The United Kingdom is marvelling at the enrichment being visited upon the country by the multicultural state.
Inexplicably, the politicians, who worked so hard for so many years to ensure Britons did not miss out on the joys of diversity, are proving shy to take credit for the creativity and skills they have imported into the country from all corners of Africa and South Asia. Instead, they have taken to invect against the displays of rapturous exuberance sweeping the streets of London and now other cities as well.
Be that as it may, Britons today must admit, however reluctant they may have been in the past, that state-sponsored multiculturalism has finally delivered what it promised.
One of the arguments for the multicultural policy was that racial and cultural diversity would add a variety of approaches to problem-solving, with each breed of immigrant bringing with him unique ways of looking at things, thus supplementing the apparently boring, stale, and predictable ways traditionally preferred by native Britons.
A conspicuous example has now been provided by the events that began in Tottenham last Saturday.
As we know, Tottenham is an economically depressed area of the capital, with many of its residents being poor, living in squalor, and depending on state benefits. It is, however, the most diverse area in the country, and possibly of Western Europe, with 113 different ethnic groups living cheek-by-jowl in an intensely urbanised area, where no fewer than 193 languages are spoken, not including hybridised varieties of broken Cockney, gang slang, and Twitter-pidgin.
Thus, out of this cauldron of multifarious religions, sects, backgrounds, cultures, dialects, and worldviews, idiosyncratic approaches to wealth-creation have emerged over the years, creating new industries and causing others to boom. Psychoactive drug and gun traffic are thriving, providing employment and raising the standard of living of many local entrepreneurs on a scale that would not have been possible prior to the advent of multiculturalism.
Yet this is all well known to native Britons, particularly those still remaining in this and other enriched areas, and even more so to the police, who now enjoy larger budgets and can offer more opportunities for employment than before. The same must be true of cremation services.
What has not been noted in the mainstream media, however, is the degree of ecological specialisation among local residents, which news reporting on the U.K. riots have brought into relief.
On the one hand, footage on the ground has revealed that Black youths have decided to specialise on wealth redistribution, focusing on the performance of thousands of unrecorded transactions at local businesses, at all hours of the day and night, without need for shop assistance or customer service. By means of chairs, bricks, and baseball bats, they have eliminated barriers to the free circulation of goods, and have transferred substantial amounts of wealth from unmanned shop floors and into their homes. Some have posted images of themselves on Twitter, showing off their newly acquired wealth. Others have travelled to other parts of the city, seeking new vistas and opportunities. And yet others, inspired by the pioneering spirit of these Black youths, have been seen by BBC news reporters on the ground arriving with bags and inquiring where the riots were.
On the other hand, the footage has also revealed that White folk have decided to specialise on urban repair and maintenance. Reports posted on the BBC News website have shown a clean-up operations organised by volunteers, 99% of whom appear White. While various Black youths have been interviewed or filmed by the BBC reporters, both photographs and footage have revealed a nearly unbroken sea of White folk hard at work with their brooms and spades, removing the debris left by several nights of multicultural ebullience.
It is there in black and white.
As I have remarked elsewhere, this will no doubt be interpreted by proponents of multiculturalism as convincing proof that they were right all along, and that they must now intensify their efforts to bring even more of it, and introduce it as soon as possible on diversity-deprived areas, so that as many Britons as possible can share in the bliss.
How far does the stock market have to go down before we officially call it a crash? The Dow is now down more than 2,000 points in just the last 14 trading days. So can we now call this “The Stock Market Crash of 2011″? Today the Dow was down 519 points. Yesterday, an announcement by the Federal Reserve indicating that the Fed would keep interest rates near zero until mid-2013 helped the Dow surge more than 400 points, but all of those gains were wiped out today. It turns out that the Federal Reserve was only able to stabilize the financial markets for a single day. Fears about the European sovereign debt crisis and the crumbling U.S. economy continue to dominate the marketplace. With each passing day, things are looking more and more like 2008 all over again. So what is going to happen if “The Stock Market Crash of 2011″ pushes the U.S. economy into “The Recession of 2012″?
Just like in 2008, bank stocks are being hit the hardest. That was true once again today. Bank of America was down more than 10 percent, Citigroup was down more than 10 percent, Morgan Stanley was down more than 9 percent and JPMorgan Chase was down more than 5 percent.
How soon will it be before we start hearing of the need for more bailouts? After all, the “too big to fail” banks are even bigger now than they were in 2008.
All of this panic is causing the price of gold to reach unprecedented heights. Today, gold was over $1800 at one point. If the current panic continues for an extended period of time, there is no telling how high the price of gold may go.
In the United States, much of the focus has been on the fact that the U.S. government has lost its AAA credit rating, but the truth is that the European sovereign debt crisis is probably the biggest cause of the instability in world financial markets right now.
The European Central Bank has decided to start purchasing Italian and Spanish debt, and there have been rumors that French debt could be hit with a downgrade. Europe is a total financial basket case right now and unless dramatic action is taken things are going to get progressively worse.
Of course the U.S. is also certainly contributing greatly to this crisis. The federal government is on track to have a budget deficit that is over a trillion dollars for the third year in a row. The U.S national debt is a horrific nightmare, but our politicians keep putting off budget cuts.
The debt ceiling deal that was just reached basically does next to nothing to cut the budget before the next election. Unless the “Super Congress” does something dramatic, the only “budget cuts” we will see before the 2012 election will be 25 billion dollars in “savings” from spending increases that will be cancelled.
The modest spending cuts scheduled to go into effect beginning in 2013 will probably never materialize. Whenever the time comes to actually significantly cut the budget, our politicians always want to put it off for another time.
But in the end, debt is always going to have its day. Our politicians can try to kick the can down the road all they want, but eventually a day of reckoning is going to come.
In fact, if the U.S. and Europe had not piled up so much debt, we would not be facing all of the problems we are dealing with now.
Things could have been so much different.
But here we are.
The truth is that this debt crisis is just beginning. There is no magic potion that is going to make all of this debt suddenly disappear.
Most Americans have no idea how much financial pain is coming. We have been living way beyond our means for decades, and now we are going to start paying for it.
Now that long-term U.S. government debt has been downgraded, huge numbers of other securities are also going to be affected. In fact, according to a recent Bloomberg article, S&P has already been very busy slashing the ratings on hordes of municipal bonds….
Standard & Poor’s lowered the AAA ratings of thousands of municipal bonds tied to the federal government, including housing securities and debt backed by leases, following its Aug. 5 downgrade of the U.S.
That is the thing about financial markets – once the dominoes start to fall, the ripple effects can be felt for a long, long time.
So if this stock market crash gets even worse, will the Federal Reserve respond with even stronger measures?
They have already basically promised to keep interest rates near zero for the next two years. So what else can the Fed do?
Well, many now believe that there is a very good chance that we could see another round of quantitative easing.
Not that more quantitative easing is going to help much of anything. Rather than helping the economy, the last round of quantitative easing just pushed commodity prices through the roof. But the Fed is unlikely to just sit there and do nothing while financial markets struggle.
But it is not just the financial markets that are having a difficult time right now. Bad news is coming in from all over the economy. The possibility that we could soon slip into another major recession is growing by the day.
Unfortunately, our economy is so weak already that a new recession would probably hurt even more than the last recession did.
But the American people are in no mood for more economic pain. Every recent poll shows that Americans are already fed up.
For example, a brand new Reuters/Ipsos poll found that 73 percent of the American people believe that the country is “on the wrong track”.
So let’s certainly hope that the current stock market crash does not set off another major global recession. We certainly do not need things to get significantly worse than they are right now.
But whether it hits now or later, the truth is that a whole lot of economic pain is on the way. The U.S. and Europe have been making really, really bad decisions for decades, and we are not going to be able to escape the consequences of those decisions.
The global financial system is one huge mountain of leverage, risk and debt. A collapse is inevitable.
When you build a house of cards on a foundation of sand, you should not be surprised when it comes crashing down.
The next wave of the economic collapse is coming, and those that are wise will get prepared.
The overwhelming majority of Clayton County is Black, with nearly every elementary, middle and high school in the county providing free lunches to Black students whose parents – okay, parent – lack the financial acumen to provide monetary assistance to their children and feed them, themselves, on their own dime.
Between 2000 and 2009, Clayton County had a significant change in its racial and ethnic composition, a much greater change than experienced by the state. The county’s African-American population rose 9.9 percent, and its Hispanic population rose 4.8 percent to make-up 62.1 and 12.2 percent of Clayton County’s entire population, respectively. The county’s White population declined 11.0 percent, and in 2009 comprised 30.4 percent of the county’s total population.
Clayton County offers the most stunning visual proof of what happens when white flight meets the Black Undertow; once thriving schools become academically inept, because the students who made those schools academically thrive are gone, their parents moving them to safer cities; the business infrastructure collapses – sustained by the purchasing power of white people who made the county economically viable and attractive to big box stores and business investments – and ultimately replaced with empty strip malls replete with dollar stores, nail and hair salons, and payday loan stores. That is the economy of the Black Undertow.
Here is the story that signifies all that Clayton County became, courtesy of The New York Times:
On his first day at work, the new sheriff of Clayton County called 27 employees into his office on Monday, fired them and had snipers stand guard on the roof as they were escorted out the door.
A judge on Tuesday ordered him to rehire the employees.
The sheriff, Victor Hill, 39, defended the firings and said he had the right to shake up the department in whatever way he felt necessary.
Sheriff Hill also said it was necessary to fire the workers the way he did, including taking some deputies home in vans normally used to transport prisoners because the deputies were barred from using county cars.
Sheriff Hill was among a spate of black candidates elected last year in the county, which was once dominated by rural whites. The fired employees included four of the highest-ranking officers, all of them white. Sheriff Hill told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that their replacements would be black.
That was in 2006.
Clayton County is a reflection of what Black people are capable of… destroying. The Black Undertow obliterated a once thriving county in a matter of two decades. As of 2009, 25 percent of Black people in Clayton County were on EBT/Food Stamps, not to mention that almost every school in the county provides free lunches to the predominately Black student body. Indeed, all of Metro Atlanta has counties where more than 20 percent of the Black population (in some cases, 40 percent) are sustained via EBT cards.
An image we will see on The Day the EBT Cards Run Out; Clayton County provides a glimpse
And then, something happened in Clayton County earlier this week that offers us that tiny glimpse of the pandemonium that will soon ensue across the entire nation when EBT/Food Stamps no longer work:
Anger and frustration from dozens of Clayton County parents who say their children are going hungry after their food stamps were suddenly cut off.
State officials admit that something went wrong down in Clayton County at the office that administers food stamps and Medicaid but they’re still not sure what.
Parents say they can’t buy food without those food stamps.
Terry Clark says she stood in line for more than six hours at Clayton County’s Human Services Office because food stamp help for her six children unexpectedly ended.
“There’s no telling my kids we can’t eat. I’m not taking no. We don’t deserve that. Nobody should go hungry here in Georgia,” said Terry Clark.
State officials say the office was overwhelmed Tuesday with dozens of families facing a similar problem. The food stamps are just not there.
“Me and my kids they haven’t ate since this morning. I was supposed to get my food stamps yesterday and I got nothing,” said a mother.
A state spokesperson says what happened was out of the ordinary and unexpected but she said they don’t know yet what went wrong — what was the glitch that lead to this mess?
“Our budgets have not been increased, they’ve been decreased,” said one official.
The office director admitted there were problems as he tried to calm fears.
In a statement, a state spokesperson says, “We have both state and county staff working to understand the cause of the problem today. We are working to ensure people receive their food stamps as soon as possible.” “I’m a cancer patient. I need these pills to survive,” said Candace Bennett.
Candace Bennett says her cancer medications have nearly run out and after spending all day at the office. Her Medicaid and her food stamps are both still on hold.
State officials say that the Clayton County office was closed Monday because of furloughs and that could have contributed to the lines. They are investigating whether some sort of paperwork or computer problem might have lead to some families getting their benefits cut off by mistake.
In 2010, Atlanta had a Section 8 voucher riot. 30,000 Black people rioted for the chance to sign up for Section 8 vouchers that won’t be available for five -to- seven years. We learned in the tragic Brittney Watts story that all of the violent crime in Atlanta is monopolized by Black people; the same can be said of virtually all of the surrounding counties.
Atlanta Public Schools (APS) has just had a hilarious Black cheating scandal exposed that the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce tried to help cover up, because they know new businesses will not want to move into the city if accreditation is lost. Where will these new investors in the city too busy to hate send their children? A school run by cheating Black teachers, trying to help academically inept Black students meet the standards set by their white counterparts in the lily-white (peaceful) suburbs?
Atlanta will be the city where Black-Run America (BRA) dies. The Day the EBT Cards no longer work… Clayton County has given us a glimpse, just a glimpse of the anger that will appear. All across this country exist counties where a majority or near majority of Black people subsist on EBT Cards/ Food Stamps.
Dallas, Memphis, Detroit, St. Louis, Chicago, Milwaukee, Nashville, Birmingham, Mobile, Cincinnati, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Houston, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Orlando, Columbia, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Minneapolis… all with populations of people who subsist on EBT/Food Stamps. The Day the EBT Card no longer provides free food to a certain segment of the population that believes it is their right, their duty to continue receiving welfare and other amenities from the government, is the moment the experiment of BRA officially ends.
Again, a once thriving county in Georgia (when it was white) offers a glimpse of the future for those cities, towns, and counties that allow the Black Undertow to take over. White Flight happens first; commerce and business investments next; and you are left with Black people in control of every level of government, courts, police, the schools, and the Chamber of Commerce.
The Reality of Clayton County is the reality of the power of the Black Undertow. White people can continue building new cities out of the wilderness, but they will inevitably be abandoned when it is no longer feasible to raise children in a healthy, crime-free environment.
For the past two years, CofCC.org has been exposing the bloody rise of black on white mob attacks. We have also been exposing the open media censorship.
Finally a few “mainstream” media outlets have begun to whisper “questions” about what CofCC.org has been telling you for the past two years.
Questions Arise Over Whether ‘Flash Mob’ Attacks in U.S. Cities Motivated by Race
Police departments in several cities around the country are investigating what appear to be incidents of “flash mob”-generated violence, in which packs of dozens or even hundreds of youths appear seemingly out of nowhere to commit assaults, robberies and other crimes against innocent bystanders.
The motive and circumstances surrounding the attacks that have resulted in numerous arrests around the country are being investigated — and law enforcement officials in at least one city are looking into a possible racial component to the crimes.
The radical left-wing taxpayer supported NPR recently released a fictional report falsely claiming that “young working class white” people are strongly represented among the rioters. Other media outlets around the world are working overtime to falsify information about the riots. Even Rush Limbaugh was duped into saying that the rioters were working class people protesting economic conditions.
The actual rioters are largely professional thugs and gangbangers. They started as an all black race riot, and Afro-Caribbean and African immigrants continue to make up the bulk of the rioters. About 10%-12% of London is black. Half from the Caribbean and half from sub-Saharan Africa.
Working class whites in Enfield drive black rioters out of the area. Enfield is about 15% black.
Meanwhile the politically correct London police leadership, issued a warning to “vigilantes.” These same authorities ordered London police to stand down the first day of the riots! They were so afraid of political taboos that they allowed a black mob to set fires and loot stores at will.
The Metropolitan Police has warned Londoners against forming “vigilante patrol groups”.
The caution comes after hundreds of residents in Southall, Enfield, Hackney and Eltham patrolled their areas.
On Tuesday night Sikh men in Southall, many with hockey sticks, stood guard outside a Sikh and a Hindu temple and a mosque following Monday’s disorder.
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Stephen Kavanagh said “vigilantism” could lead to violence and drain Met’s resources.
The Met described Monday’s disorder as “the worst” in its recent history as violence began in Hackney and spread to Croydon, Clapham, Camden, Lewisham, Peckham, Newham, East Ham, Enfield, Woolwich, Ealing and Colliers Wood.
About 16,000 officers were on duty on Tuesday night – up from 6,000 – and the increased police presence will remain, the government said.
About 300 Sikh men gathered in Southall to protect religious buildings and businesses while about 100 men stood in Church Street, Enfield, vowing to “defend the streets”.
British MP Gerard Batten denounced BBC pandering and coddling of the rioters. Batten correctly describes them as thugs who do not have jobs, because they do not want to work. Batten is from London and a member of the UK Independence party. He is an outspoken critic of immigration.
Amazon UK wants British citizens to make easier victims for the thugs. They are citing the massive riots as their reason for halting the sale of legal self-defense items. Amazon UK says they don’t want any “vigilante” using the items to stop rioters from committing crimes. Mass arson, looting, beatings, and three murders have occurred.
Radical left-wing BRitish news outlets are claiming that British citizens are “applauding” the decision by Amazon UK to further disarm the public.
Following calls by politicians, media and the police for Brits not to buy baseball bats and engage in what was disparagingly termed “vigilantism,” Amazon UK has followed suit by banning self-defense items from its online store, after sales of makeshift weapons soared through the roof as a result of riots plaguing the country.
In the immediate aftermath of widespread looting and rioting which was directed primarily against private homes and local family businesses, Brits left defenseless by a blanket gun ban that makes it virtually impossible to own a private firearm rushed to Amazon to purchase whatever could be used as a weapon to protect their families and property from attack.
