angry over winless wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Some are angry over ethnic preferences they see as favoring minorities over them.

What they agree upon, however, is that they have been treading water for a decade, working harder and harder with little or no improvement in their family standard of living. They see the government as taking more of their income in taxes, seeking more control over their institutions, creating entitlements for others not them, plunging the nation into unpayable debt, and inviting inflation or a default that can wipe out what they have saved.

And there is nothing they can do about it, for they are politically powerless. By their gatherings, numbers, mockery of elites and militancy, however, they get a sense of the power that they do not have.

Their repeated reappearance on the national stage, in new incarnations, should be a fire bell in the night to the establishment of both parties. For it testifies to their belief and that of millions more that the state they detest is at war with the country they love.

The secession taking place in America is a secession of the heart — of people who have come to believe the government is them, and not us.

Obama’s problem, like the Bushes’ in 1992 and 2008, is that one thing these folks are really good at is throwing people out of power.

Homelessness and unemployment have reached levels in the US unseen in a decade. Consumer confidence, having been shattered by corporate malfeasance and the hyper-greed of the Bush regime, recently hit rock bottom.

According to the National Governors’ Association, the 50 States that make up the collective known as the United States of America experienced the worst revenue shortfall since World War II. The Economic Policy Institute reports that American families are working longer and harder on the average of “20 more weeks a year [...] the equivalent of five months.”

It’s not the nation’s central government that is the socioeconomic caregiver for the bulk of these illnesses; rather, it is the American States who are left to cope with the casualties resulting from the ignominious policies and programs of the Bush central government in Washington, DC. Of course, the Jellyfish Party (sometimes referred to as the Democratic Party) in the central government’s rubber-stamping body, the US Congress, shares a hefty helping of the blame for the wretched state of the States and their localities in America.

According to the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities the “states have cut services for those most in need of assistance during an economic downturn. Eligibility has been restricted for health insurance, childcare, and income support services that benefit low-income families. Medicaid benefits have been reduced, job training programs for people trying to move from welfare to work have been cut, and the cost of child care for low- and moderate-income families has been significantly increased. Cuts in funding for public universities have resulted in higher college tuition, shifting the cost of balancing state budgets to students and their parents. Reductions in state aid for public schools and local governments have resulted in school program cutbacks and have to some degree shifted a greater share of the burden of funding schools to local property tax payers. Other reductions in funding have been implemented for state parks, museums, libraries, public health, and public safety.”

Rubber Chickens and Chicken Hawks

War propagandists and central government apologists at CNN, FOX, CBS, ABC and NBC -and the genteel opportunists at the New York Times and Washington Post- gloss over the fact that the American States are footing the bill and carrying the load for the bulk of the central government’s programs, to include Homeland Security initiatives. This is contrary to what Bush and other con-men/women in the central government proclaim over the airwaves and in print. According to the National Governor’s Association, State budget problems are exacerbated by the “billions of dollars in homeland security costs, predominantly borne by state and local governments.” So, while the States and their localities approach the black hole of debt and collapsing infrastructures, all that the Bush central government can offer as corrective action, or rather as a temporary distraction, is a trumped up war against a tin-pan dictator in Iraq.

Wealth that otherwise should be targeted to the States and localities, is literally being stolen from the money supply to pay for the many ludicrous schemes of the Bush central government, ranging from National Missile Defense to the Economic Growth and the Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 (tax cut). The latter is a program destined to benefit the one percent of Americans who own over 50 percent of the wealth in the United States. The Bush central government, along with the Democratic Rubber-Chickens in Congress -as opposed to the Republican Chicken Hawks- have anted up close to a trillion dollars to play the Great Game in Central Asia. The purpose of this is, first and foremost, to dominate that region’s resources and, secondly, to create markets for the business interests that the Bush central government represents.

