Multiculturalism is Dead

Multiculturalism is Dead, So Where Do We Bury the Body? -Jim Goad

I’ll never forget a painting I saw at a West Berlin youth hostel in 1985. The background depicted bombed-out ruins, presumably Dresden after the Allied firestorm. In the foreground were two women, their backs to us as they faced the charred, blown-out buildings. One woman was starting to lift her arm in a Sieg Heil salute, while the other rushed to grab her arm and stop her.

What a weird image it was, mixing national pride with national defeat and national self-loathing.

After World War II ended, no nation on Earth has been force-fed as many Guilt Sandwiches as the Germans, despite the fact that they’d lost seven to nine million of their own Volk in that conflict. One never hears about “the nine million.” It’s nearly verboten to even mention them.

When I saw that painting in 1985, Germany had already endured four decades of post-WWII shaming. Despite all that, I knew that sooner or later, that one lady would tire of holding down the other lady’s arm.

Sixty-five years after World War II’s end, Germany is finally becoming OK with being German again. On October 16 while addressing her Christian Democratic Union party, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said:

In Frankfurt am Main, two out of three children under the age of five have an immigrant background.…This multicultural approach, saying that we simply live side by side and are happy about each other, this approach has failed, utterly failed.

Loud applause greeted that last sentence.

For five years running, the stout, doughy Merkel has been Nummer Eins on Forbes magazine’s list of “The World’s Most Powerful Women,” so her statement is no small potatoes. But only a month earlier, Merkel was telling Germans that they should get used to seeing more mosques in their country. She was also condemning Thilo Sarrazin’s “absurd, insane opinions” as expressed in his shockingly popular book Germany Abolishes Itself.

It’s unclear why Merkel has suddenly shifted her ample hips rightward. She could be responding to recent polls showing that six in ten Germans would like to see Islam restricted, three in ten say they feel their country is “overrun by foreigners,” seventeen percent say that Jews have an undue influence over German affairs [oops!], and thirteen percent say they’d welcome a new Führer [now hold it right there!].

There go those pesky Germans again, refusing to hate themselves. How dare a German say anything besides “I’m sorry” for the next thousand years?

Everyone expected the Germans to get an attitude sooner or later—after all, they’re the Germans. What seems more troubling, at least to the sworn enemies of All Things European, is that all of Europe seems to be getting the same attitude simultaneously.

What one might refer to as indigenous Europeans—you know, the palefaces, the Ice People, the Ghost Men, the Evil Aryans, the Abominable Snowmen—are beginning to chafe at the iron rainbow to which they’ve been yoked since World War II. Geert Wilders has blossomed into a political force solely by promising to protect Dutch culture from Islamofascism. An anti-immigration party just placed twenty anti-immigration asses into the Swedish Parliament’s seats. France is goin’ wild banning burqas and sending the Roma packing. The Swiss have flipped the bird at minarets. Putin’s brand of post-Soviet Russian nationalism is insanely popular, at least among insane Russians.

Even in the self-loathing, culturally obsequious, crushed-and-bleeding former empire that is the UK, comments in response to Merkel’s proclamation were lopsidedly in favor of what she said. Most of the anonymous online whisperers, presumably British nationals, agreed that multiculturalism was a colossal failure in their country as well.

Reading the comments, I saw parallels between Europe’s brand of “multiculturalism” and the American product. Both hither and yon, there’s anger about racial job quotas, oppressive speech codes, and double standards regarding who’s allowed to show ethnic pride.

What’s important is the way multikulti has unfolded and where. You don’t see such sensitivity training being forced upon anyone in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, or South America. You don’t hear China, Japan, or Israel being lectured to swing open their doors to foreigners. Almost exclusively, multiculturalism is a psychological marketing program designed for majority-white countries. Often, it is sold with the idea that whites are paying a historic debt, are reaping what they’ve sown, that what goes around comes around, that the wheel has turned full-circle, the chickens are coming home to roost, and that it’s time to pay the swarthy piper his due.

Country by country, continent by continent, there’s a sense that the newer, darker arrivals are receiving preferential treatment over those who’ve been there for generations. In the UK, it’s called “Positive Discrimination.” In America, it’s called “affirmative action” and “amnesty.” And across every border where whites are a majority, there’s a creeping sense that politicians don’t give a [] about how they feel. They never asked for these new waves of immigrants, and they had no choice in this odd social-engineering experiment that’s demolishing whatever they used to share as a common culture.

Suddenly, this doesn’t seem so much like a celebration of all cultures as it does punishment of a specific culture. And that doesn’t sound like such a swell recipe for having everyone get along.

We’ll be continually reminded that European satellite nations such as Canada, the USA, and Australia were settled atop indigenous skulls, so the land-grabbing descendants of those race-murderers have no right to whine about being gradually wiped out themselves by newcomers.

Once again, for Christ’s sake, whether he’s dead or alive: Two wrongs don’t make a right. If colonialism was wrong then, it’s wrong now. Multiculturalism is merely colonialism with a prettier name. I realize and concede the fact that it awards us with a dazzling array of ethnic restaurants unparalleled in their tastiness.

Under multiculturalism, we have a wider selection of food…and no one talks to anyone anymore. Many of us now speak different languages and wouldn’t even know how to talk to one another. Rather than erasing borders, multiculturalism has merely created new borders within borders. Rather than destroying nationalism, it creates mini-nations within nations.

If we’re going to push multiculturalism’s glories, shouldn’t we point out where has it worked in the past? If diversity is a strength, why did stretched-too-thin empires such as ancient Rome and the Soviet Union eventually fall from the weight of their own diversity?

Stop calling me a racist and shoot some believable answers at me. I really want to hear them.

As always, the “chattering classes” are working out their postcolonial guilt complexes at the lower classes’ expense. Either they’ve known what they were doing all along or they haven’t, and I’m not sure which is worse.

It’s dangerous to ignore the fact that all the technology in the world, the ceaseless multicultural brainwashing that’s been laser-beamed into our eyeballs over the past 65 years, has not eradicated the basic human tendency to be tribal. If they didn’t fully murder such instincts in the Germans—and God [] knows they tried hard with the Germans—maybe such instincts can’t be killed.

Yes, I realize we’re all human. If that’s your point, you’ve already made it—and, I might add, at a tremendous expense. What you fail to realize is that humans tend to be tribal. And if you get too many tribes, you don’t have a nation anymore.

I guess we should celebrate the fact that even though no one speaks to one another anymore, at least the people who aren’t speaking to one another are more “multicultural” than they used to be back when people actually spoke to one another.

What kind of newly enriched and suddenly empowered American culture do I see when I drive on the highway near my house? I see Wal-Mart, Chili’s, Motel 6, Wendy’s, and Home Depot. It could be Indianapolis. It could be Omaha. It could be Seattle. It could be anywhere in America. It happens to be Stone Mountain, GA, but you’d have no idea you were even in the South. In 2010, the only cultural landscape we share consists of familiar corporate logos. There’s no local flavor, no sense of indigenous culture. Things don’t seem richer, livelier, and more colorful; they’re empty, listless, and dead.

At least that’s how it feels to me. I don’t feel as if there’s any glue, cohesion, or sense of belonging in this society anymore. I’m feeling the anomie something awful. I don’t see the upside to our newer, more multicultural America. The only thing we share is the currency, and maybe that was the point all along.

Multiculturalism has failed, but it has only begun to fail. Now what? After constant states of flux, our society now seems fluxed-up beyond repair. How do we sort out the mess while avoiding more Trails of Tears?

Multiculturalism is dead, sure, but what do we do with the body? I’ve yet to hear a good burial plan, and I fear we may need one.

And what makes me most nervous is that I’m not even sure who “we” are.

Blacks hate America

That’s a picture of a Martin Luther King Day celebration at the state capitol in Columbia, South Carolina. The statue that’s hidden from the crowd by the blue covered paneling is a statue of George Washington, the Father of our Country. It was covered up so the black people celebrating MLK wouldn’t be offended.

A country that honors a man like King is not going to revere men like Washington and Jefferson for very long. Decades ago, blacks started demanding that schools and streets in the South named after Confederate heroes be renamed, and their statues torn down. White liberals and conservatives said that giving in to these demands was the right thing to do, because Confederate heroes were horrible racists who didn’t deserved to be honored. Now that blacks have succeeded in removing so many tributes to great Southerners, they’re starting to go after the Founding Fathers, who were just as racist as the Confederates. Washington and Jefferson, and many others, owned black slaves. So any reminders of them will have to be removed if America is to reach King’s promised land. And what will conservatives and liberals say, since they’ve already agreed that racist ancestors aren’t worthy of respect?

So now we names schools and streets after scum like Martin Luther King and Malcolm X (a bisexual male prostitute, among other things), and men like Julius Hobson:

The other half of Stuart-Hobson: Julius Hobson (1919-1977) an African-American Marxist civil rights leader, who spent many years working against education in the District of Columbia.

Hobson’s biography says that he destroyed educational testing and tracking in the District in the case of Hobson vs. Hansen, as the result of his daughter failing a standardized test.

