Most of the wars between the nations of Medieval Europe were limited wars in which knights fought knights and generally left the peasants alone. Those wars were limited because their objective was to extend one king’s lands and tax base at the expense of another king. In other words, they were economic wars in which the peasant class was considered to be part of the valuable property being fought over. The king whose army was advancing and winning did not want to kill off his hard-won assets.
Race wars are total wars, always. There is no honorable restraint in the fighting, such as that between nations in Medieval Europe. A race war aims at securing land and resources for a people grown aware of their biological similarity and with the kinship which that similarity implies. There can be no trace of the opposing side left alive within the territorial boundaries because such a remnant would renew the conflict when they became more numerous and able to wage war again.
Soldiers engaged in race war will rape, torture, and kill the enemy’s women, children, and little babies. There is none of this Golden Rule thinking. One race will win and gain the land; one race will lose and perish utterly, unless they flee first.
Black “criminals” already do with such things with the Whites victims who fall into their clutches. We call them criminals; they are really the vanguard troops of the enemy forces. Any limitation on their ruthlessness isn’t based in chivalry, but rather in fear of provoking an effective counterattack—a possibility even today. As the threat of counterattack becomes less creditable, the predation of non-Whites on Whites will intensify proportionately.
Dismal as they are, those are the rules. Man did not write them; nature did. The necessity of engaging in total war is simply that the enemy has been, is, and will continue to engage in total war against us. That necessity arose because of the liberal belief in racial equality and the liberal sentiment of universal human brotherhood. Let’s never make those mistakes again, assuming that we survive the catastrophic consequences of making them this time.
The Black “reverends” who wield so much influence over rioting niggers occupy a position analogous to that of commanding generals. The street nigger recognizes that the Black “reverend” does not really mean what his words say. When the Black “reverend” holds up his arms and preaches brotherhood, the street nigger understands it to be a signal for a temporary cessation of violence to allow the Jewish media time to brainwash the Whites into placidity again.
When the time comes for another riot or for another vicious wave of anti-White crime, the “reverends” will signify it by speaking more loudly than usual about White racism. Then will come another period of niggers invading the homes of Whites to rob, rape and kill. Then will come more Black riots in American cities. Then will more White teenagers be shot in the head on a snow-covered soccer field. Then will more White women be snatched off bicycles or out of cars, taken to a motel, raped, skinned alive, and drowned in a tub of bleach.
The only race not engaged in total war, to the extent they might dare, are Whites. The reason for the White failure to compete as their non-White opponents are competing is Jewish brainwashing, carried on by every major outlet of the mass media. The brainwashing induces internal divisions based on varying degrees with which Whites are insulated from the realities of racial competition. The more insulated Whites are generally more liberal, at least in their racial views. The greater is the familiarity of Whites with non-Whites, the less liberal (on race) they are.
As is typical in “democratic” societies, ignorance swamps wisdom and thereby hobbles efforts for an effective collective defense. The more liberal Whites ensure that their more sensible “racist” brothers can’t defend themselves without facing retaliation from White police officers and from ambitious White lawyers and judges.
If White people don’t kick the habit of interfering with each other’s survival tactics, the White race will become extinct. The enemy, seeing clearly what must be done to us, with a will to do those things to us, will vanquish us, unless we develop a racial consciousness that is at least the equal of that which our opponents have. We must learn to accept, and to practice, total war. Being Whites, we will never enjoy it. Like it or not, though, our survival depends on our employing it.
The White lawyer must never defend a nigger, no matter how green his money is. The White preacher must never declare that the negro is our equal in the sight of God. The White judge must understand that only Whites are citizens of the United States because the 14th Amendment is fraudulent, hence null and void. The White teacher must refuse to teach Blacks. The White school bus driver must leave Spics at the bus stop. The White policeman must shoot his gun into the crowd of rioting niggers with every intention of killing every rioting nigger. Total war. It’s the only option left.
During the international fury that followed the mass killings in Norway last month, the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet helped lead the charge against Fjordman and other “hate bloggers” who were accused of partial complicity in the psychopath’s actions.
Thanks to our Norwegian correspondent The Observer, we now know that Dagbladet itself contributed to the very same “climate of hate” that it so decries. The interview below, published shortly before Anders Behring Breivik did his grisly deeds, would be classified as “incitement” by the newspaper’s own standards.

The following interview was published in Dagbladet last month. The historian interviewed here expresses views that are pretty similar to those of Fjordman — he says he believes that there will be a clash of cultures in northern Europe.
He doesn’t describe warlike scenarios, but this will undoubtedly be the outcome of his predictions.
Fjordman is ostracized and made into a pariah by Dagbladet for his predictions, and this historian is given the all-clear by the same journalists.
Go figure.
It’s worth noting that the interview with Nils Rune Langeland was published just a week before the Oslo atrocities — by coincidence, on the very same day that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton promised the OIC that the Western democracies would crack down on the “incitement of religious hatred”, as required by UNHRC Resolution 16/18.
Historian Nils Rune Langeland (47), who is about to release a new book, predicts that northern Europe will be the ‘battleground’ of the future.
The cover of the book is an EU flag where the starts are shaped as a burning fire. Historian Nils Rune Langeland, associate at the University in Stavanger is not optimistic in his new essay collection in which he gazes out on the European continent.
In your new book “Europe – a crusade”, you travel around the continent to try and define what the term “European” actually means, and you realize that you have to go back as far as June 10, 1099 to do so. Why did you end up on this particular date?
June 10, 1099 was the day when the Crusaders breached the walls of Jerusalem during the First Crusade and began the massacre of the Muslim population. That started the war. And this war is still being fought today. It’s a historical hypothesis, but a literary assertion.
You reach a turning point when you’re looking at the Bayeux Tapestry, which describes the Norman invasion of Great Britain. Why did this carpet have such a profound impact?
The tapestry was a revelation. The warriors that are depicted are Norwegian and Danish Vikings that have become Norman Knights within a generation. Then they become part of the first European attempt to conquer the world. We are a part of this today.
You place the warrior heritage which belongs to our past in contrast with the peace mentality which has been the driving force since WW2. What happens with Europeans when there are no more things worth dying for? Does this peace make us passive?
What we’re seeing is a political decadence. The big projects have been abandoned. After 1945 and 1989 we’ve focused on becoming humans again. Today’s Westerners are pubertal. We don’t know quite how to live and enjoy this new existence. But there is something redemptive and exhilarating in this decadence. All the European projects, the revolutions and the empires, have resulted in enormous human suffering.
What’s the EU’s role in this?
The EU is gay bars and agricultural subsidies. The EU is an attempt to stop the ennui which can be found in the mundane. The EU is a concerted anti-crusade which is, and which is supposed, to be boring and mundane. It’s almost like we’re saying that enough is enough. Now we have to enjoy life. The EU is Europe in a collective pensioner’s existence.
In Brussels you encounter a class of multilingual, secular, optimistic and well educated young EU people. But you reflect more on your conversations with taxi drivers and pub patrons. Is this where the truth is to be found?
Europe is primarily conservative in that it has a dirty underside. Look at Britain and France. You’ll find the best and the worst of everything. In Austria you’ll find the span between the beauty of the Wiener Philharmonic and the rage of the old man at the pub. The author Elfriede Jelinek captures this extreme diversity in the ‘Piano teacher’.
Why is the man at the pub so angry?
These European states have come at a high price. There are people who look back at three generations of war deaths, three generations of worn out industrial workers. The man at the pub is half aware of this legacy, and has the understanding of having sacrificed a lot.
The men at the pub represent completely opposing views, and not least a different hostility towards people from foreign cultures than displayed by the elites in Brussels. Which of these two groups will shape the future?
It is still undecided. And this is the dilemma of Europe and the USA today. Remember that Sarah Palin in the USA also represents the angry men. The elites and the people at the pubs aren’t engaged in any dialogues. They need to start talking; if not, we’re heading towards a catastrophe.
What type of catastrophe?
I believe that northern Europe will be the battleground. Remember that there isn’t one single example of integration of different cultures in northern Europe. The Norwegian immigration historians are lying. We have been a people that have emigrated and exported, not received.