The need for self-defense was exacerbated after police in London were ordered to stand down and let the rioting take place for the first three nights of chaos as a result of a Scotland Yard directive.
Sales of aluminum truncheons and baseball bats skyrocketed, with some items achieving sales 50,000 per cent above normal.
However, despite the fact that communities organizing themselves into groups to protect their streets, undermined by being labeled “vigilantes” by the media, did indeed serve to quell the worst of the rioting, politicians like Stella Creasy, MP for Walthamstow which was hit by riots on Monday night, lambasted members of the public for purchasing weapons to defend themselves.
“This crosses the line when it involves weapons,” said Creasy. “That just encourages the sense of fear – we want to reduce tension and fear in the area. People with baseball bats roaming the streets is not helpful: don’t go on Amazon buying them.”
Following suit, Amazon UK today banned the sale of perfectly legal items, including self-defense sprays and Kubotans, short lengths of plastic or steel.
“Amazon has removed several police-style telescopic truncheons from sale on its site as soaring sales of truncheons, baseball bats and other items that could be used as weapons sparked fears of vigilantism in the wake of widespread rioting,” reports the Guardian.
Be ready, our time is coming, the world is spinning faster and faster, each day another card falls on the worlds house of cards, another domino in the long chain of events moving the world closer and closer to what WE all know is coming. The greatest generation knew it in 1930′s, the warriors of the south in the 1860′s knew it, the revolutionary patriots understood it in 1770′s. Our Time is coming, a day of change, not some slogan for community organizing, but for Revolution! For our people to rise up and take our place among the great generations who have come before us, to stand together united as one people, our destiny, our heritage, our high culture, our technology, all have been building for the last 10,000 years for the new age approaches, there will be NO fence sitting for anyone!
You will stand as men,
or die like cowards!
On your knees bitch. England is ours now.
The People are aware of what has been done to them, many acknowledge and silently prepare, a band of brothers are we, one goal, to take back our nations from the occult of death, the egalitarian worshiper, they have lost the minds of the people, and everything they have done has helped to push our beliefs into reality, time and again we are proven right, time and again, THEY have failed, in every way possible they have failed. Now our nation states face internal strife and collapse, soon our time will come.
One Voice, One People, One Nation.
This is coming to America.
These are OUR cities, OUR nations, OUR people, say it clear to them:
YOU CANNOT HAVE THEM!
WE WILL FIGHT YOU TO OUR
LAST BREATH!
Europe is struggling to breath, the whole of our civilization stands at the gates of the hell, from these cleansing infernos, a warrior people will be born, the weak will fall to the way side and the strong will prevail!
The Enemy gathering its forces.
We have a right to exist as a FREE and unique people, to decide our own destiny, to BE Truly Free from tyranny of any kind!
Our ancestors fought for that right, they died on the battlefields across this world, bit by bit we have pieced it together, sacrifice to unwavering courage we have stood the natures fury, every obstacle, everything making our people stronger, making us smarter, each step our weakness have been bled from us.
Our enemies have only one weapon left against us, our final and only weakness, our mercy. The Last weakness is our mercy for the enemy, one thought from the immortal bloodline; ask none, give none.
Europe is taking blows to the body, their people unable to defend their communities from the hordes will stand and fight or die like dogs, today London has been sacked and burned, tomorrow Detroit, and San Diego. The last stronghold of the greatest people to walk the Earth, is America. It is here we will make our stand, take this nation, and its government, and the whole of the Earth will follow. This is our destiny, the final test of strength, we fail here there is no second chance, humanity will die.

INTRODUCTION
To anyone with a penchant for history, it is obvious that
our once-great nation is dying--and the end will not be peaceful.
The United States, like an aging star, must first collapse, and
then explode, in a final burst of energy that will be awesome to
behold.
Alternatively, to pursue our astronomical metaphor for one
more sentence, the United States might by that dreadful time have
become so massive from the dead weight of political corruption
that it will end as a black hole, from which nothing can escape.
This grim prophetic view of our destiny will, of course, be
laughed off by those who habitually refuse to see the truth even
when it walks up and spits in their faces--but happily, I do not
expect to live long enough to see the end, which is inevitable.
The signs of our bleak future are to be seen everywhere, and
it is our national tragedy that neither our alleged leaders nor
the majority of the people are intelligent enough to recognize
them. For what it is worth, this article will point out the
facts, if only for the benefit of future generations who must
pick up the pieces of rubble and try to decide what to do with
our junk. It is my hope--albeit a forlorn one--that my articles
may survive long enough to serve as documentary evidence of
exactly who and what were to blame.
THE ROOT CAUSES
Let's begin with Malthus (1766-1834)--the Catholic Church
disapproves of Malthus, which is reason enough to hold him in
high esteem. And by way of introduction, let's recall for a
moment the innumerable times you've heard some older person
reminisce about "the good old days"--before you were born.
Well, the good old days were pretty rotten in some ways, but
on balance they were very good, indeed--for one reason.
There weren't so damn many people overcrowding this planet!
Malthus wrote in his classic economic work, AN ESSAY ON THE
PRINCIPLE OF POPULATION, that population increases much faster
than the resources necessary to support them--so that as popula-
tion goes up, the quality of life goes down. Let me give you a
specific illustration from my own life span.
I grew up in a little town in Massachusetts at a time when
the country's population stood, fairly constant, at around 120
million people (the latest figure available estimates our numbers
now at some 266 million). My home town numbered about three
thousand, and there were a number of farms quite close to the
center--which was marked by the Unitarian Church and a row of
about a dozen small stores.
Less than two blocks from our home on the main street stood
a 60 acre dairy farm where we could buy raw milk. A mile further
down the main street, a shallow river trickled through what we
called a swamp, but would nowadays be termed a wetland (it sounds
better). We could catch fish there in the summer, and skate on
its ice in the winter. During summer vacations, school buses
took us to Red Cross swimming lessons in Walden Pond--where
Thoreau's cabin site was still marked--or we could drive to
Revere Beach to swim in Boston Harbor. For a day of fun, there
were steamships from Boston to Nantasket Beach for swimming or
amusement rides.
There were only 120 million people in the entire country
then.
Well, the old town has changed. The dairy farm was sold to
make room for a large shopping mall. The wetlands were drained,
and the river reduced to an underground pipeline, to make room
for a second mall. Walden Pond has long been so polluted with
human sewage that it is closed to swimming--the same is true of
Boston Harbor beaches.
The town's population is at least 15,000 nowadays, or about
five times what it was in "the good old days". The point is that
the land area remains the same size, but five times as many
people try to live in the space we knew and loved as youngsters.
And now here's an example of what Malthus was talking about, in a
simple everyday example.
Suppose you're having a family dinner and you've baked a pie
for dessert. If there are six in the family, everybody gets a
good slice. If a seventh person shows up unexpectedly, it's
possible to do some tricky cutting and offer each diner a seventh
instead of a sixth--a little skimpy, but still adequate.
But suppose there are two extra people. In that case Mom
says she isn't hungry or is on a diet or some such alibi, and
cuts seven slices, going without dessert herself. We all had
Moms who made such small sacrifices.
Okay, now suppose you have thirty people for dinner--five
times as many as you have food for. Figure it out for yourself.
POPULATION PROBLEMS IN A NUTSHELL
There are one billion people too many on this planet.
The best figures available tend to show that two billion is
the maximum number the Earth can sustain if the quality of life
is to be acceptable. Yet in South America (Latins are predomi-
nately Catholic and therefore opposed to birth control, abortion,
or common sense like Malthus' observations) the population grows
so rapidly that the vast tropical rain forest is being cut down
at an alarming rate. Loss of the Amazon rain forest will alter
the whole world's climate and ecosystems in a way that cannot be
projected, much less prevented. The changes will be catastrophic
--but try telling that to people who have too many children to
feed and house, and are stupid enough to argue that "nobody needs
a jungle".
In brief, the human race is fornicating itself into extinc-
tion, and nothing can possibly improve significantly until one
person out of every three now alive dies without being replaced
at the world food table. But just try telling that to the Pope.
WHAT ELSE COULD BE WRONG?
Very simple. It is an absolute and unquestionable fact that
fully one half of the world's population is below average in
intelligence. The figure is the same for each and every country,
without exception.
Okay, so I'll prove it--and here's the proof. What is the
definition of the word "average"?
It's a mathematical or statistical concept which determines
the midpoint in any population--and if you calculate a midpoint,
one half must fall above and one half below the average--obvious.
Okay, what does that mean in the world of politics?
It means that elections are decided by the stupid.
It means that laws are made and enforced by and for the
stupid.
It means that intelligence counts for nothing, because the
majority of those voting don't understand what the intelligent
are talking about. And by intelligent, I mean those smart enough
for college work--with IQs of 120 or higher.
Let me give you an example. In the first three articles in
this series, I proved that Social Security (and therefore that
virtually every major government program) is blatantly unconsti-
tutional--that our Federal Courts are so corrupted by party
politics that Judges refuse to address that question--and, worst
of all, that we have had no valid Constitution for at least 150
years.
Suppose you want me to prove it here and now, in a half-
dozen well-chosen sentences of less than ten words each. I can't
--simply because it took about 30 pages, single spaced, to prove
it there, and stupid people don't want to read 30 pages of
anything except sex novels. They want the news in headlines with
the important events summarized in 10-second sound bites, so as
to have lots of time for the latest scores and sports action.
Why? Because they're stupid.
Who caters to the stupid?
Well, our politicians--the mass media--the academic airheads
who dictated the Conventional Unwisdom that is leading our
country to economic collapse--and our government-controlled
schools--to start the list.
In any rational society, laws would be made exclusively by
the wise, leaders would be only the wisest men and women in the
nation, there would be a mere handful of laws, based upon
universal principles easy for all to understand, applied by
Judges who are both wise and unprejudiced--and only those with
IQs of at least 110 would have the right to vote.
If these standards be reasonable, by which one of them does
ours qualify as a rational society?
FALLACIES OF THE STUPID
The list is virtually endless, but let's look at just a few
of the most important ones, because they impinge on our lives in
the most nefarious ways each and every day.
It should be common knowledge that most Americans (or other
people worldwide) will choose a pleasant lie over an unpleasant
truth. By making that choice, they believe they have done the
right thing, and they don't want any intelligent person to point
out their mistakes.
They won't trouble their brains to read this article, but
I'll point out some of them, anyway. I list them in no particu-
lar order of importance--I believe they're all valid observa-
tions.
NOBODY WANTS EQUALITY
We were all taught to respect the idea that we are all
equal, at least under law. But nobody would be satisfied with
that idea, even if it were true.
Why?
Because equality means you're exactly the same as your worst
enemy. He has exactly the same rights you have, and you have no
more political power than he does.
Nobody wants to be equal to his worst enemy. And so Bible-
belt fanatics persist in trying to shove Christianity into public
schools by hook or by crook--heterosexual fanatics persist in
passing laws to punish homosexuals--gun control fanatics persist
in destroying the priceless right of the Second Amendment--
ignoramuses who view "drugs" as evil persist in passing more and
more stupid laws to prevent even moderate use of substances which
clearly have great medicinal value--and so on.
Fanatics want to be "more equal" than the people they hate,
for one reason or another. But a Libertarian (of which I am
proud to be one) believes that government must adopt the princi-
ple of laissez faire--letting people DO WHAT THEY WANT, as long
as they do no injury to OTHERS (what injury they might do to
themselves is their own fault, and society is NOT to blame!).
Bad habits might be deplored, but to outlaw them is to put
Mrs. Grundy in the driver's seat, where she is absolutely out of
place. Mrs. Grundy wants to PROHIBIT things which many people
like, simply because she feels superior for not liking the same
things. She is stupid, and a bigot to boot.
NOBODY IS SATISFIED, EVER
I hold it to be self-evident that nobody is happy with what
he already has (except for those rare individuals who have seen
the fallacy in pursuing what erroneously passes for wealth).
All too often a person says that if he could only make so
much money he'd be satisfied. He goes on strike and gets the
money he demanded. And then it's not enough. He strikes again
to get more.
Or a young man says that if he could get a new Ford he'd be
happy. He gets a new Ford. And then he wants a Mercury instead.
Or a newlywed couple say they'll be happy in a nice apartment.
But don't worry--in a year they'll want a house. Perhaps because
all their friends have houses, and they have to keep up with
them.
The love of money might not be the root of all evil, but
it's at least the seed. The greed shown by many Americans
indulging themselves in conspicuous overconsumption has unfortu-
nately caused the peoples of underdeveloped nations to want the
same things--increasing demand for more and more consumer goods
at prices which are excessive to begin with, and are inflated
even more by the increased demand.
In "the good old days", a loaf of bread cost about ten cents
if a supermarket brand, or fifteen cents if a "name" brand. Now
a loaf of bread costs more than a dollar at a bakery thrift shop.
Twenty cents used to buy a quart of milk, or a can of soup, or a
gallon of gas. A new family car, of sturdy steel and easy to fix
oneself, used to cost well under a thousand dollars.
In what way are today's prices an indication of improvement
in our economic well-being, according to the Conventional
Mistakes of our lunatic economists? Only that people have more
dollars to spend. But the dollar is worth less, so nobody bene-
fits, except those who live on over-extended credit--of which our
government is the prime example. And the more world population
increases, the worse everything gets.
Malthus understated his case.
THE FALLACIES OF ECONOMICS
Most Americans appear to be suckers for anyone with a degree
in anything. A prime example of this is their gullibility for
anything labeled "economic" in any terminology. The government
issues monthly fiction called things like "cost of living index"
or "consumer price index", etc., but they all boil down to hot
air and wishful thinking. I submit as fact, which few will
accept, that the so-called science of economics is 90% garbage
which should be tossed in the garbage can. Here's why.
There are basically two types of science: descriptive and
experimental. Some sciences are both. A botanist like Luther
Burbank, for example, first learns to classify and identify
plants (descriptive), and then learns by experiment to develop
new and/or improved varieties by selective reproduction
techniques.
But some sciences do not lend themselves to experimentation.
Geology is one. A geologist describes earthquakes but does not
try to control or cause one--he's lucky to be able to predict
aftershocks from a major tremor. Similarly, a meteorologist
describes hurricanes and tornadoes but cannot control them--
prediction is the best he can hope for.
Economics is also a descriptive science--which applies
useful terms to human behavior in acts of getting and spending
money--and may lead to meaningful predictions. But it is of
value only if it is studied in a context of conservative common
sense (which is not common), or a practical application like
business administration.
Unfortunately for all of us, economists for more than 60
years have fooled Americans into believing that theirs is an
experimental science, and that the economy can be controlled.
That delusion has been so deeply ingrained in Americans' mind-set
for 60 years that eradicating the error is a virtually impossible
task. Nevertheless I'll give it a try.
THE ECONOMY CANNOT BE CONTROLLED
What is "the economy"? It's the sum total of each and every
consensual contract between each and every person, in the course
of doing business of any kind--from buying a hamburger at
McDonald's to selling a thousand shares of blue chip stocks on
Wall Street. There are literally millions of such transactions
each and every day, and it is absolutely impossible to even list
them, much less make decisions about their effect on other
transactions. The fact is that the staggering number of economic
transactions in a single day would surpass the capacity of the
largest computer to extract and manipulate data.
So economists do what they think is almost as good. They
use statistics and propaganda.
We used to joke that there are three grades of lies: little
white lies, big black lies, and statistics--the joke being that
statistics can be used to prove anything the statistician wants
to prove. He simply "adjusts" his "data" and sets up the numbers
to give him his desired results.
Does this sound familiar? The government issues some
damfool economic summary, predicting that next quarter will be
much better or worse than this one. The prediction turns out to
be wrong. So the government "revises" its index to "reflect"
more "accurately". And millions of Americans (the stupid ones)
smile in satisfaction at the wisdom of our leaders.
There would be another problem if economics were a truly
experimental science: the only way one could control the economy
would be to regulate EVERYTHING (and don't think they're not
trying it already)! That would mean tinkering in everybody's
business, laying down thousands of laws and rules governing how
one runs his company--and punishing people who either don't know
all the rules, or have the attitude that our stinking, lousy,
meddling government should get the hell off our backs and LEAVE
US ALONE!
Economists are the greatest (worst) meddlers in the world,
and the tragedy is they meddle in order to "prove" a theory that
by the rules of logic cannot be proved. Economists appear to
believe that a free market is not to be trusted. Libertarians
hold that ONLY a free market is to be trusted--not self-serving,
empire-building bureaucrats on a power trip. Laissez faire
again.
WHAT ECONOMISTS NEVER TELL YOU
Every true science has laws which can be demonstrated time
and again by students anywhere at any time. For example, in
physics a student performs simple experiments (in the beginning)
to prove the laws of magnetism or gravity. Economics has no
"hands on" test for anything it preaches, but presumes its laws
to be carved in stone by the finger of God. And many courses in
economics omit facts which should be common knowledge to anyone
interested in his personal economic security. Here's one such
example.
Let's assume you had a million dollars to spend last year,
so you invested it in an original Picasso oil. Art experts
appraised the work as worth more than two million--but you got a
bargain.
Your original Picasso is hanging on your dining-room wall so
you can admire it, and you are so happy with it you aren't at all
interested in selling it. It's given you a million dollars'
worth of pleasure so far, perhaps.