“[I]rate after his ten-year-old daughter was tested and placed on a non-college preparatory course of classes, Hobson went to court and challenged the District of Columbia schools’ practices. He argued that such testing and shunting of students into certain classes violated the 1954 Supreme Court decision that prohibited discrimination in education based on race. With famed civil rights attorney William Kunstler as his counsel, Hobson filed suit against Carl Hansen, superintendent of schools, and a U.S. Court of Appeals judge [J. Skelly Wright, a liberal appointed by JFK] ruled in his favor in June of 1967. The case was a watershed moment for the District of Columbia school system, which ended the tracking system that Hobson argued hampered achievement and academic excellence, and desegregated its faculty and some of the more overcrowded schools as well.”

This is what I mean when I said, above, that Hobson spent all this time and money fighting against education. He was fighting against standardized tests, because they gave bad results for blacks. Disparate impact theory means that if blacks fail any test at a higher rate than whites, the test must be prejudiced and wrong.

But the abolition of standardized tests is bad for all students, because it makes it much harder to find out how well (or badly) the teachers union is doing, which in the District Of Columbia is a particularly bad problem. And the abolition of tracking by ability is bad for both smart and stupid students, who should be studying different things at different rates in different classrooms.

Now we name schools after the people who destroyed them.

The old America of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson is gone. We now live in the America of Malcolm X, Julius Hobson, and Martin Luther King. And the whole world wonders after the beast. Every politician in America, even the “conservative” ones, bow down and worship him every third Monday in January.

And let us never forget who gave us the Martin Luther King holiday: the conservative hero, Ronald Reagan. The same one who gave us amnesty, which led to 20 million more illegals flooding our country.

(Editor’s Note: I swear that Fred and I did not discuss our articles of yesterday and today.)

We are descended from monkeys. There is no other explanation.

Pondering Whither America, I reflected on a story, probably apocryphal but which I am going to believe because I like it, about catching monkeys. Tribesmen somewhere craft a heavy pot with a hole in it large enough that a monkey could insert an open hand, but not withdraw a closed fist. They then put monkey food in the pot. The monkey reaches in, grabs the food and, refusing to let go when the hunters approach, is caught and eaten.

Here we have our politics in a paragraph. The American national monkey can’t let go. The party is over, boys and girls, but we aren’t going to adapt.

For example: When people recently found that they could no longer afford the SUVs, the McMansions, the buying of absurdities in a frenzy of competitive consumerism, they just put it on the credit card. The monkey can’t let go. And now they are screwed.

Same-same domestic policy. The US has played War-on-Drugs for half a century, with no results but to make drugs an integral part of the economy. The evils engendered are great. Yet the monkey can’t let go.

It is internationally that the monkey principle really bites. The country is well on its way to being a merely regional power militarily, economically, and diplomatically. Short of a miracle, short of a conceivable but unlikely catastrophe in China, Amricans will soon be medium potatoes. There is nothing we can do about it, but we will bankrupt ourselves trying. We can’t let go.

If you look beyond the Reader’s Digest patriotism of Fox News, and the high-school cheerleading of little Sarah Palin, if you look beyond the national borders, all of this is obvious.

By Chinese standards, America is a small country, having a quarter of its population. Their economy grows at close to double digits. Yes, it may slow down, or it may not. Short of unforeseen disaster, the question is not whether but when the Chinese economy will dwarf the American economy. Tell me why this is not true.

All power springs from economic power. While America decays, plays, and sucks its thumb, China invests. Everywhere. There is nothing unprincipled in this. It is just intelligent commerce.

Do not underestimate these people of the epicanthic fold. I have lived among the Chinese, in Taiwan years ago. I liked them, and still do. I know them to be smart, disciplined, studious, practical—as well as nationalistic and very racially conscious. No, we do not think these attitudes proper. It doesn’t matter what we think.

Note that China has that perfect government, an intelligent dictatorship concerned with advancing the country. The American government consists of self-interested lobbies and Wall Street looters. China is run by engineers, America by lawyers. Watch.

The US is midway through an inexorable suicide. If a country does not manufacture things, it does not have an economy, and manufacturing has fled American shores. Ship-building, steel, consumer electronics, railroads: gone. You may think your HP laptop is an American product, but in all likelihood every component was made overseas and it was assembled in Taiwan.

The country as a whole, as always, looks inwards and doesn’t understand, doesn’t know what stirs without. Communism no longer protects America from Chinese competition.

America is the world’s greatest debtor nation, China the greatest creditor. We cannot possibly repay what we owe, so we must either default or inflate. If another choice exists, I am unaware of it. And yet the government spends, spends, spends, and borrows, borrows, borrows. No one is in charge. No one cares. All line their own pockets. Wait.

Rationally, this would seem a good time to let go of unaffordable luxuries. But no. The US continues to buy things it can’t pay for, to play roles it can no longer maintain, because it pains the national vanity no longer to be the biggest kid on the block. The monkey can’t let go.

The millstone around the American neck is the Pentagon. The direct cost alone of feeding the military contractors is almost mortal to a sinking economy: $720 billion this year, plus another $120 billion requested for the unending wars, plus huge black programs, the Veterans Administration, and so on. A trillion wilting green ones, call it. The more perceptive note the opportunity cost of wasting so much engineering talent, so much money for research and development, on martial zoom-wowees.

China, Russia, the Moslem world, Latin America and all the rest who detest the US must be enjoying the spectacle. Spend on, spend on, oh round-eyed fools….

Vanity. We do not garrison South Korea because Pyong Yang may send its troops across our common border into Arkansas. We do it because we think it our birthright to rule the world. The monkey cannot let go.

Our practical choice is between retracting the military or going down hard. But we cannot retract. Once you have made your economy dependent on huge unproductive expendititures, there is no quitting. It might seem wise for example to reduce the military rolls by the 30,000 troops in South Korea. But they would simply increase the rate of unemployment, already dangeorusly high. Since most of the military contributes nothing to the defense of the United States, releasing all unneeded soldiers into joblessness would probably precipitate an armed rebellion.

There is worse. Towns spring up around large bases to supply the troops and their families. Close the bases, and the towns die. Closing Camp Lejeune would kill Jacksonville; Fort Bragg, Fayetteville; Fort Hood, Killeen. Further, huge companies…Lockheed-Martin, much of Boeing, and dozens of others—being unable to compete in the civilian economy, have become obligate military suppliers. Cut their big programs and you unemploy tens of thousands for whom there are no civilian jobs.

The federal bureaucracy is much the same, employing vast numbers yet producing nothing. Politicians drone about wanting “smaller government.” How? Eliminate the Departments of Education, or Housing and Urban Development, or Commerce—and where do the people go?

We can pretend that the current recession is temporary, and not a manifestation of dying opulence, just as a fading beauty can pile on the make-up and hope that men don’t notice. We can spend while others grow, buy their goods on credit—for a little while longer. The monkey can’t let go.

And any who say that we ought to put our house in order and come to terms with reality? They will be said to Hate America. Well and good, until the bill comes due.

Getting Everything You Can Out Of All You’ve Got

Getting Everything You Can Out Of All You’ve Got

Logical, Practical Baby Steps Toward Survival and Secession

If you have been reading the articles posted here at DumpDC, you have read about the impending economic collapse. But sometimes all this gloom and doom, although accurately predicted, can be overwhelming. And when you feel overwhelmed you may just give up, thinking all is hopeless.

So today, I’m offering some common sense steps you can take to become as prepared as you possibly can become.

First, remember that none of us know when the s*** is going to hit the fan (WSHTF). We cannot accurately predict dates when events will occur. Let’s just do what we can until those days transpire. As legendary businessman A.L. Williams said, “All you can do is all you can do.” Let’s just hope that all you can do is enough.

1. Begin this week buying silver coins.

I started buying gold and silver about ten years ago when the price was $300 an ounce. Today’s gold prices are above $1,360 and will go higher. Ten years ago silver was about $15 an ounce. Today I’m buying silver at $35. It will go higher too, but it’s much more affordable for the average person. Make a commitment to yourself to buy as many silver coins as you can each month. If that’s only one coin, that’s better than doing nothing. Always try to buy coins that are 99.99% pure silver. Do not buy collector coins because the collection value melts away when you are using the coin for money. No one will care if it’s rare. Only the purity of the silver will matter.

Survivalists might disagree with me about placing this recommendation as number one. They might say that stocking in food, water and weapons are more important. But my opinion is that hard money will buy all those things, but only if you have hard money. Sure, you may be able to buy supplies cheaper now before the crash. But hard money is king and you’d better have it in your possession after the crash.

Gold and silver coins are actually money. Paper “money” is not money…it’s currency. When you buy gold and silver coins, you are exchanging your paper currency for real money. You are taking the value still found in your currency and storing that value in real money. As time goes by, it will take more and more paper currency to buy real money.

Do not sell gold and silver you already own. The carnival barkers on TV and down your street looking to buy your old jewelry will pay pennies on the dollar, and they will hand you paper currency as payment. That is backwards and foolish. Don’t fall for that scam. Tuck your old jewelry away as a stash of value.

Where to buy? Check coin dealers in your area as well as pawn brokers. You can even go online and find dealers with great prices. I recommend buying coins face to face with a dealer and only using cash. Why create a paper trail of your purchases?

2. Sell some stuff

You have personal property around your home that still has value that you are not using anymore. Electronics, furniture, tools, CDs, DVDs, even collectibles. Sell your extra stuff to raise cash. Then use that cash to buy even more silver.