We have also burned witches on the bonfire. Doesn’t culture have the ability to change?
I don’t wish to be a doomsday prophet. Things may work out OK, and we may see some type of Buddhist chakra. But the Norwegian state invests enormous resources in persecuting ordinary Norwegians for speeding and minor tax evasions. The entire Norwegian national project is directed at the private sphere. We spend a lot of time discussing paternity leave and lifestyle diseases, and not about foreign policy. We are constantly encouraged to read more and drink less alcohol. It is a disciplinary regime that only works in a homogeneous society. I believe we have two choices: either we end up with a big complex dirty harmony, or the Germanic people of the north will once again rise up.
Rise up against what?
The European ideology is reconquista which means to reconquer Europe from Islam. In Spain the heir to the crown is called ‘The Prince of Asturias’ after the miniature kingdom of Asturias in the north, where the reconquista of the Iberian Peninsula began. In Serbia reconquista is a national story. The areas around the North Sea are exempt, but then again it was the seafaring Brits and Dutch that initiated the European colonization of the world. Everything emanates from this extreme mental state that has always been Europe’s ideology. We can’t understand Europe until we understand this.
We live in a hedonistic society. You describe how sun seekers and sex tourists today travel where the crusaders once went. It doesn’t appear that these tourists want to join a new crusade in the near future.
This dirtiness is our alibi as humans. It’s the yearning to be free from the legacy that made the Cultural Revolution possible in the 60’s. The result was a terrible patricide that in a lot of ways was necessary. When the Beatles left the class-divided society in which they grew up and went to India they were guided by the same dream to get away from Europe. No, the crusaders’ real heirs are the USA and Israel.
Why?
There you’ll find the demonic restlessness that once drove the Europeans. Europe abandoned Christianity in the ‘40s when Bishop Galen spoke up against the Nazis, and it has gone down a different path. It is the Jews that have taken up the crusader’s sword and pointed it towards the east.
The subtitle of your book is ‘A Crusade’. It opens with a quote from Dante and it is sprinkled with Christian allusions. Do you want to go back to a world where these references and symbols unite us?
No, this is a subject that I address as a historian. I see before me an axis from the conquering of Jerusalem to the death of Christianity with von Galen. It’s not about Christianity as an adventure, but Christianity as something that we don’t yet understand, an unease of the soul.
You write about how the world wars have made it more difficult to be a nationalist in the 21st century. But the world is still divided into national states which fight for their own interests. Does nationalism serve any purpose today?
It is ridiculous to listen to Fremskrittspartiet talk about Norwegian culture. It is something that only old lecturers find interesting. The 20th century’s grand, supranational ideologies ended nationalism and rendered it as a sentimental setting around the welfare state. As a historical project, nationalism is finished.
Is this the type of nationalism you refer to when you label Europe’s soul as “craftsman-fascism, rejection of class, welfare sentimentality and small scale commercialism”?
The European national states are first and foremost welfare states, very little else. And the battle will be fought over these, whether the welfare state is something worth hanging on to or not.
A friend of mine was at Blindern [University in Oslo] recently and noticed that there were only students with immigrant backgrounds at the study hall late in the evening. Isn’t this a healthy vitalization that represents ambitious new Norwegians?
Yes, but it’s legitimate to say that we’re not interested in starting all over again. Personally, I have great sympathy for what you’re describing. We could all learn from the diligent Pakistani girls. But they will never decipher the European code. They will never really understand what it’s about. Neither will we, intellectually, but we carry it with us through experience. That’s why northern Europe will be the battleground. We are the ones who have had the highest ambitions, and it is here where the stakes are highest.

Maybe there is a simple explanation for the riots. In Great-Britain crime is easy and almost risk-free.
In his startling book ‘A Land fit for Criminals’ insider David Fraser demonstrates it with figures and facts.
Detection rate of crimes is 5 per cent. Of these cases only 2 per cent are processed in court. Only a mere 0.3 per cent of all crimes result in prison sentence. Offenders deem themselves untouchable. Fines are seldom paid. In 2002 it was reported that tens of millions of pounds in unpaid fines were written off.
Even persistent offenders with a long record of previous convictions and a complete lack of motivation to reform are granted probation and put back in the community.
The evidence shows that for them this means business as usual. The reconviction rate for all male offenders in 61 per cent; for offenders given community service 67 per cent.
‘Offenders are not corrupted by prison but by the unchallenged success of their criminality’, concludes Fraser, who served in the National Probation Service for twenty-six years, and was an analyst with the National Criminal Intelligence Service.
He blames the criminal justice system for putting consideration for the criminal first and the safety of the public second: ‘The bizarre fact is that all governments since the sixties have gone out of their way to introduce policies that have encouraged criminals to become more criminal. Numerous obstacles have been placed in the way of finding, arresting and convincing them.’
Young offenders enjoy special protection. The use of imprisonment against them is severely limited. In 2000, males under 18 committed 80,600 offences. Eleven years later, one suspects that they have improved on this statistics.
Police doing their job are frequently faced with accusations of racism by their superiors. Prosecutors are motivated by budgetary considerations to discontinue more and more cases. Judges grant bail even when the accused has re-offended while on bail.
Was the government ever disturbed by such dire situations? Not in the least. The government simply lied. In 2004 the Home Secretary stated that crime had fallen from 18 million in 1997 to 12 million. A report produced by his own department in 2002 showed that the figure of 60 million was more accurate.
The empathy with the criminal, the contempt for the victim, the neglect of public security, the lies and manipulations are not typical British phenomena. They are but symptoms of the plague of multiculturalism that slowly eradicates all forms of decency in the Western post-democracies.
The flash mobs in America or the Blackberry mobs in London have one thing in common. It isn’t race, though they tend to predominantly be minorities. It’s identity.
The counterculture has not changed dramatically since the 70′s, but it has tossed aside any appearance of idealism. The new counterculture draws in two groups, disaffected upper middle class white youth and lower class black youth. Their goals are purely materialistic, looted iPods and government subsidies for housing, education and anything else they can think of.
These are the children of the welfare state with little in common except a rejection of the commercial way of life. Neither the entitled white university brat or the posturing ghetto teenager has any interest in working. The businesses they smash are an alien thing to them. Small businessmen do not go about smashing stores. The people who do think of commodities as something they trick or intimidate others into giving to them. And that covers everyone from municipal unions to thugs driving around BMW’s.
Rand’s looters take on a more literal meaning in Tottenham. Smashing store windows and grabbing what’s inside is only the protest for more government handouts taken directly to the businesses who fund it without the bother of a government middle man.
This lawless materialism is the essence of the welfare state. “Loot as much as you can, or someone else will.” If you don’t grab government benefits or sneakers in store windows, someone else will. The rich are grabbing, the pols are grabbing– time to queue up and loot your share. Communism made this way of thinking so commonplace that all of Russia became one black market. And we are not far behind.
What kind of people behave this way? Those who have come to think of wealth as an infinite pile from which everyone grabs as much as they can. This is where the ethos of the socialist left and hip-hop comes together. Obama gleefully spending millions on himself and trillions on national giveaways for his donors and supporters is the most obnoxious fusion of this phenomenon.
Technological savvy melded with barbaric behavior, the 21st century mobile devotee turned raider is a wake up call in more ways than one. These are not mere race riots, they are the self-organization of the end of our civilization.
The classic raid has come to the cities of West, its hallmarks are not frustration but careful planning, followed by a violent rush. The raids may have a profit motive, but often they are there only to terrify. Mostly there is no larger political agenda, only the emergence of an old way of life that most people think died with the Vikings.
The law banished the raider back into the dim pages of history, but law depended on a civilization which is now collapsing. Police officers alone won’t be enough to stem the ride. Law enforcement depends on the fear of the average person to step out of line and break the law. The lone criminal pits himself against the well-oiled machine of the police and the federal authorities. But when gangs defy the authorities, then it’s the beginning of a civil war.
An understated civil war is already raging in Europe, between Muslim and African immigrants and the society they have penetrated. The conflict has made a mockery of the social controls of Europe. Put surveillance cameras on every street, and we’ll don masks and turn out in numbers. Run your DNA banks and see how much luck you have when entire streets are burning. Outlaw knives and we’ll bring our Molotov cocktails.