Question: how much is your Picasso worth now?
Answer: not a dime.
Why? Because you don't want to sell it.
The value of anything is determined only when it is traded,
and its value is exactly what the seller will take and the buyer
will pay. As a matter of fact, art values are totally fictitious
--because collectors are notorious for putting an art work such
as a Picasso on the auction block every few years, bidding the
price up above others at the sale, and buying it back. There's a
commission on the sale price, but that's all it costs them. In
return, it is now a matter of record that the painting increased
in value by so many thousands of dollars between auctions. That
proves it's a good investment, right?
Well, is it? Here's a well-known anecdote reputed to be a
true-life story. After the Communist revolution in Russia, many
of the old wealthy families (who could not leave the Soviet Union
and take their wealth with them) were down on their uppers, and
in a bad way for basic things like food.
So one day a man of prior wealth decided to sacrifice part
of it, by bartering his beautiful Faberge egg--an artifact for
which the Age of the Tsars was noted. It was hand-painted,
decorated with precious gems, and had cost a fortune in the old
days. The man covered his priceless egg in a protective cloth
and carefully took it by horse and buggy to a farm on the
outskirts of Moscow where he hoped to exchange it for food.
When he told the farmer what he wanted and what he offered,
the farmer sneered and offered a sack of potatoes. The former
nobleman was shocked at the offer--until the farmer beckoned his
customer to the door of an adjoining room.
The table, the shelves, and the floor of the next room were
littered with a vast collection of Faberge china--all beautiful,
and all useless to the farmer, who could not sell them any more
than the nobleman could. The nobleman took the sack of potatoes.
And you think you have security because you've invested in
comic books--having paid, perhaps, a hundred dollars for a copy
of the first Batman story in "new" condition? Well, the person
who paid ten cents for it, and kept it carefully for future
collectors, made a killing on his investment--but as a general
rule most art collectors are loaded with expensive, yet worth-
less, items they can never recoup their investment on.
One man I met has a collection of miniature elephants in
many sizes, materials, and poses. He honestly believes them to
be worth what he paid for them, plus a profit. But if a Faberge
egg could be worth a sack of potatoes, how much could an elephant
statue demand? Think about it.
There is an excellent paperback book called "Economics in
One Lesson" by Henry Hazlitt, a journalist like myself, whose
style and illustrative examples are a pleasure to read. I will
not steal his thunder, but I should like to give him credit for
two points which I must re-argue in my own discussion.
To paraphrase Hazlitt, economists are prone to "prove" their
theories by showing you only one side of a two-faced coin--the
side favorable to their theory, and the only one they want you to
think about. In that way they are like magicians who show the
audience an impressive box of sturdy construction, which they
open to show full of money--but fail to show that the box has no
bottom, and the money is on a spring inside a special table the
box is set upon.
In arguments over various hare-brained proposals, economists
like to show you the "heads" of a coin--namely, WHO GETS WHAT--
and argue, using every propaganda trick in the book, to show how
"good" their proposal is. But they never show you the "tails"
side, which is WHO LOSES.
The true science of mathematics is based upon the law that
you cannot get something for nothing--but the pseudo-science
economics pretends you can. During the hard times of the 1930's,
truth-telling mathematics offered only unpleasant reality, but
New Deal economics promised pie in the sky--something for
nothing--a pleasant lie. So stupid people chose the pleasant
lie, and voted for Franklin Delano Rooselvelt four times. And
here we are now, seeing what was on the other side of the New
Deal coin.
Economists occasionally "prove" their wisdom by the propa-
ganda fallacy of post hoc, ergo propter hoc (meaning "after that,
therefore because of that"). For example, say that three months
ago the "Fed" lowered interest rates, and the economy improved.
"Hooray!" they say, "lowering the interest rates caused the
improvement".
First, and in passing, let's stop to think if we really give
a damn about the Fed's raising or lowering of the interest rate.
What the hell has it ever meant to you? Only what you heard
somebody say on the news, I'll bet. When the news tells you
everything is great, do you really believe it? If so, what's
your IQ?
But let's get back to the fallacy of "after that, therefore
because of that". The fallacy is to leave out all other events
and facts that might indicate the true cause. An example more
easily seen as a fallacy is that of a superstitious farmer who
plants corn after the new moon and before the full moon. If he
gets a good crop, he says it's because he planted his seed after
the new moon and before the full moon (ignoring weather, fertili-
zing, etc.).
The economic fallacy of concern to us is the failure of our
government to admit the obvious fact that if something is "free"
to some people, it's being paid for by others. Or, as a simple
variation, it will be paid for in the future by the next genera-
tions. Social Security, as shown in the first article in this
series, was "sold" by Franklin Delano Roosevelt by golden rheto-
ric dwelling on its short-term "benefits". Roosevelt himself
ignored the real (long run) cost of those "benefits", and the
final price will be the total economic collapse of the United
States in a few decades or less.
OTHER OMISSIONS IN ECONOMICS
Economics mentions barter more or less in passing, and
quickly dismisses it as irrelevant--a mere holdover from primi-
tive times in economic history. The fact is that barter is still
the basis for every transaction, but most people don't bother to
perform the rituals of asking price, offered price, and negotia-
tion--in fact, they've never tried "dickering" over the price, or
think it's not dignified. Barter demands aggressiveness which we
regard as antisocial, but is absolutely necessary if and when
money is worthless.
When is that? Well, in Australia today there are some
tribes in the Outback who still don't use money. They exchange
goods or services for goods or services, by mutual agreement.
People from "civilization" who go into the Outback and may need
to obtain food while there are well advised to have trading
goods, like the Dutch who bought Manhattan Island for 24 dollars'
worth of jewelry.
BUTTER AND GUNS
One of the classic illustrations used in economics is the
real (practical) problem of striking a bargain between parties in
a barter system--the usual example being that of exchanging
butter for guns. In a barter economy, a gunsmith who needs
butter for his kitchen, and a dairy farmer who needs a shotgun to
shoot crows, must somehow meet face to face to agree on how much
butter is a fair trade for one gun. Obviously, if a gunsmith
doesn't need butter or a farmer doesn't need a gun, they can't do
business.
In the dim past, when communities were isolated and trading
was done by traveling merchants, the problems of doing business
were greatly eased by the mercantile invention of money. It was
the merchant, acting as a go-between, who offered the gunsmith or
the farmer so much symbolic paper or coinage for each man's
goods, and sold each customer what he needed in a monetary
exchange. The barter was limited to how much money was agreeable
in each separate transaction, not how many pounds of butter for a
gun.
Money is truly one of the great human inventions, but it was
not the work of a political bureaucracy! It was only later that
politicians saw the enormous potential in controlling the money
used, and governmental control of money has been universal ever
since.
That control is the power, and the weakness, of economics--
for if a government collapses, the money in circulation becomes
trash. It happened in the South after the Civil War, with the
demise of the Confederacy and therefore Confederate money. It
happened in Germany after World War I, when a wheelbarrow-full of
paper money might be needed for a loaf of bread.
As part of economists' meddling in matters they do not
understand--like the Sorcerer's Apprentice who conjured a broom
to carry water--they seek to control both the supply of money and
the value of money. Basically, they want inflation. Inflation
is good for debtors (which is most of the people), and bad for
creditors (who are held to deserve a little loss, by the morality
of Robin Hood). Deflation, which nobody really wants to see,
would be a bonanza for creditors and the final straw for debtors
--they would have to pay back more real value than what they
borrowed, rather than less.
In any rational society, money would be absolutely rock hard
and absolutely beyond the power of any political scheme to change
it a hair. If one were to borrow ten dollars now, he would have
to pay back the full value of ten dollars, plus agreed interest
for the time borrowed. If you think that's unfair because you
borrow money, how would you feel if you were the lender?
There is one, and only one, way I can see that could create
such a rock-hard, non-manipulable monetary system--and it has
been suggested by a number of theoreticians with common sense,
who were therefore called crackpots. That is, to establish a
money system in which the minimum unit of coinage (one cent, for
example) would be deemed equal to exactly one minute of time
spent at minimal labor.
Obviously, there can never be one second more or one second
less than sixty minutes in an hour. Therefore in this system,
the minimum wage would be sixty cents per hour, and all higher
units of money and all contracts would be negotiated in terms of
money at that rate of exchange. All market prices would be nego-
tiated using this system of hard money as its basis, so that a
person earning the minimum wage could afford a modest lifestyle
(my first job paid me fifteen cents an hour).
Of course, some people would want to borrow an hour's worth
of work time, and pay it back with fifteen minutes--that's
inflation. But the short answer to all demands of that nature
must be NO.
WALL STREET
Stock markets are the biggest gambling casinos in the world.
That's not their public-relations image, but it's the truth.
Wall Streeters like to pretend they're doing a profound and
patriotic service in helping little Americans buy a piece of the
nation in stocks and bonds. I submit that such claims are an
earthenware container of organic fertilizer.
Wall Street is a complex mechanism for manipulating wealth--
in the form of symbolic paper--and its attraction for high
financiers is the lure of a quick killing by buying low and
selling high. If financiers guess wrong they may jump out
windows--or take a flight out of jurisdiction with embezzled
funds to evade criminal prosecution. The little Americans who
lose their shirts when the market crashes never know what hit
them. It happened in 1929, and is due to happen again--despite
the best efforts of economic "experts" to keep it from happening
by more and more controls.
The fact is that Wall Street is a bubble perilously close to
bursting. Our economists can't control Wall Street, so how the
hell can they pretend to control anything else? I'll tell you
how--by bluff and bluster.
We all know that Social Security will be bankrupt in about
thirty years, and Medicare in about ten, and that our economists
created the mess by meddling in the free market system instead of
letting banking and insurance institutions offer retirement
pensions by consensual contracts. Now our "experts" admit that
Social Security is in trouble, and their God-given superiority
has advised them exactly how to prop it up.
Invest in Wall Street--the world's biggest gambling casino!
And stupid Americans continue to trust them! How long can
their brains hibernate before they wake up and smell the coffee?
SUMMARIZING FOR THIS TIME
The Medicare Program will go bankrupt in perhaps ten years,
and Social Security will go down the tubes perhaps twenty years
later--if we're lucky. These blatant swindles are the legacy of
Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and for proof of this statement please
read my previous articles in this series.
The collapse of our country will be the result of numerous
interlocking factors, which I have here tried to separate for
individual consideration by thoughtful readers. The factors are:
1) The overpopulation of the planet, by about 50% of what it
should be.
2) The domination of politics by a two-thirds majority of
people below IQ 120, who are the least qualified to make
intelligent political decisions.
3) The facts (few) and fallacies (many) in the so-called
science of economics which have contributed to, and continue
to maintain a moribund national economy which gets worse as
time passes.
4) A bit about the psychology of the American people, and
the propaganda tricks which are used to deceive them.
HOW AMERICA WILL COLLAPSE
There are two options--neither one desirable--but I cannot
say with certainty which will prevail because I broke my crystal
ball last week, and my Tarot cards are out for repair.
One possibility is that political revolution will come
first, if apathetic Americans can be galvanized to take decisive
action to force reconstruction of our corrupt bureaucracy at all
levels. A proposal for the first step is a Constitutional
amendment to bring the American people back into the political
process in a meaningful way. See THE TIME BOMB IN OUR CONSTITU-
TION for details on our plan to restore freedom and civil rights
in a country which is shown to be a de facto police state, though
not recognized by the mentally retarded majority.
The second possibility is more likely, in my opinion--
namely, that Americans are too cowardly to take action until
economic collapse becomes a reality. That collapse will come
with the end of Social Security and the sudden termination of all
welfare programs which bleed all Americans to support the present
corrupt regime.
With the collapse of government programs and, therefore, the
entire government, the so-called "Domino Effect" will cause a
remorseless chain reaction worldwide. First, American money will
instantly become as worthless as Faberge eggs, and Wall Street
must crash almost immediately. With the collapse of Wall Street,
all foreign exchanges must follow as the panic spreads, and our
so-called leaders--a pack of congenital idiots--look, for the
first time, for lifeboats on the S.S. Titanic. There aren't any,
because the Titanic is unsinkable, right?
So, must we all sing hymns as the ragtime band plays
"Nearer, My God, to Thee"?
BUT WAIT! IS THAT A SHIP ON THE HORIZON?! CAN WE BE SAVED?!
Maybe.
It's the U.S. Congress, and if the crew is intelligent
enough to see what needs to be done--and has the courage and
integrity to do it--they might yet be able to keep us afloat and
tow us to shore safely.
The problem is that the crew of the U.S. Congress has been
on a binge for sixty years, getting drunk with power--that's
always been our problem. Will there be any heroes on board the
Congress who'll sober up in a hurry and do what has to be done?
I'll have the script for our eleventh-hour rescue in my next
article.
But will anybody in Washington read it?

How America will collapse (by 2025)
Four scenarios that could spell the end of the United States as we know it — in the very near future
A soft landing for America 40 years from now? Don’t bet on it. The demise of the United States as the global superpower could come far more quickly than anyone imagines. If Washington is dreaming of 2040 or 2050 as the end of the American Century, a more realistic assessment of domestic and global trends suggests that in 2025, just 15 years from now, it could all be over except for the shouting.
Despite the aura of omnipotence most empires project, a look at their history should remind us that they are fragile organisms. So delicate is their ecology of power that, when things start to go truly bad, empires regularly unravel with unholy speed: just a year for Portugal, two years for the Soviet Union, eight years for France, 11 years for the Ottomans, 17 years for Great Britain, and, in all likelihood, 22 years for the United States, counting from the crucial year 2003.
Future historians are likely to identify the Bush administration’s rash invasion of Iraq in that year as the start of America’s downfall. However, instead of the bloodshed that marked the end of so many past empires, with cities burning and civilians slaughtered, this twenty-first century imperial collapse could come relatively quietly through the invisible tendrils of economic collapse or cyberwarfare.
But have no doubt: when Washington’s global dominion finally ends, there will be painful daily reminders of what such a loss of power means for Americans in every walk of life. As a half-dozen European nations have discovered, imperial decline tends to have a remarkably demoralizing impact on a society, regularly bringing at least a generation of economic privation. As the economy cools, political temperatures rise, often sparking serious domestic unrest.
Available economic, educational, and military data indicate that, when it comes to U.S. global power, negative trends will aggregate rapidly by 2020 and are likely to reach a critical mass no later than 2030. The American Century, proclaimed so triumphantly at the start of World War II, will be tattered and fading by 2025, its eighth decade, and could be history by 2030.
Significantly, in 2008, the U.S. National Intelligence Council admitted for the first time that America’s global power was indeed on a declining trajectory. In one of its periodic futuristic reports, Global Trends 2025, the Council cited “the transfer of global wealth and economic power now under way, roughly from West to East” and “without precedent in modern history,” as the primary factor in the decline of the “United States’ relative strength — even in the military realm.” Like many in Washington, however, the Council’s analysts anticipated a very long, very soft landing for American global preeminence, and harbored the hope that somehow the U.S. would long “retain unique military capabilities… to project military power globally” for decades to come.
No such luck. Under current projections, the United States will find itself in second place behind China (already the world’s second largest economy) in economic output around 2026, and behind India by 2050. Similarly, Chinese innovation is on a trajectory toward world leadership in applied science and military technology sometime between 2020 and 2030, just as America’s current supply of brilliant scientists and engineers retires, without adequate replacement by an ill-educated younger generation.
By 2020, according to current plans, the Pentagon will throw a military Hail Mary pass for a dying empire. It will launch a lethal triple canopy of advanced aerospace robotics that represents Washington’s last best hope of retaining global power despite its waning economic influence. By that year, however, China’s global network of communications satellites, backed by the world’s most powerful supercomputers, will also be fully operational, providing Beijing with an independent platform for the weaponization of space and a powerful communications system for missile- or cyber-strikes into every quadrant of the globe.
Wrapped in imperial hubris, like Whitehall or Quai d’Orsay before it, the White House still seems to imagine that American decline will be gradual, gentle, and partial. In his State of the Union address last January, President Obama offered the reassurance that “I do not accept second place for the United States of America.” A few days later, Vice President Biden ridiculed the very idea that “we are destined to fulfill [historian Paul] Kennedy’s prophecy that we are going to be a great nation that has failed because we lost control of our economy and overextended.” Similarly, writing in the November issue of the establishment journal Foreign Affairs, neo-liberal foreign policy guru Joseph Nye waved away talk of China’s economic and military rise, dismissing “misleading metaphors of organic decline” and denying that any deterioration in U.S. global power was underway.
Ordinary Americans, watching their jobs head overseas, have a more realistic view than their cosseted leaders. An opinion poll in August 2010 found that 65 percent of Americans believed the country was now “in a state of decline.” Already, Australia and Turkey, traditional U.S. military allies, are using their American-manufactured weapons for joint air and naval maneuvers with China. Already, America’s closest economic partners are backing away from Washington’s opposition to China’s rigged currency rates. As the president flew back from his Asian tour last month, a gloomy New York Times headline summed the moment up this way: “Obama’s Economic View Is Rejected on World Stage, China, Britain and Germany Challenge U.S., Trade Talks With Seoul Fail, Too.”