It has thus become the business of the central governing body known as the US Congress to take care of corporate business interests and beg for photo opportunities with a non-elected president. Only a handful of “representatives” in that central government apparatus, like Robert Byrd of West Virginia and Bernie Sanders of Vermont, have the will to consistently challenge the intellectual sewage gushing from the minds of the Bushites and militarists in and out of the central government. The US Congress is now little more than a shopping mall for corporate interests. The “representatives” wait behind the counter to dicker with the lobbyists and the generals.

Perhaps it is better that the veil of democracy has been torn asunder exposing the lurid nature of the entire American central governing process. The vast number of the central government’s politicians and bureaucrats are groveling con artists of low intellect, engaged with corporate interests in an orgy of self-interest. The orgasm for these folks comes in the form of profit pocketed and domination over those who are working those extra five months a year to pay for food and shelter. It’s a battle just to raise the minimum wage one US dollar. Conversely, politicians and bureaucrats from the central government never leave office poorer than when they were elected or appointed.

Distant Lands

Far removed from the rich and powerful in the central government, in the jungles of South America and the arid lands of Central Asia, young American soldiers hailing from the States and their localities in the American union, whether Special Forces or regular “GI’s”, find themselves guarding oil company pipelines and, in the case of Afghanistan, serving as little more than bar-room bouncers for the likes of Hameed Karazai, a former oil man for Unocal. These dedicated teen- and twenty-somethings chase the phantasms of the psychotic Bushites and their elderly generals and admirals. Already, a new “Axis of Evil” is being created by the mouthpiece of the Republican Party, that being Reverend Moon’s Washington Times. The Times has warned its readers that Brazil and Venezuela are part of the South American Axis of Evil. Popularly elected officials are not part of the Bush “in” crowd.

And far removed from the lofty heights occupied by Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Powell -and “elites” both Republican and Democrat- in the distant lands of New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Southeast Washington, DC, men, women and children go hungry, homeless, uninsured, unemployed. Nurses, doctors, policemen and women, firefighters and rescue workers do not have the funds they need to get the tools to do the most basic public safety functions. Schools are overcrowded. Prisons are overcrowded. Urban sprawl and traffic congestion blights the land. Pollution fills the air on warm summer evenings. Prices are on the rise. Unions are being busted. Illicit drugs are easily obtainable. Corporations pay no taxes.

And the central government’s solution to all this? Use “terror” to create profit-making opportunities for corporations. Then create a central governing department that those corporations can lobby for business. “Terror is nought but prompt, severe, inflexible justice; it is therefore an emanation of virtue; it is less a particular principle than a consequence of the general principle of democracy applied to the most pressing needs of the fatherland.” So said Rumsfeld’s idol, France’s Robespierre in 1794. Here it is 2002 and his rumination is as relevant now as it was over 200 years ago. The similarities between the 1789 and 2002 are a wee bit unsettling.

Storm the Bastille?

Interesting how history rewinds throughout time. In 1789, Louis XVI of France was presiding over an impending disaster. Draconian policies and programs by his decree in combination with penalties that stifled dissent, outmoded feudal practices -and the shining example of the American Revolution- converged to ignite the French Revolution of 1789. Universities and the intellectual elite were fed up with censorship. The rich stayed very rich and comfortable while the emerging middle class bourgeois, urban workers and farmers-peasants were being crushed by high taxes, inflating prices and stagnant wages. Protests and demonstrations began. Violence and mayhem ensued.

So it would seem that the central government of Bush II of America, in conjunction with the US Congress, has placed the States and localities -the people- in a mood to contemplate alternatives. Already, massive protests against Globalization, US policy in Israel-Palestine, and the impending War in Iraq have taken place echoing Robert Byrd’s sentiment that only the American people can stop the madness of Bush II and excite the US Congress to action. And if the Rubber Chicken Democrats take control of the US Congress, will not big business, big defense still rule the roost? Will not the US continue its romp around the world in search of terrorists and oil? Is it worth opting for the status quo with a sprinkle of change?

With the central government clearly out-of-sync with many States and localities, perhaps its time for “the people” that occupy them to think about building a different united States, one that excludes the federal government.