Thank God for Ebay and other auction websites! It gives all of us great tools for selling our unwanted personal property. But if you’re not Internet savvy, just have a yard sale.

3. Start storing food and supplies

By selling off some old stuff, you’ll have more storage space. Make a special storage space in your home and being to buy extra food. Start with canned goods. Buy food you already like. Canned vegetables and meats are great. Then buy some paper products, like toilet paper and paper towels. If you are going to buy bulk items like rice or pasta, you’ll need sealable food containers for them. Don’t forget toiletries, like soap and other cleaning products. Buy some chorine bleach, which can be used to purify water. Buy canned juices, cake mixes, pudding, etc. My point here is to begin to put aside extra supplies toward the day that you can no longer just run to the store for stuff you need. That day will surely come whether you believe it or not.

4. Own firearms

If you do not already own a firearm, you are a victim waiting to be victimized. In the days following the collapse of the American financial system, crime will be rampant as desperate people do desperate things to survive. So, not only do you need to own firearms, but you need to become proficient in their use. Go to the gun range and learn how to use your firearm. Start now buying quantities of ammunition for your firearms. Having one box of ammo is not enough. Ammo is cheap. Buy 1,000 rounds or more for every different firearm you own. Make your ammo purchases at a gun shop and use cash, no credit or checks. No paper trail.

5. Get out of debt

Do everything you can to pay off debt of any kind, especially debt that is tied to collateral, such as your house or car. Last thing you want is to have your collateral repossessed or your home foreclosed.

How about consumer debt? In 2010, I heard financial guru Suzie Orman tell an Oprah Show audience to not worry about paying off consumer debt. She actually said that if you had to choose between credit card debt and house/car debt, choose house/car debt because it is secured debt. The credit card companies may be able to ding your credit score, or even sue you for the debt, but they cannot foreclose or repossess because it’s unsecured.

6. Increase your income

If you make more money, you can get prepared for disaster quicker. But making more money isn’t all about disaster preparedness. Have you ever heard of the concept of “having a Plan B”? Most people concentrate on just their present source of income, like their job. That’s Plan A. As most of you have noticed lately, jobs can go away unexpectedly even if you’re a great employee. Having more than one source of income lowers your risk of losing your major source of income.

The best “Plan B” you can have is a home-based business of your own. You can make great money, and having a home-based business opens up a source of tax deductions you never had before. You can write off thousands of dollars of business deductions…IF you have a business.

Most average people do not know how to properly evaluate a business opportunity. So, they make bad choices, lose a bunch of money, and come to the conclusion that being in business doesn’t work. But what if there was a simple way to evaluate ANY business opportunity before you jump in and risk your capital?

I’ve got the answer for you. I have a free video for you to watch. Click on www.ExploreFreedom.com. At the homepage, look to your left and find “Watch Brilliant Compensation.” Most of you should choose “English Live” and click “GO.”

If you want to learn more about how to make money in the energy business, contact me through the ExploreFreedom website. I’ll give you a hint…energy is one of the only truly recession-proof industries in America today. Is YOUR job recession-proof?

7. Do a security check at your home

Most folks live day to day with a false sense of security. They have no awareness of their surroundings and are surprised by robberies, car jackings and burglaries. But breaking into a residence is pretty easy. Have you made it easier for burglars inadvertently? Here’s quick checklist:

• Trim shrubs away from door and windows. Shrubs are good hiding places.
• Place a motion sensor exterior light next to every exterior door.
• Invest in a monitored security system for your residence. Make sure ALL openings have a sensor, even second floor openings.
• Reinforce your exterior doors to make them harder to bust open. I wrote an article at my insurance blog HERE.
• Install deadbolt locks with LOOOONG screws that sink into the framing behind the door frame.
• Don’t leave ladders and tools outside your home for obvious reasons.
• Get a concealed weapons permit and carry a pistol at all times.

8. Start planning where to live

When we reach The End Of The World As We Know It (TEOTWAWKI), will you want to live in a state that takes its orders from Washington DC, or will you want to live free? Spend the time NOW deciding where you want to live. Get out of the cities, which will be the most dangerous places of all. You might even consider choosing a state NOW and moving there before TEOTWAWKI. The other option is to expatriate and live outside the USA. That’s a very attractive alternative. But if you wait until TSHTF, Washington might not let you leave.

9. Spread the word

Friends don’t let friends stay ignorant. Discuss these concepts with those you love. Be prepared to take some criticism.

10. Face some tough decisions.

Remember the story of the Little Red Hen. Her friends did not want to help her prepare, but they were sure ready to help eat what she had worked for. Keep this in mind when, after you have sacrificed to be prepared, your family, neighbors and friends want to latch onto you for survival. What will you do if they discover that you have a stash of supplies and money and you don’t want to share? Will they come try to take it by force? You’re going to have to make some tough decisions then.

Jesus told a parable in Matthew 25:1-12 about ten virgins, five wise and five foolish. Read it HERE.

Conclusion

Don’t allow your mind to be overwhelmed by the prospect of economic collapse. You can begin TODAY to change your life and be prepared for the worst. But no one can make you do this. It has to be your decision.

Secession is the Hope For Mankind. Who will be first?

Riots Spread As Global Food Shortage Worsens

Riots Spread As Global Food Shortage Worsens

Riots Spread As Global Food Shortage Worsens

By Gwynne Dyer

(Editor’s Note: A state that secedes won’t have all the federal farm subsidies that the USA has through Washington’s manipulation and regulation. An unregulated farming industry will produce abundant food. Food shortages comes from governments interfering in the free market.)

If all the food in the world were shared out evenly, there would be enough to go around. That has been true for centuries now – if food was scarce, the problem was that it wasn’t in the right place.

But there was no global shortage. However, that will not be true much longer.

The food riots began in Algeria more than a week ago, and they are going to spread. During the last global food shortage, in 2008, there was serious rioting in Mexico, Indonesia and Egypt. We may expect to see that again, only more widespread.

Most people in these countries live in a cash economy and a large proportion live in cities. They buy their food, they don’t grow it. That makes them vulnerable, because they have to eat almost as much as people in rich countries do but their incomes are much lower.

The poor, urban multitudes in these countries (including China and India) spend up to half of their entire income on food, compared with only about 10 per cent in rich countries.

When food prices soar, these people quickly find that they simply lack the money to go on feeding themselves and their children properly – and food prices now are at an all-time high.

“We are entering a danger territory,” said Abdolreza Abbassian, chief economist at the Food and Agriculture Organisation. The price of a basket of cereals, oils, dairy, meat and sugar that reflects global consumption patterns has risen steadily for six months, and has just broken through the previous record, set during the last food panic in June 2008.

“There is still room for prices to go up much higher,” Abbassian said, “if, for example, the dry conditions in Argentina become a drought, and if we start having problems with winter kill in the Northern Hemisphere for the wheat crops.”

After the loss of at least a third of the Russian and Ukrainian grain crop in last summer’s heat wave and the devastating floods in Australia and Pakistan, there’s no margin for error left. It was Russia and India banning grain exports in order to keep domestic prices down that set the food prices on the international market soaring.

Most countries cannot insulate themselves from this global price rise because they depend on imports for a lot of domestic consumption.

But that means that a lot of their population cannot buy enough food for their families, so they go hungry. Then they get angry, and the riots start. Is this food emergency a result of global warming? Maybe, but all these droughts, heat waves and floods could also just be a run of really bad luck. What is nearly certain is that the warming will continue, and that in the future there could be many more weather disasters because of climate change.

Global food prices are already spiking whenever there are a few local crop failures, because the supply barely meets demand even now. As the emerging economies grow, Chinese, Indian and Indonesian citizens eat more meat, which places a great strain on grain supplies. Moreover, the world population is now passing through 7 billion, on its way to 9 billion by 2050. We will need a lot more food.

Some short-term fixes are possible. If the United States Government ended the subsidies for growing maize (corn) for “bio-fuels”, it would return about a quarter of US crop land to food production.

If people ate a little less meat, if more African land was brought into production, if more food was eaten and less was thrown away, then maybe we could buy ourselves another 15 or 20 years before demand really outstripped supply.

On the other hand, about a third of all the irrigated land in the world depends on pumping groundwater up from aquifers that are depleting rapidly. When the flow of irrigation water stops, the yield of that highly productive land will drop hugely. Desertification is spreading in many regions and a large amount of good agricultural land is simply being paved over each year. We have a serious problem here.

The shortages will grow and the price of food will rise inexorably over the years. The riots will return.

In some places the rioting will turn into revolution. In others, the rioters will become refugees and push up against the borders of countries that don’t want to let them in.

Or maybe we can get the warming under control before it does too much damage.

Mexican Gunman Fires Across Border Toward U.S. Highway Workers

Mexican Gunman Fires Across Border Toward U.S. Highway Workers

Adriana Gómez Licón, El Paso Times, January 14, 2011

At least one Mexican gunman fired a high-powered rifle across the border at four U.S. road workers Thursday in an isolated ghost town east of Fort Hancock, Hudspeth County sheriff’s officials said.

The bullets did not injure the four men.

Mike Doyle, chief deputy of the Hudspeth County Sheriff’s Office, said a rancher spotted a white pickup fleeing the area on the Mexican side at 10:30 a.m.—the time the shots were fired.