Viewed historically, the question is not whether the United States will lose its unchallenged global power, but just how precipitous and wrenching the decline will be. In place of Washington’s wishful thinking, let’s use the National Intelligence Council’s own futuristic methodology to suggest four realistic scenarios for how, whether with a bang or a whimper, U.S. global power could reach its end in the 2020s (along with four accompanying assessments of just where we are today). The future scenarios include: economic decline, oil shock, military misadventure, and World War III. While these are hardly the only possibilities when it comes to American decline or even collapse, they offer a window into an onrushing future.
Economic Decline: Present Situation
Today, three main threats exist to America’s dominant position in the global economy: loss of economic clout thanks to a shrinking share of world trade, the decline of American technological innovation, and the end of the dollar’s privileged status as the global reserve currency.
By 2008, the United States had already fallen to number three in global merchandise exports, with just 11 percent of them compared to 12 percent for China and 16 percent for the European Union. There is no reason to believe that this trend will reverse itself.
Similarly, American leadership in technological innovation is on the wane. In 2008, the U.S. was still number two behind Japan in worldwide patent applications with 232,000, but China was closing fast at 195,000, thanks to a blistering 400 percent increase since 2000. A harbinger of further decline: in 2009 the U.S. hit rock bottom in ranking among the 40 nations surveyed by the Information Technology & Innovation Foundation when it came to “change” in “global innovation-based competitiveness” during the previous decade. Adding substance to these statistics, in October China’s Defense Ministry unveiled the world’s fastest supercomputer, the Tianhe-1A, so powerful, said one U.S. expert, that it “blows away the existing No. 1 machine” in America.
Add to this clear evidence that the U.S. education system, that source of future scientists and innovators, has been falling behind its competitors. After leading the world for decades in 25- to 34-year-olds with university degrees, the country sank to 12th place in 2010. The World Economic Forum ranked the United States at a mediocre 52nd among 139 nations in the quality of its university math and science instruction in 2010. Nearly half of all graduate students in the sciences in the U.S. are now foreigners, most of whom will be heading home, not staying here as once would have happened. By 2025, in other words, the United States is likely to face a critical shortage of talented scientists.
Such negative trends are encouraging increasingly sharp criticism of the dollar’s role as the world’s reserve currency. “Other countries are no longer willing to buy into the idea that the U.S. knows best on economic policy,” observed Kenneth S. Rogoff, a former chief economist at the International Monetary Fund. In mid-2009, with the world’s central banks holding an astronomical $4 trillion in U.S. Treasury notes, Russian president Dimitri Medvedev insisted that it was time to end “the artificially maintained unipolar system” based on “one formerly strong reserve currency.”
Simultaneously, China’s central bank governor suggested that the future might lie with a global reserve currency “disconnected from individual nations” (that is, the U.S. dollar). Take these as signposts of a world to come, and of a possible attempt, as economist Michael Hudson has argued, “to hasten the bankruptcy of the U.S. financial-military world order.”
Economic Decline: Scenario 2020
After years of swelling deficits fed by incessant warfare in distant lands, in 2020, as long expected, the U.S. dollar finally loses its special status as the world’s reserve currency. Suddenly, the cost of imports soars. Unable to pay for swelling deficits by selling now-devalued Treasury notes abroad, Washington is finally forced to slash its bloated military budget. Under pressure at home and abroad, Washington slowly pulls U.S. forces back from hundreds of overseas bases to a continental perimeter. By now, however, it is far too late.
Faced with a fading superpower incapable of paying the bills, China, India, Iran, Russia, and other powers, great and regional, provocatively challenge U.S. dominion over the oceans, space, and cyberspace. Meanwhile, amid soaring prices, ever-rising unemployment, and a continuing decline in real wages, domestic divisions widen into violent clashes and divisive debates, often over remarkably irrelevant issues. Riding a political tide of disillusionment and despair, a far-right patriot captures the presidency with thundering rhetoric, demanding respect for American authority and threatening military retaliation or economic reprisal. The world pays next to no attention as the American Century ends in silence.
Oil Shock: Present Situation
One casualty of America’s waning economic power has been its lock on global oil supplies. Speeding by America’s gas-guzzling economy in the passing lane, China became the world’s number one energy consumer this summer, a position the U.S. had held for over a century. Energy specialist Michael Klare has argued that this change means China will “set the pace in shaping our global future.”
By 2025, Iran and Russia will control almost half of the world’s natural gas supply, which will potentially give them enormous leverage over energy-starved Europe. Add petroleum reserves to the mix and, as the National Intelligence Council has warned, in just 15 years two countries, Russia and Iran, could “emerge as energy kingpins.”
Despite remarkable ingenuity, the major oil powers are now draining the big basins of petroleum reserves that are amenable to easy, cheap extraction. The real lesson of the Deepwater Horizon oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico was not BP’s sloppy safety standards, but the simple fact everyone saw on “spillcam”: one of the corporate energy giants had little choice but to search for what Klare calls “tough oil” miles beneath the surface of the ocean to keep its profits up.
Compounding the problem, the Chinese and Indians have suddenly become far heavier energy consumers. Even if fossil fuel supplies were to remain constant (which they won’t), demand, and so costs, are almost certain to rise — and sharply at that. Other developed nations are meeting this threat aggressively by plunging into experimental programs to develop alternative energy sources. The United States has taken a different path, doing far too little to develop alternative sources while, in the last three decades, doubling its dependence on foreign oil imports. Between 1973 and 2007, oil imports have risen from 36 percent of energy consumed in the U.S. to 66 percent.
Oil Shock: Scenario 2025
The United States remains so dependent upon foreign oil that a few adverse developments in the global energy market in 2025 spark an oil shock. By comparison, it makes the 1973 oil shock (when prices quadrupled in just months) look like the proverbial molehill. Angered at the dollar’s plummeting value, OPEC oil ministers, meeting in Riyadh, demand future energy payments in a “basket” of Yen, Yuan, and Euros. That only hikes the cost of U.S. oil imports further. At the same moment, while signing a new series of long-term delivery contracts with China, the Saudis stabilize their own foreign exchange reserves by switching to the Yuan. Meanwhile, China pours countless billions into building a massive trans-Asia pipeline and funding Iran’s exploitation of the world largest percent natural gas field at South Pars in the Persian Gulf.
Concerned that the U.S. Navy might no longer be able to protect the oil tankers traveling from the Persian Gulf to fuel East Asia, a coalition of Tehran, Riyadh, and Abu Dhabi form an unexpected new Gulf alliance and affirm that China’s new fleet of swift aircraft carriers will henceforth patrol the Persian Gulf from a base on the Gulf of Oman. Under heavy economic pressure, London agrees to cancel the U.S. lease on its Indian Ocean island base of Diego Garcia, while Canberra, pressured by the Chinese, informs Washington that the Seventh Fleet is no longer welcome to use Fremantle as a homeport, effectively evicting the U.S. Navy from the Indian Ocean.
With just a few strokes of the pen and some terse announcements, the “Carter Doctrine,” by which U.S. military power was to eternally protect the Persian Gulf, is laid to rest in 2025. All the elements that long assured the United States limitless supplies of low-cost oil from that region — logistics, exchange rates, and naval power — evaporate. At this point, the U.S. can still cover only an insignificant 12 percent of its energy needs from its nascent alternative energy industry, and remains dependent on imported oil for half of its energy consumption.
The oil shock that follows hits the country like a hurricane, sending prices to startling heights, making travel a staggeringly expensive proposition, putting real wages (which had long been declining) into freefall, and rendering non-competitive whatever American exports remained. With thermostats dropping, gas prices climbing through the roof, and dollars flowing overseas in return for costly oil, the American economy is paralyzed. With long-fraying alliances at an end and fiscal pressures mounting, U.S. military forces finally begin a staged withdrawal from their overseas bases.
Within a few years, the U.S. is functionally bankrupt and the clock is ticking toward midnight on the American Century.
Military Misadventure: Present Situation
Counterintuitively, as their power wanes, empires often plunge into ill-advised military misadventures. This phenomenon is known among historians of empire as “micro-militarism” and seems to involve psychologically compensatory efforts to salve the sting of retreat or defeat by occupying new territories, however briefly and catastrophically. These operations, irrational even from an imperial point of view, often yield hemorrhaging expenditures or humiliating defeats that only accelerate the loss of power.
Embattled empires through the ages suffer an arrogance that drives them to plunge ever deeper into military misadventures until defeat becomes debacle. In 413 BCE, a weakened Athens sent 200 ships to be slaughtered in Sicily. In 1921, a dying imperial Spain dispatched 20,000 soldiers to be massacred by Berber guerrillas in Morocco. In 1956, a fading British Empire destroyed its prestige by attacking Suez. And in 2001 and 2003, the U.S. occupied Afghanistan and invaded Iraq. With the hubris that marks empires over the millennia, Washington has increased its troops in Afghanistan to 100,000, expanded the war into Pakistan, and extended its commitment to 2014 and beyond, courting disasters large and small in this guerilla-infested, nuclear-armed graveyard of empires.
Military Misadventure: Scenario 2014
So irrational, so unpredictable is “micro-militarism” that seemingly fanciful scenarios are soon outdone by actual events. With the U.S. military stretched thin from Somalia to the Philippines and tensions rising in Israel, Iran, and Korea, possible combinations for a disastrous military crisis abroad are multifold.
It’s mid-summer 2014 and a drawn-down U.S. garrison in embattled Kandahar in southern Afghanistan is suddenly, unexpectedly overrun by Taliban guerrillas, while U.S. aircraft are grounded by a blinding sandstorm. Heavy loses are taken and in retaliation, an embarrassed American war commander looses B-1 bombers and F-16 fighters to demolish whole neighborhoods of the city that are believed to be under Taliban control, while AC-130U “Spooky” gunships rake the rubble with devastating cannon fire.
Soon, mullahs are preaching jihad from mosques throughout the region, and Afghan Army units, long trained by American forces to turn the tide of the war, begin to desert en masse. Taliban fighters then launch a series of remarkably sophisticated strikes aimed at U.S. garrisons across the country, sending American casualties soaring. In scenes reminiscent of Saigon in 1975, U.S. helicopters rescue American soldiers and civilians from rooftops in Kabul and Kandahar.
Meanwhile, angry at the endless, decades-long stalemate over Palestine, OPEC’s leaders impose a new oil embargo on the U.S. to protest its backing of Israel as well as the killing of untold numbers of Muslim civilians in its ongoing wars across the Greater Middle East. With gas prices soaring and refineries running dry, Washington makes its move, sending in Special Operations forces to seize oil ports in the Persian Gulf. This, in turn, sparks a rash of suicide attacks and the sabotage of pipelines and oil wells. As black clouds billow skyward and diplomats rise at the U.N. to bitterly denounce American actions, commentators worldwide reach back into history to brand this “America’s Suez,” a telling reference to the 1956 debacle that marked the end of the British Empire.
World War III: Present Situation
In the summer of 2010, military tensions between the U.S. and China began to rise in the western Pacific, once considered an American “lake.” Even a year earlier no one would have predicted such a development. As Washington played upon its alliance with London to appropriate much of Britain’s global power after World War II, so China is now using the profits from its export trade with the U.S. to fund what is likely to become a military challenge to American dominion over the waterways of Asia and the Pacific.
With its growing resources, Beijing is claiming a vast maritime arc from Korea to Indonesia long dominated by the U.S. Navy. In August, after Washington expressed a “national interest” in the South China Sea and conducted naval exercises there to reinforce that claim, Beijing’s official Global Times responded angrily, saying, “The U.S.-China wrestling match over the South China Sea issue has raised the stakes in deciding who the real future ruler of the planet will be.”
Amid growing tensions, the Pentagon reported that Beijing now holds “the capability to attack… [U.S.] aircraft carriers in the western Pacific Ocean” and target “nuclear forces throughout… the continental United States.” By developing “offensive nuclear, space, and cyber warfare capabilities,” China seems determined to vie for dominance of what the Pentagon calls “the information spectrum in all dimensions of the modern battlespace.” With ongoing development of the powerful Long March V booster rocket, as well as the launch of two satellites in January 2010 and another in July, for a total of five, Beijing signaled that the country was making rapid strides toward an “independent” network of 35 satellites for global positioning, communications, and reconnaissance capabilities by 2020.
To check China and extend its military position globally, Washington is intent on building a new digital network of air and space robotics, advanced cyberwarfare capabilities, and electronic surveillance. Military planners expect this integrated system to envelop the Earth in a cyber-grid capable of blinding entire armies on the battlefield or taking out a single terrorist in field or favela. By 2020, if all goes according to plan, the Pentagon will launch a three-tiered shield of space drones — reaching from stratosphere to exosphere, armed with agile missiles, linked by a resilient modular satellite system, and operated through total telescopic surveillance.
Last April, the Pentagon made history. It extended drone operations into the exosphere by quietly launching the X-37B unmanned space shuttle into a low orbit 255 miles above the planet. The X-37B is the first in a new generation of unmanned vehicles that will mark the full weaponization of space, creating an arena for future warfare unlike anything that has gone before.
World War III: Scenario 2025
The technology of space and cyberwarfare is so new and untested that even the most outlandish scenarios may soon be superseded by a reality still hard to conceive. If we simply employ the sort of scenarios that the Air Force itself used in its 2009 Future Capabilities Game, however, we can gain “a better understanding of how air, space and cyberspace overlap in warfare,” and so begin to imagine how the next world war might actually be fought.
It’s 11:59 p.m. on Thanksgiving Thursday in 2025. While cyber-shoppers pound the portals of Best Buy for deep discounts on the latest home electronics from China, U.S. Air Force technicians at the Space Surveillance Telescope (SST) on Maui choke on their coffee as their panoramic screens suddenly blip to black. Thousands of miles away at the U.S. CyberCommand’s operations center in Texas, cyberwarriors soon detect malicious binaries that, though fired anonymously, show the distinctive digital fingerprints of China’s People’s Liberation Army.
The first overt strike is one nobody predicted. Chinese “malware” seizes control of the robotics aboard an unmanned solar-powered U.S. “Vulture” drone as it flies at 70,000 feet over the Tsushima Strait between Korea and Japan. It suddenly fires all the rocket pods beneath its enormous 400-foot wingspan, sending dozens of lethal missiles plunging harmlessly into the Yellow Sea, effectively disarming this formidable weapon.
Determined to fight fire with fire, the White House authorizes a retaliatory strike. Confident that its F-6 “Fractionated, Free-Flying” satellite system is impenetrable, Air Force commanders in California transmit robotic codes to the flotilla of X-37B space drones orbiting 250 miles above the Earth, ordering them to launch their “Triple Terminator” missiles at China’s 35 satellites. Zero response. In near panic, the Air Force launches its Falcon Hypersonic Cruise Vehicle into an arc 100 miles above the Pacific Ocean and then, just 20 minutes later, sends the computer codes to fire missiles at seven Chinese satellites in nearby orbits. The launch codes are suddenly inoperative.
As the Chinese virus spreads uncontrollably through the F-6 satellite architecture, while those second-rate U.S. supercomputers fail to crack the malware’s devilishly complex code, GPS signals crucial to the navigation of U.S. ships and aircraft worldwide are compromised. Carrier fleets begin steaming in circles in the mid-Pacific. Fighter squadrons are grounded. Reaper drones fly aimlessly toward the horizon, crashing when their fuel is exhausted. Suddenly, the United States loses what the U.S. Air Force has long called “the ultimate high ground”: space. Within hours, the military power that had dominated the globe for nearly a century has been defeated in World War III without a single human casualty.
A New World Order?
Even if future events prove duller than these four scenarios suggest, every significant trend points toward a far more striking decline in American global power by 2025 than anything Washington now seems to be envisioning.
As allies worldwide begin to realign their policies to take cognizance of rising Asian powers, the cost of maintaining 800 or more overseas military bases will simply become unsustainable, finally forcing a staged withdrawal on a still-unwilling Washington. With both the U.S. and China in a race to weaponize space and cyberspace, tensions between the two powers are bound to rise, making military conflict by 2025 at least feasible, if hardly guaranteed.
Complicating matters even more, the economic, military, and technological trends outlined above will not operate in tidy isolation. As happened to European empires after World War II, such negative forces will undoubtedly prove synergistic. They will combine in thoroughly unexpected ways, create crises for which Americans are remarkably unprepared, and threaten to spin the economy into a sudden downward spiral, consigning this country to a generation or more of economic misery.
As U.S. power recedes, the past offers a spectrum of possibilities for a future world order. At one end of this spectrum, the rise of a new global superpower, however unlikely, cannot be ruled out. Yet both China and Russia evince self-referential cultures, recondite non-roman scripts, regional defense strategies, and underdeveloped legal systems, denying them key instruments for global dominion. At the moment then, no single superpower seems to be on the horizon likely to succeed the U.S.
In a dark, dystopian version of our global future, a coalition of transnational corporations, multilateral forces like NATO, and an international financial elite could conceivably forge a single, possibly unstable, supra-national nexus that would make it no longer meaningful to speak of national empires at all. While denationalized corporations and multinational elites would assumedly rule such a world from secure urban enclaves, the multitudes would be relegated to urban and rural wastelands.
