The House ethics committee is currently investigating seven African-American lawmakers—more than 15 percent of the total in the House. And an eighth black member, Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-Ill.), would be under investigation if the Justice Department hadn’t asked the committee to stand down.

Not a single white lawmaker is currently the subject of a full-scale ethics committee probe.

It’s a wonder that Finland has better governance than Sierra Leone …

That the worst government in a white country is not as corrupt as the best government in a black country must be racism. Or at least it’s racist to notice it.

Joe Scarborough today said that he expected the New Jersey election to be close, but that the Democrats would pull it off. Then laughed and said that by “pull it off”, he meant that “they would steal it in Newark”.

Fort Hood shooter a devout, observant Muslim

Evidently he was not a convert to Islam, but was a lifelong — and observant — Muslim. “At least 12 killed in shooting at Fort Hood, Tex.,” by William Branigin and Carrie Johnson for the Washington Post, November 5 (thanks to Peter Collier):

[...] Hasan was a psychiatrist, according to acquaintances of his in Washington, and a Pentagon source said he was recently reassigned from Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington to work with soldiers at Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood.Hasan was a U.S. citizen, according to Virginia voting records, and his parents are Palestinians from the West Bank, according to his aunt, Noel Hasan of Falls Church. He was born at Arlington Hospital Center.

Hasan, 39, had lived in Montgomery County, Md., and Arlington, Va., in addition to Roanoke and nearby Vinton, Va. He graduated from Virginia Tech and earned his medical degree at Bethesda’s Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, records show.

Hasan attended the Muslim Community Center in Silver Spring and was “very devout,” according to Faizul Khan, a former imam at the center. Khan said Hasan attended prayers at least once a day, seven days a week, often in his Army fatigues.

Khan also said Hasan applied to an annual matrimonial seminar that matches Muslims looking for spouses. “I don’t think he ever had a match, because he had too many conditions,” Khan said.

“We never got into details of worldly affairs or politics,” the former imam said of his conversations with Hasan. “Mostly religious questions. But there was nothing extremist in his questions. He never showed any frustration. . . . He never showed any . . . wish for vengeance on anybody.”

However, a fellow Army officer who worked with Hasan told Fox News Channel that Hasan had expressed strong opposition to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

“He would make comments to other individuals about how we should not be in the war in the first place,” Col. Terry Lee told the network. “He made those comments, and he stuck strongly to his faith, but as soldiers we have a duty to follow orders from our commander in chief, and our political views are set aside.”

The mainstream media, of course, is still searching for a motive.

Fort Hood jihad shooter a licensed psychiatrist

Lots of predictable mainstream media dissembling going on about Malik Nadal Hasan, the one murderer who has been identified in the attacks at Fort Hood today that left 12 dead and 31 wounded. One AP story says that his religion is not known. The CBS story below is a bit better, actually identifying him as a Muslim. But no one, no one at all, in the mainstream media is discussing jihad as a motivation. It’s all about “snapping,” “not wanting to go to war” (then why join the Army), etc.

Chinese Challenge to ‘Out of Africa’ Theory

Jin Changzhu and colleagues of the Institute of Vertebrate Palaeontology and Palaeoanthropology in Beijing, announced to Chinese media last week that they have uncovered a 110,000-year-old putative Homo sapiens jawbone from a cave in southern China’s Guangxi province.

If confirmed, the finding would lend support to the “multiregional hypothesis”. This says that modern humans descend from Homo sapiens coming out of Africa who then interbred with more primitive humans on other continents. In contrast, the prevailing “out of Africa” hypothesis holds that modern humans are the direct descendants of people who spread out of Africa to other continents around 100,000 years ago.

The study will appear in Chinese Science Bulletin later this month.

Out of China?

“[This paper] acts to reject the theory that modern humans are of uniquely African origin and supports the notion that emerging African populations mixed with natives they encountered,” says Milford Wolpoff, a proponent of the multiregional hypothesis at the University of Michigan.

Others disagreed. Erik Trinkaus, an anthropologist at Washington University in St Louis, Missouri, questioned whether the find was a true Homo sapiens.

“You need to keep in mind that ‘Homo sapiens’ for most Chinese scholars is not limited to anatomically modern humans,” he says. “For many of them, it is all ‘post Homo erectus,’ humans.”

I will wait for the genetic evidence on this. The Chinese have great cultural pride and this may bias the study. In fact, the discovery of ancient white colonies in present day China is still a sore point with Chinese political authorities.

One of the sustaining beliefs among Chinese speakers, north and south, is that they are an ethnic family. Their genes say otherwise. Northern and southern Chinese appear to be separate as northern and southern Europeans—with only political fictions and Beijing’s power holding them together.

Anti-Anglo Racist Tripe

{snip} When you immerse yourself in racist hate literature, it creates a sensation akin to dipping your head in a bucket of garbage. It is cloying, smothering, fetid and unpleasant; you can’t wait to remove yourself from it. All of this came flooding back to me when I happened across a copy of “America Libre” by Raul Ramos y Sanchez.

On his website, the author claims he wrote the book “as a wake-up call to the dangers of extremism—on both sides of this explosive issue. Illegal immigration is a hotly debated topic. Yet it is only the tip of the iceberg.” The first portion of this statement is a blatant lie. “America Libre” is nothing less than a Chicano nationalist “Turner Diaries,” a racist, hate-filled screed that gins up anti-Anglo resentment by painting a fantasy landscape in which all Hispanics are rounded up and put in camps. Ramos’ heroes revolt, hoping to create a U.N.-recognized “Hispanic Republic of North America.”