The bullets stuck private land along the unpaved Indian Hot Springs Road, which is about half a mile from the border fence. Hudspeth County borrowed the land to store gravel and rocks used for road construction. The workers were filling a hole left last year by rainstorm damage.

{snip}

Doyle said the gunman might have shot at the road workers to distract them or get them to flee.

{snip}

“You can walk up and stick your gun through,” West [Hudspeth County Sheriff Arvin West] said. The river where it separates Fort Quitman from Mexico is only a few feet wide.

A Rant Against Fake Revolutionaries

The Who Question:

A Rant Against Fake Revolutionaries

“Patriot” Timothy McVeigh destroys the Patriot movement in 1995 and reelects Bill Clinton in 1996

Alabama

Who is going to create the White ethnostate?

This is one of the most important differences of opinion between mainstreamers and vanguardists in the White Nationalist community. This question keeps repeatedly popping up in the comments.

Here is my position:

(1) White Nationalists are less than 1 percent of the White population in the United States.

(2) White Nationalism is a rhetoric that exists almost exclusively in cyberspace.

(3) White Nationalism will never go anywhere without a mass constituency.

(4) Almost twenty years of experience has shown that using the internet to disseminate a radical rhetoric can only be used to peel off a handful of people at the margins. This is insufficient.

(5) The most important “intellectual task” for White Nationalists at the moment is to figure out how to connect our cause with a mass constituency. That is the challenge of this decade.

(6) In order to connect with a mass constituency, we are going to have to (a) use the internet more effectively and (b) get off the internet and start organizing our communities.

(7) White Nationalists won’t organize as White Nationalists in the real world because of the prevailing taboos and the fear of social ostracism and employment discrimination.

The fact that White Nationalism is too far outside the experience our audience is another important reason.

(8) In the real world, White Nationalists will have to organize under some other label. The choice is between organizing under another label or not organizing at all.

(9) They will have to break up their agenda into pieces like American communists in the wake of McCarthyism, dilute their rhetoric, and push White Nationalism into the mainstream on multiple fronts.

(10) Like “Comprehensive Communism,” “Comprehensive White Nationalism” will never go anywhere. It is too far outside of the experience of White Americans. That is the reality of our present situation.

(11) Roughly 50 percent of White Americans are conservatives. About 20 percent are liberals and 30 percent are moderates.

(12) If White Nationalism is to succeed, then we have to convert at least one or two or those groups of Whites to our way of thinking.

(13) Conservatives largely agree with us on immigration, affirmative action, racial double standards, gun rights, free speech, multiculturalism, and political correctness. We must start there.

(14) The polls clearly show and the agenda of the Obama administration reflects the hostility of progressives to White Nationalists on every single one of these issues.

Fantasies of “leftwing White Nationalism” aside, White Nationalism will inevitably be a rightwing movement, as the only people who agree with us on the major issues are rightwingers. We must accept this.

(15) Thus, White Nationalists will have to target conservatives and moderates. We have to narrow the gap between White Nationalists and White conservatives and moderates.

Essentially, we must turn them into White Nationalists, without neutering their effectiveness in the process.

(16) I pointed out above that White Nationalists won’t organize as White Nationalists in the real world. I observed that we can only organize in the real world under some other label. The sensible label to use is “moderate” or “conservative” to take advantage of the forces of blind partisanship.

(17) In order to lead people to White Nationalism, we must start where they are at today, gain their confidence and establish our legitimacy as leaders, not harangue them from the fringes of society. Organizing and leadership must take priority over rhetorical radicalism.

(18) The bridge to White Nationalism has to be built from the conservative and moderate end of the mainstream political spectrum. Watering down White Nationalism will marginally improve our public image, but it won’t attract the numbers we need to win.

(19) The 20 percent of Whites who are already explicitly racially conscious to some degree (i.e., oppose interracial relationships and immigration) are overwhelmingly conservatives. The presence of so many explicit Whites in the conservative movement is another reason to go the conservative route.

(20) In order to narrow the gap, White Nationalism must reject getting tied down to extraneous vanguardist pet causes like refighting the Second World War, attacking Christianity, measuring skulls, creating an “aristocracy” to lord over “lemmings,” and hostility to American patriotism which makes us the enemy of nationalist minded White Americans.

(21) Fifty years of experience has shown that White Americans react negatively to the use of violence. Look no further than the Emmett Till Civil Rights Act or the Matthew Shepard Civil Rights Act which Barack Obama used last year to expand federal crimes legislation.

(22) We can take “bullets” and “bombs” off the table as our means. The use of “bullets” and “bombs” accomplishes nothing for us but making progressives more look sympathetic and boosting Obama’s poll numbers and increasing his chances of reelection.

(23) Bullets will not work. Bombs will not work. We have decades of experience that shows posting radical anonymous comments on the internet does not work either.

(24) Ballots do work.

David Duke was nearly successful in his campaigns in Louisiana. Even in failure, Duke succeeded in forcing “social issues” like affirmative action and illegal immigration into the conservative mainstream.

More recently, J.D. Hayworth’s failure in the Arizona Republican Senate primary succeeded in changing John McCain’s vote on the DREAM Act.

(25) The system rejecters have no alternative to the system. The only thing that is accomplished by rejecting the system is digging ourselves into a deeper hole and further empowering our enemies.

(26) The fight against the DREAM Act is one example that the system itself is not designed to “kill us.” When Whites are properly organized and motivated, we know that we can defeat our enemies. They know it too which is why they try to keep us disorganized and misled.

(27) We have no choice but to work within the system.

(28) The Tea Party has already shown us the weakness of the GOP establishment. The Duke campaign in the early 1990s showed the weakness of the Republican establishment even back then. Even with the President of the United States campaigning against him, David Duke was nearly elected to high office in the Deep South.

(29) NumbersUSA and the Kris Kobach campaign in Kansas have shown that fighting on separate fronts instead of one comprehensive front can produce decisive victories for our side.

(3o) Arizona has shown us twice now, first with the Justice Department lawsuit against SB 1070, and most recently with the Gabrielle Giffords shooting, how to use polarization to undermine the legitimacy of the mainstream media and defang its rhetorical attacks.

(31) It is a common complaint that conservatives are cowards.

There is some truth to this charge. For many decades, conservatives were cowards, and that can be traced to progressive hegemony in the mainstream media.

The nature of the media in America has completely changed in the last twenty years and especially in the last five years. A politician like Sarah Palin can now run around the mainstream media and land a devastating blow upon it simply by using Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter accounts.

Rush Limbaugh and Michael Savage can attack the media through talk radio.

(32) Conservatives became accustomed to giving lip service to the ideals of the mainstream media when progressives controlled almost the entire media.

Human behavior is habitual. It took fifty years for Southern conservatives to stop voting for the Democratic Party. Similarly, conservatives will slowly but surely abandon their habit of cowering before the New York Times now that they have the upper hand in media reach over left leaning mainstream journalists.

(33) Multiple examples have recently shown that the mainstream media has lost its legitimacy and the so-called “lemmings” are tuning it out. The taboo against “racism” is weakening.

Remember the false accusations that the Tea Party spit on the Congressional Black Caucus? Remember Leonard Zeskind’s Tea Party Nationalism report? Remember the One Nation rally in DC?

The only people who ate up that nonsense were progressives.

I can answer the “who” question.

White Nationalists should work within the system and build a bridge to explicit racial consciousness from the conservative and moderate end of the political spectrum. We can do this through incrementally moving the goal posts in much the same way the Left has done.

If we don’t convert White conservatives and moderates to our way of thinking, we don’t even have a shot at creating a White ethnostate in North America.

Thus, we must avoid antagonizing our target audience on irrelevant issues and instead present a constructive, sympathetic face to White America instead of a destructive, alienated one.

That’s my position.

Now, I would like to ask the vanguard: who is going to create a White ethnostate in North America, if not the 50 percent of White Americans who agree with us on immigration, and how do you plan to accomplish this by casting the White majority in almost every state in the Union into the role of our enemy?

I don’t think you can answer that question.

Montana: House Bill 178

Chuck Baldwin prepares to run for Governor of Montana

Montana

Montana is another state that we haven’t heard much buzz about on the immigration front over the last few months.

It also came as a surprise when Maine and Kentucky jumped to the head of the pack of states passing their own crackdowns on illegal immigration. The heavyweights like Georgia, Arizona, and Oklahoma are still plodding along like turtles.

In Montana, a bill that would deny worker’s compensation benefits to illegal aliens, House Bill 178, has cleared the House Judiciary Committee and is on its way to a full vote in the Montana House. The bill would also require the state government to check applicants for driver’s licenses against a federal database.

In the final showdown over the DREAM Act, Democratic Senators Jon Tester and Max Baucus of Montana provided decisive votes that killed the bill. DREAM Act supporters were unable to peel off enough Republicans to compensate for Democratic defections in the Red States.

Montana is surprisingly more sensitive to immigration issues than one would expect given the low numbers of illegal aliens who are living there. What is even more surprising is that the state is pushing through a bill that would require checking a federal database to issue driver’s licenses.

Montana, well known for its libertarian streak, has been a noteworthy opponent of the national id card.

“Don’t Tread on Me” doesn’t seem to apply to Mexicans who are illegally residing in Montana. ICE can swoop in there with black helicopters and deport the bastards.