In “Planet of Slums,” Mike Davis offers at least a partial vision of such a world from the bottom up. He argues that the billion people already packed into fetid favela-style slums worldwide (rising to two billion by 2030) will make “the ‘feral, failed cities’ of the Third World… the distinctive battlespace of the twenty-first century.” As darkness settles over some future super-favela, “the empire can deploy Orwellian technologies of repression” as “hornet-like helicopter gun-ships stalk enigmatic enemies in the narrow streets of the slum districts… Every morning the slums reply with suicide bombers and eloquent explosions.”
At a midpoint on the spectrum of possible futures, a new global oligopoly might emerge between 2020 and 2040, with rising powers China, Russia, India, and Brazil collaborating with receding powers like Britain, Germany, Japan, and the United States to enforce an ad hoc global dominion, akin to the loose alliance of European empires that ruled half of humanity circa 1900.
Another possibility: the rise of regional hegemons in a return to something reminiscent of the international system that operated before modern empires took shape. In this neo-Westphalian world order, with its endless vistas of micro-violence and unchecked exploitation, each hegemon would dominate its immediate region — Brasilia in South America, Washington in North America, Pretoria in southern Africa, and so on. Space, cyberspace, and the maritime deeps, removed from the control of the former planetary “policeman,” the United States, might even become a new global commons, controlled through an expanded U.N. Security Council or some ad hoc body.
All of these scenarios extrapolate existing trends into the future on the assumption that Americans, blinded by the arrogance of decades of historically unparalleled power, cannot or will not take steps to manage the unchecked erosion of their global position.
If America’s decline is in fact on a 22-year trajectory from 2003 to 2025, then we have already frittered away most of the first decade of that decline with wars that distracted us from long-term problems and, like water tossed onto desert sands, wasted trillions of desperately needed dollars.
If only 15 years remain, the odds of frittering them all away still remain high. Congress and the president are now in gridlock; the American system is flooded with corporate money meant to jam up the works; and there is little suggestion that any issues of significance, including our wars, our bloated national security state, our starved education system, and our antiquated energy supplies, will be addressed with sufficient seriousness to assure the sort of soft landing that might maximize our country’s role and prosperity in a changing world.
Europe’s empires are gone and America’s imperium is going. It seems increasingly doubtful that the United States will have anything like Britain’s success in shaping a succeeding world order that protects its interests, preserves its prosperity, and bears the imprint of its best values.

As we look back on the horrors of the dictatorships and autocracies of the past, one particular question consistently arises; how was it possible for the common men of these eras to NOT notice what was happening around them? How could they have stood as statues unaware or uncaring as their cultures were overrun by fascism, communism, collectivism, and elitism? Of course, we have the advantage of hindsight, and are able to research and examine the misdeeds of the past at our leisure. Unfortunately, such hindsight does not necessarily shield us from the long cast shadow of tyranny in our own day. For that, the increasingly uncommon gift of foresight is required…
At bottom, the success of despotic governments and Big Brother societies hinges upon a certain number of political, financial, and cultural developments. The first of which is an unwillingness in the general populace to secure and defend their own freedoms, making them completely reliant on corrupt establishment leadership. For totalitarianism to take hold, the masses must not only neglect the plight of their country, and the plight of others, but also be completely uninformed of the inherent indirect threats to their personal safety. They must abandon all responsibility for their destinies, and lose all respect for their own humanity. They must, indeed, become domesticated and mindless herd animals without regard for anything except their fleeting momentary desires for entertainment and short term survival. For a lumbering bloodthirsty behemoth to actually sneak up on you, you have to be pretty damnably oblivious.
The prevalence of apathy and ignorance sets the stage for the slow and highly deliberate process of centralization. Once dishonest governments accomplish an atmosphere of inaction and condition a sense of frailty within the citizenry, the sky is truly the limit. However, a murderous power-monger’s day is never quite done. In my recent article ‘The Essential Rules of Liberty’ we explored the fundamentally unassailable actions and mental preparations required to ensure the continuance of a free society. In this article, let’s examine the frequently wielded tools of tyrants in their invariably insane quests for total control…
Rule #1: Keep Them Afraid
People who are easily frightened are easily dominated. This is not just a law of political will, but a law of nature. Many wrongly assume that a tyrant’s power comes purely from the application of force. In fact, despotic regimes that rely solely on extreme violence are often very unsuccessful, and easily overthrown. Brute strength is calculable. It can be analyzed, and thus, eventually confronted and defeated. Thriving tyrants instead utilize not just harm, but the imminent THREAT of harm. They instill apprehension in the public; a fear of the unknown, or a fear of the possible consequences for standing against the state. They let our imaginations run wild until we see death around every corner, whether it’s actually there or not. When the masses are so blinded by the fear of reprisal that they forget their fear of slavery, and take no action whatsoever to undo it, then they have been sufficiently culled.
In other cases, our fear is evoked and directed towards engineered enemies. Another race, another religion, another political ideology, a “hidden” and ominous villain created out of thin air. Autocrats assert that we “need them” in order to remain safe and secure from these illusory monsters bent on our destruction. As always, this development is followed by the claim that all steps taken, even those that dissolve our freedoms, are “for the greater good”. Frightened people tend to shirk their sense of independence and run towards the comfort of the collective, even if that collective is built on immoral and unconscionable foundations. Once a society takes on a hive-mind mentality almost any evil can be rationalized, and any injustice against the individual is simply overlooked for the sake of the group.
Rule #2: Keep Them Isolated
In the past, elitist governments would often legislate and enforce severe penalties for public gatherings, because defusing the ability of the citizenry to organize or to communicate was paramount to control. In our technological era, such isolation is still used, but in far more advanced forms. The bread and circus lifestyle of the average westerner alone is enough to distract us from connecting with each other in any meaningful fashion, but people still sometimes find ways to seek out organized forms of activism.
Through co-option, modern day tyrant’s can direct and manipulate opposition movements. By creating and administrating groups which oppose each other, elites can then micromanage all aspects of a nation on the verge of revolution. These “false paradigms” give us the illusion of proactive organization, and the false hope of changing the system, while at the same time preventing us from seeking understanding in one another. All our energies are then muted and dispersed into meaningless battles over “left and right”, or “Democrat versus Republican”, for example. Only movements that cast aside such empty labels and concern themselves with the ultimate truth of their country, regardless of what that truth might reveal, are able to enact real solutions to the disasters wrought by tyranny.
In more advanced forms of despotism, even fake organizations are disbanded. Curfews are enforced. Normal communications are diminished or monitored. Compulsory paperwork is required. Checkpoints are instituted. Free speech is punished. Existing groups are influenced to distrust each other or to disintegrate entirely out of dread of being discovered. All of these measures are taken by tyrants primarily to prevent ANY citizens from gathering and finding mutual support. People who work together and organize of their own volition are unpredictable, and therefore, a potential risk to the state.
Rule #3: Keep Them Desperate
You’ll find in nearly every instance of cultural descent into autocracy, the offending government gained favor after the onset of economic collapse. Make the necessities of root survival an uncertainty, and people without knowledge of self sustainability and without solid core principles will gladly hand over their freedom, even for mere scraps from the tables of the same men who unleashed famine upon them. Financial calamities are not dangerous because of the poverty they leave in their wake; they are dangerous because of the doors to malevolence that they leave open.
Destitution leads not just to hunger, but also to crime (private and government). Crime leads to anger, hatred, and fear. Fear leads to desperation. Desperation leads to the acceptance of anything resembling a solution, even despotism.
Autocracies pretend to cut through the dilemmas of economic dysfunction (usually while demanding liberties be relinquished), however, behind the scenes they actually seek to maintain a proscribed level of indigence and deprivation. The constant peril of homelessness and starvation keeps the masses thoroughly distracted from such things as protest or dissent, while simultaneously chaining them to the idea that their only chance is to cling to the very government out to end them.
Rule #4: Send Out The Jackboots
This is the main symptom often associated with totalitarianism. So much so that our preconceived notions of what a fascist government looks like prevent us from seeing other forms of tyranny right under our noses. Some Americans believe that if the jackbooted thugs are not knocking on every door, then we MUST still live in a free country. Obviously, this is a rather naïve position. Admittedly, though, goon squads and secret police do eventually become prominent in every failed nation, usually while the public is mesmerized by visions of war, depression, hyperinflation, terrorism, etc.
When law enforcement officials are no longer servants of the people, but agents of a government concerned only with its own supremacy, serious crises emerge. Checks and balances are removed. The guidelines that once reigned in police disappear, and suddenly, a philosophy of superiority emerges; an arrogant exclusivity that breeds separation between law enforcement and the rest of the public. Finally, police no longer see themselves as protectors of citizens, but prison guards out to keep us subdued and docile.
As tyranny grows, this behavior is encouraged. Good men are filtered out of the system, and small (minded and hearted) men are promoted.
At its pinnacle, a police state will hide the identities of most of its agents and officers, behind masks or behind red tape, because their crimes in the name of the state become so numerous and so sadistic that personal vengeance on the part of their victims will become a daily concern.
Rule #5: Blame Everything On The Truth Seekers
Tyrants are generally men who have squelched their own consciences. They have no reservations in using any means at their disposal to wipe out opposition. But, in the early stages of their ascent to power, they must give the populace a reason for their ruthlessness, or risk being exposed, and instigating even more dissent. The propaganda machine thus goes into overdrive, and any person or group that dares to question the authority or the validity of the state is demonized in the minds of the masses.
All disasters, all violent crimes, all the ills of the world, are hoisted upon the shoulders of activist groups and political rivals. They are falsely associated with fringe elements already disliked by society (racists, terrorists, etc). A bogus consensus is created through puppet media in an attempt to make the public believe that “everyone else” must have the same exact views, and those who express contrary positions must be “crazy”, or “extremist”. Events are even engineered by the corrupt system and pinned on those demanding transparency and liberty. The goal is to drive anti-totalitarian organizations into self censorship. That is to say, instead of silencing them directly, the state causes activists to silence themselves.
Tyrannical power structures cannot function without scapegoats. There must always be an elusive boogie man under the bed of every citizen, otherwise, those citizens may turn their attention, and their anger, towards the real culprit behind their troubles. By scapegoating stewards of the truth, such governments are able to kill two birds with one stone.
Rule #6: Encourage Citizen Spies
Ultimately, the life of a totalitarian government is not prolonged by the government itself, but by the very people it subjugates. Citizen spies are the glue of any police state, and our propensity for sticking our noses into other peoples business is highly valued by Big Brother bureaucracies around the globe.
There are a number of reasons why people participate in this repulsive activity. Some are addicted to the feeling of being a part of the collective, and “service” to this collective, sadly, is the only way they are able to give their pathetic lives meaning. Some are vindictive, cold, and soulless, and actually get enjoyment from ruining others. And still, like elites, some long for power, even petty power, and are willing to do anything to fulfill their vile need to dictate the destinies of perfect strangers.
Citizen spying is almost always branded as a civic duty; an act of heroism and bravery. Citizen spies are offered accolades and awards, and showered with praise from the upper echelons of their communities. People who lean towards citizen spying are often outwardly and inwardly unimpressive; physically and mentally inept. For the average moral and emotional weakling with persistent feelings of inadequacy, the allure of finally being given fifteen minutes of fame and a hero’s status (even if that status is based on a lie) is simply too much to resist. They begin to see “extremists” and “terrorists” everywhere. Soon, people afraid of open ears everywhere start to watch what they say at the supermarket, in their own backyards, or even to family members. Free speech is effectively neutralized.
Rule #7: Make Them Accept The Unacceptable
In the end, it is not enough for a government fueled by the putrid sludge of iniquity to lord over us. At some point, it must also influence us to forsake our most valued principles. Tyrannies are less concerned with dominating how we live, so much as dominating how we think. If they can mold our very morality, they can exist unopposed indefinitely. Of course, the elements of conscience are inborn, and not subject to environmental duress as long as a man is self aware. However, conscience can be manipulated if a person has no sense of identity, and has never put in the effort to explore his own strengths and failings. There are many people like this in America today.
Lies become “necessary” in protecting the safety of the state. War becomes a tool for “peace”. Torture becomes an ugly but “useful” method for gleaning important information. Police brutality is sold as a “natural reaction” to increased crime. Rendition becomes normal, but only for those labeled as “terrorists”. Assassination is justified as a means for “saving lives”. Genocide is done discretely, but most everyone knows it is taking place. They simply don’t discuss it.
All tyrannical systems depend on the apathy and moral relativism of the inhabitants within their borders. Without the cooperation of the public, these systems cannot function. The real question is, how many of the above steps will be taken before we finally refuse to conform? At what point will each man and woman decide to break free from the dark path blazed before us and take measures to ensure their independence? Who will have the courage to develop their own communities, their own alternative economies, their own organizations for mutual defense outside of establishment constructs, and who will break under the pressure to bow like cowards? How many will hold the line, and how many will flee?
For every American, for every human being across the planet who chooses to stand immovable in the face of the very worst in mankind, we come that much closer to breathing life once again into the very best in us all.
There is nothing worse in this world than an enslaved man who naively believes himself free, except, perhaps, trying to explain to that same man his predicament. You can lay truth after truth before his feet. You can qualify your every position with cold hard irrefutable data. You can plead and scream and raise veritable hell, but before he will ever listen, he must first become aware of his own dire circumstances. As long as he views himself as “safe and secure”, as long as he imagines his chains to be wings, he will see no reason to question the validity of the world around him, and he will certainly never invest himself into changing his own deluded destiny.
Unfortunately, there are many such men crawling and scraping about here in what was once a land graced with a self sufficient and independently minded public majority. The great lie that has been perpetuated in this country over the past several decades is that we can defer our responsibilities of vigilance and place our well being and our futures into the hands of others for the sake of “collective efficiency”, or leisure. We have been conditioned to live in a state of constant indifference, a society which prizes compromise over principle and steadfast resolve. Those who refuse to compromise that which is honorable for the sake of ease and comfort are indicted as “extremist” or even criminal. The idea of personal revolution is treated with discomfort, and all we claim to stand for becomes muddled in a fog of inaction and cynicism. As Americans, we have forgotten what it means to earn and protect our own freedoms. We have forgotten that in liberty, there are standards that must be defended.
This, however, does not mean we cannot yet again remember ourselves. The desire for freedom is as inborn and natural as our own heartbeat, as our own breath. It is instinct. It cannot be erased from within, only oppressed from without. The tide has always been against tyranny, always, though we may find that hard to believe. If liberty was not ingrained into our very DNA, humanity would have succumbed to bondage and self destructed long ago. This is not the case. Stretching under the surface of our superficial force-fed mainstream culture are the roots of something real, and honest. Simmering beneath our so called “civilized” veneer, many Americans are finally rediscovering their wild and defiant origins. In the recent past we have been taught to feel ashamed of our rebelliousness. Now, we are learning to hold it quite dear.
For those of us who are awake, and for those who are on the verge of understanding, certain rules come into play that strengthen our stance and shield us from folly. Liberty is not a self perpetuating social condition. It requires guidelines, and effort, and sacrifice. Liberty will not survive without our willingness to maintain it. If you are not ready and willing to fight for your own independence, then you are not truly free.
Let’s examine some of the inherent laws and guidelines of free will and free action that will allow us to not only win back our self determination, but to keep it for generations to come. You want liberty? This is what it takes…
Rule #1: Never Take Anything For Granted
A lot of people today seem to have serious issues with expectation and assumption; what we in the alternative media often refer to as “normalcy bias”. We have grown used to the idea of abundance and relative safety. So much so, that we fail to notice when our abundance and safety begin to disappear. We assume that the condition of the world today will be the condition of the world tomorrow, and for all time. In the U.S., we have even come to expect not only that our prosperity and our freedom are inevitable, but that they will also increase exponentially with each passing generation. This is a relatively new and narrow cultural mindset likely caused by the explosion in industrial growth after WWII which seemed to erase all memory of the Great Depression in our society, leaving us with the belief that surely, our circumstances would never become so desperate again.
Those who are truly independent realize that nations, no matter how affluent, can self destruct at a moment’s notice, especially when they fail to recognize their own weaknesses and confront their own demons. Never suppose that that which is good and just will remain without your own initiative. Never wait for others to fix those problems which you could just as easily solve yourself. Never expect that freedoms won cannot also be easily lost. Always prepare for the worst outcome, and strive for the best outcome.
Rule #2: Educate Yourself
Never become a useful idiot, or a waste of oxygen. Being a part of the herd is nothing to be proud of. Strive for knowledge, and thirst for the truth every moment of every day. Many of the things we deem “important” in modern society are in the grand scheme hollow attempts to fill our lives with distraction, only wasting time until we finally bite the dust filled with regret. Pretending to further the depth of one’s life is not the same as actually doing so. I can’t think of anything more horrifying than becoming a man who rushes around frantically every waking moment, but ultimately accomplishes nothing.
Do not assume that you already have a tangible grasp of the truth, especially if all your knowledge has been handed to you. Instead, research that knowledge for yourself. Put that which you have been taught to the test. Only in this way will you finally learn. Expand your horizons. Learn something useful. Remove unnecessary distractions for at least part of your day and focus on increasing your awareness of the environment you live in. There are very few things in this world more important than this, and self education should take precedence over everything else except your family. “Lack of time” is no excuse for ignorance. Make time! The ignorant are led. The knowledgeable lead themselves.