A future movement toward secession must not be viewed as a distant possibility. In fact, large-scale secession has been historically the primary defensive response to centralized bankruptcy in the form of economic meltdown. Should the current road to economic destruction persist, the mythology of the ‘divine’ and ‘eternal’ US of A is likely to give way to a rush by the 50 states to abandon what will in essence be a sinking ship.

As has happened elsewhere in the past, local governments will regard, or will be forced by citizens to regard, a breakaway transition as a means of reasserting the fiscal, sociopolitical, and perhaps even military control that central governing structures have proven unable to attain.

Such a transition need not be violent. One of the models to follow is the relatively peaceful process of breakup used by the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics -the USSR. In that recent case, the strong leadership of the breakaway republics fractionalized the Soviet military according to ethnic lines, thus preventing pro-Russian military leaders from assuming complete control over Soviet troops.

Nevertheless, escalating ethnic animosities and exchanges of populations was a feature that marked the experience of Soviet secessions. It would thus be naive to assume that in a country such as the US, where racial tensions and segragationist traditions are so deeply rooted, a large-scale secession of states will not be accompanied by attempts to map new national borders in accordance to racial and ethnic parameters. Additionally, it cannot be assumed that overzealous pro-federal military officials will not attempt to direct federal military might toward the preservation of centralized governing structures at all costs.

Ultimately, the realization of the secessionist option will undoubtedly include a host of violent changes -some symbolic and some substantial. Violence will depend on the degree of determination of the federal apparatus to retain control over the crumbling nation, while the depth of actual change will depend on the political credentials of the secessionists. If their aspirations are limited to a gradual increase of their consumer rights in a free market context, then the independent fragments of the former USA will not look much different than today’s bloc of former Soviet republics. If, on the other hand, their aspirations depart from the confines of existing capitalist doctrine, then who knows what might spring out. Perhaps a new era of dynamic progressive victories, enlightened by a new American Revolution? A time of experimentation and non-conformist social polemic? The answer may emerge much sooner than most of us expect.

What do the new BLS numbers - 162,000 nonfarm jobs added in March – mean?

Barry Ritholtz provides a very useful summary:

Let’s break down the highlights into the good and bad:

Negatives

• Average Hourly Earnings of all employees NFP fell by 2 cents, or 0.1%.

• Unemployment rate is unchanged at 9.7% (no improvement this month)

• U6 Unemployment, the broadest measure, rose to 16.9% –that’s off of the December 2009 peak of 17.3, but higher than January (16.5%) and February (16.8%) of 2010.

• Long-term unemployed (jobless for 27 weeks+) increased by 414,000 to 6.5 million. (bad)

• 44.1 percent of unemployed persons were jobless for 27 weeks +. (Also very bad)

• Involuntary part-time workers increased to 9.1 million in March. (This remains a stubborn problem area)

Positives

• +162k is the best report since March, 2007.

• Average workweek was up by 0.1 hour to 34.0 hours in March.

• Temp help services added 40,000 jobs in March. That’s a cumulative add of 313k since September 2009.

• Census added “only” 48,000 workers — far below the 100-150k consensus. This pushes their hiring out into the rest of the year.

• Civilian Labor Force Participation Rate at 64.9% edged up in March

• Manufacturing continued to trend up (+17,000); Mfr added 45,000 jobs in Q1.

• Revisions: January 2010 data was revised upwards 40k (from-26k to +14k); February was revised up 22k (from -36k to -14k).

Stone-McCarthy points out that – if we subtract the temporary hiring of census workers, better weather and birth-death model adjustments – we’re left with a netloss of 67,000 jobs.

Indeed, Goldman Sachs attributes the job gain as “due mainly if not entirely to census hiring and weather rebound”, finds “little underlying improvement”, and says that “productivity gains have diminished sharply”.