Montanans don’t seem to care.

It is also worth noting that Chuck Baldwin, who ran for President on the Constitution Party ticket in 2008 (I voted for him in that election), is gearing up to run for Governor of Montana. Baldwin wants to pass an Arizona-style immigration law in Montana and confront the federal government on the issue.

As Montana’s chief executive, Baldwin said he would also reject the federal government in the manner of Arizona’s adoption of a strict and controversial immigration law, which is being challenged by the U.S. Justice Department.

“We need a governor who will do whatever (Arizona Gov.) Jan Brewer did about whatever the issue is,” Baldwin said. “Draw that line in the sand, but then, just take it the next step and say, ‘We don’t care what the Supreme Court says.’”

“That’s what states have the power to do,” he added. “They have the power under God, don’t you see?”

If you live in Montana, please contact your state legislators and tell them to support this modest bill. It’s not everything we want, but it will help lay the foundation for tougher legislation in the future, and it will prevent Montana from becoming a magnet for illegals fleeing other states.

Montana has a Democratic governor and a Democratic state legislature. They will have to be pressured to do the right thing. We can’t afford to sit back and let the Republicans take care of this one.

Mississippi Second

Arizona-style immigration law passes Mississippi Senate

Mississippi

Mississippi was the very first state that I took a look at last year.

Last September, the Mississippi Senate was holding hearings about the possibility of adopting an Arizona-style immigration law. State Sen. Joey Fillingane was spearheading that effort.

I was impressed by what I saw going on there. I pointed out at the time that the old guard of Republicans like Trent Lott were being cycled out and that a new crop of Republicans like Fillingane were on the rise. They were cooperating with the Tea Party and grassroots organizations like MFire to bring new restrictionist laws to Mississippi.

This was a month before the midterm elections.

I said back then:

“Mississippi is a microcosm of a larger truth: working within the mainstream, communicating with people in terms of their own experience, starting where people are at today, prioritizing organization over rhetoric, and using polarization to move the goal posts has consistently been shown to work.”

In December, I took a closer look at Mississippi. In the midterm elections, Mississippi voters threw two Democratic congressmen out of office. Both Mississippi Senators and the Republican Mississippi delegation in the House voted against the DREAM Act.

Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant is running for Governor of Mississippi in 2011 as a Jan Brewer-style candidate. In the meantime, Boss Hogg Haley Barbour has already said he would sign an Arizona-style immigration law if it crosses his desk.

We have known for several months now that Mississippi is one of the most likely states to pass an Arizona-style immigration law in 2011. Now we have cleared the first major hurdle.

Earlier this afternoon, the Mississippi Senate passed an Arizona-style immigration law. The bill passed 34 to 15 after four hours of debate. Sen. Fillingane succeeded in pushing the bill through committee and through a critical floor vote.

Tea Party activists in Mississippi attended a Senate committee meeting to show support for the bill. They cheered from the gallery as one Democratic attempt after another to kill the bill with amendments failed.

The restrictionist package deal also includes an extension of E-Verify, tougher penalties for employers of illegal aliens, and criminalizes sanctuary cities.

The legislation now heads to the Mississippi House where it faces an uncertain fate. Undoubtedly, House Democrats will attempt to obstruct passage as they did in the Senate.

Chalk up another one for working within the system.

I will be tuning into Radio Free Mississippi tomorrow morning to hear the reaction of Jim Giles and the “hardcore nucleus” to the “worthless conservative cowards” who are doing the job the vanguard is unwilling to do.

It should be a laugh riot.

Editor’s Note: If you live in Mississippi, don’t forget to contact your state representative in the Mississippi House and urge them to support this bill.

Chris Matthews: White People Are Crackers

Racial slurs against White people gives Hardball host Chris Matthews a new thrill up his leg

District of Corruption

You got to love Chris Matthews.

This guy is one of those self righteous hypocrites who would have a heart attack if the word “nigger” was uttered in his presence, but doesn’t hesitate to casually throw out a “cracker” on live national television.

Maybe it gave him a thrill up his leg?

Racial slurs are only counted as “offensive” in our society when they are used against “people of color” or the “protected classes” or whatever they are calling themselves now. You can use racial slurs like “cracker” and “redneck” all you want in the media. This is one of the most poignant reminders of the anti-White racial double standards we live under.

I have likened it in the past to an inverted Jim Crow system where Whites who act too “uppity” (who refuse to acknowledge their place at the bottom of the social hierarchy) are bullied and cowed into submission with abusive shaming language and employment discrimination.

The problem for progressives is not the “rightwing noise machine.” It is that ordinary White people are exposed to the liberal bias of these liars and hypocrites on a daily basis and are sick of tired of hearing from them.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for the SPLC, Newsweek, or Media Matters to condemn the “racism” of Chris Matthews here. We all know that isn’t going to happen.

Chris Matthews and MSNBC have spent an entire week now trying to portray a pot smoking nihilist and flag burning anarchist who took pictures of himself posing in front of a mirror in a red g-string as a disgruntled Tea Party activist inspired by the crosshairs on Sarah Palin’s Facebook page.

The mainstream media is not only worthless from a journalistic standpoint. It deliberately lies to you.

Still hoping for good things from the Tea Party movement?

Still hoping for good things from the Tea Party movement?

http://www.thepoliticalcesspool.org/jamesedwards/

I keep reading about the “historic” election of 2010, when white people began deserting the Democrats, and the GOP actually got 60% of the white vote, as if this is a good thing. It isn’t. The Republican party is just as committed to destroying white America as the Democrats are. They just believe it can be done without raising taxes.

Anyone who’s excited about the “potential” of the Tea Party movement simply isn’t paying attention. The TP types love our big foreign wars on behalf of Israel, they love the entitlements that are going to bankrupt America like Medicare and the prescription drug plan, and they love big government intruding into our private lives in the name of “civil rights” (as long as it’s only done in the name of Equality for blacks and Mexicans, and not homos). They really believe that the Civil Rights movement, which outlawed free association and private property rights that non-whites don’t approve of, was an expansion of freedom and liberty. If you don’t believe me, just go to $arah Palin’s Facebook page and read the comments on her tribute to Martin Luther King. First off, no lover of freedom and liberty would be offering any kind of tribute to King. Palin isn’t a friend of freedom and liberty. She’s a money grubbing opportunist, who resigned her post as governor of Alaska in order to make tens of millions of dollars. She’s riding the gravy train, and she has no intention of doing anything to slow it down, such as telling the truth about King. Either that, or she really believes the garbage she posted on her page:

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” – Martin Luther King, Jr.

Today is a day to reflect on the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. King dedicated himself to justice and the struggles of an imperfect world. In the face of fierce opposition, he stood up for the oppressed, and he ultimately sacrificed all for equality and freedom. His was a remarkable life of love and service for all mankind. His work must continue.

With Dr. King’s faith in God and his unwavering hope in a brighter, stronger future, let us recommit today to continuing his work for a more peaceful and just nation.

- Sarah Palin

Think that’s bad? Then you should get a load of some of the over 1600 comments she received. This is typical:

Thank God for Dr. Martin King. He freed us all- both black and white! He freed us all.

That came from a white man, Jim Horne. And he’s a Southerner. And he lists as his favorite book Atlas Shrugged.

No, I’m not kidding.

Here’s another one:

Contrary to popular belief, Dr. King was very politically conservative and a registered Republican voter. The man dedicated himself and gave his life in the case of racial inequality. Too many people these days have the incorrect impression that connects him to the radical and racially divisive hard left socialist democrats that are trying convert our country into their idea of a social utopia without regard to the basic rights of the people and undermine the US Constitution.Dr. King worked within the principles and framework of the Constitution to bring needed changes. He stood for what was right and put his life on the line for it, for this reason, I hold him in the highest respect.

As with any human being, yes the man had his flaws. But we should all remember it’s his message that’s the most important.

That’s from a Dave Rollhauser. He doesn’t show his picture, but as virtually every one of the 1600+ commenters on Palin’s thread who do have pictures are white, I’m pretty sure he is, too.

You can read about how if King were still alive, he’d be disgusted with Obama for being a liberal. To hear Palin’s fans tell it, King would be at Tea Party rallies denouncing Obamacare because he hated big government.

Here are some more samples of what many Sarah Palin fans think of Martin Luther King:

A Stephanie Chandler: To honor a man who honored the LORD

Julie Gillette: MLK Jr was a great Republican! Thank you Sarah for your wonderful statement.

Brandi Naragon: And forgotten today is the real hero, Rosa Parks. Without her courage, where would we be? Why do we celebrate the talker and not the doer? I for one, do not celebrate today. I teach my students about MLK not on his birthday, or in Febru…ary (how demeaning to lump all black historical figures into one month as if they weren’t important enough to learn about without that month.) We cover MLK when we cover the 1960′s, and I make sure my students know that without Rosa Parks and the others doing the hard things, he would not have been remembered. Others such as Booker T. Washington and George Washington Carver are also studied in context and based on their contributions, not the color of their skin. I think King would be very disappointed to see how race is even a subject for conversation today. His dream has not been fulfilled as long as we continue to bring up the color of a person’s skin.

Loren Cole: It’s too bad that traffic this morning wasn’t much better than any other workday. Hopefully, as time goes on, more Americans will honor this man of peace.