{snip} Specifically, his book is concerned primarily with depicting, transparently, all non-Hispanics as racist, ignorant, incompetent fools driven only by hatred and given only to brutality. There are no complex characters; there are only Hispanics to varying degrees of purity {snip} and Anglos exhibiting varying degrees of racism. To the extent that military veteran and bodybuilder Mano at first loves America, then becomes only too eager to commit cold-blooded murder in seeking revenge for the injustices perpetrated against Hispanics, his character could be considered dynamic. He is, however, only a convenient water boy carrying the author’s racist hate.

The Anglos against whom Mano pits himself with only token reluctance are, almost to a man, racist monsters who spit words like “Beaner,” “Greaser” and “Pancho” with every breath. When they’re not attempting to rape Hispanic women or killing Mano’s children with their incompetence {snip}, they’re nervously firing into crowds of understandably angry protesters because they’re nothing but ill-trained glory hounds suffering delusions of action-hero greatness.

Two things disturb me about “America Libre.” The first is that this book won an International Latino Book Award when it is clearly only a mediocre novel in terms of its writing. (It was also one of USA Today’s picks for “Summer Reads” and was similarly lauded in Latina magazine.) The second is that Ramos’ depiction of evil, Hispanic-hating Anglos, only too eager to deny Social Security benefits to illegal aliens (when they’re not cruelly deporting them outright), is obviously what he truly thinks of non-Hispanics. “America Libre” exists for one reason only: to foment hatred and revolutionary sentiment among a Hispanic population that has already become volatile in the southwest United States.

This is most evident in that Ramos absolves from blame another of his protagonists, a wealthy instigator who pays gang members to stir up trouble to help along the inevitable revolution. (These gang members shoot down police officers.) By the novel’s end, protagonist Mano no longer considers himself an American. He is committed to the revolution and vows to go on fighting.

This is a thoroughly evil book. I do not understand how the Hachette Book Group justifies mass-producing this racist tripe. This is not literature; this is a La Raza fantasy of the “reconquista”—a Chicano nationalist movement that seeks to retake portions of the United States in the name of Hispanic racial and social justice. {snip}

American citizens should not have to give social security benefits to illegal aliens and have every right to deport them. Neither Mexico or any other Latin American country gives benefits to foreigners in the country illegally and they don’t hesitate to deport them. What is “evil” are Mexicans who think they are above another nation’s laws and have the right to illegally invade at will!!!!

The Foulest Deed of All

This morning I heard some nigger pundit on CNN praise Obama to the skies, saying that we have a great black president. I wanted to throw a boot at his ass-ugly face on my screen. The gall of that ape! But we all know that if CNN told us dogs bite, we’d have to go kick a dog to check. CNN is one of the worst offenders as far as lying non-stop and promoting leftist evil. Their programs are textbook communist propaganda.

For those of us that studied the rise of communists and their tactics all over the world, we know they lie continually to advance their goals. Because no sane person wants a communist nation. So the communists simply start a campaign of lies, demonizing all enemies of the Left so the public will turn against their own allies and protectors. This tactic has been used over and over again throughout history, and it’s being used on us as I speak.

Communism was never meant to be a viable form of government. Oh sure, it sounds like a good idea when you read Marx’s Communist Manifesto, but that’s only what you see on the surface. That’s exactly what Marx and Engels (the two Jews who created it) planned all along.

Like all Jewish plans, it’s truly insidious. In real life communism is a failure-proof recipe for destroying a culture and nation, and for eliminating all personal freedoms. The Jews had been working on this concept for a very long time before Marx finally put it together. The Jews had for centuries been researching to find an efficient way to destroy all non-Jew nations and peoples. And considering all the untold millions of dead, dying, and suffering this world has seen thanks to these two kikes, I’d have to say it was a resounding success.

Even now, after the fall of most communist nations and the fact that even Red China is backing away from it in favor of capitalism, the Left is working feverishly to install communism right here in the States.

There’s one thing all people need to understand to the bone about communism; It’s as close as you can get to genuine demon possession in this world. For once a person catches the communist bug, they become fanatical to the point of insanity, much like a crazed jihadist. We’ve all seen foaming at the mouth liberals going into a fit of zealous rage whenever someone dares to resist their fanatical beliefs.

This is quite common and to be expected. I’ve talked personally to liberal/communists about that very thing, and what they told me made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. “I’m elevated to a plane of spiritual ecstasy!” said one, while another said, “The more I learned about it, the more I felt myself under the grip of an overwhelming power..I liked it.”

These are terrifying words because they sound exactly like the words of Moonies, the followers of Sung Yung Moon, a Korean con artist that used sleep deprivation, interrogation and brainwashing techniques to create an army of obedient, fanatical slaves that would then sign over all their worldly assets to this evil chink, and would even steal their parent’s retirement money and give that to him as well…under orders. Moon is one of the most evil men in history. Somebody should have put a bullet in his brain decades ago. Like all creeps, no matter how rich he got, he always wanted more.