The United States managed to offer enough economic growth in the last two decades that riots were mostly limited to angry white college students protesting for some radical cause. But the economic engine is off and the flash mob is here. Black unemployment is at an all time high and teenagers with thousands of dollars, but without the steadying effect of full time employment are getting their kicks.
The situation is worse in the UK, where middle class brats and African youth are equally furious at Cameron’s cuts, and eager for the looting to resume. The shooting of a criminal is a common signal to riot, but not out of outrage, but opportunity. Political outrage always transmutes into loot. The looters are not bothering to wait until some commission suggests directing more money to social programs. Their looting is more direct and more immediate. For a gratification as instant as the tech that they use to organize their banditry.
Divestment is the common denominator. Neither the middle-class white or lower-class black rioter is invested in his society. The white rioter is a globalist, the black rioter is an outsider. Neither are invested in the city and country they are busy trashing.
The traditional raider saw himself as part of an outside group. The modern raider has global identities that are at odds with the country he lives in. He may see himself as a citizen of the world, a member of the Muslim Ummah, as black or a Marxist or any number of other wider identities. And these identities are more primal than being an Englishman or an American. When he joins a raiding party, it is as a member of one of those groups looting a society whose welfare is of no interest to him.
Civilization depends on a consensus. The fundamental base of that consensus is that the civilization is a worthwhile thing which must endure. We follow the law not only because the law is right, but even when it is wrong, because law is the safeguard of civilization. But why should people who do not value the civilization follow the law?
The left’s motives for rebelling are different than those of minority looters. But the end result is similar enough. A disregard for the civilization becomes a disregard for its laws. And that leaves self-interest as the only hedge against anarchy. But what interest do people who do not work for a living have in preserving the businesses of others? None at all. As far as they are concerned, smash a store, it will collect the insurance, and reopen, or another will open up in its place. And even if it doesn’t, then so what? It’s not “our businesses” anyway.
Small business is the backbone of human freedom. The small businessman is able to negotiate commercial arrangements with individuals and groups outside the dominance of larger authority. But small business is on the decline. The corner store is likely to be run by outsiders, in Detroit as in London. And around it are chain stores, franchised or not, that are primary targets of looters. Loot them enough and all that’s left is a hopelessly unrecoverable ghetto.
The bigger the institutions get, the more they are cut off from the street, and the more fragmented the society becomes. Nations become giants unable to see or fend off the gnomes hammering at their feet. And their corrective solutions inevitably lean toward more social gigantism. Violence rewarded often enough becomes a habitual tool of politics until the looter matters more than the ballot box. When the authorities show that they will reward violence with social benefits, the welfare state will grow fangs.
That process was aborted in the United States, but it is still commonplace in Europe, which has not learned the American lesson that the worst way to respond to riots is with bribery. America put an end to the riot by cutting welfare benefits and bulking up police forces. The modern NYPD and LAPD may be ugly creatures, at times downright vicious, but they are far more useful than their metropolitan police counterparts. And the black entrepreneur is a far more common figure today than the rioter.
Of course the underlying problem cannot be solved with better police forces or economic growth, only temporarily suppressed. The underlying tensions are cultural, ideological, racial and religious. The university student taught that his civilization is an illegitimate construct employed for the benefit of a few that deserves to be torn down will retain the same mindset whether he is looting an electronics shop or teaching at a school. And that mindset is contagious.
The commercial tribalism of the rapper who conflates casual violence and criminality with honor follows a pattern of glorifying crime that predates and postdates race, its ubiquity dating back centuries, from the highwayman to the 1920′s bank robber, and is almost as socially disruptive and even more contagious.
The narrative is the same. Its idealism and honor covers up the blatant materialism and greed that its lawbreaking enables. And the message is also the same. Civilization’s end.
The return of the raider as an instant message enabled gang is a phenomenon at odds with progress. It is a warning that darker times are returning, that while everyone may pack phones that have more processing power in one inch than a room of computers did 30 years ago, the march of progress is moving backward. Civilization isn’t over yet, but it is badly endangered. It has become an undefined thing held in largely in contempt. It is a structure that everyone takes for granted, but few respect.
It has been a long time since Vikings raided English shores, but the new Vikings don’t need to take boats to get there. The barbarians in our civilization are already among us. They are already here.
The phony fixes have failed, and the dam of toxic sludge and debt is leaking; instability will be the New Normal until the dam finally bursts and the financial Status Quo is swept away.
In a nutshell, the Federal Reserve and Federal government’s extend-and-pretend, mark-to-fantasy, paper over bad private debt with trillions in public bad debt “fixes” of the broken economy have failed, completely, utterly, miserably. Rather than drain the cesspool of impaired debt, risky bets gone bad and rampant abuse of the rule of law, the Fed and the Central State have poured trillions of dollars more bad debt into the fetid pool of sewage and sludge, which is now full to bursting.
As Nassim Taleb of “black swan” fame has explained, it is misleading to say the last few grains of sand on the debt pile, for example, subprime mortgages in the housing bubble, are responsible for the entire sand pile collapsing: the masking of risk was systemic, and thus the sand pile was doomed to collapse regardless of the nature of the final few grains of sand.
Similarly, it won’t really matter what the final trillion dollars of Federal debt was borrowed for; the default/collapse of the government debt pile is inevitable.
In betting the farm to prop up a façade of financial stability, the Federal Reserve and the Federal government have doomed the entire system to collapse. Taleb explained why in the June 2011 issue of Foreign Affairs: “Complex systems that have artificially suppressed volatility become extremely fragile, while at the same time exhibiting no visible risks.” That describes the global economy in 2007, just before the financial meltdown of 2008 “surprised” conventional economists and Wall Street apologists.
As Taleb has explained, the very act of suppressing fluctuations renders systems extremely prone to large-scale disruptions that are viewed as low-probability events, the infamous “black swans.” The key to understanding this rising likelihood of supposedly improbable disruptions is to understand the difference between linear and complex systems. Linear systems lend themselves to causal chains (A causes B which causes C) or probability (the odds of drawing two aces in a game of Blackjack) that can be calibrated with a high degree of accuracy.
Complex systems such as financial markets exhibit fractal or chaotic characteristics that lead to an unpredictability that is prone to disruption by seemingly small events. When volatility and risk (in political terms, dissent) are suppressed by central authorities, the variations that inform an open market (“variation is information”) are lost.
The misrepresentation (and thus the mispricing) of risk and the suppression of everything which doesn’t pander to the Status Quo is a defect not of individuals or specific institutions but of the entire system, including the Federal Reserve, the Treasury and the regulatory “alphabet soup” agencies (SEC, FDIC, etc.).
The misguided attempts to engineer a false stability by suppressing “undesirable” volatility have created an intrinsically fragile system that is doomed to crises of ever greater dimension even as the periods of calm between crises shrink from years to months. Recall that risk is like water in a closed system: it can never be squeezed into nothingness. The more pressure that builds up, the more inevitable it is that the risk will burst out in some part of the financial system that was viewed as “safe” and “stable,” for example, home mortgages.
This is how financial events that are widely viewed by conventional economists and government officials as “impossible” can occur with increasing frequency.
One model for this type of apparent stability that is disrupted by unpredictable spikes of volatility is stick/slip destabilization. In “sticky” systems—for example, those with major forces creating credit and regulations to maintain the Status Quo–pressure builds up within the system that is invisible to those looking at an apparently stable surface. But at some impossible-to-predict moment, the built-up pressure within completely disrupts the system, and it “slips” into a new and unpredictable configuration.
The rules of the investment/speculation “game” will be changed without warning as authorities attempt to stabilize an increasingly chaotic financial system. Their attempts to force a superficial stability will only make the next round of instability more severe and less controllable.
The Grand Partnership of the Central State and the Financial Plutocracy (parasitic globalized cartel crony-Capitalism writ large) has suppressed this natural implosion of speculative debt by printing and distributing trillions of dollars in “free” money so over-indebted borrowers and speculators can continue to “extend and pretend,” that is, continue the illusion that they are solvent.