Joe L. Wolf: I wish Dr. King was alive today to give his people guidence. They are being led astray by socialism, false pride, and godless behavior.

Teri Sanders: As I look over some of the comment on the statement that Sarah Palin reflected on the day to honor and remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., I am reminded on how self centered we are. Dr. King saw change coming through peace and the use of our voice. He had taken his actions of demonstration from Gandhi and Jesus the Christ (Anointed one). When we put LOVE (Jesus Christ) in the center of all and emulate His actions, Dr. King did, we would have less violence. We will be able to hear each other.

Pauline Sodermark: Thank God for Martin Luther King. He gave this nation a conscience.

Dave Clutter: Thank you Sarah! All skin colors love MLK, and his place in history. America loves you too Sarah, (despite the media and the left attempts to demonize you).

Robby Edward Perrine Jr: I SINCERELY BELIEVE IF MORE NON-BLACK PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT DR. KINGS BELIEFS , THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND AND BELIEVE ! ..AND EXCEPT THE HOLIDAY , BUT ITS NOT ABOUT ( BLACK-NESS) ITS ABOUT “EQUALITY” THAT HE MARCHED FOR ALL PEOPLES RIGHTS , YOURS AND MINE”)……!

America Freedom: I doubt MLK would feel any pride for Obama and his socialist agendas. Its disturbing to mention the two men in the same sentence.

Carl C. Foley: MLK was a true leader and inspiration who didnt play politics and cared about all. he was a great man..im so tired of ppl comparing Obama to MLK bc the only thing they have in common is…nothing MLK will nvr be forgotton and his struggles and passion will always be in our hearts…

The brainwashed and brain-dead folks on $arah’s Facebook page need to take a look at the facts.

Rapper accused of dismembering girlfriend, burying her in cement

Not sure if this is one of those Tea Party rappers, but probably not. He’s black, his dead stripper girlfriend was Mexican.

Rapper Charged With Burying Pregnant Showgirl In Concrete

LAS VEGAS– The ex-boyfriend of Debbie Flores-Narvaez, the missing Las Vegas burlesque dancer, was arrested on suspicion of her murder after her body was found Friday.

According to Las Vegas police, Jason “Blu” Griffith, 32, was booked Friday night and being held without bail in the Clark County Detention Center in the case in Flores-Narvaez’s disappearance.

Radar Online Reports:

Flores-Narvaez, 31, was reported missing December 14 after missing rehearsal for her production, the Luxor’s Fantasy show. Her dismembered remains were found in a downtown Las Vegas home Friday, placed in cement-filled tubs; an autopsy was scheduled for Monday, officials said.

People is reporting that Flores-Narvaez was pregnant with Griffith’s child at the time and that Griffith had previously kicked her during an argument.

I hope this doesn’t deal a setback to African-American-Latino political unity!

Lobbying for White interests at the highest levels of American leadership

The following report comes from Bill Johnson, Chairman of the American Third Position.

These past few days have been busy ones, full of opportunities to lobby for white interests at the very highest levels of American leadership. I spoke at length (in person and on the telephone) with two presidential campaign managers, three subordinate campaign managers, one U.S. Congressman and eight U.S. Senators. In some of the conversations, we talked at length about the future of the white race, and in some of the conversations, I was only able to make a short statement.

The most interesting of my lobbying efforts occurred on January 5, 2011, at the Senate Oath of Office Receptions, held at the Capitol. Attendance at the receptions was generally sparse and the number of senators present, plentiful. As a result, it was uncommonly easy for me to access the senators directly. A summary of a portion of my lobbying efforts is written below:

Senator Richard Lugar (Indiana). I came up to Senator Richard Lugar as he was passing by me at a table. He was sporting a big, plastic smile, smug in his self importance. I shook his hand and said: “You know, Senator, I want to make a comment as someone from the peanut gallery. The white race is dying out. Will you take some action to promote the interests of white Americans?” Senator Lugar’s smile dropped immediately. His only comment was: “Good to see you” and he quickly passed me by.

Senator Al Franken (Minnesota). I caught Senator Franken pressing his chubby midsection up against a picked-over salad bar. It was at the final minutes of the reception and no one was around him. He was munching carrots when I approached. I said: “I wonder Senator, will Congress ever take action that is pro-white in scope? Will it ever form any associations or organizations that will look out for white interests?” Senator Franken’s demeanor was composed and relaxed. He appeared completely comfortable addressing this issue. He said: “No. Never. Look and the House and the Senate. It is virtually all white. There will never be a need for a white caucus like there is a need for a black caucus or an Hispanic caucus.” I said, “Well, what about when the whites become a small minority?” Sen. Franken’s comment: “That will never happen.”

Senator Chuck Grassley (Iowa). Senator Grassley seemed to be cut in the same mold as Richard Lugar–smug and cowardly. I came up to him, shook his hand, looked him in his eye and said: “Senator, the white race is dying out. What are you going to do about it?” He frowned and said: “Good to see you,” and walked on.

Senator Dan Coates (Indiana). Senator Coates was the first senator I spoke to about race (on this trip anyway–I lobbied Senator McCain in previous years). I spoke with Senator Coates awhile and I was impressed with his genuineness. After we parted, I thought, “why waste this opportunity? I should talk to him about our race,” so I re-approached him and said, “Senator, one thing I forgot to tell you, I am very concerned about the future for whites.” The Senator said, “What? I don’t understand.” I replied. “We need to do something to promote white interests. Whites are dying out. What will you do?” The senator replied: “Well, all my kids are having lots of children of their own.” I thanked him for what is really the most important comment any leader could make. All whites should have large, strong families. Good for Senator Coates.

Senator Mike Lee (Utah). Of all the senators I lobbied, Senator Lee’s reaction was the most disappointing. He had just finished an interview with a reporter. He was standing with his wife and two children when I approached. As you may know, this man comes to the Senate with the most expectations from both the tea party activists and anti-immigration activists alike. Publicly he has proposed some positive things. I said to the newly sworn-in Senator: “I just want to say that I am pleased that Mormons like you have large, white families. The white race is dying out and the Mormons are helping to stop that.” Both he and his wife turned red-faced and looked at me like I was a freak. He said: “Nice to meet you. Good day.” That was it.

Senator Orin Hatch (Utah). I made the same comment to Senator Hatch that I made to Senator Mike Lee. Senator Hatch looked dignified and stately. His response to me was: “Well, Mormons stand for many good things.” I tried to prolong the conversation but he would not go into detail at all.

Senator John Thune (South Dakota). Senator Thune was the most difficult senator for me to approach, not because he was surrounded by people, but because his presence is so large. He is very tall, imperiously slim, impeccably dressed and handsome. His wife at his side was beautiful and their two daughters were stunning Nordic angels. I chatted with his wife for a while, before I could get the courage to approach this man. I stated, “Sir, the white race is dying out. We must do something to save it.” His response was simple: “I hear you man. Thanks.” I hope he did hear me and was not just repeating a pat phrase.

I spoke at length with other statesmen that day, but this is all I am able to disclose. My final comment on my lobbying effort is this: I was not smooth or artful, but I was direct. I do believe that this is the first time any of these Senators have ever been approached by a pro-white advocate before. It can only have a positive effect on them. Many more of us must seek such opportunities and seize the day.

I urge everyone reading this to get involved to save our people.

Regards,

William Johnson,
Chairman A3P

As a member of the A3P Board of Directors, I recently participated in a roundtable panel discussion, which was aired on our live broadcast of The Political Cesspool Radio Program last week.

Do you have a deram?

We hear a lot about “the dream” this time of year (and the draem and the deram). Well, we can all dream that one day people will wake up and find out the truth about Martin Luther King.

I HAVE A DERAM

Intifada in Malmö

Intifada in Malmö

Cultural Enrichment News
Rosengård is a notoriously culturally enriched neighborhood of the southern Swedish city of Malmö. It’s not a good advertisement for multicultural diversity even in the best of times, and these are not the best of times in Sweden.

During the last few days the normal chaos in Rosengård has escalated to a full-blown intifada, with “youths” throwing firebombs and shooting major fireworks at the police.

This news clip from Swedish TV shows what’s happening. Many thanks to Steen for the tip, and to Vlad Tepes for YouTubing it:

Esther has more information:

Calle Persson, spokesperson for the Skane police says that these can no longer be dismissed as juvenile antics, and that adults are behind the attacks. Around fifteen youth gathered for the third night this week in order to confront the police. Police say that attacks – throwing stones, firecrackers and Molotov cocktails, and setting fire to cars – are aimed at the police.

The police showed up with force. A dozen patrols with dogs were called in and managed to deal with the riots. Some of the gang retreated and disappeared into the streets and buildings, but some remained and the police sent the night searching about a dozen of them. Most were men aged 25-30, none were younger than 17.

Hmph — it seems these “youths” are getting a bit long in the tooth…

White Apocalypse.

White Apocalypse.

Toledo, Ohio – Kyle Bristow—a second year law student at the University of Toledo College of Law, three-time elected Republican precinct delegate for the 29th precinct of Michigan’s 12th congressional district, and former chairman of the infamous right-wing chapter of the Young Americans for Freedom at Michigan State University (MSU-YAF)—has written a novel about the persecution that white people have been subjected to by non-whites and leftists throughout world history. The 270-page book is available for purchase from Amazon.com for the price of $17.76.