Communism has a power, the power to enslave minds and nations. There is something buried deep within the human psyche that makes us lean toward self-destruction. I truly believe this is why people so willingly accept a philosophy that can only lead to the abyss. If you doubt communism’s power over people, just try to convert one away from it. You’ll be attacked ruthlessly on every level.

This is why liberals are so nutty about their political beliefs. Liberalism is communism. It’s just hiding under another banner to aid its goal of conquering the country. Here in America, most of us were raised to despise communism, and we had a working knowledge of their insidious promotional tactics. Not any more. Over the past two generations communist liberals have removed all negative teachings about communism and replaced them with anti-American propaganda. The things I’ve read in modern textbooks would make the average American go postal. Yet these are the same bastards who now have direct control over what our children are taught every day.

Communist socialism is the goal of every last liberal in the House. All the Republican politicians know this, as well as the more educated among us. But the rest of the public just sees an opposing party with slightly different views and ideas of how this country should be run. They don’t realize that these people are enemies of the union and are actively and aggressively working to destroy it, one bill at a time.

It all boils back down to the Jews…again. Like Hitler said, “…behind every social ill you will find a Jewish maggot.” Communism was invented to destroy nations, not to replace their governments with something more viable. It’s the perfect political mousetrap. Because once you’ve accepted it, you can’t go back. All power is permanently shifted to an elite group of ruthless, greedy men who will gladly kill you and most
of the nation to retain control.

The foulest deed of all is replacing a nation’s freedom with this evil travesty of government. Just another Jewish plot to destroy us all. I’ve talked about revolution for years, and now the possibility of it actually happening is a reality. This also presents a unique danger to us all. That’s because communism is like cancer; it’s an opportunistic disease. If a society is weak or in the middle of a political upheaval, communists invariably use this period of weakness to force-install their brand of government.

Obama and his henchmen are in the final stages of preparing for a coup that will do exactly that. We have nobody but ourselves to blame for not getting tough on these evil fanatics decades ago. Better late than never. Just remember that while you’re pondering actually doing something about this menace, our enemies are continually working on the minds and hearts of our precious children. We can’t wait any longer to stop them. We dare not wait.

Free Speech is Dead in England – Conquered by Islam

Could you imagine being brought up on criminal charges simply for debating religion with a Moslem? Well, that’s exactly what happened to the two English Christians featured in this news report.

After Ben And Sharon Vogelenzang engaged in a debate about faith with an Islamic woman, the latter complained that she felt “offended” by their beliefs. This led to the arrest of the couple, who now face a criminal trial on December 8.

Sadly, this is not that unusual in the U.K., as numerous Englishmen have been arrested for “hate speech,” specious “racial offenses” or some variation thereof. In fact, I will shortly post a second video about another U.K. Christian who was persecuted for expressing her beliefs.

This should serve as a shot across the bow to all of us. Make no mistake, unless something upsets the apple cart (which is likely), we’ll see hate-speech laws in the U.S. in the not-too-distant future.

Oh, would anyone like to hazard a guess on whether or not the Moslem woman in this case was arrested? Well, I guess all offense is equal, but some is more equal than others.

Obama Pushing Secular UN Anti-Free Speech Resolution

Hello, and welcome back to another edition of American Dissident Voices, the Internet radio program of North America’s foremost racialist organization, the National Alliance. I’m your host and the Chairman of the Alliance, Erich Gliebe.

You know, the average American looks at our society today and wonders how we got to the point at which a 15-year-old girl can be beaten, robbed, and gang-raped outside her high school on Homecoming Night. That, of course, is what happened outside Richmond High School in Richmond, California on the night of Friday, October 23. Despite there being three teachers and four police officers in attendance to chaperone the dance, the assault went on for more than two hours before a passerby called the police and gave them a tip. Interestingly, none of the more than dozen people who witnessed the assault-without participating in the crime, I might add-felt the need to notify authorities. Neither, of course, did the suspected seven others who joined in on the action.

Two of the attackers are now under arrest: 19-year-old former Richmond High student Manual Ortega-who faces charges of rape, robbery, and kidnapping-and an unnamed 15-year-old, who faces one count of sexual assault. As of this writing, police are still searching for perhaps five other attackers. The name of the 15-year-old victim has not been disclosed, although she is reported to be in stable condition after being taken for medical treatment unconscious on the night of the attack.

The Jewish media moguls, of course, are reluctant to report any news that might portray non-Whites in a negative light, not because they necessarily care all that much about the so-called rights and welfare of non-Whites – because they DON’T – but because they are VERY interested in running down the spirits and morale of the White American population. This behavior, I and other White racialists contend, is part of the Jewish plan to weaken the main competitor of the Jewish race – namely, the White race – and, if possible, to exterminate the White race completely over time. But the slow extermination of the White race by the Jewish power players isn’t the main subject for today.

The main topic today relates to what happened outside Richmond High School a little more than a week ago. Because of that relative media blackout about racial matters, there are a lot of things we haven’t been told about the Homecoming night gang-rape in Richmond, California, which – in case you were wondering – has a population of around 100,000 and is part of the San Francisco-Oakland-Berkeley mega-city on the coast in northern California. In other words, there are a lot of questions that, to this point, haven’t been answered. The biggest question that I and many other concerned Whites have – even Whites who don’t think of themselves as racialists – is: What are the races of the attackers and the victim?