As a special bonus to these financial Power Elites, this limitless pool of “free money” enabled them to ramp up their favorite pastime, leveraged financial speculations based on fraud, collusion and misrepresentation of risk. As any profits will be theirs to keep while any losses will be backstopped by the Central State and its taxpayers, it’s a return to the risk-free days at the races for the financial Oligarchy.
But massive doses of free money unleash two destructive forces on the economy: as the free money flows into speculative bets on tangible resources, it reinflates asset bubbles and fuels rising costs.
As a result, the system is now facing the same old problems–asset bubbles held aloft by “free money,” massive government intervention, systemic financial fraud–and a new problem: price inflation for the resources that sustain the real economy.
The Central State/Financial Elites are thus faced with an impossible choice: if they let the speculative free money flow, then their populations become impoverished as the prices of tangible goods such as food and energy skyrocket. Recall that the masses aren’t provided with billions of dollars at zero interest; that privilege is reserved for the financial Elites who fund the campaigns of the Central State’s political class.
The Classical Capitalist answer to this vast financial overshoot is simple: once the unlimited free money and moral hazard guarantees stop, interest rates will rise as risk is repriced and the market “discovers” the cost of borrowing scarce capital (savings). Once interest rates rise, then the ballooning debt can no longer be serviced. Borrowers big and small go bankrupt, their assets are sold at auction on the open market, and their unpaid debts are absorbed as losses by their creditors.
This renunciation of debt triggers a domino effect as credit becomes increasingly expensive and other overleveraged borrowers and insolvent creditors are toppled into bankruptcy.
In other words, the Status Quo is now addicted to unlimited flows of free credit issued by central banks. If the flow continues, then inflation will destabilize it; if it’s cut off, then rising interest payments will destabilize it. No matter what policy path is taken, the result is the same: instability and destabilization.
This is why a systemic financial meltdown is now inevitable.
Nobody knows how this devolution will play out, but we do know that those who are open to the possibility will do better than those who discount or dismiss the inevitable reckoning as “impossible.”

England has fallen. Quicker than I would have thought. Home Secretary Theresa May rules out use of the Army, Water Cannons. The situation is spiraling out of control. High Street areas, the ritzy places of Kensington, Notting Hill, and other “tony” areas have had rioters looting patrons of two-star Michelin restaurants. While Home Secretary May declares that “policing is done with the consent of communities.” Code words for no action that the Black, Pakistani Muslim, and now Indian groups that have effectively colonized England would object to, will be taken. As the MP for Northern Ireland notes, both the Army and Water Cannon have been used within the past year in Ireland. But against … Whites. Not Blacks, Pakistanis, or Indians. As the picture from the Daily Mail shows, a thug (Black) forces a White guy to hand over his clothes. The purpose being simple humiliation (the clothes won’t fit).
Meanwhile riots have spread to other cities. Bristol, Birmingham, and Liverpool. Olympic officials are said to be mulling yanking the Olympics from London and awarding them to some other city on an emergency basis. There are not enough police, those that have been mobilized from other cities … like Bristol are now stuck in London, where they have been fleeing rioters. The police can use no force against the mob, and the mob (nearly all Black or Pakistani or Indian depending on the section of the city) know it. The police are exhausted, working 18 shifts and limited when they do confront the mob to batons and pepper spray. Which will not cut it.
At this point, the utter weakness of England’s rulers is exposed. The rulers cannot even secure the property and persons of people in tony, ritzy areas. Notting Hill and Kensington are very, very rich. Islamists and Jihadists will see this weakness and mobilize their own people to create their own mini-states. Enforced by brutal action. What will England do in response? Police by consent?
Here is the end of PC Britain. As feckless as JK Rowlings Ministry of Magic, against Voldemort. With a politically correct female Home Secretary ruling out anything that would offend Black or Muslim-Pakistani mobs. [There are a few White kids engaged in the mob violence, but is vastly Black or Pakistani-Muslim.] And of course if say, Choudary can set up his own mini Islamic Republic (and rest assured he will) inside Britain, so too can hordes of people from very poor countries in North Africa or Africa come there and simply set up where ever they want. Taking what they want. If a mob can rob the tony patrons of a tony restaurant, why not Buckingham Palace? After all, that’s the consent of the Community! And why not have, say, half of Libya or Morocco show up at Dover Beach? Ready to take over? That’s the price of PC weakness. Of diversity. Of Multiculturalism.
England is finished. Over. Done. Dead. There is no one in the Conservative, Liberal, Labor, or any other party save the BNP willing to use force to preserve what is left of traditional England. No one. [No, not even the UKIP.] And the BNP has no real support in Parliament to form a government. There is no one with any will. To save what is left of England would require shooting hundreds if not thousands of rioters, quite dead, at this point. Locking the rest up, in ugly penal colonies in the South Atlantic while they freeze to death (with ample documentation) and targeted payoffs to certain agitators with the promise of a trip to the Antarctic if deals are not kept (and making examples of deal-breakers). As Machiavelli wrote, it is far easier to rectify things when the situation has not reached a crisis. Early diagnosis of social ills offer remedies that are far less drastic. But no one in England has the courage or will to act, which at this point means killing lots of rioters and nothing else.
What will take its place, is rule by mob of certain enclaves. Black leaders emerging from the mob will rule certain parts of London, which will look like African hell-hole cities, only colder and with snow. Pakistani Muslim leaders will do the same with other sections of major cities which will also be hell holes. And fleeing mob non-White rule will be a host of Englishmen and women. Who will be the first but not last European refugees effectively ethnically cleansed out of their own nation.
France will probably take most of them. And they’ll be the core of what promises to be an ugly and angry fight over the ethnic cleansing of Whites out of native European lands. No real effective action can be taken against the mob in the UK. The authorities retain enough power to prevent people from fighting back (as in much of the Harry Potter books the Ministry of Magic’s main goal was preventing any fighting back against Voldemort). But people will vote with their feet, even as shuffling refugees into France.
Who will stop the violence? Who will prevent rioters from simply taking more, and more, and more? Who is stopping them now from stripping White passer-by of their … CLOTHES!
No one. So the rioters will simply take more. Because there is no one to stop them. And they will rule. That is quite obvious. But would you want to live under the rule of the jumped up mob leaders sure to emerge as “rulers” of fragmented England? They won’t even be able to keep the power flowing, or sewage processed, or trash picked up. Meanwhile the “government” will be a shattered hulk unable to provide much of anything other than endless punishment to the White natives who are now quite visibly second or third class people in their own lands. Perhaps a few goodies will be handed out, but that is it. Control over London, and most cities, have been given over to the mobs, and there is no means to take it back. Nor will this stuff be confined to cities, it will spread to the countryside as well. Because there is stuff there to take, and no one to stop them.
So out of desperation, people will shuffle into France like WWII refugees, with what pitiable possessions they have left, and form the most visible but not the last examples of ethnic cleansing of White natives in Europe.
England has fallen. It will never be restored to what it was. What will remain is fragmented, non-White kingdoms and Big Man pseudo republics run by folks like Choudary. Islamic mini-kingdoms and the like, conquering England without much trouble. An object lesson of the stupidity of PC, Diversity, Multiculturalism, and the rest. At least the French will know, as will the Italians, the Germans, the Spanish, the Irish, and the rest, what awaits them.
Camp of the Saints arrived in the form of London riots. Because the saints were already there, people just would not see them (again, like the refusal to recognize Voldemort in the Potter books). Of course, there are now a whole lot of people who had something, a bit of property, made dirt poor overnight, in a place where its terrible to be poor, and White. Burnt out shops, stores, homes, and such. Survivors of those undoubtedly slain in riots and arson. These people will make Travis Bickle look like Barney the Dinosaur. And they won’t be a loner like Bickle, rather, organized. It was one thing for the OAS to try and retain a lost dream of Algeria. It will be another thing for a whole generation of Englishmen wanting to reclaim England, from exile in France. Ask the Israelis how it works out, with a camp of seething with resentment, exiles on your borders, dreaming of revenge and return of property. That is what awaits the new possessors of England, after their inevitable victory. As Machiavelli advised, humiliation is unwise, better to kill your enemy than leave him poor and alive. Undoubtedly the White guy forced to strip and hand over his clothes will have a life-long hatred for Blacks, and just as undoubtedly the picture in the Daily Mail will generate both fear and anger in the White British population. Which has no desire to experience the same.