Rule #3: Don’t Be A Pansy
Liberty is not for the faint of heart. Emotional courage is paramount to freedom, and it can be expressed to incredible effect by even the most unlikely heroes. I’ve seen children with more courage and tenacity than some full grown men.
If one recognizes the gravity of the situation we face as a people, if one understands the considerable danger involved in the fall of a Republic to the depths of fear and autocracy, but still does nothing, that person has not only failed the world, he has also failed himself. “Making waves”, or drawing the ire of “authority”, is the least of our worries. If you have utilized an objective eye, and know you are right in your position, then there is no reason to fear criticism from anyone.
Sociopolitical action, nonconformity, noncompliance, and self defense, are unavoidable aspects of a society that wishes to maintain its freedoms. There is no way around it. If you are not willing to stick your neck out and expose yourself to risk, you remove all chance of possible gain. If you are a self proclaimed activist that refuses to sacrifice, that refuses to struggle, then you have failed before you even began. Talk must lead to balanced action. Never thumb your nose at the devil without being ready to trade punches as well, or all is lost.
Rule #4: Stop Waiting For Others To Tell You What To Do
Independent people not only consider and implement the solutions of others, they also work on their own. Complaints abound lately in the Liberty Movement;
“When is someone going to do something!? What are YOU going to do about our predicament!?”
This is the question of a slave, not a free man. A free man asks, “What am I going to do about this predicament? What is MY solution to the problem?” Therein is the key to liberty; decentralized leadership and movements based on fluidity and spontaneity of action, instead of a great mass of people standing around stiffly waiting for orders on high, or a self styled messiah to engineer their world view. As soon as you place your very initiative under the control of others, you have lost the fight. Always consider the solid strategies of intelligent people, and adopt them if they are useful, but do not remain idle because you are too frightened to exert the effort to solve problems bigger than yourself. Spectators only witness history, they do not make history.
Rule #5: Cast Off What Is Unnecessary, Keep What Is Effective
Yes, I stole this rule from Bruce Lee, but it is just as applicable to social movements and economic stability as it is to the martial arts. Invasive debt creation, for instance, is a tool for subversion, and no people forced to bear the burden of liabilities they can never repay is free. Therefore, exorbitant debt must be avoided, or cast off completely.
In our personal lives, how many useless goods do we accumulate on a daily basis, instead of useful items that we may one day desperately need? How much of our life is spent accumulating garbage in order to keep up with “socially acceptable” levels of consumer behavior? How many of us cling to careers we hate in order to service our needless consumption? The ability to prioritize must become a virtue once again, and, we all need to shut off the cable television…
This rule also applies to governments. If a government no longer fulfills its sworn duties to the people, and no longer serves the purposes to which it was originally intended, then it too must be cast off and replaced with one that does serve the people, or, it must be forced to return to its inherent foundations. Today, this kind of talk is often referred to as “extremism”, or insurgency, no matter how correct it might be, which brings us to our next rule…
Rule #6: Ignore Establishment Labels
Tactical name calling is only effective if we actually care what other people think of us. Labels like “homegrown terrorist”, “extremist”, “doomer”, or “conspiracy theorist”, are designed to shame people into self censorship. That is to say, they pigeonhole movements and their participants into categories of public shame, causing said movements to fear social reprisal. They are also meant to forcefully assign “outsider” or “fringe” status to particular political positions in order to marginalize and weaken the resolve of those who hold them. Never mind that almost every powerful and honorable cultural movement in history once started out as “fringe”.
Early in our lives, we are taught that it is far better to be accepted, and to avoid standing out, even at the expense of our individualism. Unfortunately, many adults never outgrow this childish belief, and thus become vulnerable to tactics as absurd as simple ridicule. At bottom, being slandered by a thieving bureaucracy infested with soulless parasites bent on centralization at the expense of innocent human life is a bit laughable (this goes for you too, SPLC). Globalists, along with their media cronies and their think-tank sock puppets, will say ANYTHING to get what they want. Empty words and false labels cannot stop the truth, or a movement driven by the truth.
Rule #7: Cynicism Is The Path To Defeat
It is good to be critical, but not to the point of nihilism. America’s past is riddled with mistakes, bad judgments, horrible crimes, and downright stupidity; that doesn’t mean that the principles on which this country was founded are any less vital. We hear often from cynics that humanity has become too stupid and complacent to do what is right. However, stupidity and complacency are not inherent qualities. That’s an elitist fantasy with no basis in fact. Stupidity and complacency are learned behaviors, and they can be unlearned. What IS inherent is our ability to choose what path we will take. For adherents of liberty, we need only remind people that they have this choice. We can whine and cry all day long about how nobody pays attention and how there is no hope, or, we can exhaust all options before throwing in the proverbial towel. We don’t need to “like” society the way it is, but we do need to recognize the underlying potential of all people to become something much more than what they currently are (I can’t stand blind ignorance either, but I’m certainly not ready to accept it as a fact of American life). Remember, no fight is over until it is over.
Rule #8: True Authority Is Derived From Respect That Is Earned, Not Bought, Or Taken
A corrupt politician is just a criminal conman in a nice suit. A law enforcement officer who refuses to follow Constitutional Law is just a petty little tyrant in a black uniform. An economist who knowingly skews data to fit his own political bias or to serve the political biases of men above him is just a liar or an inept buffoon with an embossed piece of paper from an expensive university. A lab scientist or doctor who flubs experimentation to support the interests of the corporate world rather than the needs of the public is just a quack in a white coat. All too often, though, we find ourselves taking these cretins seriously all because they talk the talk and wear the costume. They are just people, and if they cannot do their jobs honestly, then they are useless people, who deserve our disdain, not our respect. We should never allow such men to wield positions of authority over us.
Rule #9: Take It Personally
When someone tries to steal from you, hurt you, or enslave you, unless you are some kind of nut, you take it pretty personally, right? Why should it be any different when a government commits the same grievances? Americans should be furious over the destruction of their economy, their currency, their infrastructure, and their Constitutional freedoms! They should be enraged over the endless wars overseas that are bankrupting the nation. They should be bellowing to the rooftops over the cooption of their political system by a slimy brood of corporate bankers. Is this “extremist” behavior? Who cares!? If your anger is not visible then it is not worth a damn. Don’t just get active, get emotional! This is about your life, and the lives of those you love. That’s not to say that we should take out our frustrations randomly and haphazardly, but if we can’t at least make known our anger over the misdeeds of government, then what the hell is the point of calling ourselves free?
Rule #10: You Are The First And Last Line Of Defense
Like it our not, this is our job. We have inherited a country on the verge of disaster, and we are tasked with cleaning it up, otherwise, there will be little left to pass on. We do not get to bask in illusory prosperity for the rest of our days. We do not get to feed off the entitlement program trough until we are fat and contented. We are not going to retain our rights without blood, sweat, and tears. We will not be building magical floating cities in the clouds or skyscrapers on Mars. We will NOT be remembered fondly as members of some fantastical “golden era”.
We have been thrust into the muck and the mire. We are being molded as the lost children of an age better forgotten. We have been slapped in the face with a dilemma so volatile and so incredible it may one day be called the greatest crisis of all time. We have drawn the short straw.
This could be viewed as some terrible doom. It could be held as a star crossed act of ferocious fate. We could fall to our knees and lament with despair, overcome with woe at our unbearable lot. But, this would be in violation of rule #3, and nobody wants to be a sobbing pansy. On the contrary, every “bad luck generation” is only so if they refuse to see the great fortune at their fingertips; if they refuse to seize the moment and conquer the giants of their day. The greater the hardship, the greater the enemy, the greater the heroes. We are faced with possibly the most unrelenting antagonists and the most treacherous obstacles in recent memory, or even distant memory. In the same spark of confrontation, we are also presented with unparalleled opportunity to change the course of the world forever. Whether or not we succeed, is entirely up to us.

Europe’s money markets freeze as crisis escalates in Italy and Spain
The European money markets have begun to seize up as pressure mounts on the Italian and Spanish banking systems, tracking the pattern seen during the build-up towards the financial crisis in 2008.
The three-month euribor/OIS spread, the fear gauge of credit markets, reached the highest level in two years today, jumping 7 basis points to 40 in wild trading.
“Europe’s money markets are undoubtedly starting to freeze up,” said Marc Ostwald from Monument Securites.
“It’s not as dramatic as pre-Lehman but it is alarming and shows the pervasive degree of fear in the markets. People are again refusing to lend except on a secured basis.”
The credit stress was triggered by fresh mayhem in the southern European bond markets and ominously in parts of the eurozone’s soft core as well, including Belgium. Spanish yields pushed further into the danger zone to 6.42pc. Italian debt reached a post-EMU high of 6.22pc before falling back slightly on reports of Chinese buying.
“We have a revolt taking place by foreign investors in these bond markets,” said Hans Redeker, currency chief at Morgan Stanley. “There have been hardly any purchases for several months. We are seeing net disinvestment because people fear that these countries lack the potential to grow their way out of the problem, and risk falling into a Fisherite debt trap.”
Mr Redeker said the eurozone needs a lender-of-last resort along the lines of the US Federal Reserve to backstop the Spanish and Italan bond markets. The European Central Bank cannot easly step into the breach under its current legal mandate and treaty authority.
“The eurozone faces a very big decision: it either creates a central fiscal authority or accepts reality and starts to think the unthinkable, which is to cut the currency union into workable pieces.”
The escalating drama forced Spain’s premier Jose Luis Zapatero to delay his holiday in the Doñana biodiversity park near Huelva. A spokesman said he was staying in Madrid “to more closely monitor the evolution of the economic indicators”. Mr Zapatero telephoned opposition leader Mariano Rajoy on his holiday in Galicia to keep him informed of the fast-moving events.
In Rome, Italy’s president Giorgio Napolitano held a second meeting in days with central bank chief Mario Draghi, the future head of the ECB. There has been speculation in the Italian press that the well-respected Mr Draghi might be called to lead an emergency government to restore market confidence.
Finance minister Giulio Tremonti invoked the country’s financial crisis committee on Tuesday as the Milan bourse fell to a three-year low, once again led by bank stocks. Fiat fell 6pc after an 11pc drop in Italian car registrations in July.
Mr Tremonti was to talk last night to EU economics commissioner Olli Rehn, who has interupted his holiday in Finland. He will visit Luxembourg on Wednesday for a meeting with Eurogroup chief Jean-Claude Juncker.
An EU spokesman said there was “no emergency plan” on the table. “There are no factual reasons that we are aware of that can explain this sudden acute surge in spreads. What matters is that the Spanish and Italian authorities are taking the necessary action towards fiscal consolidation,” she said.
Simon Derrick from the BNY Mellon said the trigger for the final denouement in each of the eurozone’s bond crises so far has been when the spread over German Bunds reaches 450 basis points, prompting LCH Clearnet to impose higher margin requirements. The Spanish spread hit a record 400 on Tuesday.
The political ferment behind the scenes points to a major policy shift, though it is unclear what the EU authorities can do without the full backing of EU leaders. They are mostly on holiday and German Chancellor Angela Merkel does not like to be bounced into decisions.
The EU summit accord in late July has clearly failed to reassure investors. It gave the EFSF bail-out fund powers to buy Spanish and Italian bond pre-emptively but this has to be ratified by all parliaments, which may take four months. Willem Buiter from Citigroup said the €440bn fund is far too small to cope with Italy and Spain, and requires immediate firepower of €2.5 trillion. Such demands risk setting off a political crisis in Berlin.
Credit experts in the City said it was unlikely that China is purchasing bonds from the eurozone periphery. The Chinese central bank’s reserve manager SAFE is clearly buying euros on a large scale to hold down the yuan and safeguard export advantage in Europe, but it appears to be purchasing short-term debt of a one-year maturity or less and other liquid assets.
Even if the crisis is resolved, Italy and Spain may have to pay significantly higher borrowing costs to attract buyers. Anthony Peters from Swissinvest says large clients have been telling asset managers to eliminate Sourthern European risk. “They have kissed peripheral Europe good-bye,” he said.
As people were leaving the fair, hundreds of black thugs began attacking white people at random. Dozens of white people were attacked and several were hospitalized. Black thugs also pounded on cars driven by white people as they left causing large scale property damage. One victim was knocked off of a motorcycle and other victims were pulled out of cars and beaten. Black thugs also rampaged through the fairground looting the prizes at carnival games.
Milwaukee has been the scene of numerous racially motivated mob attacks against white people in the recent past.
Racially motivated black on white violence is completely out of control. If the races were reversed, this would be the biggest news story in the western world.
Witnesses tell Newsradio 620 WTMJ and TODAY’S TMJ4 of a mob of young people attacking innocent fair-goers at the end of the opening night of State Fair, with some callers claiming a racially-charged scene.
Milwaukee Police confirmed there were assaults outside the fair.
Witnesses’ accounts claim everything from dozens to hundreds of young black people beating white people as they left State Fair Thursday night.
Authorities have not given official estimates of the number of people involved in the attacks.
“It looked like they were just going after white guys, white people,” said Norb Roffers of Wind Lake in an interview with Newsradio 620 WTMJ. He left the State Fair Entrance near the corner of South 84th Street and West Schlinger Avenue in West Allis.
“They were attacking everybody for no reason whatsoever.”
“It was 100% racial,” claimed Eric, an Iraq war veteran from St. Francis who says young people beat on his car.
“I had a black couple on my right side, and these black kids were running in between all the cars, and they were pounding on my doors and trying to open up doors on my car, and they didn’t do one thing to this black couple that was in this car next to us. They just kept walking right past their car. They were looking in everybody’s windshield as they were running by, seeing who was white and who was black. Guarantee it.”
Eric, a war veteran, said that the scene he saw Thursday outside State Fair compares to what he saw in combat.
…
A police sergeant told TODAY’S TMJ4′s Melissa McCrady that the number of calls describing injuries are still coming in, so they could not give an accurate number of people who were injured.
That sergeant explained that some injuries were serious, and local hospitals were attending to the injured.
As of early Friday morning, Milwaukee Police said they had no one in custody.
One woman told police that she was sitting in her car with a window down when some teenagers reached through her window and started attacking her.
“I think once we get all the info in it’ll be just like that, like what happened in Riverwest,” said the police sergeant.
West Allis Police ask you to call them at 414-302-8000 if you have any information.
Eric: “I feared for my life”
Eric, who asked Newsradio 620 WTMJ not to use his last name, talked about the incidents that happened as he, his wife and a neighbor left the fair Thursday.
“We exited at the Schlinger and 84th exit, and we walked south about a block, and then went up and got our car, came back up and around down Schlinger. When we made a left hand turn, we were stopped in traffic. I looked toward the bridge, right before you get on the freeway, and all I saw was a road full of black kids, jumping over people’s cars, jumping on people’s hoods, running over the top of them.””
The Milwaukee ABC station was much less honest than the NBC station. They admitted that “hundreds” of thugs attacked people, but censored all mention of race. Read Article.
The “mob and rob” is a phenomenon that has been sweeping across the United States during the past several months. A large mob of black thugs form outside a business. Then they storm the business all at once and loot it. Usually small convenience stores are hit. However, in Birmingham, Alabama, even a Walmart was targeted.
Naturally the Canadian media is CENSORING all mention of race. However security camera footage shows that the mob of thugs is 100% black.
The events at the Wisconsin State Fair in Milwaukee are chilling. Not shocking, since this type of Black Behaving Badly (BBB) activity has transpired in Milwaukee and in cities throughout the nation, necessitating curfews, massive police presences at Black cultural events, and a further allocation of monetary resources in attempts to protect law-abiding citizens from Black thuggery.
No, shocking is the wrong word. Chilling is the correct word. Lawrence Auster noted that Black people pulled white people out of their cars and beat them, something that was seen during the Los Angeles of 1992. One must recall the words of The Village Voice from early this summer when that paper attempted to claim that reports of Black-on-white racial violence were exaggerated.
The Democratic Underground – a festive Web site were radical leftists gather to discuss the good old days of burning bras and academic sit-ins – had some interesting posts regarding the Milwaukee attack, but a casual indifference to the Mahogany Mob attacks is obvious when reading the forum.
News Flash to all Disingenuous White Liberals (DWLs): Many of the white people attacked at the Wisconsin State Fair probably voted for Mein Obama and have dedicated their lives to the advancement of Black people, to the detriment of their white children. None of that mattered though on August 4, 2011, as white people of all political persuasions were assaulted for being white.
The Wisconsin State Fair will now have a Youth Parental Guardian Policy after the Mahogany Mob attacks of August 4, 2011. Only one other fair – The South Carolina State Fair – has such a policy, obviously to keep Black people from attacking white fairgoers and pulling a Carter Strange on them in the process. The current mayor of Milwaukee – Tom Burnette – claimed to be a victim of a random assault two years ago at the Wisconsin State Fair, so these events aren’t isolated or new.
This article from the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports in chilling details on what happened last night:
Gov. Scott Walker has ordered the Wisconsin State Patrol to provide additional law enforcement help at the Wisconsin State Fair after several incidents involving rampaging youths broke out on the fairgrounds and on the streets outside Thursday night.
Cullen Werwie, Walker’s spokesman, said the governor made the decision after reviewing the events from Thursday night, in which at least 24 people were arrested.