Because the victim is a minor and because of the Jewish media’s reluctance to give accurate and up-to-date information on racial matters, I’m not sure we are going to get a definitive answer to that question anytime soon. But let’s pull a few facts together and see if we can come up with some reasonable guesses about the racial implications of this case.

For one thing, I am going to guess that most, if not all, of the attackers were Latinos. I base this on a few things. For starters, the one youth that the police have in custody, 19-year-old Manual Ortega, is a Latino. In addition, according to a school report card for Richmond High School that is available online, the racial makeup of the school back in 2005-2006 was about 72% Latino, 14% Black, 10% Asian, and 2% White. Unfortunately, I could not find a more recent report card, but I assume that the racial percentages have not changed much in four years; if anything, Richmond High School is probably MORE Hispanic now than it was in 2005, which makes it likely that most if not all of the attackers were Latinos, since perhaps three-fourths of Richmond’s current students and former students over the last, say, five years are Latinos.

And for another thing, let’s be practical here:With whom do you think Manual Ortega hangs out? A bunch of thugs who are White? A bunch of thugs who are Black? A bunch of thugs who are Asian? It’s possible, to be sure, but it is very unlikely. Odds are, Manual Ortega hangs out with other Latinos, bumming around looking for mischief and speaking Spanish when they are in the presence of White adults, just to piss them off. I’d be very surprised if we found out that Ortega’s accomplices in the gang-rape of a 15-year-old California high schooler WEREN’T his fellow Latinos.

This program, American Dissident Voices, is – as most of you know – rooted in race and racial issues. Anything that relates to racial issues or to the possible future of the White race around the world is a topic of interest for this program and to our listeners. This means that a gang rape in California that took place over more than a two-hour period before someone had the decency to try to put a stop to it is fair game for this program. After all, law and order is a key feature of any flourishing civilization, and if there isn’t law and order in California, then we need to know about it and address it, no matter what the race of the criminals and victims. The idea for White racialists, of course, particularly for the men and women of the National Alliance, is to found a new nation based on race at some point in the near future, and we are going to want to establish and maintain a nation in which White citizens will never have to worry about going outside after dark. So, no matter what the racial facts in this specific instance in northern California turn out to be, it still relates to the purpose and intent of these American Dissident Voices broadcasts.

But, for now, we are under the thumb of Jewish media power, and where the Jewish media don’t provide information, we are left to speculate. If we are eventually shown to be wrong on this or that detail, we readily admit that we are wrong. Such errors, if any, would of course be minimized if the Jewish media were upfront in disseminating the facts right from the outset of events. And while the Jews are very good at certain things – making money by financial speculation, passing off lies as truth, that kind of thing – passing along facts about race through their media machine isn’t one of them.

With all of that said, I’m going to make the tentative prediction that the victim of the Richmond High School assault on October 23rd WASN’T a Latino. Of course, if we at some point find out that the victim is White, then that makes our discussing the crime on this program all the more relevant. But no matter the race of the victim, the crime is heinous in and of itself. However, I think there is an excellent chance that the victim was NOT a Latino. Let me give you my reasoning behind that hypothesis.

It is known that the crime that took place on the grounds – but outside the halls – of Richmond High School on October 23rd was in progress for at least two hours; police estimate that it may have lasted as long as two and a half hours – and WOULD have gone on longer had not law enforcement officers arrived to break it up. When police arrived, the attackers split like cockroaches in a frat-house kitchen when the light is turned on in the middle of the night. After ignobly pursuing the attackers on foot, police were able to nab the aforementioned Latino, Manual Ortega. Also, as mentioned above, we have good reason to assume that all of the attackers were Latinos.

Now, as to the race of the victim: Would a gang of Latino males have beaten, robbed, and gang-raped a female of Latino descent for more than two hours? If the victim HAD been a Latino female, wouldn’t the racial instincts of at least ONE of the attackers come to the surface after ten or fifteen minutes of fun and caused that attacker to say (in Spanish, of course): “Wait a minute, guys. Sure, this chick’s a bitch, but she’s still one of our kind. Let’s knock it off and get the hell out of here”? My contention is that if the victim were a Latino, the crime wouldn’t have gone on for perhaps 150 minutes. Whoever said that young people can’t concentrate for extended lengths of time these days failed to realize that a lot depends on WHAT IT IS the youths are concentrating on. In the case of Manual Ortega and his friends, two and a half hours of beating and gang raping passed in the twinkling of an eye. As the saying goes, time flies when you’re having fun, even if it is sick and demented fun, as was apparently the case with Ortega and his amigos.

Do you remember the last time you watched a two and a half hour movie? Can you imagine a bunch of Latino youths participating for that length of time in the beating, robbery, and rape of a female of their own race? I can’t, which just further reinforces my hunch that the victim of the assault on the night of October 23rd wasn’t a Latino.

I’ve already given the rationale behind why I think the 15-year-old victim of the assault on October 23rd WASN’T Latino. Now, I’m going to voice my gut-feeling that the victim was White. Again, if I turn out to be wrong on this assumption, I’ll be happy to admit my mistake. Of course, none of my guessing would be necessary if the Jewish media would simply report the facts and let the chips fall where they may. But, as we’ve discussed many times on these broadcasts, the Jews DON’T WANT the chips to fall where they may, which is why they don’t report the facts.