Pictures have power. That picture, is bound to enrage most White Britons. Who fear it happening to them. And who are too numerous to kill.
Camp of the Saints is ultimately not sustainable, because it is one thing to force a man to hand over his clothes by reason of your superior legal and physical position (the White guy knows if he resists he will be both beaten by a much larger and stronger man, and go to jail in the bargain). It is quite another thing to keep trash off the streets, or the power going, or raw sewage safely processed. And another to build a modern military force capable of killing people efficiently in large numbers. Eventually those cleansed out will return, or their descendants, and they will be “Potter-like” in the battle finally against Voldemort, willing to make appalling sacrifices to end the threat once and for all.
The one caveat is that the UK Military, primarily the Army, could possibly step in with all other elements of society failing, and shoot half the rioters, with the approval of the Queen, and the majority British public. But that would entail a military rule and suspension of Parliament, PC, Multiculturalism, and the like. I don’t see that happening, frankly. Just more of the same in the picture. There is a reason that the current government is not willing to have the Army act, and that Labor is not calling for them either. The concessions the Army would demand would be too great. So England will fall, very far, and very fast.
All that is left is the rising of the Cromwell figure, in exile, in France. Where the French White natives look in fear and wonder and demand something be done on their own situation.
Who wants PC and Multiculturalism and Diversity if all it gets you is being stripped of your clothes (and everything else)? And that’s all it does get you, in the end.
“Black people gotta lotta problems
But they don’t mind throwing a brick”
Joe Strummer’s longing lyrics to The Clash’s 1977 hit White Riot are a gross libel on a community, but they also contain a grain of truth. The diplomat’s son who always wanted to be a working class hero was waxing envious about what he saw as black willingness to rise up and take direct action against the ‘system’. He wanted both to join them and have a racially exclusive “White riot—a riot of my own”.
The long unheard song has been widely aired over the last four days, as Britons watched parts of their inner cities dissolve in partly race-driven unrest, in the worst rioting for over two decades.
The problems were sparked by the police shooting last Thursday of a 29 year old black man named Mark Duggan in Tottenham, north London. At first it was said the police had fired in self-defence, but now it seems both shots were fired by police. Duggan had been under surveillance, presumably because of his membership of the Star gang, which according to the Guardian’s Gavin Knight
. . . had a notorious reputation for being armed, dealing Class A drugs and intent on making money. It was affiliated to larger, older gangs in the area.
Tottenham gossip has it that Duggan was “a major player” in the local demi-monde, who “lived by the gun” and caused “grief”. These associations seem reasonable grounds for keeping an eye on him, although of course any death at the hands of the police is unfortunate.
As always with these incidents, there will be an in-depth investigation and normally an accurate account of the circumstances eventually emerges—as happened in the recent cases of Jean Charles de Menezes and Ian Tomlinson. But there seems little appetite to await any such inquiry.
This is partly because there are especially painful echoes in Tottenham of previous confrontations between blacks (AKA “youths”) and police (called “The Feds” by youths who were playing computer games when they should have been doing homework—AKA “acting white”).
The most notorious incident was in 1985, when a white policeman called Keith Blakelock was macheted to death by youths on the Broadwater Farm Estate. The proximate cause of that violence was the death of a black woman during a police raid—and that raid had been designed to suppress rolling unrest after the police shooting a few days previously of Cherry Groce in Brixton, south of the Thames. In 1999, there was again unrest in N15 when Roger Sylvester died whilst being restrained by police.
And it is not only Tottenham which holds these memories, but large parts of black Britain. The idea that the Feds pick on the youths out of casual racism is endemic and ingrained amongst many whites as well as blacks, and is remorselessly fed by the political left.
Black-police relations are coloured (sorry!) by folk-memories of street battles going all the way to the first days of large-scale black immigration in the late 1940s. In 1958, there were the Notting Hill riots, when white Teddy Boys rocked and rolled along the streets in their blue suede shoes attacking random Afro-Caribbeans who quite naturally resisted, and since then there has been a sort of low level, sporadic ethnic intifada in parts of England’s inner cities, interspersed with outbreaks of worse violence exploited by the far Left, the mainstream Left and (counterproductively) by the far Right. The mainstream Right’s response has usually been to masterfully do nothing, trusting that the naughtiness will magick itself away.
While Conservatives alternately blustered and equivocated, and Labourites poured political petrol on all flames, inoffensive people (many black) were constrained to watch as their districts were periodically destroyed by youths AKA activists—Brixton, Toxteth, Handsworth, St. Paul’s, to name just a few once agreeable suburbs that have erupted before and have just erupted again.
Those who were (badly) paid to police these places were constrained to accept the blame for operational mistakes (rightly)—but also the far bigger mistakes made by politicians who expected them to do a Godawful job without giving them the tools they needed or even much thanks.
Not only that, but the police were accused of being at best indifferent to the needs of black people, or worse, having a “canteen culture of racism”. Anti-cop conspiracies cluster around any mysterious black deaths—like the 1981 New Cross Fire, when 13 partygoers were burned to death by a black man, which many in SE14 still believe was a police/National Front cover-up). Then there was Stephen Lawrence (which led to the 1999 Macpherson Report), Ricky Reel (Asian, but co-opted into African-ness for political purposes, who fell into the Thames and drowned in 1997) and Joy Gardner (a several times warned illegal immigrant who died in 1993 after struggling with immigration officials). The latter case inspired one of the great works of 20th century protest poesy. Benjamin Zephaniah’s last lines are perhaps the best, and not just because they are the last:
I cannot help but wonder
How the alien deporters
(As they said to press reporters)
Can feel absolute relief.
Deaths of blacks while in police custody (and they are disproportionately likely to be in police custody for certain categories of crime) are especially controversial, even though 75% of such deaths are of whites. In these cases, the dead are always saintly and the police always guilty until they are proven guilty. So too with Mark Duggan – who somehow managed to combine being a criminal “major player” with being a model dad.
There was a highly charged demonstration outside the local police station on Saturday, and afterwards vibrancy vibrated through Tottenham and adjacent areas, with what the media called “disaffected youths” setting fire to cars and buses, looting from and then torching shops. They were soon joined by shrewder others, using the “protests” as a cover to promote assorted adolescent agendas or obtain democratic discounts at JJB Sports.
On Sunday and Monday, the violence spread across London to encompass Camden/Chalk Farm, Bethnal Green, Peckham, Ealing, Deptford, Lewisham, Clapham, Croydon (a man found there with gunshot wounds later died), Bromley, Woolwich, East Ham and Stratford. Outside London, there were outbreaks in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol and Nottingham.
Monday night was the London Fire Brigade’s busiest ever night (including the Blitz) and the Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner admitted to the BBC “The Met was stretched beyond belief in a way that it has never experienced before.” The only good news was that several football matches were called off. London became quieter on Tuesday, thanks to the presence of 16,000 police, but there were problems in Birmingham again, and in Manchester and Wolverhampton—which could not even be headed off by the joyous news of David Cameron’s return from holiday.
The events brought in their train a half-horrible, half-hilarious farrago of fact and fantasy. There was the Russian reporter who claimed that the roaring of escaped lions and tigers from London Zoo could be heard in high streets. There was video footage of a gang of rioters who came to help a fallen man to his feet so they could go through his pockets more easily. There were stories of “vigilantes” tooling up with baseball bats to defend their families and premises. There were the girl geniuses interviewed by BBC Radio 4, sitting in the street at 9.30am drinking stolen rosé to refresh their maidenly parts after a hectic night of after-hours shopping:
It was madness, it was good fun . . . showing the rich people we can do what we want . . . it’s the governmen’s fault. The Conserva’ives, Yeah, wha’ever it is . . . who it is. I dunno.
Asked if these agreeable activities would carry on the next night, they reflected, with growing confidence.
Yeah, hopefully, definitely.