“We will continue to evaluate the situation and make any adjustments necessary to ensure a successful and safe event. We will be doing everything in our power to ensure that parents feel that it is safe to bring their children to the world’s best fair,” Werwie said in a statement.
Also, Rick Frenette, CEO of the fair, announced that, because of the violence overnight, the fair would immediately implement a policy in which no youths under 18 years of age would be allowed onto the grounds after 5 p.m. without a parent or guardian who is at least 21 years of age. There will be no changes at the Midway.
Frenette, a veteran of 40 years in the fair management business, said he had never implemented such a policy before. The International Association of Fairs and Expositions said there is only one other fair in the country — the South Carolina State Fair — that has such a policy.
On Friday afternoon, Mayor Tom Barrett announced an increase in police presence at community events planned for the week. He said there would be no tolerance for violence at festivals and that perpetrators will be prosecuted — regardless of race.
“Two years ago I was a victim of a random attack at State Fair… last night’s events took place at State Fair that I don’t believe are random,” he said at a City Hall news conference.
Barrett didn’t indicate if he believed the events were racially charged.
Barrett said this weekend is of special importance because of the Historic Third Association Jazz festival, the African World Festival and the Milwaukee Comedy Festival in addition to the fair. He said police presence will be increased at all events.
Alds. Bob Donovan and Joe Dudzik issued a joint statement in reaction to the violence: “Let’s face it, it also has much to do with a deteriorating African American culture in our city. Are large groups of Hispanics or Hmong going out in large mobs and viciously attacking whites? No.”
On Friday, police from three jurisdictions – West Allis, Milwaukee and Wisconsin State Fair – were piecing together a series of incidents late Thursday night at the fair in which large groups of youths rampaged through the midway and outside the grounds after closing. At least 24 were arrested, and seven officers were hurt, a State Fair official said.
Tom Struebing, chief of the State Fair Police, said two of the seven injured officers were hospitalized. One was hit in the face with an improvised weapon; the other suffered a concussion.
Struebing said the fights that broke out in the midway area involved black youths fighting other black youths. He said those fights were not racially motivated.
The incidents at the fair also caused confusion among police agencies. Anne E. Schwartz, the Milwaukee police spokeswoman, said West Allis police did not request mutual aid from the Milwaukee Police Department.
Schwartz said Milwaukee police responded to four incidents connected to the fair incidents, but those came from citizens calling police directly. She said one person was arrested by Milwaukee police on a warrant. Officials could not say what started what witnesses said was a series of racially charged incidents that apparently began as early as 7 p.m. in the midway. The midway is located just east of the Pettit National Ice Center and adjacent to the Hank Aaron State Trail.
Milwaukee police confirmed there were assaults outside the fair as the fair was closing down. The fair closes at 11 p.m. A State Fair official said most of those arrested were cited for disorderly conduct.
Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn scheduled a news conference later Friday afternoon to discuss the incidents and his department’s involvement. He is expected to be joined by officials of the NAACP and the Historic Third Ward Association, which is sponsoring Saturday’s Historic Third Ward Jazz Festival. Common Council President Willie Hines said he was at the fair Thursday night and witnessed black on black crime, but did not see any blacks attack whites.
He said that if there was, those individuals should be charged with the crime as well as a hate crime. “They should be penalized for the prime incident and we should have a racial enhancer,” Hines said. Hines said State Fair Police acted appropriately and professionally. “They were working hard to control the chaos,” Hines said. He said there may have been some coordination problems with other police departments outside the grounds of the fair.
Witnesses report attacks
Witnesses told WTMJ-AM (620) that dozens to hundreds of young black people were beating white people as they left the fair late Thursday night. Patrice Harris, a spokeswoman for the fair, said a police alert she was given indicated four people were hurt.
“It looked like they were just going after white guys, white people,” Norb Roffers of Wind Lake told WTMJ. He said he left the State Fair entrance near the corner of S. 84th St. and W. Schlinger Ave. in West Allis. One eyewitness, a concession worker who works near the midway area, told the Journal Sentinel that large groups of African-American youths ran through the midway area, knocking over young children and adults, disrupting midway rides and tearing signs up.
“I have never seen anything like it,” the worker said. “It was mob mentality.”
The concession worker said the incidents began at 7 p.m. “All of a sudden a wave of kids were running through the midway,” he said.
The worker said there was police, including officers on horseback, as well as other security, but it was not enough.
“All of a sudden we were hearing whistles,” the worker said.
A 34-year-old Muskego man said he was riding on the Ferris wheel in the midway with one of his children when he heard shouts of “fight.”
“The trouble really started somewhere between 7 and 8 p.m.,” said the man, who did not want to be identified because he was worried about the safety of his family. “We just heard this roar start. It was almost like you’re at a football game and a touchdown is scored and you just hear the crowd start roaring.”
“I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. There were hundreds – like 200 to 300 would be my guess. It wasn’t like 10 or 20. There was definitely a fight going on in the middle. There were so many people you couldn’t see who was fighting. There was just this big group that kept growing and chanting, ‘fight, fight, fight.’ “
“That lasted for one to two minutes. Then when security showed up blowing some whistles, all of this mob started running. It was like a herd of cattle,” he said.
The man described the crowd gathered around the fight as African-American, predominantly male and mainly 15- to 20-year-olds.
Fights break out
Another eyewitness, a Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin worker who was with his wife, a daughter, a friend of his daughter’s, a brother and a sister-in-law, said they arrived at the midway at 9:15 p.m. At about 9:40 p.m., he said he saw the first of two fights break out.
“I couldn’t see who was fighting but there was an incredible mob mentality,” he said. The eyewitness estimated the mob at between 30 to 50 black youths.
“We felt threatened. Without a doubt,” the eyewitness said.
He said a game-booth operator allowed his group to seek shelter in the booth while fights broke out. “Fortunately, the police on horses arrived quite quickly,” the eyewitness said.
The eyewitness said he was the recipient of several racially charged comments from the black youths. At one point, he said, he approached a security guard and told him he had better get more security to the scene. He said he told the security officer that “trouble was brewing.”
“The scariest part is that we were trapped between the midway and the exits by the mob, we had no way out. It was very frightening,” the hospital worker said. “It was glaringly obvious something was going to happen long before it did,” the hospital worker said.
One woman, a Marquette University employee, had left the fair with a friend. She said they had just turned onto S. 84th St., across the street from the fair and were headed north toward I-94 when they saw young black youths running between cars on the street.
“Then groups of kids began surging, all running at cars,” she said. “Some kids ran up on the hood of the car in front of us, bounced on it and jumped off. That guy looked like he got out of the car. When he came back his face was bloody.”
She said she wasn’t sure if the man was able to get medical attention. “I saw somebody in the car with cellphones, probably calling police.”
“It was scary and it was confusing,” she added. “We didn’t know what was happening. We didn’t see any law enforcement officer.”
She said she and her friend were concerned that somebody would try to break into their car. “There were so many people coming at you. Yes, it was scary.”
Another woman said she and her boyfriend were leaving the fair on a motorcycle about 11:30 p.m. Thursday when she saw a “mob of black teens picking on a very tall white teen” around S. 84th St. and W. Greenfield Ave.
“I stated to my boyfriend that there is going to be problems over there and I hope the cops are watching this and within seconds I saw the white teen attempting to punch his way out of a circle of black teens,” the woman said in an e-mail to the newspaper. “My heart just fell for him. As we turned, I saw security at the entrance to the State Fair and I yelled get over there! They are beating up a kid! We turned, as we went toward the expressway we then had to witness the police involved in multiple stops and incidents down 84th.” Harris said Friday that police officers were involved in breaking up numerous fights at the midway. She could not immediately provide a number, but said a number of arrests were made. Most of the arrests were for disorderly conduct.
“Throughout the night we had fights, but that’s not atypical,” Harris said.
Rick Pries of Milwaukee had spent the entire day at the fair with a friend and her two grandchildren. “We were in the midway and it was very crowded. While the kids were waiting in line I noticed large groups of black males running through the very crowded midway, yelling there was a fight,” Pries said. “There were several of these large groups all converging to this location.”
Pries said he decided to take the two children he was watching out of a line they were waiting in and leave the fair.
“There was very little security,” he said. “And the few that were there would have been overwhelmed by the sheer number of troublemakers,” Pries said.
The concession worker said he was not personally hassled, but he was concerned the youths would attempt to take his cash register. He closed his concession stand early for safety reasons.
“I was planning to take my kids to the fair tonight,” he said Friday morning. “I definitely won’t now.”
The Wisconsin State Fair is located in different jurisdictions. The north side of the fairgrounds from the Hank Aaron State Trail north is in the city of Milwaukee. The rest of the fair is in West Allis. Adding to the confusion is that the Wisconsin State Fair Park police has jurisdiction only on the fairgrounds, not outside of it.
Similar disturbances
The fair incidents are similar to mob-like disturbances that occurred over the Fourth of July weekend in Milwaukee.
About 60 young people beat and robbed a smaller group that had been watching fireworks from Kilbourn Reservoir Park. The injured people were white; the attackers were African-American, witnesses said. Another group looted a convenience store at a gas station at the corner E. North Ave. and N. Humboldt Blvd.
The incidents Thursday night come as the State Fair board over the last decade has worked to increase diversity at the annual fair, expanding its entertainment lineup and marketing to appeal to a younger, more multicultural audience. Diversity was a priority for State Fair Park Chairman Martin Greenberg, who spoke often of making it “truly the people’s park” – a “place of inclusion, not exclusion.”
Thursday night’s Main Stage performer was rapper MC Hammer, but a number of people who attended the concert said the show wasn’t to blame at all for the disturbances at the fair. One woman said the crowd watching Hammer was mostly white and adult and any children there seemed to be with parents.
Another woman said the concert was “very laid back and had no craziness that we witnessed at all. The craziness was in the midway,” she said.
Violent thugs can’t be allowed to destroy the Wisconsin State Fair or any other social venue or event. Those who terrorized innocent fair visitors Thursday night have to be found and punished. Security has to be beefed up. Families have to be free of fear.
This is our fair, a showcase and celebration of the state, and reports of African-American teenagers randomly beating up white fair-goers – similar to attacks last month in the Riverwest neighborhood – are shocking. We simply can’t let this happen again.
State Fair authorities are moving in the right direction with a parental escort policy, and Gov. Scott Walker was right to bring in the State Patrol to provide additional law enforcement help. Police of the three jurisdictions involved – State Fair, West Allis and Milwaukee – need to review their response and communications policies to ensure they’re adequate.
But more than that, the violence that erupted needs to be addressed by community leaders, churches, parents, schools and government officials throughout the region. Several leaders started to step up Friday; more need to do so.
Race-related violence is a blight on the community no matter what form it takes or where it crops up. It requires attention and action at all levels of the community, from board rooms to living rooms.
This is a Black world, because we live in Black-Run America (BRA) where Black people cannot be judged by the content of their character. Black people will continue to make excuses for Mahogany Mobs or remain silent on these attacks. That silence is their consent.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and NBC affiliate TMJ4 both published excellent stories of how hundreds of black youths engaged in multiple attacks at the Wisconsin State Fair last night.
In both articles, authors interviewed numerous witnesses, who all said the same thing. Here are some highlights.
Eric, an Iraqi war veteran, provided the most detailed description of the action. He said it “rated right up there” with what he saw in combat, concluding that only the National Guard could have handled this. He reported that police were ineffective and slow to respond. (Eric, meet Castle Rock v Gonzales: Police have no duty to protect you.)
Numerous witnesses reported people being pulled off motorcycles and beaten. A white youth was beaten and left lying in the street, then a female dropped a construction sign on him. After another woman got out of her car and tried to intervene, her husband “screamed at her to get back into the car.” Then the mob threw the victim “into the bushes like he was a piece of garbage.”
A concession worker reported a large mob rampaging through the midway, damaging stalls and driving away customers.
One thing witnesses were unanimous about: Black youth attacked, and made race-oriented threats and comments, only towards Caucasians.
Both articles are in-depth, with extensive witness interviews. They are excellent examples of investigative journalism, and highly recommended reading.
We at SBPDL have been trying to come up with an answer and have decided on one tactic. Next week, we’ll be heading to Milwaukee. More on this tomorrow. Pulling people from their cars… chilling. We want to find out what is really going on in Milwaukee. It has been reported that the fights inside the park were “not racially motivated” but no word on what transpired outside the park has been confirmed by police, nor do we know what they are investigating. I think I’ll take up that task on Tuesday. Here is an amazing declaration from two white Aldermen in Milwaukee. Here is a 2009 press conference from the attack on Mayor Barrett.
America will collapse before we start judging people by character
We have never compared Black people to apes or simians. We don’t like racial epithets. We believe in reporting the facts that The New York Times, Washington Post, and Gannett Newspapers refuse to do. But after reading that hundreds of Black people pulled white people out of cars in Milwaukee at the State Fair and beat them up, we can’t but laugh that the film Rise of the Planet of the Apes comes out today.
Blacks are getting a free pass to attack whites nationwide, and the Beat Whitey night of Iowa’s State Fair in 2010 has gone viral. St. Louis’ Knockout Game is viral, with Black people everywhere declaring – as they did in Akron during July 4th, 2009 – “this is a Black world.”
Police from three jurisdictions – West Allis, Milwaukee and Wisconsin State Fair police – are spending Friday morning piecing together a series of incidents late Thursday night at the Wisconsin State Fair in which large groups of youths rampaged through the midway and outside the grounds after closing.
Officials could not say what started what witnesses said was a series of racially charged incidents that apparently began as early as 7 p.m. in the midway. The midway is located just east of the Pettit National Ice Center and adjacent to the Hank Aaron Bike Trail. Milwaukee police confirmed there were assaults outside the fair as the fair was closing down. The fair closes at 11 p.m.
Police at all three jurisdictions declined to provide information Friday morning about what happened, when and where. Police said they were gathering multiple reports from various locations at the fair in order to determine what may have set off the incidents and hoped to provide a fuller picture later Friday.
Witnesses told WTMJ-AM (620) that dozens to hundreds of young black people were beating white people as they left the fair late Thursday night. Patrice Harris, a Fair spokeswoman, said a police alert she was given indicated four people were hurt.
“It looked like they were just going after white guys, white people,” Norb Roffers of Wind Lake told WTMJ-AM.
All across this nation today, white guilt started to evaporate. Quickly. People reading this story on Drudge and the hundreds of blogs that will cover it must know that these are not isolated incidents. Blacks have attacked whites all summer, in increasingly large numbers and more daring, brazen raids.
Mahogany Mobs (is this something out of a Nat Turner fantasy) under arrest
Walter Williams pointed out that Black crime is getting worse in a column earlier this summer, but he didn’t go far enough in denouncing the poor character of Black people who are starting to ‘rise’ nationwide. MSM papers are refusing to discuss race when it comes to crime:Knowing that Disingenuous White Liberals and [Perfidious White Journalists] PWJ’s are in charge of the editorial policy at The Washington Post,The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, and Gannett assets, and openly admit to censoring stories of Black criminality, it’s easy to understand why many newspapers are losing subscribers and the ability to charge huge rates for national ad campaigns. Those who believe mainstream conservatives will say anything about this are mistaken. They are so afraid of being called racist and losing donations (and that joyous 501c3 tax-status) and a seat at the Disingenuous White Liberal (DWL) approved table, that they will throw their most promising rising stars under the bus to save their own hide. Trust me, I know.
Milwaukee has seen it’s share of violence this summer, as we have written about on many occasions. James Harris and for refusing to acknowledge that Black people pose a major threat to peace and stability in his city where he is charged with keeping the peace.
If we were a sane country, he would be fired and immediately be tried for gross negligence and failure to perform the duties assigned to him. Every white person that was attacked should sue his department, the city of Milwaukee and the Milwaukee newspapers/media for failing to do their job and inform the public about the threat of Black people.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes comes out today. We are not comparing Black people to apes or simians, but merely pointing out the strange coincidence of the trailer for the film and the actions of Black people in pulling white people out of cars and beaten them.
Black people attacked whites at the Iowa State Fair in 2010, and the police tried to cover it up. The cats out the bag now… tens of millions will read this story today and a lot of people will smirk, realizing that Rise of the Planet of the Apes comes out today. What a strange twist of fate, when you think about it.
It is my hope that some white person, pulled from their car by one of the hordes of Black people assaulting innocent fair-goers all around them, had the same thought that Charlton Heston did in the original Planet of the Apes.
Mahogany Mobs attack people nationwide. We tolerate this because of Selma
It all started here. In Selma. On this bridge. The destruction of Atlanta, Memphis, Baltimore, Mobile, Birmingham, Newark, Philadelphia, Detroit and other cities; the abandonment of white flight cities and counties to the inevitable Black Undertow; dreams held by young families shattered by long, stressful commutes from Whitopia’s into those abandoned cities, run by Black people incapable of maintaining the civilization they inherited ; the toleration of Flash Mahogany Mobs and the need to implement curfews (normally reserved for times of war or national disaster) to keep Black violence and crime down; all of this is because of what happened in Selma, on this bridge.
It all started here.
In the coming weeks, I plan on traveling to Detroit, Chicago, Birmingham, and Atlanta. More videos will be made. People must know the truth – indeed, most already do and move as far away from it as possible – about what happened to these cities.