But anyway, just for the sake of argument, let’s assume that the victim of the crime outside Richmond High School is a black female. In 2005, the black population of the school was about 14%, so for a Black to be the victim of a Latino gang rape is certainly a possibility. Or, for that matter, let’s suppose the victim is Asian. In either case, wouldn’t the Jewish media have reported the case as being a hate crime? That is, if a Latino gang beats and robs and rapes a black or an Asian female over a two-hour time span, wouldn’t the excitement of being able to report a hate crime have gotten the best of the media Jews and caused them to reveal what was known about the races of the attackers and the victim? When are the Jews able to hold their tongues in the case of hate crimes?

I’ll tell you when: When the victim is White. That’s when. If the crime involves Whites committing crimes against non-Whites, the Jews are all over it. Even in the Richmond High School case, with the attackers most likely being Latinos, if the victim were black or Asian or Jewish, the Jewish media would have leaked the facts. Only when the victim is White and the criminals are non-White is the media very careful NOT to mention anyone’s race. That leads me to venture to guess that the victim of the attack on October 23rd was a White female.

And finally, what would cause a gang of Latinos to assault a female without letup for more than two hours? The Jews have a word for that: hate. Hate is what is behind such an attack. And whom, we might ask, do some Latino youths hate more than anyone else?

Look in the mirror.

You are a member of the race that is being targeted by Latino gangs and Jewish power players, among others.

It’s time to get radical. There isn’t going to be an easy solution to the racial mess we are in. I’m not advocating violence; that isn’t going to get us anywhere.

I’m advocating decisions, by you. I’m advocating hard choices, by you. I’m advocating commitment, by you. No matter what the facts of the Richmond High School case turn out to be – whether I’m right or wrong about all of the conjectures I’ve made in this broadcast – it doesn’t change the fact that our society and civilization are in need of a vast and complete overhaul, and that you need to be an active participant in that overhaul.

Seven years after 9/11, we witness another, greater and even more enjoyable collapse, that of the American financial pyramid. It took some twenty years in building; its collapse took only a few weeks.

Let us cut the hypocritical crap: this was a wonderful show, no ifs, ands or buts. The US stock markets boomed when they bombed Baghdad and Belgrade, they prospered when they robbed Moscow and squeezed sweat from Beijing. When they had it good, they had plenty of money for invading Iraq, threatening Iran and strangling Palestine.

In short, when it was good for them, it was bad for us. Let them have a taste of their own medicine! “They” are not the Americans, and “we” are not the rest of the planet. “They” are a small sliver of the American population, the get-rich-quick crowd from the East Side of Manhattan and similar places.

The last twenty years witnessed a great shift of money upwards, to a smaller and smaller pack of greedy beasts. While the majority of Americans lost the ability to send their children to universities, these fat cats bought themselves villas in Florida and houses in Tel Aviv. Worse, they spent their billions buying up the media in order to subvert American democracy and send American soldiers to fight wars in far-away places. A big part of the stolen money was siphoned off to Israel, where apartment prices went through the roof and are still rising.

They had it good; they were proud that the financial charts of the US and of the world were drawn up in a small room by Henry Paulson of the Treasury, Ben Bernanke and Alan Greenspan of the Federal Reserve, by Maurice Greenberg of A.I.G. They built their world surrounded by Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Marc Rich, Michael Milken, Andrew Fastow, George Soros, et al.

Their exciting new world of Lexus and Nexus was glorified by Tom Friedman of the New York Times. They gave the Nobel Prize in Economics to Myron Scholes and Robert C. Merton, proud board directors of the now infamous Long Term Capital Management hedge fund that was bailed out by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to the tune of $3.6 billion.

President Bush rewarded them for their unaccountability by releasing them from the burden of taxation. Let them pay now for all the fun they had.They took your real dollars and turned it into funny money — “unredeemable, non-interest-bearing promissory notes of the Fed, that are not backed by anything other than the confidence of the credulous”, in the words of one internet wit.

The ruination of the American working class and even its middle class is unavoidable. The fears about the Large Hadron Collider creating a big black hole in place of Earth were based on this sinking feeling that the incredible riches of the US are disappearing into their own black hole.

This is not the first confidence trick in US history: Jay Gould and Joseph Seligman caused the “Black Friday” stock market crash in the late 19th century, while Jacob Schiff caused the notorious “Black Thursday” panic that led to a nationwide economic depression. Seligman was also the mover behind the Panama affair, a stock market swindle that became proverbial in France. The swindle was set up by two Jews of German origin, Jacques Reinach and Cornelius Herz, who bribed parliamentarians. While Reinach was working on the right wing, the Republicans of his day, Herz was working on the Democrats. Wikipedia quotes Hannah Arendt, who wrote that the middlemen between the business sector and the state were almost exclusively Jews. This warm embrace between the state and the business sector was a recipe for disaster.

Obviously things have changed since then, and now the Mammonites are of various persuasions. Only their devotion to the god of Greed remained constant. In the world of ideal capitalism (“market economy”) they so glorified, they would have paid a price. In Glen David Gold’s vastly entertaining novel Carter Beats the Devil, their spiritual ancestor was tarred and feathered by strong-willed Connecticut folk circa 1670, for he had bought a whole boatload of imported products with the criminal intent of getting rich quick by cornering the market and ripping off his fellow men. Nowadays such a criminal would get a medal from the neo-liberal Milton Friedman Fund, a citation from JINSA and be taught as a positive example by the Harvard Business School.