In the novel, which is entitled White Apocalypse, a rogue anthropologist teams up with a proponent of the Solutrean Hypothesis and a fiery lawyer in order to reveal to the world the shocking truth that carries immense cultural, political, and racial significance: 17,000 years ago, white people immigrated to North and South America from Europe, and when the Amerindians arrived from the Orient by crossing the Bering Strait roughly 12,000 years ago, the latter subsequently and systematically murdered the former. As the reader soon realizes, the powers that be will do everything that they can to prevent this controversial theory from being espoused by the trio, and during this action-packed, semi-fictional thriller, the epic adventure will take the advocates of historical revisionism from the forests of southeastern Michigan to a federal courtroom in Ohio, from the busy streets of Washington, D.C. to an Amerindian reservation in Virginia.

The author holds a degree in international relations from MSU, and while he was an undergraduate student there and as the chairman of MSU-YAF he hosted as speakers at public events numerous prominent conservative politicians and activists including: Nick Griffin of the British National Party; then-Congressman Tom Tancredo; Chris Simcox of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps; Jennifer Gratz, who sued the University of Michigan for its affirmative action policies and took her case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court; Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies; and many, many others. These public events were protested by violent left-wing agitators and were covered by a myriad of national newspapers and television news shows. Bristow has been interviewed by Bill O’Reilly on The O’Reilly Factor and has been quoted by Sean Hannity on Hannity & Colmes.

Due to the author’s steadfast advocacy for immigration control and opposition to race-based preferential treatment for non-whites, he has needed an armed police escort on no less than six occasions.

Kyle Bristow said, “I wrote this book to bring attention to the persecution that white folk have faced over the years. After doing extensive research, I have come to the conclusion that liberals and non-whites believe that the White race and its civilization—Western culture—should die. The actions and words of the Culture-distorters overwhelmingly confirm this belief.”

Bristow also said, “I chose the title White Apocalypse, because there are two meanings for apocalypse: (1) the revelation of divine truth and (2) annihilation. Both definitions apply to the subject matter of my novel.”

To date, no less than a half dozen articles have been posted by leftist websites to condemn the novel—even though not a single sentence of the text had been released and reviewed by them. One left-wing detractor went so far as to accuse Bristow of using literature to “foment White Power” and called his novel “White Power propaganda.” A far-left website posted the response of Dr. Dennis Stanford, the Head of the Archeology Division and Director of the Paleo-Indian Program at the National Museum of Natural History, to an inquiry regarding White Apocalypse: Dr. Stanford condemned the fictional work—even though he had yet to read any of it—on the basis that there are “several major problems” with the pro-white themes.

The who’s who of the patriot movement who were given advance copies of the novel, on the other hand, have praised White Apocalypse. Said these people:

“Bristow’s fast-paced story is laced with well-documented scientific and historical data, as the theory itself is Earth-shattering: imagine—if you can—a reality in which Whites are the historical victims—and not the perpetrators—of genocide. Could the System continue to peddle their daily, anti-White elixir uncontested without this Original Sin firmly in place to remind Whites of our alleged race-guilt? This evidence could be the jolt Whites need to awaken from our suicidal slumber! . . . I salute Kyle Bristow for his genuine courage.”

“White Apocalypse has all the characteristics of a Bildungsroman as it portrays a young white man coming of age and becoming aware of the Big Lie of the liberal System. The author keeps the reader in suspense by providing thrilling descriptions of his characters on the move: either hunting down their racial detractors or being hunted down themselves. The main thesis is well stated: Whites are being outbred, outnumbered, outsourced, and outsmarted everywhere due to their inborn sense of justice and their extraordinary naiveté in downplaying the conceptual world of the Others.”

“This well-researched page-turner adds the Solutrean Hypothesis to possibilities in our search for national origins. One looks forward to much more from this author.”

Dr. Virginia Deane Abernethy
Professor Emeritus, Department of Psychiatry (Anthropology), Vanderbilt University School of Medicine

“The central topic of White Apocalypse is ethnic conflict over the construction of culture—the central issue of our time. At its heart is an emotionally compelling account of Whites as historical victims of non-Whites—just the sort of thing we need to motivate a renaissance among our people. I recommend it highly.”

Remembering MLK’s Dream and the Brown Paper Bag Test

Remembering MLK’s Dream and the Brown Paper Bag Test: Light or Dark?

The legacy of the Brown Paper Bag Test
Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a holy day in Black Run America (BRA) that surpasses Christmas in theological importance.
We have discussed MLK before here at SBPDL and today pay respects to Dr. King’s memory and his imploring to judge “one by the content of their character, not the color of their skin.”
Perhaps its fate that on a day when the Atlanta Journal Constitution publishes a story on the highly political King memorial service (where the Arizona shooting kept creeping into the “peace” narrative), a shooting was reported on that oh-so-dangerous road, Martin Luther King Drive:

Atlanta police are at the scene of a reported shooting at 3050 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, SW.

According to police, someone called 911 saying that a man had been shot inside a store. Atlanta police told the AJC that officers have been unable to find a victim at this time.

The West Ridge shopping center is listed at that address. Wayfield and Family Dollar stores are at that location.

Around the country streets named after Dr. King have a tendency to deviate from his message of peace and non-violence. But it is in the continued reliance on the Brown Paper Bag Test (BPBT) that we find the complete repudation of his message of judging by character and the reliance of judging 100 percent by skin color.

What is the BPBT?:

When slavery ended, light-skinned blacks established social organizations that barred darker ex-slaves. Elite blacks of the early 20th century were fair-skinned almost to the person. Even today, most blacks in high positions have fair skin tones, and most blacks who do menial jobs or are in prison are dark. Believe it or not, popular black magazines, such as Ebony as Essence, prefer light-skinned models in their beauty product ads.

In his 1996 book The Future of the Race, Henry Louis Gates Jr., chairman of the Afro-American studies department at Harvard, described his encounter with the brown paper bag when he came to Yale in the late 1960s, when skin-tone bias was brazenly practiced: “Some of the brothers who came from New Orleans held a “bag party.’ As a classmate explained it to me, a bag party was a New Orleans custom wherein a brown paper bag was stuck on the door.

“Anyone darker than the bag was denied entrance. That was one cultural legacy that would be put to rest in a hurry – we all made sure of that. But in a manner of speaking, it was replaced by an opposite test whereby those who were deemed “not black enough’ ideologically were to be shunned. I was not sure this was an improvement.”

The problem of the BPBT has been persistent in the Black narrative in both the United States, Haiti, and Africa for too long and appears whenever the pernicious idea of ”being authentically Black” rears its ugly head, throwing gasoline upon Dr. King’s legacy and threatening to finally provide the spark to send it up in flames.

Black people survive by positioning themselves as a monolithic entity and any discord or rancor within that community – though Black-on-Black is a problem of tremendous proportions - threatens that familial view of a people united in ethnic solidarity.

One should be aware that the idea behind the BPBT is never going to leave us:

A twitter hashtag is waging a harsh colorism battle over the Internet.

Club promotors in Columbus, Ohio were inspired by twitter hashtags “#teamlightskin” and “#teamdarkskin” and decided to create a party themed around skin tone differences. The flyer claims that the event is the “most anticipated party of the year” and will be held on January 21st, a few days after the Martin Luther King, Jr. national holiday.

The flier made its round over Twitter and Facebook yesterday under the hashtag #lightskinvsdarksin and has begun to receive a national backlash.

Young Truph wrote, “This event might be the most popular failed event ever.”

“The media is telling us white is beautiful but naw we gotta add our own spin on it and degrade ourselves,” PoeticSongBird writes.

Many believe that once humanity has reached a more tenable and palatable hue, when every person alive has the same light-brown skin that peace will spontaneously break out and we will all hold hands moving as one into the future. Roles for Black actresses will be plentiful then!

Reading Roger Ebert’s review of the forgettable 2002 film Time Machine one gets the idea of what the typical Disingenuous White Liberal (DWL) mind believes will come to fruition:

The Morlocks evolved underground in the dark ages after the moon’s fall, and attack on the surface by popping up through dusty sinkholes. They hunt the Eloi for food. The Eloi are an attractive race of brown-skinned people whose civilization seems modeled on paintings by Rousseau; their life is an idyll of leafy bowers, waterfalls and elegant forest structures, but they are such fatalists about the Morlocks that instead of fighting them off, they all but salt and pepper themselves.

We at Stuff Black People Don’t Like would like to live in a society where the “content of character” is the defining way to judge someone, but the “color of one’s skin” is the manner in which all white people are judged in Black Run America (BRA). All white people are viewed as being privileged for having white skin, regardless of their station in life.

All white people, even if one is the most devoted follower of DWL political, progressive philosophy or even if they are the personfication of Stuff White People Like white person, will be seen as a potential “racist” in the eyes of Black people. Certainly a beneficiary of white privilege.

We know how untouchable whites are depicted: Omar Thornton’s story showed us this; the Tuscon shooting and reaction by the DWL media showed us this; and every day that brings us one step closer to the mythical utopia of browned-skinned humans shows us this.

America will never be a land where Dr. King’s vision could be implemented, because Black people will never stop discriminating against those who can’t pass the BPBT. Those who act white and become the token Black are treated even worse.