One tactician who criticized the police response seemed shy about revealing his alternative master-plan:
I don’ need to be talkin’ about wot they need ta be doin’
Another Napoleon put his finger on one of the inherent problems of “colour-blind” policing:
The police are bein’ abusive—they don’ like black people, they don’ like Asian people, they don’ like their own people.
There was an amusing disconnect between the widely quoted West Indian lady representing respectable Hackney opinion and the un-Bowdlerized Youtubeactualité:
Why are you burning people’s shops that they have worked hard to build up?… Look at that shop over there, she has worked hard to make it work and you’re just going to go and burn it up?
Her impassioned addendum was less widely mentioned:
And for what, just to say you are warring and a badman? This is about a f***ing man who was shot in Tottenham. This ain’t about busting up the place. Get real, black people, get real…You lot piss me the f**k off.
There were small mercies, such as the Hackney shop-owner who found that the “feral rats” who had fingered through her stock had taken all the designer label stuff but left “the tasteful things”.
Behind this semi-comic carry-on lies a terrible story of decent people of all races besieged terrified in their own houses and waking up to find their homes, shops, streets scorched and littered with debris. On Tuesday, Channel 4 interviewed a Sri Lankan shopkeeper who had lost an estimated £30,000 worth of uninsured stock, and trembling young women trapped in Manchester city centre because their way home was blocked by hundreds of masked men breaking into shops.
And behind this again, the seriously irresponsible and unpleasant (and almost always white) hard left are at work. A leaflet entitled Don’t Panic; Don’t Talk! initially circulated in Bristol soon found its way to the Indymedia website, giving what must surely be illegal advice:
“Do think about changing your appearance…get rid ALL clothes you were wearing…spray cans, demo-related stuff, dodgy texts/photos on your phone. Don’t make life easy for them by having drugs, weapons or other illegal stuff in your house.”
The Socialist Workers’ Party (or should that be Worker’s?) jumped helpfully on the bandwagon, because “the state tries to discredit riots”. This cannot be allowed to happen, because “riots can win important gains”. They continued, with the brilliant reasoning we always hope for from this quarter:
It’s not about people smashing up their local area for no reason. It’s about them expressing their anger, wherever they happen to be.
After all, what is a riot compared with the violence dished out daily by the system?
The violence of riots is minor compared to the violence the system inflicts on a daily basis—like famines . . . and wars that slaughter millions.
It’s all down to that Great Satan the “anarchy of the market” which As Any Fule No is “far more devastating than the supposed anarchy on the streets”.
Labour MP John McDonnell would seem to go along with some of this analysis, Tweeting sagely:
Reaping what has been sown over 3 decades of creating grotesquely unequal society with alienated young copying ethos of looting bankers.
Ken Livingstone, ex-London Mayor and again Labour candidate for that post, concurs:
[T]he economic stagnation and cuts imposed by the Tory government inevitably create social division . . . [the rioters] feel no-one at the top of society, in government or City Hall, cares about them or speaks for them.
Gavin Knight of the Guardian at least realizes there are serious obstacles in the way of rehabilitation for disaffected youths wanting to be disinfected from criminality:
Youth offenders who try to turn their back on a life on the streets are constantly hampered by prospective employers doing Criminal Records Bureau checks.
Perhaps he should lead by example, and give a few of them jobs at the Guardian. At least they’ll all have nice new trainers to wear to the interview.
Once again London has become a battlefield. On this occasion, the gunning down of an alleged cocaine dealer and gang member during a police operation in a vibrant multicultural area has been the trigger to several days of mayhem.
From 300 people massing in front of a police station to demand ‘justice’, we have gone to assaults on police officers, random property damage, and, of course, looting.
The looting is not even being done under the cover of darkness anymore. Having viewed the reports, Andrew Gilligan, from the Daily Telegraph, has observed:
On the television and YouTube pictures . . . most of the rioters and looters didn’t look angry. The ones making their way out of the smashed-up shops in Wood Green High Road with boxes full of other people’s property actually looked quite pleased. Here, at least, the quest wasn’t so much for justice, more for free trainers. . . . You could see the expressions on the Wood Green looters’ faces because by that stage it was daylight.
As Colin Liddell has already noted, the mainstream media has gone into damage limitation mode. They have been deploying every conceivable tactic to complicate a simple issue and deflect attention from the real problem.
Thus, the disturbances and the thieving are being blamed on poverty, idle youth, excessive urbanisation, overcrowding, the government’s austerity measures, the Summer heat, too many White policemen, unemployment, the city’s Mayor being on holiday, and a ‘tiny unrepresentative minority’ of thugs and criminals.
By far the most original tactic, however, has been the effort to blame the riots on Twitter and the BlackBerry messenger service.
Nowhere do proponents of this fascinating theory explain:
Why when the alleged criminal being gunned down is White, the city does not go up in flames, with White Englishmen taking to the streets to burn people’s cars and burn and loot people’s businesses.
Why burning and looting is not evenly distributed among Twitter and BlackBerry messenger users, as opposed to concentrated on vibrant multicultural areas in London.
The blaming of rioting and looting on Twitter and BlackBerry reminds me of the blaming of the theft of music over the internet on ‘technology’.
Is it not people, and their choices when using technology, what determines its effects?
When a thug smashes a Molotov cocktail on the parked vehicle, or applies his baseball bat to the shop window, or climbs into the off-licence or the electronics or shoe shop in order to grab as much booze, TVs, and trainers as he can hold in his arms or supermarket trolley, it is not because a 29-year-old geek in San Francisco had a bright idea five years ago; it is because the thug is out for a few days of joyous mayhem, knowing he will enjoy safety in numbers and get away with it.
Equally obvious to any thinking citizen is that were there no Afro-Caribbean ‘community’ in London, there would be no racial dimension and therefore no excuse for rioting, burning, looting, and attacking law enforcement officers.
Which takes us to how such a ‘community’ came to be in London in the first place, and why they see their neighbourhoods as loot as opposed to something that belongs to them and in which they all have a stake.
Rather inconvenient observations for proponents of immigration and multiculturalism.
On happier news, Civitas, a U.K. thinktank, has called for the Equality Commission to be abolished, arguing that it ‘contributes very little to meaningful equality’ and offers poor value for money.
The United Kingdom is marvelling at the enrichment being visited upon the country by the multicultural state.
Inexplicably, the politicians, who worked so hard for so many years to ensure Britons did not miss out on the joys of diversity, are proving shy to take credit for the creativity and skills they have imported into the country from all corners of Africa and South Asia. Instead, they have taken to invect against the displays of rapturous exuberance sweeping the streets of London and now other cities as well.
Be that as it may, Britons today must admit, however reluctant they may have been in the past, that state-sponsored multiculturalism has finally delivered what it promised.
One of the arguments for the multicultural policy was that racial and cultural diversity would add a variety of approaches to problem-solving, with each breed of immigrant bringing with him unique ways of looking at things, thus supplementing the apparently boring, stale, and predictable ways traditionally preferred by native Britons.
A conspicuous example has now been provided by the events that began in Tottenham last Saturday.
As we know, Tottenham is an economically depressed area of the capital, with many of its residents being poor, living in squalor, and depending on state benefits. It is, however, the most diverse area in the country, and possibly of Western Europe, with 113 different ethnic groups living cheek-by-jowl in an intensely urbanised area, where no fewer than 193 languages are spoken, not including hybridised varieties of broken Cockney, gang slang, and Twitter-pidgin.
Thus, out of this cauldron of multifarious religions, sects, backgrounds, cultures, dialects, and worldviews, idiosyncratic approaches to wealth-creation have emerged over the years, creating new industries and causing others to boom. Psychoactive drug and gun traffic are thriving, providing employment and raising the standard of living of many local entrepreneurs on a scale that would not have been possible prior to the advent of multiculturalism.
Yet this is all well known to native Britons, particularly those still remaining in this and other enriched areas, and even more so to the police, who now enjoy larger budgets and can offer more opportunities for employment than before. The same must be true of cremation services.
What has not been noted in the mainstream media, however, is the degree of ecological specialisation among local residents, which news reporting on the U.K. riots have brought into relief.