Now they intend to use their control over the government in order to shift their losses onto ordinary Americans. Whether this act is called nationalisation or privatisation or bailout, the bottom line is that many Americans will find themselves poor, and all Americans will have a huge tax burden to bear. But the perpetrators of the pyramid will get off scot-free; they will retire to their castles and to their sure and protected investments as they have always done before.

The Americans were played for suckers; they were cleaned out as easily as were the unsophisticated Albanians a few years ago. Even worse: the Albanians took out their guns and pursued the robbers; the Americans take it all lying down. But the device was the same.

The Americans are entitled to know who robbed them and their children: these are the men who became so ostentatiously rich during last two decades. They should pay the price of their crime. And if the government, the President, the Congress and Senate, the Democrats and the Republicans are reluctant to enforce it, the ordinary Americans may do as their Connecticut Yankee ancestors did: apply tar and feathers liberally. If this does not help, hang the bastards on the lamp posts.

This is exactly the time to remember why America’s Founding Fathers enshrined the people’s right to own and bear arms in the Second Amendment to the Constitution. Thank God the ADL did not cancel it yet. These arms are not for robbers: they are given to enforce justice when all other means fail. Aux armes, to arms, as the French said when giving this treatment to their tricksters. America has a great tradition of instant direct justice enforcement, this Hang ‘em High call of the Westerns. Heed it now!

Let US soldiers come back from unneeded wars and remote bases all over the world: their real enemy is in their own country. In the ringing, still relevant words of Lenin, let us turn the imperial war into a civil one, against the greedy bastards. Instead of charging taxpayers, turn the US into a billionaire-free zone!

The billionaires, these greediest rats, gained most from the Great Pyramid; pauperise them. Nullify their bank accounts. The disappearance of trillions of dollars from their electronic bank accounts will drive the value of the greenback up; your salary will become real money again!

If we assume that more than half of all billionaires are proud members of the Israel Lobby, it will also solve the Middle Eastern problem. To be on the safe side, confiscate all the assets of the pyramid-builders: of Paulson and Bernanke, of Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs executives, and of President Bush who allowed it all to happen.

Peace will come to Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq; Americans will again become proud of their country. Such mass confiscation will restore democracy in the US: the next candidates for the Presidency will not go hat in hand to AIPAC to declare their fealty.

The defeat of Greed will turn people back to God; the eliminated ballast will allow for national medical care, social security and free education for all. Instead of being a disaster, the financial collapse offers a unique opportunity to fix all America’s ills. Do not miss it!

Speaking for the wide world outside America, I’ll tell you this: do not throw good money after bad. Reject the seductive purring from Washington. Consider your funds in the US already lost. If you can still get something, good; but do not waste money and efforts to regain what is gone. There is a most valuable asset you may get for the lost ones; that is your freedom and independence. An undermined dollar means your economy will be safe. The pyramid collapse will set you free!

One Nation, under Occupation: Police departments nation-wide are acting as if this were a conquered country, and as if citizens were “enemy combatants.”

A thin blanket of early evening darkness had draped itself across Alex Locklear’s home in Maxton, North Carolina when the armed intruders arrived.

Brandishing firearms, the invaders forced several people – including wheelchair-bound Nicholas Locklear and a pregnant woman – to the ground and then barged in through the rear door, threatening to “blow the brains” out of anyone who put up a struggle. One woman was so terrified that she fled, tripped over an unseen obstruction, and broke her arm.

The arrival of an unmarked police car with its blue running lights flashing must have provided the victims of the home invasion with a moment’s relief. But that relief would have quickly turned to a different flavor of alarm when the victims realized that their assailants were the police.

Under the pretext of a drug search, the five-man robbery crew ransacked the Locklear home in search of large amounts of cash that could be “forfeited” – that is, stolen – as alleged drug proceeds. The robbers had to be content with the $200 they found in Alex Locklear’s bedroom, which is all they could put their hands on before piling into the police car and pulling away with such reckless haste that the vehicle shed one of its front hubcaps.

Locklear, who returned shortly after the robbery, reported the crime to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office, giving descriptions of the assailants and their vehicle. Not surprisingly, the Sheriff didn’t follow up on that solid lead, because the robbery had been spearheaded by Robeson County Deputy Sheriff Vincent Sinclair, a member of the department’s drug enforcement unit.

The March 14, 2004 robbery most likely came about because the Sheriff’s Department discovered that Locklear had cashed a large check to pay workers on his 400-acre farm before heading for a motorcycle rally in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. And that assault differed only in detail from similar outrages taking place every single day in the purported Land of the Free.

The chances are pretty good that as you read these words, paramilitary attacks – commonly described as “no-knock raids” – are either being planned or executed somewhere in the U.S. Typically carried out by the military units called SWAT or tactical teams, those raids are generally triggered by a tip from a “confidential informant” – a paid snitch – and subsidized with federal funds, often through the “Justice” Department’s Byrne Grant program.

Ironically, those on the receiving end of such “authorized” assaults are often treated even worse than the victims of the raid on the Locklear home.

No recourse: Last August, a SWAT team in Anderson, Indiana destroyed Barbara Williams’ home in a mistaken armed raid. According to the city attorney, since the assault was “legal,” the city is not liable for the damages, and the now-homeless Mrs. Williams is just S.O.L.