On Monday of next week, Captain America and Whiteness will be released in book form. How fitting that Marvel decided to kill off the superfluous – and very white – Peter Parker and replace him with a half-Black/half-Hispanic Spider-Man. For a donation of $50 or more, I’ll send you a signed copy of both Captain America and Whiteness and Hollywood in Blackface. If you have not received your copies yet from a prior donation, please send me a private e-mail and I’ll get copies of all three published books to you.
Readers have been incredibly generous (considering what happened to me and the outpouring of support) but if you can make another donation, we can move-up the plans to travel to other cities and document what has been left behind. It’s a lot to ask, but remember, no one else is doing it.
The decision by Marvel to create a non-white Spider-Man is not one to take lightly. Spider-Man is arguably the second most recognizable superhero, after Bruce Wayne/Batman. Only the Dark Knight made more money then any of the three Sam Raimi Spider-Man films of the 2000s. The three Spider-Man films made more than $1 billion combined at the domestic box office.
For a nerd, Spider-Man’s not doing so bad these days — after 40 years of web-slinging, he’s got a new movie and has managed to remain hip with youngsters while staying true to his aging longtime fans.
From billboards in New York’s Times Square to toy stores, book shelves and even music stores, Marvel Comics’ flagship character seems to be everywhere as his fans await Friday’s opening of the Spider-Man movie. However, Spider-Man’s enduring popularity has little to do with his ability to climb walls, his super-human strength, or his somewhat creepy-yet-cool costume.
Fans have loved Spider-Man because he has trouble paying his rent. He was not the most popular guy in school and does not always get the girl. Comic book readers — or “true believers,” as Spider-Man co-creator Stan Lee likes to refer them — have followed the web-slinger for so long because his very human alter-ego is Peter Parker, who struggles with the same everyday life issues as everyone else.
“He was just like an everyman,” said Ken Feliu, a 29-year-old commercial production director and lifelong comic book reader. “Batman had his secret identity but Bruce Wayne was a millionaire. Superman had his alter-ego [Clark Kent], but he was still Superman.
“With Spider-Man, he had his aunt nagging him, he had to get through school, he had to deal with his life, he had to hold down a job. He almost seemed like a regular guy,” said Feliu. “Here’s a guy who, while swinging from building to building on his way to fight Doc Ock [Dr. Octopus], is also thinking, ‘Oh man, how am I gonna pay the rent tomorrow?’”
Spider-Man learned a lesson that his Uncle Ben tried to teach him shortly before Ben’s death: With great power comes great responsibility.
The ‘Peter Parker’ in All of Us From the beginning, readers clearly saw Spider-Man’s humanity and vulnerability. Even with his powers, he could not protect his loved ones from harm and was not immune from the hardships of daily life — two long-running themes of the Spider-Man comic books. Readers saw a bit of themselves in Spider-Man.
“With Batman and Superman, both characters made a conscious choice to use their powers for good, to devote their lives to fighting evil,” said M. Thomas Inge, professor of English and the Humanities at Randolph-Macon College in Virginia. “Superman was born with his powers and Batman devoted his life toward avenging the murder of his parents. Peter Parker became a superhero by accident. He’s 15 to 16 years old, unpopular in high school, he has acne, he’s got a lot of problems. To a certain extent, he had no choice in that his powers were a gift thrust upon him.
“We can all be Peter Parkers,” Inge added. “It feeds into our typical fantasy of wanting to escape our characters. We’d all like to escape our characters sometime and be someone else.”
Killing off Peter Parker – an unnecessary white boy in 2011, who was incessantly whiny anyways – and replacing him with a half-Black/half-Hispanic makes perfect sense for our undyingly progressive times:
“What you have is a Spider-Man for the 21st century who’s reflective of our culture and diversity,” Marvel Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso told NBC. “We think that readers will fall in love with Morales the same way they fell in love with Peter Parker.”
Marvel’s inspiration for this change-up in the series may be partially inspired, said the report, by fans themselves. When director Marc Webb undertook the task of rebooting Spider-Man in cinematic form (in the upcoming 2012 film, The Amazing Spider-Man), a grassroots online effort tried to get Webb to cast Donald Glover, an African American actor, in the lead role. These fans maintained that Glover’s race had nothing to do with the basic story and core elements of who Peter Parker was.
That role was, however, taken by Andrew Garfield, who is white.
As for the comics, characters fans love will still make appearances, like Peter’s Aunt May and girlfriend Gwen Stacy (who will also appear in the upcoming film). They will reportedly help Morales in his transition from a young teen into a web-slinging New York City superhero.
Sarah Pichelli, an Italian artist who created a new image for Spider-Man, said, “Maybe sooner or later, a Black or gay hero will be considered something absolutely normal.”
With Spider-Man’s endless popularity and such an unprecedented move by Marvel, it would appear that this is already happening.
As you’ll learn in Captain America and Whiteness, the burden of the whiteness that DC and Marvel’s heroes all share must be rectified; what’s hilarious is that Marvel decided to change Spider-Man and announce it right when I published a book on the subject. Gotta love the timing of the book. This is why you should write about what you know. For me, it’s college football, pop culture, movies, etc. By starting SBPDL, that forum slowly arose for me to write about other topics I’m interested in; thank you for allowing me to do just that.
For the past two years there have been regular racially motivated attacks on white pedestrians by black mobs in Philadelphia. These attacks are committed by 100% black mobs against white people and are motivated by racial hatred. The media has been aggressively downplaying the attacks and censoring all mention of race. IF the races were reversed in these attacks they would be MAJOR nationwide media sensations. The media would be screaming “HATE CRIMES” and calling the perpetrators domestic terrorists.
We found this video from last fall of the “Uhuru” movement defending the racially motivated attacks. They claim the attackers are “victims” of oppression. Later in the video a woman’s voice describes a violent attack on a white police officer as “fighting back.” At the end, a black man says that blacks are justified in engaging in criminal activity against white people. His speech is spliced together with scenes of a black mobs brutally attacking a white pedestrians on the streets on Philadelphia.
Leaning across the bus seat, these teenage killers shake hands in a sickening moment of self-congratulation.
One is heard to say to another: ‘You’re the new young boss.’
Just half an hour earlier they had been among a vicious gang who hunted down a schoolboy ‘like a pack of wild dogs’ before knifing him to death.
The gang are now behind bars. They were jailed for a total of 74 years yesterday over the killing in broad daylight in a busy shopping street of 16-year-old Nicholas Pearton.
The teenager was pursued across a suburban park by his attackers, many of whom were still in their school uniform, before he was stabbed through the heart and collapsed in a shop doorway in front of his mother, Kim.
Victim: Nicolas Pearton was killed in South London after being chased by seven gang members across a park before being stabbed in a shop door
As the gang fled, they waved their knives in the air and shouted the name of the gang ‘triumphantly’.
Gordon – known as ‘Lamarr the scar’ because he had a scar from 23 stitches in his face – was heard to praise Green’s knifing, telling him: ‘You’re the new young boss’.
People are missing the point entirely, not all blacks are bad, maybe most blacks have a deep seated hatred for whites, maybe some blacks are capable of intelligent thought and creativity, maybe. That’s all besides the point, how we got to where we are today is important for the historians, not so much for the young girl raped by a pack of rabid negroid males, not so important for the white family being murdered in the night because another Negro needed drug money and they just happen to be home at the time of his burglary. This site is here to inform and change the thinking of intelligent people to rationalize the final solution, for the black question plaguing white civilization. Simple as this my black friends, we are not concerned with trying to be your friends, don’t you get it, we don’t want to live near you, work with you, or co exist in the same continent with you. We don’t like our elites and liberal brothers codling your every need, I don’t want my tax money going to feed and house your people. Now, I don’t hate you, I don’t want you to sit in a gas chamber, but I do want you to go home. No arguing about what great things you did for my people, or that you can change given enough wealth and blood, sorry, you had your chance, go home. Period.
We have grown tired of the low level race war our nation and its people have suffered under over the last century, we are willing to suffer the loss of all your people, have and will contribute to our people, we will suffer through the intangible benefits your people provide to our civilization. It is for the betterment of all, that all parties agree to separate and go their own way, meaning you back to africa, and allow my brothers and sisters to live in peace. We affirm no responsibility over your people, no debts, no reparations, no rightful birthright for your people to inject themselves into the lives of my people.
We are a free, sovereign, unique people, who have the universal right, granted to us by the laws of nature, to exist as a unique and sovereign people, to self governance, to be separate, to live as we choose to live and decide our own destiny without interference or coercion from external threats and or enemies. We reserve the right to defend ourselves and our prosperity, and to achieve self sufficiency devoid of free trade and globalism.
The time has come for all people to be free, and live as they choose to live.
Hmm. Think. Would we have defaulted, really? The nation that prints money to bailout GM, banks, and to fund ridiculous projects as “stimulus”?
No. Even if we couldn’t meet our sovereign debt obligations (and we could have, with no ceiling increase), this government would’ve just printed the money to do so.
Now, we’re stuck with more of the same can-kicking, and a “deal” that virtually guarantees more can-kicking before the end of the year. Awesome.
So, the age-old questions.
What? How? When?
What do we do about the oathbreaking, traitorous bastards driving our nation to ruin, bankrupting our children, enslaving our posterity?
What do we do?
We wait.
…*crickets*…
I know, I know, you’re tired of waiting. All the prepping, the learning, the training, you’re eager and willing to set this straight.
The current situation reminds me of being a young enlisted soldier, out on one of my my first (training) observation posts. After all the prep and training, we were inserted via Blackhawk, did a night infiltration, and set up in a good hide position. All I did was follow my squad leader, and it was just training, but I was pumped. We got set up, and I asked my sergeant what to do next.
He just looked at me and said, “Now we wait”.
Do you know how hard it is for an eighteen year old private with a load of blank ammo to hold his fire with the enemy right in his face?
Sitting right smack dab in the middle by an OPFOR Mech Infantry batallion, armed with only a radio and M16′s, there wasn’t much else we could have done. Many times, if a scout uses his personal weapon, he’s already failed. He’s dead.
We waited.
We sent intel.
We improved our position, when we could.
When the fight started, we used the radio (a scout’s most powerful weapon) to rain hell (simulated arty) down all around us. We had used the excruciatingly boring day and a half of “waiting”…doing “nothing”… with the enemy close enough to hit with a rock, to identify the enemy BN command and staff, as well as several other key positions that were made untenable with well-directed simulated artillery. We sat there in the sun, plotting, ranging, estimating, setting up TRPs…
We were “waiting”, but we were busy.
That “waiting” paid off.
Another time (again, training here), on a screenline, we “waited”, and let OPFOR’s advance guard pass us. We let the main body pass as well. We “waited”, while an Armored Cavalry task force charged ahead, overextended, and found itself trapped in a mess of obstacles, washed-out ditches, and -oh yeah- scouts armed with TOW missiles. One ten-vehicle scout platoon decimated many times more than its number in Bradleys. Our dug-in M-1s took care of the rest. The exercise was reset to allow the other side to get some training value out of it. To win completely, we had to allow the enemy to commit, to over-extend. We had to allow a lethal foe to close within striking distance.
Maybe there are some correlations or lessons to be learned there. Maybe not. Maybe I’m just spouting off about old Army wargames.
So, what do we do? I can’t answer that for anyone but myself and my family. We wait. We prepare for the worst. We make our lives ones worth dying for. We build strong minds, strong bodies, strong tribes.
We Resist where we can, we hide or pull back where we must. Some of us will have to stand and receive punishment for saying, “no more”. That’s hard. Some of us will have to suffer disgrace and humiliation where our pride says “fight!” Sometimes that’s just as hard.
You, me, others, the “little people”, we’re powerless right now. We’re spectators to our own downfall as a nation. It’s always that way. The little people are nothing, impotent, meaningless.
Until they’re not anymore.
That moment often comes without warning. When it comes, nothing can stop it, even if looking back it seems entirely avoidable.
Remember WW1? When one spark was lit, it set off an unstoppable chain of events that no one could control.
Our time will come. One way or the other.
I don’t know the when or the how. I know part of the “why”.
Use the time we have now. Use it to prepare for whatever you see ahead in our future. Use it or squander it as you will.
We’re the little people. We’re the “consumers”, the cannon fodder, the “suspects”, the “voters”, whatever serves the purposes of the moment for those who would be our masters.
‘Aftershock’ Book Predicts Economic Disaster Amid Controversy
Robert Wiedemer’s new book, “Aftershock: Protect Yourself and Profit in the Next Global Financial Meltdown,” quickly is becoming the survival guide for the 21st century. And Newsmax’s eye-opening Aftershock Survival Summit video, with exclusive interviews and prophetic predictions, already has affected millions around the world — but not without ruffling a few feathers.
Initially screened for a private audience, this gripping video exposed harsh economic truths and garnered an overwhelming amount of feedback.
“People were sitting up and taking notice, and they begged us to make the video public so they could easily share it,” said Newsmax Financial Publisher Aaron DeHoog.
But that wasn’t as simple as it seems. Various online networks repeatedly shut down the controversial video. “People were sending their friends and family to dead links, so we had to create a dedicated home for it,” DeHoog said.
This wasn’t the first time Wiedemer’s predictions hit a nerve. In 2006, he was one of three economists who co-authored a book correctly warning that the real estate boom and Wall Street bull run were about to end. A prediction Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke and his predecessor, Alan Greenspan, were not about to support publicly.
Realizing that the worst was yet to come, Wiedemer and company quickly penned “Aftershock.” However, just before it was publicly released, the publisher yanked the final chapter, deeming it too controversial for newsstand and online outlets such as Amazon.com.
“We got lucky,” DeHoog said. “I happened to read the original version, which contained this ‘unpublished chapter,’ which I think is the most crucial in the entire book. Wiedemer gave Newsmax permission to share this chapter with our readers.”
With daily economic forecasts projecting doom and gloom and no recovery in sight, people need to learn how to survive economic disaster. During the past quarter alone, unemployment skyrocketed to 9 percent. Inflation continues to soar and the U.S. national debt crisis is still on the fence between raising the debt ceiling or massive budget cuts, with no resolution in sight.
During Newsmax’s Aftershock Survival Summit video, Wiedemer discusses the dire consequences of Washington, D.C.’s, bipartisan, multi-decade “borrow-and-spend” agenda. He also explores the inflation nightmare, the impending plunge in home prices, the looming collapse of the stock and bond markets, a possible historic surge in unemployment, and how to survive what life in America will be like in the days of the “Aftershock.”
Despite appearances, Aftershock is not a book with the singular intention of scaring the heck out of people. Although it does provide a harsh outlook for the economic future of America, the true value lies in the wealth of investment tips, analyses, predictions, budget advice, and sound economic guidance that people can act on immediately, offering a ray of recovery hope and an indispensable blueprint for life after shock.
Viewers of Newsmax’s Aftershock Survival Summit video heard detailed advice for handling credit card debt, home and car loans, life insurance, unemployment issues, how to beat inflation, making personal budget cuts and many more recovery tools to survive the economic aftershock. They also took advantage of a special Newsmax offer for a free copy of the new edition of “Aftershock,” which includes the final “unpublished chapter.”
For a limited time, Newsmax is showing the Aftershock Survival Summit and supplying viewers with free copies of the “Aftershock” book (while supplies last).

Ayers’ Plan to Kill 25 Million Americans
Larry Grathwol, Weathermen, William Ayers, Communism, History
line
“The most effective informer the F.B.I. ever placed among the Weathermen” (NY Times) Larry Grathwol describes how William Ayers and other Weather Underground leaders cheerfully planned to deliver the United States to foreign occupation, and proposed to murder 25 million Americans.
Grathwohl: I brought up the subject of what’s going to happen after we take over the government. You know, we become responsible for administrating, you know, 250 million people. And there was no answer. No one had given any thought to economics. How are you going to clothe and feed these people?
The only thing that I could get was that they expected that the Cubans, the North Vietnamese, the Chinese and the Russians would all want to occupy different portions of the United States. They also believed that their immediate responsibility would be to protect against what they called the counter-revolution. And they felt that this counter-revolution could best be guarded against by creating and establishing re-education in the Southwest where we would take all of the people who needed to be re‑educated into the new way of thinking and teach them how things were going to be. I asked, “Well, what is going to happen to those people that we can’t re‑educate, that are die-hard capitalists?” And the reply was that they’d have to be eliminated and when I pursued this further, they estimated that they’d have to eliminate 25 million people in these re‑education centers. And when I say eliminate, I mean kill 25 million people. I want you to imagine sitting in a room with 25 people, most of whom have graduate degrees from Columbia and other well-known educational centers and hear them figuring out the logistics for the elimination of 25 million people and they were dead serious.
Hat tip to Confederate Yankee.

How well a nonwhite majority will perform economically in America 2042?
Fortunately, we already have a gigantic test case: California, which is now only 43 percent non-Hispanic white.
So what can we learn about the future of America from California, where the state government may run out of money next month without a federal bailout?
For most of this decade, the financial wizards poured hundreds of billions of dollars into mortgage-backed securities originating in California. In other words, they made a colossal bet on diversity.
And lost.
It turned out that, while California’s new diverse population could certainly consume and speculate like old-fashioned white Americans, they couldn’t produce like them.