On the one hand, footage on the ground has revealed that Black youths have decided to specialise on wealth redistribution, focusing on the performance of thousands of unrecorded transactions at local businesses, at all hours of the day and night, without need for shop assistance or customer service. By means of chairs, bricks, and baseball bats, they have eliminated barriers to the free circulation of goods, and have transferred substantial amounts of wealth from unmanned shop floors and into their homes. Some have posted images of themselves on Twitter, showing off their newly acquired wealth. Others have travelled to other parts of the city, seeking new vistas and opportunities. And yet others, inspired by the pioneering spirit of these Black youths, have been seen by BBC news reporters on the ground arriving with bags and inquiring where the riots were.
On the other hand, the footage has also revealed that White folk have decided to specialise on urban repair and maintenance. Reports posted on the BBC News website have shown a clean-up operations organised by volunteers, 99% of whom appear White. While various Black youths have been interviewed or filmed by the BBC reporters, both photographs and footage have revealed a nearly unbroken sea of White folk hard at work with their brooms and spades, removing the debris left by several nights of multicultural ebullience.
It is there in black and white.
As I have remarked elsewhere, this will no doubt be interpreted by proponents of multiculturalism as convincing proof that they were right all along, and that they must now intensify their efforts to bring even more of it, and introduce it as soon as possible on diversity-deprived areas, so that as many Britons as possible can share in the bliss.
How far does the stock market have to go down before we officially call it a crash? The Dow is now down more than 2,000 points in just the last 14 trading days. So can we now call this “The Stock Market Crash of 2011″? Today the Dow was down 519 points. Yesterday, an announcement by the Federal Reserve indicating that the Fed would keep interest rates near zero until mid-2013 helped the Dow surge more than 400 points, but all of those gains were wiped out today. It turns out that the Federal Reserve was only able to stabilize the financial markets for a single day. Fears about the European sovereign debt crisis and the crumbling U.S. economy continue to dominate the marketplace. With each passing day, things are looking more and more like 2008 all over again. So what is going to happen if “The Stock Market Crash of 2011″ pushes the U.S. economy into “The Recession of 2012″?
Just like in 2008, bank stocks are being hit the hardest. That was true once again today. Bank of America was down more than 10 percent, Citigroup was down more than 10 percent, Morgan Stanley was down more than 9 percent and JPMorgan Chase was down more than 5 percent.
How soon will it be before we start hearing of the need for more bailouts? After all, the “too big to fail” banks are even bigger now than they were in 2008.
All of this panic is causing the price of gold to reach unprecedented heights. Today, gold was over $1800 at one point. If the current panic continues for an extended period of time, there is no telling how high the price of gold may go.
In the United States, much of the focus has been on the fact that the U.S. government has lost its AAA credit rating, but the truth is that the European sovereign debt crisis is probably the biggest cause of the instability in world financial markets right now.
The European Central Bank has decided to start purchasing Italian and Spanish debt, and there have been rumors that French debt could be hit with a downgrade. Europe is a total financial basket case right now and unless dramatic action is taken things are going to get progressively worse.
Of course the U.S. is also certainly contributing greatly to this crisis. The federal government is on track to have a budget deficit that is over a trillion dollars for the third year in a row. The U.S national debt is a horrific nightmare, but our politicians keep putting off budget cuts.
The debt ceiling deal that was just reached basically does next to nothing to cut the budget before the next election. Unless the “Super Congress” does something dramatic, the only “budget cuts” we will see before the 2012 election will be 25 billion dollars in “savings” from spending increases that will be cancelled.
The modest spending cuts scheduled to go into effect beginning in 2013 will probably never materialize. Whenever the time comes to actually significantly cut the budget, our politicians always want to put it off for another time.
But in the end, debt is always going to have its day. Our politicians can try to kick the can down the road all they want, but eventually a day of reckoning is going to come.
In fact, if the U.S. and Europe had not piled up so much debt, we would not be facing all of the problems we are dealing with now.
Things could have been so much different.
But here we are.
The truth is that this debt crisis is just beginning. There is no magic potion that is going to make all of this debt suddenly disappear.
Most Americans have no idea how much financial pain is coming. We have been living way beyond our means for decades, and now we are going to start paying for it.
Now that long-term U.S. government debt has been downgraded, huge numbers of other securities are also going to be affected. In fact, according to a recent Bloomberg article, S&P has already been very busy slashing the ratings on hordes of municipal bonds….
Standard & Poor’s lowered the AAA ratings of thousands of municipal bonds tied to the federal government, including housing securities and debt backed by leases, following its Aug. 5 downgrade of the U.S.
That is the thing about financial markets – once the dominoes start to fall, the ripple effects can be felt for a long, long time.
So if this stock market crash gets even worse, will the Federal Reserve respond with even stronger measures?
They have already basically promised to keep interest rates near zero for the next two years. So what else can the Fed do?
Well, many now believe that there is a very good chance that we could see another round of quantitative easing.
Not that more quantitative easing is going to help much of anything. Rather than helping the economy, the last round of quantitative easing just pushed commodity prices through the roof. But the Fed is unlikely to just sit there and do nothing while financial markets struggle.
But it is not just the financial markets that are having a difficult time right now. Bad news is coming in from all over the economy. The possibility that we could soon slip into another major recession is growing by the day.
Unfortunately, our economy is so weak already that a new recession would probably hurt even more than the last recession did.
But the American people are in no mood for more economic pain. Every recent poll shows that Americans are already fed up.
For example, a brand new Reuters/Ipsos poll found that 73 percent of the American people believe that the country is “on the wrong track”.
So let’s certainly hope that the current stock market crash does not set off another major global recession. We certainly do not need things to get significantly worse than they are right now.
But whether it hits now or later, the truth is that a whole lot of economic pain is on the way. The U.S. and Europe have been making really, really bad decisions for decades, and we are not going to be able to escape the consequences of those decisions.
The global financial system is one huge mountain of leverage, risk and debt. A collapse is inevitable.
When you build a house of cards on a foundation of sand, you should not be surprised when it comes crashing down.
The next wave of the economic collapse is coming, and those that are wise will get prepared.
The overwhelming majority of Clayton County is Black, with nearly every elementary, middle and high school in the county providing free lunches to Black students whose parents – okay, parent – lack the financial acumen to provide monetary assistance to their children and feed them, themselves, on their own dime.
Between 2000 and 2009, Clayton County had a significant change in its racial and ethnic composition, a much greater change than experienced by the state. The county’s African-American population rose 9.9 percent, and its Hispanic population rose 4.8 percent to make-up 62.1 and 12.2 percent of Clayton County’s entire population, respectively. The county’s White population declined 11.0 percent, and in 2009 comprised 30.4 percent of the county’s total population.
Clayton County offers the most stunning visual proof of what happens when white flight meets the Black Undertow; once thriving schools become academically inept, because the students who made those schools academically thrive are gone, their parents moving them to safer cities; the business infrastructure collapses – sustained by the purchasing power of white people who made the county economically viable and attractive to big box stores and business investments – and ultimately replaced with empty strip malls replete with dollar stores, nail and hair salons, and payday loan stores. That is the economy of the Black Undertow.
Here is the story that signifies all that Clayton County became, courtesy of The New York Times:
On his first day at work, the new sheriff of Clayton County called 27 employees into his office on Monday, fired them and had snipers stand guard on the roof as they were escorted out the door.
A judge on Tuesday ordered him to rehire the employees.
The sheriff, Victor Hill, 39, defended the firings and said he had the right to shake up the department in whatever way he felt necessary.
Sheriff Hill also said it was necessary to fire the workers the way he did, including taking some deputies home in vans normally used to transport prisoners because the deputies were barred from using county cars.
Sheriff Hill was among a spate of black candidates elected last year in the county, which was once dominated by rural whites. The fired employees included four of the highest-ranking officers, all of them white. Sheriff Hill told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that their replacements would be black.
That was in 2006.
Clayton County is a reflection of what Black people are capable of… destroying. The Black Undertow obliterated a once thriving county in a matter of two decades. As of 2009, 25 percent of Black people in Clayton County were on EBT/Food Stamps, not to mention that almost every school in the county provides free lunches to the predominately Black student body. Indeed, all of Metro Atlanta has counties where more than 20 percent of the Black population (in some cases, 40 percent) are sustained via EBT cards.