When property is damaged or innocent people are injured or killed in the course of an “authorized” home invasion, police can generally expect to be held blameless, since any action they perceive as a potential threat supposedly justifies the use of deadly force.

Witness the case of 22-year-old Houston resident Pedro Oregon Navarro, who was murdered by police who invaded his family’s home in a mistaken “no-knock” raid. Navarro, who had armed himself with a handgun to deal with belligerent intruders he didn’t know were police, was shot twelve times.

According to Harris County District Attorney John B. Holmes, Jr., the violent death of Navarro at the hands of the police was not a crime, because “the law does not allow anyone to resist arrest, even an illegal one” – and that therefore Navarro’s murderers “had a right to use deadly force … if he threatened them.”

Holmes is a prosecutor, so it’s not surprising that he lied about the right to resist an illegal arrest. But his assumption that police have the “right” to kill anyone who resists is almost universally shared within both law enforcement and the “Justice” system.

Apparently, Deputy Sinclair and his gang didn’t realize the extent of their official impunity: Had they known that they had the “right” to kill anyone who resisted their illegal invasion, it’s likely that someone would have died at the Locklear home.

Like many corrupt police in such circumstances, however, the raiders left a relatively light footprint, most likely out of concern that leaving a corpse or two behind would lead to compromising questions. If their paperwork had been in order, they wouldn’t have had to display such restraint.

The attack on Alex Locklear’s home was just one of scores or hundreds of violent crimes committed by police in Robeson County, North Carolina over nearly a decade beginning in 1995. A federal investigation calling itself “Operation Tarnished Badge” eventually produced the conviction of some 22 police officers and Sheriff’s Department personnel, including former Sheriff Glenn Maynor.

Deputies assigned to narcotics duty committed a string of crimes, some of them acts of state-sponsored terrorism – such as fire-bombing homes of suspected drug dealers, or hiring arsonists to burn down the homes of personal enemies. On one occasion, a deputy doused a recalcitrant suspect with lighter fluid and set him on fire. Drug dealers who cooperated were protected from prosecution; one was even given a gun and a police uniform and permitted to take part in a raid.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars were stolen from people under the pretext of drug asset “forfeiture,” with much of it skimmed away for personal use without being reported. District Attorney Johnson Britt noticed a bloc of deputies who were living beyond what he assumed to be their means: They bought boats or other expensive recreational vehicles, took cruise ship vacations together, even went in as a group for Lasik eye surgery.

If things were running smoothly in the courtroom, all of this might have been acceptable. But Britt was really rankled over having hundreds of drug cases dismissed because of the incompetence and corruption of drug enforcement officers in Robeson County. After all, how could a prosecutor make a name for himself if his drug cases – the bread-and-butter of his profession – kept being dismissed?

Britt contacted the Feds, and soon enough the Feds discovered that the Robeson drug cops were skimming from the profits of the local forfeiture racket. Presumably, if the cops had been faithfully reporting their haul and content with the kickback the Feds provided, or even if their corruption had been contained and relatively modest, the Feds wouldn’t have intervened. As it happens, however, dozens of Robeson cops and deputies were put on trial for stealing “federal funds” – meaning the cash that was seized at gunpoint from people suspected, but not convicted, of drug-related offenses.

What happened in Robeson County in the years between 1995 and 2002 (when “Operation Tarnished Badge” began) was hardly exceptional. There are many other jurisdictions in which, thanks to the federal “War on Drugs,” local Police and Sheriff’s Departments have mutated into robber gangs.

For several years, Brian Gilbert, Sheriff of Iowa’s Dallas County, ran a very lucrative theft ring. Dallas County sits astride a very well-traveled stretch of I-80, the country’s major east-west interstate. Gilbert and his deputies preyed heavily on people driving late-model SUVs with out-of-state license plates – particularly drivers who appeared to be of Latino extraction.

Stopped for alleged traffic infractions, the drivers would be threatened with prosecution for drug-related offenses – such as “money laundering” – if they were found to be in possession of significant amounts of cash. That trouble could be avoided if the drivers simply surrendered their vehicles and money to the county.

This little scam netted millions of dollars, and might still be in operation today had Gilbert not gotten a bit too greedy: He was caught taking home several paper sacks filled with money that had been stolen during a traffic stop. For this act of felonious grand larceny, Gilbert lost his job and was given a suspended ten-year prison sentence, along with five years’ probation.

Police in Kingsville, Texas have been more disciplined than Gilbert and his gang in Iowa. Because that tiny town is located along Highway 77, a route often used by suspected drug couriers, police have been able to confiscate millions in putative drug proceeds, with eighty percent of what they steal going directly into the city budget. This is why the exceptionally well-paid police in that town of 25,000 have tricked-out high-performance cop cars and all the latest digital toys.

It’s important to emphasize the fact that the people from whom this money is stolen have not been convicted of crimes – or even, in most cases, formally accused of crimes. All that is required is the presence of a large amount of cash coupled with an assertion by self-interested law enforcement officers that there is a suspected “nexus” to drug activity of some kind.

A recent federal court decision (entitled – I’m not kidding – United States of America v. $124,700, in U.S. Currency) held, in effect, that traveling with a large amount of currency offers sufficient probable cause to justify a narcotics-related forfeiture. Once the proper incantations are uttered and the requisite paperwork is filled out in the typical tax-feeder’s sub-literate scrawl, the money itself is found “guilty” and taken into government custody.