The history of Haiti is littered with the blood of both whites (who were slaughtered) and mulatto’s (who were slaughtered shortly thereafter) by darker skinned Black people. Guess they failed the BPBT?
It was written that the color-line would be the issue of 20th century. That person was wrong: it will be the primary issue of the 21st century, though we steadfastly refuse to talk about yet.

The Patron Saint of White Guilt

The Patron Saint of White Guilt

The MLK Cult

Today the American media, politicians of all stripes, and public educators will invariably fall into rapturous tones describing the black leader whose birthday is being celebrated, namely, Martin Luther King (1929-1968). King’s birthday is the only national holiday devoted to an individual American whose public observance has been commanded by Congress, and in 1983, this honor was accorded, with more or less bipartisan support. The same tribute is no longer extended to the founder of our country George Washington, or to our sixteenth president, Abraham Lincoln, who is still widely honored for ending black slavery. Washington and Lincoln both now share a generic President’s Day that is wedged in between their two birthdays in February. The gallant Southern leader Robert E. Lee, whose birthday coincides with King’s and who after 1983 was to be co-celebrated in Southern states along with the black civil rights leader, has now fallen upon exceedingly hard times. Lee has become a non-person or even worse, someone identified with Southern slavery, although there is nothing to suggest that this Christian gentleman favored that institution or that he led the Confederate forces in Virginia for any reason other than the one he gave upon turning down an invitation to command the Union army—to protect his ancestral state against invasion.

There is a very clear relation to be drawn between these two recent developments, as my longtime friend Sam Francis delighted in pointing out. The replacement of Lee and Washington, who were related through Washington’s wife Martha, by King as the center of a public cult signaled a true “iconic revolution” in our country. Nor was this revolution in consciousness likely to end with the congressional enshrinement of King or with the public acknowledgement of his birthday. Every January, there takes place an orgy of guilt-tripping and pseudo-Christian penance, one that seems to become shriller and more robotized with the passing of time. There is also in the U.S. a relation between the downplaying of Christmas, which is being reduced here no less than in Britain to a “holiday season,” and King’s birthday in mid-January, which is followed by Black History Month, formerly know as Febuary. What the new liturgical season highlights is King’s martyrdom in 1968, when he was assassinated while leading a garbage employees’ strike in Memphis, Tennessee, and the need for national atonement for our country’s long embedded white racism. This penance, which is a post-Christian form of Lent, goes on through Black History Month and is then resumed for another putative victim group during Women’s Month. Although the establishment Right (that is, GOP operatives and neoconservative journalists) and the Left disagree on how this sacral calendar is to be observed, they all see eye-to-eye on its contents.

The dispute here resembles nothing so much as the councils of the early Church that were devoted to clarifying the nature of Christ. Instead of the strife released over whether the concept of homoousia or that of homoiousia properly described the nexus between the first two members of the Trinity, we now have a more timely question: Did Martin Luther King, by his suffering and death, release our country from further atonement for racism or must this atonement become even more frenzied because of how his “unfinished mission for racial justice” ended?

Although the Heritage Foundation proclaimed King to be a “Christian theologian” as well as a “great conservative thinker,” the reality is exactly the opposite: this now beatified figure was a self-proclaimed social radical, who provided the god figure of a post-Christian religion, albeit one that is parasitic on Christian narratives. He is living proof of the continuity between Christian images and a now victorious leftist ideology.

Lest I be accused of being unfair to my subject, let me stress that he was not really responsible for this glorification. As far as I know, King could never have imagined how he would be used after his death, any more than Karl Marx could have imagined that his ideas would be cited to justify Soviet tyranny. He might even have had the decency to blush if he had heard our “conservative” presidential candidate John McCain apologizing last spring in Memphis for having not supported the King public holiday soon enough. McCain characterized this failure as “the single biggest mistake in my political life.”

Moreover, there is much about King’s life that should command our respect, and particularly his personal courage. During his crusade against segregation in the Deep South and in his fight for black voting rights in the same region, he stood up against threats to his life. These went on from his participation in the boycott of segregated public transportation in Montgomery, Alabama, in 1955 down to his voting rights march in Selma in 1965. Throughout this period, and actually down to his violent death, King had to deal with hostile opponents, who threatened danger to him and his family. Not surprisingly, he was arrested and put in jail in Birmingham in 1963 for his violation of municipal ordinances. But King also made clear that while he was breaking laws that he found to be unjust, he was also willing to pay the penalty. And in his “Letter from a Birmingham Jail,” penned in 1963, he shows as an ordained Protestant minister at least some acquaintance with theological sources that could be cited, however selectively, to legitimate his stand.

There is also much to object to about racial segregation. In its heyday it was extended to a plethora of public and private institutions, and, from what I recall, Jim Crow made few exceptions for worthy black would-be users of libraries and decent state universities. And Southern whites could have cleaned up this act for generations—before it became a cause célèbre for the Left and government social engineers. While no one comes in second to me in lamenting the effects of the Civil Rights revolution and especially its excesses, it would be foolish to deny that it began with a just cause. The same is of course equally true of other political disasters such as the French Revolution.

As someone whose family suffered grievously under the treaties ending World War One and later under the Nazi regime, it seems to me that complaints about the first were justified even if vicious people later exploited them. And there is no need to believe that by criticizing civil rights activists, one is expressing approval for what they sometimes correctly brought to public attention. Forcing some elderly black lady to sit in the back of a bus because of her skin color is not only degrading. It also provided a moral excuse to get federal bureaucrats and judges into the never-ending enterprise of reconstructing American society—an experiment that has now been extended to every aspect of our communal and commercial lives.

I would even surmise that had the issue of racial segregation not become a major national moral concern, with considerable media assistance, King and his organization, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, would not have been able to move as easily as they did, with broad national endorsement, into mobilizing black voters. Our Voting Rights Act was passed in 1965, with disproportionate support from the Republican Party, to ensure federal supervision of areas in the South in which blacks had been kept or were suspected of having been kept from voting. Such steps contributed considerably toward moving our electorate toward the social Left, where about 99% of the black electorate can now be found. The leftward lunge in our presidential politics—represented by the recent victory of social leftist and, as Steve Sailer has revealed, black nationalist, Barack Obama—has been made possible by the changes accompanying the civil rights revolution, namely a large black electorate on the left that supports, with few exceptions, Obama and a white population that has been relentlessly instilled with a sense of racial guilt. Quite possibly, if the South had voluntarily desegregated its institutions, or had displayed more flexibility about race relations, some of this radicalization could have been avoided. By creating an eyesore, Southern whites contributed to the storm that later erupted.

It not hard to show King was a badly flawed public figure. But one can no longer do that in the US without being suspected of being a “rightwing extremist”—often by self-described “conservatives” in the press. King’s frequent acts of plagiarism, extending from his doctoral dissertation to his renowned “I Have a Dream” Speech delivered at the Washington Mall on August 28, 1963, have long been matters of record. One diligent scholar, Theodore Pappas, has devoted an entire work, Plagiarism and the Cultural Wars, to identifying King’s borrowed sources. Pappas proves to what extent King as an orator and author engaged in “voice-dubbing” and “textual borrowing,” as the mainstream media have referred to his frequent verbal thefts.

He was also a notorious philanderer who was not above using his pastoral activities to “counsel” young, voluptuous women. Some of his own advisors complained that his amorous activities got in the way of his political activities, although in his defense it might be argued that he had plenty of time for both. His connection to Communist friends, and most notoriously from 1957 onward to veteran CP activist Stanley Levison, and the pop Marxist phrases that laced his political commentary suggest that King was something other than the “Christian” idealist whom the GOP have discovered in his biography.

In his defense it is questionable whether King would have had anything but contempt for those “conservative” publicists who have tried to turn him into an advocate of free market economics, meritocracy, and war-mongering American patriotism. King already in the 1950s had called for government-introduced racial quotas in employment; he was also demonstrably a socialist with Marxist overtones in economics, and he famously denounced the Vietnam War as a struggle that hurt blacks by delaying their quest for equality. Although King had indeed just grievances, at least in the beginning of his career, his politics quickly descended into those of his disciple Jesse Jackson.

But my purpose is not to run him down. It is rather to stress his unsuitability for the role into which he was thrust after his death. I still recall standing in line to buy stamps in a post office in 1983 when a mother was explaining to her son who was looking at a newly minted stamp: “No, that’s not the famous Martin Luther. It’s a monk who was born five-hundred years ago, somewhere in Europe.” This woman had, if anything, understated King’s rising value, which was not to replace the father of the Protestant Reformation but Luther’s savior. For this is certainly what King has become, a martyred deity, in today’s American political culture.

STIHIE: Boxing George Washington

The following is an installment in AltRight’s ongoing series “So This Is How It Ends” (STIHIE), which chronicles instances of decadence so advanced that one can only conclude and hope that we are living in a terminal stage of Western civilization.

The NAACP was able to erase, temporarily for now, America’s unsightly, racist past.

From Free North Carolina:

The annual MLK observance at the state house in Columbia SC had an interesting twist this year. The event is held on the north side steps of the statehouse. Prominent at that location is a large bronze statue of George Washington. This year, the NAACP constructed a “box” to conceal the Father of His Country from view so that participants would not be offended by his presence.