And then, something happened in Clayton County earlier this week that offers us that tiny glimpse of the pandemonium that will soon ensue across the entire nation when EBT/Food Stamps no longer work:
Anger and frustration from dozens of Clayton County parents who say their children are going hungry after their food stamps were suddenly cut off.
State officials admit that something went wrong down in Clayton County at the office that administers food stamps and Medicaid but they’re still not sure what.
Parents say they can’t buy food without those food stamps.
Terry Clark says she stood in line for more than six hours at Clayton County’s Human Services Office because food stamp help for her six children unexpectedly ended.
“There’s no telling my kids we can’t eat. I’m not taking no. We don’t deserve that. Nobody should go hungry here in Georgia,” said Terry Clark.
State officials say the office was overwhelmed Tuesday with dozens of families facing a similar problem. The food stamps are just not there.
“Me and my kids they haven’t ate since this morning. I was supposed to get my food stamps yesterday and I got nothing,” said a mother.
A state spokesperson says what happened was out of the ordinary and unexpected but she said they don’t know yet what went wrong — what was the glitch that lead to this mess?
“Our budgets have not been increased, they’ve been decreased,” said one official.
The office director admitted there were problems as he tried to calm fears.
In a statement, a state spokesperson says, “We have both state and county staff working to understand the cause of the problem today. We are working to ensure people receive their food stamps as soon as possible.” “I’m a cancer patient. I need these pills to survive,” said Candace Bennett.
Candace Bennett says her cancer medications have nearly run out and after spending all day at the office. Her Medicaid and her food stamps are both still on hold.
State officials say that the Clayton County office was closed Monday because of furloughs and that could have contributed to the lines. They are investigating whether some sort of paperwork or computer problem might have lead to some families getting their benefits cut off by mistake.
In 2010, Atlanta had a Section 8 voucher riot. 30,000 Black people rioted for the chance to sign up for Section 8 vouchers that won’t be available for five -to- seven years. We learned in the tragic Brittney Watts story that all of the violent crime in Atlanta is monopolized by Black people; the same can be said of virtually all of the surrounding counties.
Atlanta Public Schools (APS) has just had a hilarious Black cheating scandal exposed that the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce tried to help cover up, because they know new businesses will not want to move into the city if accreditation is lost. Where will these new investors in the city too busy to hate send their children? A school run by cheating Black teachers, trying to help academically inept Black students meet the standards set by their white counterparts in the lily-white (peaceful) suburbs?
Atlanta will be the city where Black-Run America (BRA) dies. The Day the EBT Cards no longer work… Clayton County has given us a glimpse, just a glimpse of the anger that will appear. All across this country exist counties where a majority or near majority of Black people subsist on EBT Cards/ Food Stamps.
Dallas, Memphis, Detroit, St. Louis, Chicago, Milwaukee, Nashville, Birmingham, Mobile, Cincinnati, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Houston, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Orlando, Columbia, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Minneapolis… all with populations of people who subsist on EBT/Food Stamps. The Day the EBT Card no longer provides free food to a certain segment of the population that believes it is their right, their duty to continue receiving welfare and other amenities from the government, is the moment the experiment of BRA officially ends.
Again, a once thriving county in Georgia (when it was white) offers a glimpse of the future for those cities, towns, and counties that allow the Black Undertow to take over. White Flight happens first; commerce and business investments next; and you are left with Black people in control of every level of government, courts, police, the schools, and the Chamber of Commerce.
The Reality of Clayton County is the reality of the power of the Black Undertow. White people can continue building new cities out of the wilderness, but they will inevitably be abandoned when it is no longer feasible to raise children in a healthy, crime-free environment.

Questions Arise Over Whether ‘Flash Mob’ Attacks in U.S. Cities Motivated by Race
Police departments in several cities around the country are investigating what appear to be incidents of “flash mob”-generated violence, in which packs of dozens or even hundreds of youths appear seemingly out of nowhere to commit assaults, robberies and other crimes against innocent bystanders.
The motive and circumstances surrounding the attacks that have resulted in numerous arrests around the country are being investigated — and law enforcement officials in at least one city are looking into a possible racial component to the crimes.
The radical left-wing taxpayer supported NPR recently released a fictional report falsely claiming that “young working class white” people are strongly represented among the rioters. Other media outlets around the world are working overtime to falsify information about the riots. Even Rush Limbaugh was duped into saying that the rioters were working class people protesting economic conditions.
The actual rioters are largely professional thugs and gangbangers. They started as an all black race riot, and Afro-Caribbean and African immigrants continue to make up the bulk of the rioters. About 10%-12% of London is black. Half from the Caribbean and half from sub-Saharan Africa.
Working class whites in Enfield drive black rioters out of the area. Enfield is about 15% black.
Meanwhile the politically correct London police leadership, issued a warning to “vigilantes.” These same authorities ordered London police to stand down the first day of the riots! They were so afraid of political taboos that they allowed a black mob to set fires and loot stores at will.
The Metropolitan Police has warned Londoners against forming “vigilante patrol groups”.
The caution comes after hundreds of residents in Southall, Enfield, Hackney and Eltham patrolled their areas.
On Tuesday night Sikh men in Southall, many with hockey sticks, stood guard outside a Sikh and a Hindu temple and a mosque following Monday’s disorder.
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Stephen Kavanagh said “vigilantism” could lead to violence and drain Met’s resources.
The Met described Monday’s disorder as “the worst” in its recent history as violence began in Hackney and spread to Croydon, Clapham, Camden, Lewisham, Peckham, Newham, East Ham, Enfield, Woolwich, Ealing and Colliers Wood.
About 16,000 officers were on duty on Tuesday night – up from 6,000 – and the increased police presence will remain, the government said.
About 300 Sikh men gathered in Southall to protect religious buildings and businesses while about 100 men stood in Church Street, Enfield, vowing to “defend the streets”.
British MP Gerard Batten denounced BBC pandering and coddling of the rioters. Batten correctly describes them as thugs who do not have jobs, because they do not want to work. Batten is from London and a member of the UK Independence party. He is an outspoken critic of immigration.
Amazon UK wants British citizens to make easier victims for the thugs. They are citing the massive riots as their reason for halting the sale of legal self-defense items. Amazon UK says they don’t want any “vigilante” using the items to stop rioters from committing crimes. Mass arson, looting, beatings, and three murders have occurred.
Radical left-wing BRitish news outlets are claiming that British citizens are “applauding” the decision by Amazon UK to further disarm the public.
Following calls by politicians, media and the police for Brits not to buy baseball bats and engage in what was disparagingly termed “vigilantism,” Amazon UK has followed suit by banning self-defense items from its online store, after sales of makeshift weapons soared through the roof as a result of riots plaguing the country.
In the immediate aftermath of widespread looting and rioting which was directed primarily against private homes and local family businesses, Brits left defenseless by a blanket gun ban that makes it virtually impossible to own a private firearm rushed to Amazon to purchase whatever could be used as a weapon to protect their families and property from attack.
The need for self-defense was exacerbated after police in London were ordered to stand down and let the rioting take place for the first three nights of chaos as a result of a Scotland Yard directive.
Sales of aluminum truncheons and baseball bats skyrocketed, with some items achieving sales 50,000 per cent above normal.
However, despite the fact that communities organizing themselves into groups to protect their streets, undermined by being labeled “vigilantes” by the media, did indeed serve to quell the worst of the rioting, politicians like Stella Creasy, MP for Walthamstow which was hit by riots on Monday night, lambasted members of the public for purchasing weapons to defend themselves.
“This crosses the line when it involves weapons,” said Creasy. “That just encourages the sense of fear – we want to reduce tension and fear in the area. People with baseball bats roaming the streets is not helpful: don’t go on Amazon buying them.”
Following suit, Amazon UK today banned the sale of perfectly legal items, including self-defense sprays and Kubotans, short lengths of plastic or steel.
“Amazon has removed several police-style telescopic truncheons from sale on its site as soaring sales of truncheons, baseball bats and other items that could be used as weapons sparked fears of vigilantism in the wake of widespread rioting,” reports the Guardian.