Mish gives a detailed analysis on the jobs report, concluding:

The official unemployment rate is 9.7%. However, if you start counting all the people that want a job but gave up, all the people with part-time jobs that want a full-time job, all the people who dropped off the unemployment rolls because their unemployment benefits ran out, etc., you get a closer picture of what the unemployment rate is. That number is in the last row labeled U-6.

It reflects how unemployment feels to the average Joe on the street. U-6 is 16.9%.

Looking ahead, there is no driver for jobs. Moreover, states are in forced cutback mode on account of shrinking revenues and unfunded pension obligations. Shrinking government jobs and benefits at the state and local level is a much needed adjustment. Those cutbacks will weigh on employment and consumer spending for quite some time.

Expect to see structurally high unemployment for years to come.
All things considered, this report looks OK on the surface, and horrendous underneath.

Public Order in the context of the Criminal Justice system and national law and Order revolves around the premise that people in a society can be made to follow a single flow, path, or pattern. This single pattern allows for easier enforcement of laws, and in fact enables the creation of a much simpler code of rules, or laws with relation to the nation. Public Order is often the keystone of authors, socio-political theorists, and Hollywood movies. Alan Moore wrote of it in his comic strip V for Vendetta, it was later made into a movie. George Orwell wrote of it in his book 1984, which he published in 1949. Thomas More wrote of it in his book Utopia published in 1516. Ayn Rand wrote of it in almost every one of her books- though she tended to concentrate more on the monetary side of things. It has been a common theme as you can see for hundreds of years. Unfortunately, it has always been seen in a highly negative light by these same authors, filmmakers, and comic writers. It has tended to (in their writings) end in complete governmental control over the people and a stifling of creativity in the masses through the push to conform to the same ideals, ideas, and goals.

England passed the Public Order Act of 1986, which replaced the Public Order Act of 1936. “An Act to abolish the common law offences of riot, rout, unlawful assembly and affray and certain statutory offences relating to public order; to create new offences relating to public order; to control public processions and assemblies; to control the stirring up of racial hatred…” (Public Order Act, 1986) England is attempting to reduce crime, and prevent it by ensuring that everyone is following the same rules, regulations, and laws. England used the Public Order Act to remove the rights of its citizens to defend themselves with deadly force as well as placing Closed Circuit Cameras on virtually every street corner and public thoroughfare throughout the country. “This scrutiny is supposed to deter and detect crime. Even the government’s statistics, though, suggest that the cameras have done little to reduce the worst sort of criminal activity, violence.” (LAUSANNE, 2009) The article goes on to state that this could be changing and that by default the system that has been monitoring the British for this length of time has also gathered much data with regards to how people act. This could be potentially used to enhance how a government, judicial system controls the population. Looking here, we see how Public Order in practice works, we also see the talked about positives, and over the course of twenty-three years we see that it has not really worked. However, we do see potential if the research is able to assist in predicating human behavior. If human behavior can be predicted on a larger scale, using these measurements gathered over twenty –three or more years than there stands a good chance of properly utilizing a policy such as Public Order.

This is impossible on a smaller scale however, humans react, and act based on a wide variety of external stimuli and expecting them to conform or follow a certain pattern at all times is stretching the envelope of what humanity is. While humans have been seen to desire the company of others as well as the comfort seen by following “the crowd” so to speak. This is not the case on a singular level, you may see hundreds of thousands of people following one person (or voting similarly) however, if you ask them their separate reasons, they will always differ.

The cons in this case would be the restriction and eventual complete stifling of human emotion, ingenuity, and creativity for the potential (not sure) for no more crime. It is easy to see that Public Order theories and policies may end up in totalitarian states. In this authors opinion Public Order is only relevant in ant colonies and beehives, humans desire the ability to think apart from the crowd while still belonging to the crowd. Supporters of Public Order theory are not fans of what many of them term Public Disorder, rioting etc. There are other terms for this however, like disequilibrium or the lack of equilibrium. Why must we as free thinking humans be forced to conform regardless of the possible “disorder” or “disequilibrium” that may result, isn’t thinking freely what helps make us humans?