Police and prosecutors in Tenaha, Texas – a town in Shelby County bordering Louisiana – have added some innovative wrinkles to the familiar forfeiture racket. A current federal lawsuit describes how Tenaha police have refined to a science the practice of targeting motorists – generally “racial and ethnic minorities, and those in their company” – for unjustified traffic stops, during which they are questioned as to “whether they have money or valuables” and then subjected to illegal searches.

Should money or items of value be found, the motorist and passengers are then placed under arrest for “money laundering” or drug-related charges, and then given an ultimatum: Sign away their property or face prosecution. This form of extortion-robbery is particularly effective when the victim is carrying an abnormal but relatively small amount of cash – say, less than $5,000 – that wouldn’t be enough to compensate for the hassle and expense of mounting a legal defense.

In one of the cases described in the lawsuit, an individual named Danny Green who works as an investigator for the Shelby County Prosecutor’s Office threatened to kidnap a couple’s children if they didn’t sign a document surrendering about $6,000 in cash.

George Bowers, the superannuated mayor of Tenaha, insists that the seizures are justified not because of a compelling law enforcement need, but because his municipal government needs the money.

Oh. Well, then – why not?

Why bother trying to cultivate a local economy when there are innocent motorists to shake down?

To understand the depth of cynical corruption that exists in Shelby County, consider the reaction of District Attorney Lynda Russell to the lawsuit: She sought official permission to use forfeited funds to defend herself from charges that she had illegally confiscated those same funds.

Nope, that isn’t David Allen Coe: This vision of feminine refinement is Shelby County District Attorney Lynda Russell (a Republican, natch), a Queenpin (as it were) of the county’s forfeiture mob.

If this kind of thing were taking place only in isolated, one-stoplight, speed-trap towns like Tenaha – places where the local government is the malodorous residue at the bottom of a very shallow gene pool – it would be disgusting, but avoidable.

But this kind of outright larceny under color of “law” is underway wherever the Feds have fomented an official crime spree in the name of the “war on drugs.”

We really shouldn’t perceive the “war on drugs” in metaphorical terms. This is an actual war, albeit one that targets individual liberties, rather than illicit commerce.

Thanks to this war, innocent people are frequently terrorized by military assaults on their homes, and injured or even killed without legal consequence. It’s because of this war that travelers have a fully justified fear of being illegally detained and robbed at gunpoint by people in government-issued costumes.

That home front war inspired “exceptions” to the posse comitatus law to permit the hands-on involvement of the military in domestic law enforcement. Even more alarming is the fact that it led directly to the federalization and militarization of law enforcement – which means that the police themselves are, in effect, an army of occupation right now.

This state of affairs suggests a vitally important mission for the movement called “Oath Keepers” – an association of retired and active-duty law enforcement and military personnel who define their allegiance in terms of fidelity to the Constitution, rather than loyalty or obedience to political officials.

As men committed to the Constitution, Oath Keepers have made it clear that there are at least ten specific kinds of orders they will not obey – orders to disarm American civilians, conduct warrantless searches, blockade or interdict American cities, invade and subjugate states that assert their reserved powers and constitutional sovereignty, subject citizens to military tribunals, enforce martial law decrees, or otherwise undermine or infringe upon the constitutionally guaranteed individual rights of Americans.

Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes explains that Oath Keepers will stand down rather than carry out such illegal orders, and be prepared to defend law-abiding citizens against the aggression of a lawless government. Predictably, Oath Keepers has been identified as a domestic enemy by Morris Dees’ for-profit Stasi, the so-called Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

According to the SPLC and its allies in the government-aligned media, the principled refusal of Oath Keepers to carry out criminal violence against innocent citizens is a variety of terrorism, or at least something akin to terrorism.

During a recent installment of Chris Matthews’ cable television program, Matthews and SPLC apparatchik Mark Potok did their level best to contort comments made by Oath Keepers founder Rhodes into an endorsement of insurrectionary violence.

SPLC Commissar Mark Potok (whose name, appropriately, is very similar to a Klingon epithet describing a sleazy, cowardly wretch).

Matthews, who appears to be bucking for a Daytime Emmy, theatrically feigned incredulity that any responsible person could believe it possible that concentration camps could be erected on American soil – ignoring such trivial matters as the WWII-era detention of Japanese-Americans and the hideous treatment of American Indians during the 19th Century. For his part, Potok insisted that Oath Keepers were cultivating terrorism by spreading alarmist rhetoric about the possibility of martial law.

Bear in mind that the SPLC’s core fund-raising activity consists of hitting up elderly donors with appeal letters that traffic in alarmist rhetoric that treats the tiny, inconsequential white supremacist movement as nothing less than the Fourth Reich on the March.

To judge from the SPLC’s standard spiel, the most significant threat to individual rights comes from toothless cretins in Klan regalia and socially inept Nazi wanna-bes with man-boobs. Meanwhile, black Americans, Latinos, and other people for whom the SPLC displays such supposed solicitude are being terrorized by armed government officials who are carrying out a very literal war within our borders.

This presents Oath Keepers with a splendid PR opportunity that should become one of its most important ongoing campaigns: Why doesn’t that organization reach out to another estimable group, Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, in demanding an end to the “war on drugs”?
